Have you ever thought about how long God’s goodness has been hunting you down, cutting off all your avenues of escape, relentlessly hounding you until you finally surrender to it?
God is that committed to blessing you. And that should be good news.
You may remember a time when circumstances were particularly grim, when you felt like there was no escape, you were going to be crushed. But God somehow, someway, was with you, holding your heart so tenderly you barely could feel His touch, but you lived to see another day. And you knew it was the goodness of God.
Maybe you have sensed His goodness in a very deep way when you held a newborn baby in your arms for the first time.
Or perhaps you have never really sensed His goodness, but you still choose to trust in it by His grace.
It’s easy to fall out of the practice of remembering the goodness of God. But you really can never get too much of His goodness, right?
Psalm 23 is one of the most beloved chapters of the Bible. “Surely Goodness and Mercy will follow me all the days of my life.” Who doesn’t want that?
In fact, Jesus reminds us that our Heavenly Father shares His goodness with the undeserving as well as those who do well in His sight. And He calls us to do the same.
“But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!
In that way, you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven.
For he gives his sunlight to both the evil and the good, and
he sends rain on the just and the unjust alike.”
(Matthew 5:44-45)
Let’s pull on Heaven together for more of His goodness.
The world around us certainly needs it.

From where I sit that looks like a case of distracted driving. It’s not every day you see the Presidential motorcade roll past 😉
Yeah, it’s hard to tell but it looks like it may have even swiped or collided with that white colored SUV…you can see the SUV slow way down as the other vehicle crashes into the guardrail. Also, if it was intentionally trying to ram the motorcade the driver wouldn’t have locked up the brakes as it apparently did here.
Still very scary nonetheless.
There is a lookie-loo car that slows to a stop in the lane of the SUV that slams on their brakes and starts grinding into the guard rail.
That SUV driver chose to take the guard rail, rather than slam into the lookie-loo car.

(None of us were surprised, we remember when Sessions told us last March about the investigations…) Anyway, I found the relevant paragraphs – which is more than the two short paragraphs from Sessions directive letter to Huber – this is important because one has to go back to Boyd’s letter to know what Sessions is referencing. Barnes Law didn’t do that, so his tweet with a superficial take, picked up by OT, wasn’t helpful. IMO. From Wolf’s Q Minus X countdown thread last night:

I don’t believe Barnes or anyone can say that those investigations have or have not taken place. Neither do I believe that Sessions’ letter is lipservice or cover. It’s an official document. If Huber didn’t do as directed, then someone else did or will.

It could also be that Huber investigated and didn’t find enough evidence of crimes to proceed. He could be done and the case is closed.

If you’ll take note, Sessions mentions “other investigations” underway, and simply ask Huber et al if an expansion is needed, additional resources, etc. and brings up the possibility of a special counsel. SC’s are not a nothingburger – has to be serious to even consider appointing one.
If the outfit — American Oversight — that got the FOIA for the documents is that up in arms about it, then, things must still be ongoing.

I am not going to debate with you – I think that you are correct. I hope that you are correct.
But…
All I am doing is reminding everyone here that other possibility outcomes to the one we all want to happen do exist.
E.g. there IS a scenario where Huber isn’t dumb or crooked, but simply cannot find enough evidence to proceed. He’s the legal expert and knows what he needs. Most of us aren’t prosecutors/lawyers.
Also, we really don’t know for a fact the details of the conspiracy theory. Personally, I think it’s obvious. But, maybe what we think are the facts aren’t. Maybe it’s just a wild theory.
Lastly, we don’t know what the criminals have done to cover things up. If Huber can’t find the smoking gun, even if there is a ton of circumstantial evidence, the DOJ could decide to not pursue.
Lastly lastly, we don’t know what deals have been made behind closed doors. Both the legal kind of deals as well as possibly illegal deals. Maybe confidential plea deals have been made in order to solve a higher order problem. The public may never learn what happens.
All of these parameters may be playing a role and may result in Huber not offering a recommendation for indictments, or his recommendation for indictments being disregarded (unbeknown to the public) or not made public. It is a possibility.
Acknowledged. But I’m strong in my belief that it would take Huber being deliberately obtuse to not find the proof of a number of crimes, covering a wide range of issues, and individuals. They have all the technology at their fingertips to know every text between Strozac and Lisa Page. They have access to the communications between sleazebags like Warner and his connections to the Russians. They have access to Schiff and his nefarious dealings. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. It’s okay to play devil’s advocate, but I’m not going to spend my energy in arguing. We’ll see what we’ll see.
IMO, if POTUS doesn’t gut the rot of the Deep State, his presidency will be have done nothing more than delay our march off the cliff. That I cannot picture being his planned outcome.

this is the one and only chance we are going to get in i don’t know how long to save this country.

the stark reality is we do not have enough time for a long game. not trying to be negative here trust me – i am a full on no expectations, plan for all scenarios, type of person.
i am only in my 40’s, and maybe i’m just a young pup still or something but i would place a bet on this: no pattern from the past (like how my grandparents hated rock and roll and look what it is doing to the kids, and the old cliches, etc). we are entering a new…i don’t know the term, but a new era.
what has happened in the past is only the groundwork. honestly we’ve only been a country for less than 250 years. and during that time things kind of went slowly as they did back in the “olden days” – but as we creeped ahead and the technology knowledge was released, we have accelerated as a “human” race far exceeding that which all the people in the past had accelerated.
a small example of this, how i viewed it one night, was a graph with an x and y axis, and two trend lines. one represented man’s technological (and all that concerns including excesses that go along with it) growth. the other trend being man’s consciousness growth. consciousness being anything you can imagine it is – from going from completely uncivilized cavemen all the way to productive members of a social group, with empathy and understanding and development of our conscience – good and evil and the balance that we know should exist because, i mean, we can go to the moon, we can have iphones. can we know how to treat another human or think about their plight.
so at the beginning of the graph is the start of “time” i guess, and the two trends start off going up…and on and on, sometimes one has a steeper growth than the other for a short time, while the other catches up, other times the opposite occurs, other times there’s a flattening out or even a drop in one or both. but if you step back you kind of see them following on a similar upward trend.
at some point we lost the story and technology eclipsed anything we can imagine for human consciousness to catch back up to, and at the same time man’s decadence and pollution of his own mind and base increased sometimes in secret, but then encouraged by the technology.
so anyway, i am making this some long drawn out thing, but it’s simple – we are at a place right now where the precipice is near.
some find this is the time when jesus might return. or some feel it’s just another ebb and flow in politics. some are not even aware anything is happening. all of this is maintained and propagated by technology and it’s influence through everything including media.
i mentioned i was in my 40’s and i’ve been convinced since i was around 5 or 6 that something was going on in the world and inside my head and how many things just did not add up. when i got to be around 12 i found some magazines and newspapers in an apartment of a relative – they were saved from the days and weeks following the jfk event. that started me on a whole parallel journey into worldly “conspiracy” which i did not know that word then to describe looking for the truth to something that doesn’t quite seem right.
so for almost 75% of my life i have been open and ingesting and looking and searching. i WAS that guy that asked you what you knew about the masons at a high school party. i was the guy that told you about the all seeing eye on our money. i was the guy looking into the scientologists. i was the guy that spent hours looking at microfiche and then on the early “internet” hearing about this bohemian grove and people called the finders and how bush and bush and kerry were skull and bones and i saw 33 and a third and only thought about degrees. i was the one someone gave a box of reynolds wrap to at a secret santa party at a job i had one time. not a joke.
so if we pass through this phase right here, and there is nothing to come forth, nothing to happen after people like me and many of us have been waiting decades AND to have this phenomenon of q that has turned SO MANY people into open minded folks after all this time… i mean, well, you know what i am getting at.
in that case then i hope jesus is coming back, i hope planet x shows up, i hope the aliens appear, because otherwise if mankind is to go on for years and years more in the direction we are going that is not the type of world i want to be a part of. and if there is no fight for what is right then we might as well give up and just accept it because it will be much easier that way…

my stance on this whole thing is this just to clarify for everyone: all this crap we think about life is a facade. everything. we have made it what it is, we have imagined it into being. we have put value on things, we have placed prestige on things, we have concocted a “norm” that we feel is somehow something we are randomly following along in because we are humans and that’s what we do.
what i feel is that there is another whole level of stuff happening. the tv, the twitter, the cars, the pinterest, the weddings and divorces, the babies born and deaths occured = all of this we have given a value, meaning, feeling and belief into. and this keeps us from something else.
for those that believe in a religious way, for those that do not, think about it – there is something going on here that is so much bigger than a tweet or a committee meeting or communism or capitalism or transgenderism or … everything is a distraction.
think of all the research done and items you’ve uncovered and within days they are forgotten to be replaced by more things that you will research and find evidence on and then forget when the new thing happens…

With regard to DST:
Someone made an interesting proposal that might solve a lot of issues. Whether or not we have DST, it seems like a lot of the time zone boundaries are in annoying places, and people can cross the line and be confused by it.
The idea was to put Central and Pacific on DST–permanently! And to take Eastern and Mountain OFF DST, again, permanently!
That reduces the US to two timezones, effectively, two hours apart. And the boundary runs through a VERY thinly populated part of the country, so few people would have to deal with it.
Oh, I like it, Steve. I know several counties in Indiana stay on dst all the time, or at least they used to do so.
Can’t we put Kalifornistan (or perhaps the entire left coast) somwhere else entirely? Say, on zombie time?

For computer types, and folks dealing with logging issues (e.g. databases, process control, etc.), the time changes are a huge PITA (and cost a lot of bread). Moving forward wasn’t so much of a problem (except maybe for auditors who would say “what happened in that hour with no activity” if they weren’t thinking too clearly), but moving back and hour, erm, brought issues. One OS (MPE/iX) had a clever way of dealing with this by moving the time slowly either way until it was in sync. Not sure how other folks coped with it, but it’s ugly, anyway, and really doesn’t help anyone. Even the farmers (at least over here) don’t like it…

When I went through my flight training and left OT for a while I stopped reading Q, too, and am very out of the loop. That said, I am EXTREMELY loath to use social media of any kind (I do not Twitter, Facebook, etc and never have). That said, and having JUST reconnected with you all here, I DO NOT want to lose you again….which I gather is a possibility??
Btw, as you may recall and since I’m at it, I was very pro-Sessions and given a lot of grief over it OT. I have all but given up hope that I was right about that. I mention this as I keep seeing posts here in the QTree that I was right about him. I had some epic battles with people over this.

FWIW and admittedly, I am Gab ignorant. I also refuse to use FB, Twitter… I also have no intention of getting another email address. Latter may be a poor choice on my part.
We know many sites ban users who post a negative comment. Or the sites delete posts. OT, FB, Twitter and I am sure numerous sites do delete posts or ban users rampantly.
Gab is virtually open to discussion without fear of deletions and being banned.
I, perhaps many believe SHTF will happen relatively soon. Various systems many use (FB, twiiter, email, Blogs (WQTH included) Word Press may get shut down or severely degraded as deep state responds. Gab is thought to be more reliable, I am guessing.
Also Gab allows “overlaying” Gab over sites we may follow so we can see both posts allowed on those sites and “dissenters” that post on Gab. Bottom line, I have no clue how to do this function.
Later today, I hope to watch a few YT videos with Gab tutorials. They are available. Hope this helps.
Not sure what your ISP provides, but it’s generally a good idea to have a few email addresses for “throwaway” purposes anyway. Contests, access to webiste/forums/etc. that you eventually might purge (or just want prune away), etc. My ISP has 50 possible addresses (so my son and wife have their own), and I have a couple of others (which I’ve never used – yet). Sometimes it’s VERY helpful, to avoid SPAM. A lot of folks use a separate address for Amazon, Paypal, etc. And usually, you’ll need a second address in case you forget your primary address, or change jobs, or whatever.
And, as LinkedIn and Experian (and others) have unintentionally proved, once they’re hacked, your email address is more or less known to the world. Or at least the proverbial DarnNet.
Always good to have a plan B. And C and D and E, for good measure. (Old-timer systems guy here; Be Prepared saved my cookies a number of times)…

So, I was having trouble with the download, too. I had the Dissenter account, but I couldn’t get the little green icon on my tool bar.
I figured out that if I wanted to comment on an article, I could go to Dissenter and put the URL for the article in the ‘Paste URL Here’ on the top right. Click the pencil and the page where you can comment on the article comes up.
It’s more circuitous, but it works!

He said he didnt give them any info but he said they conbected him to multiple people. They were mining his phone. I was so pissed. I removed as much of his fb from his phone as i could, but even q says you cant get rid of it bc its akready ibstalked by the phone maker. I only did gab for us here, I dont have a ton of anxiety over it.

When I went to the GAB site, it was like any other big-tech site. NO info for the users … just enter your info and begin! I made the mistake of entering my “name” under the category – and there were no warnings on the site, NOR FROM HERE, to avoid using anything true.
Until they start ACTING like they give a rat’s you-know-what about their clientele, I won’t try again. At least on the 8-chans, they give SOUND advice about how to interact, right from the start.
I learned myself NOT to post there, and NOT to “click” on video. And soon enough, I learned which posters – and which type of posts – to scroll past.
If things go dark, I fully expect the LIGHT to shine again, and then we all can re-connect.

Just to cover all bases, thanks to this crash of a BRAND NEW Boeing plane as well as another not that long ago, France’s Airbus stock may get a boost.
Don’t get me wrong, Airbus planes are nice. I’ve been on a few with Air Lingus, Air Italia, and Air Iberia, but Boeing planes just don’t fail. They don’t. Plus, they are one of our most profitable exporters AND they just inked a deal with Vietnam.

I don’t know anything about these planes but this statement sounds odd to me – why would they go so long without maintenance? Surely they do maintenance along the way, after every flight?

What many people don’t know about airliners…is that the manufacturers ‘consult’ with the airline companies about the maintenance requirements and scheduling of that required maintenance.
The manufacturers have to walk a fine line with this.
They want their planes to get the needed inspections and maintenance, to keep their aircraft in an airworthy condition for flight safety.
They don’t want to get sued.
But on the other hand…the airlines will not buy their planes if the ‘Manufacturers Required Maintenance’ is viewed as “too costly”.
In other words, the manufacturers would probably require far tougher ‘required maintenance’ if they thought they could do it…and still sell their planes.
For example…smaller aircraft have far tougher inspection schedules and required maintenance.
The manufacturers of those planes know that the buyers are wealthy and can afford it.

Yes…but if the general public *knew more* about it, they would be demanding that the aircraft manufacturers tell the airline companies’ bean counters to fk off…and issue the maintenance requirements that best protect the flying public!
What makes it worse for our US Aircraft Manufacturers…is that all of their competitors in other countries, are heavily subsidized by those countries!
Those other countries *protect* their aircraft manufacturers from Liability Lawsuits, too!
Our domestic aircraft manufacturers are On Their Own…doing business in the most litigious country on the planet.
