The Second American Revolutionary/Civil War, Part 22, by Rick Joyner
Before digging deeper into what is happening, and why it is leading to the Second American Revolutionary/Civil War, I will interject a few things that we must do immediately to be prepared for what is unfolding.
The most important thing we can do to be positioned and prepared for what is unfolding is to find our place in The Lord’s body, the church, and function in it. I have been preaching this for decades, but the longer we wait to do it, the more difficult it will be to do, and the consequences for not doing it will soon be greater. Knowing what is about to happen will not help us if we are not in the right place, doing what we were called and created to do.
The church is still far from what it is called to be. Great change is needed, and great change is coming. However, those who are waiting for the change to come before they try to be a part of it will be in danger of being in the company of the foolish virgins who waited too long. Those who will play an important role in His body need to be part of the process by which the body becomes what it is called to be.
To counter the spirit of this world that is bringing the darkness, we must move in an opposite spirit. We must resist the growing hatred by growing in love. We must resist the anxiety and fear by abiding in the peace of God and growing in faith. One of the primary ways we counter the spirit of division growing in the country is to grow in unity with The Lord and His people. It is not possible to be properly joined to The Lord and not also be properly joined to His body.
A basic requirement to grow in a spirit of unity is learning to resolve disputes in the right spirit. Church is one of the primary places we are called to learn this. Those who leave the church because they got offended are usually the same ones who end up leaving their marriages, jobs, and just about any other commitment when things don’t go as they want. This is the symptom of the “spirit of divorce,” or “spirit of division” that we are warned about in Scripture. We must resolve that we will not let that evil spirit rule our life and thereby ruin our life. We must also resolve that we will not let it rule our country and ruin it.
Divisions will come, as the Apostle Paul wrote to the Corinthians and the Apostle John wrote in I John 2. Sometimes divisions happen even between the best people, such as when Paul and Barnabas had a sharp division and parted ways. However, it is when there is a pattern of division that we must be concerned. This is an indication that one is operating in a “spirit of division.” These are those that Jude addressed: “In the last time there will be mockers, following after their own ungodly lusts. These are the ones who cause divisions, worldly-minded, devoid of the Spirit” (Jude 18-19).
I personally moved in this spirit of division the first few years I was a Christian. I caused many divisions and was guilty of slandering leaders and other Christians. I was often right about my evaluation of the problems, but moved in a spirit that brought division rather than fixed problems. This was mostly because I was moving in a great amount of pride. My repentance started when I was shown that as I did unto the least of The Lord’s little ones, I was doing it to Him. I was then shown that what I was guilty of was far worse than anything those I criticized were guilty of.
There is a saying that “any jackass can kick a barn down, but it takes a skillful carpenter to build one.” Have you ever known of a critic that started a revival? Have critics ever built anything of significance? Do you know of any who are celebrated in history? Many that The Scriptures call “fault finders” will have accurate discernment and are right about the wrongs that they see, but they move in a foul spirit that only does harm to the work of God and His people. Jude reminds us that “the deep darkness” has been reserved for them. It would be much better to be wrong about a lot of things than to be a “fault finder.”
When Jesus saw what was wrong with the world He did not criticize or condemn us—He laid down His life for us. That will be the nature of the true leaders that He sends. As we are told in Ecclesiastes 3, there is a time for everything. There is a time to build and a time to tear down. The Apostle Paul said that he had the authority to build up or to tear down the Corinthian church. He had the authority to tear down there because he was the one used to plant and build them.
The point is that it is the builders who have the authority to tear down. It is the builders who have the heart for something, so they have the right heart to know what needs to be torn down. In the transformation that is coming, a lot will be torn down. There is a lot that needs to be torn down. However, we should not try to tear anything down without having a clear vision and a good plan for building in its place.

I’ve posted Rick’s recent article in full as it seems to be a timely message. I don’t read it to say people need to find a traditional church (as in, an organization with a building) as much as it is saying we need to look around and see who we are developing deep connections with in the context of our whole life, including our faith.
There is a lot about to happen in this season. My prayer is that we will have done the inner work necessary to be able to handle the visible assignments that will be upon us before we can even blink.

I keep a close eye on my dreams because they’re often prescient. Well, I had a very vivid one a few days ago that seems relevant to share here. Long story short, I dreamed that I had three figurines of the Statue of Liberty and they all turned into three figures of Shiva the Destroyer. Then, a severe weather warning–a STORM WARNING–started blaring on the TV screen (if anyone watched the Weather Channel in the ’90s, it was the exact same alarm that would play during severe weather bulletins).
Now there’s a suddenly announced prayer rally for the President today at 11:15 am. I will most certainly be participating. I hope you do, too, because it feels like there’s an increased chance of a happening. Pray, folks.
Nevermind about the 11:15 am thing…I got confused. But the prayer rally is still on! See Franklin Graham’s Twitter for more details. I’m not a fan of the man, but POTUS retweeted this and seems to approve. If you don’t feel comfortable praying but still want to participate, simply put some positive thoughts out there today for our POTUS, Q, and America. I get the strong sense that they are needed now more than usual.

The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Acting Secretary, Kevin McAleenan, hosted CNN’s Chief Washington Correspondent Jake Tapper for a private, off-the-record meeting last month.
On May 24, McAleenan had lunch at the agency’s headquarters in Washington, D.C., with Tapper for an exclusive, off-the-record meeting, Breitbart News confirmed with two sources close to the administration.
Breitbart News first reached out to DHS officials for comment on May 30 after learning of the private meeting. Days later, on June 1, a DHS spokesperson did not provide details of the meeting between McAleenan and Tapper, but said that agency officials engage “with a variety of media partners.”
“As a law enforcement entity, the public’s trust is critical to the Department of Homeland Security’s mission,” a DHS spokesperson said. “To maintain that trust, the Department engages with a variety of media partners to respond to media inquiries and provide factual information about its critical and diverse missions.”
An administration official with knowledge of the off-the-record meeting told Breitbart News that McAleenan is “more concerned with ingratiating himself with other Never Trumpers who have always advocated for open borders.”
Another source with knowledge of the meeting said McAleenan offered Tapper an “unprecedented level of access and accommodation.”
“What was discussed behind closed doors, we’ll likely never know, but if I’m a member of the administration battling each day to counter the wall-to-wall disinformation campaign of Tapper and the opposition party, this meeting is sacrilege,” the source told Breitbart News.

McAleenan is a Neilsen groupie, and was put in that spot to do just what he is doing by deep state sorts. They had their orders from someone other than the White House, and are actively slow rolling the president’s immigration plans on purpose, I understand. I’ve seen a few pieces written on him and the effort.
The question comes in how long before he gets fired. I’m not sure what the president’s team is waiting for other than the rats revealing the networks and crimes being documented.
I expect that foreign policy re Mexico plays into growing the emergency as well. Let all the players declare themselves fully, so that consequences can follow justly.

At a time when I really needed a shoulder the church I was going to in Orlando Fl locked the door on me in my greatest time of need.I dont trust mankind but I am tolerant, I know I am not right with God the way I should be because when I pray now I cant concentrate even enough to do the lords prayer.
I have alot on my plate and at times it is very unbearable I just have to have faith God will see me thru this chapter in my life.It’s pretty crazy but your threads are always like a punch in the throat to me T3 and not in a bad way because sometimes in life people like me need a good throat punch.
The day I walked away from Church in the sun I lost 5 years sobriety and have been fighting that demon ever since.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this thread I have it starred.
Every one of us has places of weakness and hurt Rodney.
Sometimes it’s actually easier to deal with a wound than it is to struggle with a missing piece of our development. We were intended to be given a fully working set of emotional strengths from the eyes of our parents before we were even 2 years old. If that didn’t happen, we can still grow that emotional strength at any age, but we are going to have a lot of tribulation along the way to developing that strength.
If we are really starting from the bottom, we can learn by growing plants or caring for a pet. As our love, appreciation, and ability to return to joy from emotional upsets grows, then we can work on the group relationships. Or so it has seemed to me. Maybe not a 12 step group, but some kind of kinship group. Even if it’s around the topic of patriotism, fishing, or sports.

We all do, Rodney. Life is really hard. One scripture verse that literally got me through a mental valley so dark I never thought I would see light again is this: For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” 2 Tim.1:7.
I recited that verse a hundred times a day or a long while. It’s in my soul now. God gives us His holy power to work wonders in our lives. He gives us His love so we never feel alone and can do good to others. He gives us a sound mind, which means the self control and discipline to do the right thing and keep on doing it.
That verse eventually lifted me out of the darkness, a place where I felt completely abandoned by God.
I had the same inability to pray, but I could pray and ponder scripture. It will work miracles large and small in your life.
Off the pulpit now. Just felt that verse might help. 💜

“We all do”….reminds me of an incident that happened several years ago at a class reunion. Ours was a VERY small class (less than 50 in a rural school) with most of growing up together throughout school years. One of the girls was desperately poor, but the community was quietly supportive of the family. Long before the days of welfare, food stamps or other programs, this family lived in squalor.
However, by some miracle our classmate went on to a local college, became a teacher and helped put several of her many siblings through school, much to her credit.
However, years later at this reunion she shared her embarrassment and resentment of having to wear “hand me downs” of others. We all looked at her in astonishment because we ALL wore hand me downs from older sisters, cousins and neighbors…and thought nothing of it. “You did?” We told her, that taking help from others was never a insult to her or the family situation…that’s just what neighbors did for each other.
She looked at us and I will never forget the expression of realization that she had harbored this feeling of strong resentment for years and it was all for nothing.
Mired in her own feelings, she didn’t notice that 2 of our classmates had abusive alcoholic fathers and we protected our friends as much as we could from their fathers’ ready fists. She didn’t see them come to school with bruises, like we did.
She didn’t notice the 2 boys who struggled every single day with their heavy metal braces worn as the result of polio and never had a “normal” life.
She never noticed the classmate with what we now know was severe dyslexia who was humiliated every day with his inability to read …but came anyway.
Yes, indeed, “we all do” and need to take opportunities “to look beyond our noses” to see that no matter how bad we think our lot in life is…there are others that are dealing with far worse circumstances.

Just remember that you are not alone in your struggles. Some of us deal with similar demons. It took me getting married for the first time at age 41, a few years ago, to get back to going to church. I don’t always agree with the way the sermons are expressed, but I do feel a peace in attending. I like to drink, probably too much. I have a mean temper, even when sober. I am trying to work on not hating the political opposition and realize that they too are God’s people, even if they don’t know it.
Thanks CM I can relate alot to feeling mean inside,I have to remember that God wont put on us more than we can handle.I do miss the joys of church and right now there is no way I can attend.

Hi Rodney. I had a long row once upon a time, too. It’s so hard when you look down the row, it seems so far to go. I focused on one day at a time, sometimes one hour.
Finding one small thing to care for is a good thing. Someone said a plant or a pet. Those are great, but make sure they are easy ones to look after.
If you can find a place to volunteer some time helping others, that is also a really good thing to do. I know it seems counter-intuitive to try to help others when we need help, but focusing outward instead of inward can really benefit us when we are suffering.
We are here to support you, too! Reaching out is a positive thing!

A critical spirit, not trusting mankind, needing to learn to go from absolutely despising a lot of people to being more loving. Some vices that I need to give over to Him. I’m a broken vessel still being put back together and I still have to see if it’ll ever hold whiskey well, doesn’t seem to 🤔 I have some things to clean up for sure but I absolutely believe and see Him working in our lives which helps.

I personally know that something IS WRONG when a Church locks you out. That’s an act of man, NOT of God. While it hurts, I also think it’s God’s way of telling us we don’t belong there. Have you tried attending a Unitarian Church? They are very non-judgemental and mainly composed with people who were unhappy or disenfranchised from other religions…people who had a bad experience, like being “locked out.”. No dogma and takes inspiration from many religious/spiritual sources.
For me, at the time, it was liberating to be part of a small Unitarian group where you could actually question things and express doubt without being judged.
At this point, it’s too liberal with so-called social justice issues for me but it certainly was exactly what I needed at that point in my life.
Where I live there are no churches near, I live off grid.

Whether it is an act of man or an act of God depends on HOW & WHY they lock you out. There are plenty of churches that don’t expel demon-following members, and they suffer because they didn’t.
Being offered an opportunity to repent and confess, and rejecting the offer, is grounds for being tossed out of darn near any place I can think of.
If a church isn’t there for people who really need it (demon-followers, you say?), then what kind of church is it?
Not everybody repents and makes it on the first try. I don’t think Jesus would kick someone out the door for failing, if they were showing up.

I was going to say, what church locks someone out? The Church is a hospital for sinners. At least mine is. Individual parishes are better at helping people through rough times, but as a whole, that’s really why She exists: to allow humans to experience God on earth and inspire to Heaven.
Those of us that are sinners are the ones who need to be a part of Church the most.
We can consider God to be perfect but wow, our fellow people never are.
Let’s all take a cue from Rodney, who is our friend, and turn it around.
Face it, we know those, “in church”, who consider themselves to be exceptional Christians, but they are often cruel, judgmental, and pious. If we see it, we should call them out. It hurts people horribly. It’s not right.

Rodney, we are all very fallible human beings. Some who profess to be very godly are just very smug about being superior to others. It’s a particular trait in all animals to have a pecking order or dominance. Herd animals do it but predators do too. Even the meekest do it in competition to have the best cooking, craft, something. Some do it as a form of contribution to their community others to show their dedication and still others to show thy are better than others, I think a lot of religion and all of Islam is to justify believing that you or your group is superior, that they have greater rights and because of this perversion will always appeal to the dregs of every society. People with self awareness that they are inferior are always looking for a way to mask that and dominate others. This is a form of envy and lust for power over others.
I don’t profess to be a good person. I’ve made mistakes and there’s a lot I’m ashamed of. My failings have been epic. My daughter had a very difficult delivery and looking back I believe the warning signs were there and that I failed her. I was privately insured and in a private hospital and at any time could have pulled the plug and said enough, let’s go to cesarean but I remained passive and useless. Furthermore I remained foolishly trusting in the days that followed when she had a brain injury resulting in cerebral palsy , epilepsy and autism.
In a public hospital I think she would have been an emergency caesar and then into nicu.
What a fuck up.
She has lifelong consequences and I have lifelong guilt and failure.
Parenting someone who is autistic is spectacularly unrewarding.
After her saying fuck you to me once a doctor asked if that was the most affectionate she ever got. I said it was so much better than being bitten , scratched, hit, kicked etc so yeah.
I am so sorry you have that burden to carry, but it isn’t your fault.
Any woman in labor is at the mercy of those around her. We aren’t in our right minds! I had four, and the act of birth is an out-of-mind experience.
I have a very difficult daughter, myself. She loses her mind once in a while and says the most awful things you can imagine. Whatever she can think of to hurt the most.
You have my sympathy in caring for someone who hurts you. It sucks.
I can relate OzzyTrumpster my first daughter was born a premie I held her as she took her last breath, I lost 7 years 5 months and 13 days sobriety that day.My x was told she was to small to have children, low and behold 2 years later in our toxic relationship she got off the pill and was pregnant again.
We tried to make things work but at 7 months pregnant my x went into labor after a slip and fall accident at work, she was in labor for 4 hours drs tried to deliver natural and after a while trying to pull Misty Noel out of the womb with a medieval instrument , they rushed her mother in for emergency ciscerian.
She was diagnosed at 4 months old with cerebral palsy and has spent her life in a wheel chair.I was not allowed in my daughters life, long story, and she grew up hating my guts.
I pray one day to see my daughter again she is a very troubled 21 year old, my mother keeps in touch and always has, thats how I get updates.
One day I will understand this journey God has put me thru, I know on my part I have not been humble and have alot to work on.
Once again im amazed that she wasn’t taken straight to OT, unless they were trying to stall the labor to give steroids to speed up the development of the babies lungs. Even delaying the birth by 48 hrs gives the steroids time to develop the lungs. Nowadays we have artificial surfactant. This is produced by the lungs to stop the little air sacs called avioli from sticking together. These sticky lungs led to infant respiratory distress syndrome. Higher and higher pressures are needed by the ventilator machines to get the air in but this leads to complications like collapsed lungs. Vicious cycle. Nothing, absolutely nothing you or anyone else could do to stop this cascade. Increasing the concentration of oxygen led to hyper proliferation of blood vessels in the retinas. Remember how perms often ended up blind?. Surfactant has revolutionised the care of preterm babies and others with lung diseases ie cystic fibrosis.

Yep. There’s been surgery on foetuses for a while now. High risk of course but if your baby has a cardiac condition like transposition of the aorta and the main vein leading into the heart it’s not optional. The pregnant woman is under General anaesthetic so the foetus is too. They open the uterus , take out the baby operate and put it back. The blood vessels at this time in gestation are the width of a hair. Also Spina bifida( opening in the spinal canal to the skin) can be corrected often leaving the kid with fully functional nerves below the site. Below a certain amt of weeks gestation the foetus heals with no scarring .

CR was very helpful to me…. not perfect people, but sincere folks who know they have problems, who are seeking to overcome and serve/help each other. It’s a faith-based Christian form of AA for healing of all kinds of wounds/trauma/sin/addictions.

Just my immediate personal reaction to these, but they did not detract from VSG whatsoever in my mind.
It’s not the same thing, but they remind me of those videos where VSG’s words are spoken in one of those beautifully enunciated English accents, and somehow you can understand the intelligence, dignity and depth in the words which is not apparent when spoken in a Queen’s County accent.

Your advise to keep an open mind re the unfolding plot has found some fertile soil in me. The more I think about it, coupled with my argument that everything Mueller has done has benefited Trump, the more I buy into the possibility of a deeper game being played.
Comey played a significant role in Trump’s victory. Plus Rudy and Barr have recently dropped very subtle hints. The odds of Comey winning the Oscar for best impersonation of a bad guy is climbing, in my estimation. I’ve gone from 5% to 30% today …. 🙂
I have to search a little to be sure I remember it correctly, but I believe I read something about Comey and Mueller going to a school of some sort that taught how to do disinformation. It is true that if you repeat something often enough it becomes “truth” whether it really is or not. So, this public arguing feeds into the idea that both of them are bad Clinton hatchet guys when the historical record challenges the notion.
To me the biggest give away was his performance during the Clinton exoneration. It was farcical. Rudy said on Saturday that Comey is a smart guy. His farcical performance does not “hang together” with smart guy.

I’ve had this weird feeling all along, and I can’t let it go. Trump and company have scripted a Marvel Universe-worthy movie for us, and this is all part of it.
Every protagonist has to have an antagonist. It drives the story, and keeps us interested. We live in strange times. People on the younger side are accustomed to action. Something happens every minute. Modern action films are over-stimulating for me, because of the pacing.
The video-game culture has led to a new paradigm in film-making that I’ve noticed. It goes something like this:
1) An unlikely Hero emerges. Not someone you expect. Hero is then challenged by an obstacle (can be anything).
2) Hero battles said obstacle fiercely. It goes on a while. We think he might lose. Obstacle seems insurmountable.
3) Hero vanquishes obstacle. Hero is praised/venerated. Adrenaline rush for audience, vicariously.
4) Repeat battles, until final ultimate victory over all obstacles is achieved.
I gotta be honest, it bores the crap outta me, except in Trump-world. I’m hooked.
President Trump is a master of media. He gets it better than anybody. He knows he needs antagonists to keep the story moving forward, and to be recognized as the Hero. I think he has created some of the bad guys for the entertainment value.
I know this story actually goes all the way back to Homer and the Odyssey. Homer just did it better.

TRUMP CREATES BAD GUYS for a script that HE WRITES and then sells to the public.
Trump creates a perception, points into the stands to where he’s going to hit the ball, and then he HITS IT THERE. It looks like the pitcher and catcher conspired with Trump to give Trump the homer ( 😉 ), and in a SENSE they did – but to truly understand things, one must look for smaller truths GIVING UP INTENT that are NOT explained by “Black Sox theories” of the opposition, and then realize that the appearance of conspiracy is a wonderful and true beauty of CONSPIRACY THEORY.
Telling a WHITE SOX HOMER from a BLACK SOX HOMER is an art and a science. Conspiracy theory informs me what to look at and what not to look at for different things.
In my opinion – these people are his ACTUAL opponents – REAL BAD GUYS – in that they really did try to oppose Trump. They simply look bogus and scripted as if they are WORKING FOR TRUMP because their opposition and failure is part of Trump’s bigger win by Trump’s (and others’) design. The opponents’ ATTEMPTS TO STOP TRUMP feed the plot. Trump has CAPITALIZED on everything his opponents do, or try to do.
Trump wins because he is a greater master of story than Hollywood and the Dems.
Why do I keep talking about scripts in relationship to both MK and “events” that are used to try to stop Trump, etc.? It is because scripted scenarios – PLOTLETS IN STORIES – are a key atomic feature of conscious attempts to alter societal flow. In many cases, “who wrote the script” is immaterial – it is the outcome of SUCCESS which drives production. The motivation of Hollywood to tell a story is the same as the POLITICAL motivation to tell a story.
This is why people try to FAKE the script along – why the left HOAXES the script along.
Trump doesn’t need hoaxes. He is a MASTER of improvisation, persuasion, and perception.
The reason Trump’s opponents seem so FAKE is because they are defeated before they started, just like when a person writes a script where they know somebody wins. Once that victory is assured, the rest works out weirdly. Things which look like they opposed that victory from one angle ALSO look like they were part of it from another, and in a sense they are.
Martin Luther King, Jr., got this. He got “MOVEMENT” – just like TRUMP gets MOVEMENT.
Why is this? INFORMATION. The script writer KNOWS HOW IT ENDS.
“We have it all.”
Those who plot against Trump cannot win big. Their struggles only win small and alter the turbulence on the way to Trump’s big win.
All of this is the CONVERGENCE of science, religion, politics, and history. The religious truth of “In the end, God Wins” is the SAME truth of Q talking about “Nothing can stop what’s coming.”
People cannot get their heads around the weird appearance of TRUE inevitability, because the biggest reality justifications of that truth are hidden from them. Those who CAN get this stuff are SPECULATING – people like DrawAndStrike, us, others.
Trump understands TRUE inevitability on multiple scales. Trump is right about Judge Roy Moore. Accept it. Trump GETS where things are going. We need to LISTEN if we want to WIN BIG.
Or said another way, PDJT has read Sun Tzu, and knows that victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.

One of the hardest lessons in life is shutting up. I think about how different my life would be, and the lives of others in contact with me would be, if I had the wisdom, understanding and prudence to shut up when silence was by far the best thing. Lack of silence has consequences.
There are many reasons for the phenomenon of not shutting up, not the least of which is something T3 alluded to in a post above: whether you had the gift of parental guidance, instead of having to learn from the School of Hard Knocks.
A specific example: when another person does something wrong, or makes a mistake, under circumstances where it is obvious that the person realized (or should have realized) that they did something wrong or made a mistake, it is probably better not to inform them they did something wrong or made a mistake. They already know. The urge to do so can be immediate and overwhelming, but the graciousness in remaining silent is one of those little situations where silence can be a blessing for everybody, and leave a small but permanent sign of love.

The top Democrats on the House and Senate Intelligence committees notified the nation’s spy chiefs Friday that they intend to closely monitor efforts by Attorney General William P. In a separate letter, the Senate Intelligence Committee’s top Democrat, Sen. Mark R. Warner (Va.), asked the spy chiefs to “immediately” inform the panel “if you see signs” that Barr’s inquiry risks compromising intelligence-gathering sources and methods, affecting relationships with foreign liaisons, or adversely impacting the intelligence community’s workforce. He also asked that they notify the panel of any “selective declassification” that appeared politically motivated.
I saw this…and laughed out loud. Who in the world do these people think they are? They are NOT over the executive branch–they are equals. This is posturing nonsense and if the IC agrees with this, there should be hell to pay across the boards.
They don’t deserve one notification or piece of paper. This investigation is not under the purview of Congress. I actually feel this as a personal affront. I’m glad the government is finally undertaking this investigation, and I don’t want one member of Congress inappropriately involved. They only want to hamper it, find something they can falsely accuse Pres. Trump and AG Barr of, and stop us from learning the truth.
I can’t wait to read the smack-down letter they’re going to get.

In the course of my professional life, I helped develop and taught ethics classes used throughout the US and dealt with a myriad of situations in which questions arose about the behavior of my partners. I needed a massive in-house law firm, a series of the world’s most expensive outside law firms on retainer, and a huge (non-deductible) defense fund on hand just to be able to practice. Harvey Silverglate’s “Three Felonies a Day” — whose thesis is that the average white collar professional commits three felonies every day in the ordinary course of conducting business — is a very good exposition of this problem.
I would go much further in seeking to address this than the author in your linked article proposes, specifically by strengthening and expanding the concept of scienter. I would strike down completely strict liability laws, requiring in all cases that intent be proven in order to find someone guilty of a crime. (And I would extend this to civil forfeitures, which are an abomination in a country that purports to revere private property rights.)
Moreover, I would provide citizens with the individual right to defend themselves by arguing specifically that they should not be assumed to know and understand the law. An individual right to challenge the increasing encroachment of new and innovative criminal rules into our lives would provide a powerful check on the continuous expansion of the law we see today. Indeed, it would provide a powerful check on continuous changes in the law, which is a separate if somewhat less pernicious problem.
Requiring proof that someone understood the law as it applied to them would have the salutary effect of inhibiting the willy-nilly enactment of new laws in response to whatever mass hysteria is blowing in the wind, because each new layer of laws would potentially reduce the efficacy of existing laws. This also would place a major roadblock in front of innovative legal theories like the one Andrew Weissman used to destroy Arthur Andersen because he could not prosecute the Enron executives while AA’s reputation remained intact. Most people would be surprised to learn of the prevalence of “enforcement positions”, which are not clearly reflected in the law but instead are more properly characterized as a viewpoint particular lawyers would like to see enacted, and which they pursue in the hopes they can find a judge who will help them insert it into the law.
This crap is a massive drag on our economy, enables lawyers to claim far too much power in our society, and in a huge infringement on our rights.

First of all, the JUDGE is actually designed to be somewhat concealable, and it is specifically designed for vehicular self-defense. So the stuff about gun size is a red herring. The Judge is a great gun, actually.

Here is what makes sense to me. The gun was in the suspect’s car, concealed in some place accessible by her when handcuffed, very likely under the back seat cushions [EDIT: see below – may have been the FRONT SEAT]. If she was handcuffed and put into the back seat of her own car, or left alone in the car, and the gun (presumably belonging to the driver) was where they BOTH knew it, then she probably made a VERY stupid decision to get it.
She may NOT have committed suicide. It seems very likely to me that this was a gun-handling accident. With hands tied, trying to manipulate a gun is extremely dangerous. Trying to use the MOUTH to help things, or doing things out of vision, particularly with a REVOLVER that may have a load under the hammer, is very dangerous.
I’m reserving judgment (no pun intended, seriously). If the cops simply overlooked the gun in the vehicle, then they made a mistake, and their tight-lipped defensiveness is understandable. They need to figure out WHAT happened, but they will need to release ALL of the information eventually.
I don’t think suicide. I think she thought she could “help” her BF by getting the gun.
This woman did NOT know gun-handling. An accident is VERY likely, IMO. Worst of all, if she attempted to PULL A GUN FROM CONCEALMENT, it’s likely that she DID IT WRONG. Very common cause of accidents with concealed weapons.

– she MAY exit, or just swings her feet out
– she contorts to ready the pistol for a SIDE SHOT
– she is holding the pistol to not drop it, but this is DANGEROUS
– she is looking at the gun, trying to position it
– just a tap on the trigger kills her

Would like to see the police cruiser video. Police transmissions after girl was searched, cuffed, placed in car. Front seat I assume. Was the weapon inside her pants / lower back?

“How do we get a generation to be free of addiction and all these kinds of things? You and I have access to the secret places of God, the secret things of God, where He’s already announced to us it is his good pleasure to give us the mysteries of the Kingdom of God. It’s already written in your inheritance,” he said.
The Redding, Calif., pastor pointed out that the “entire ambition” of Scripture is to “get the people of God to accurately represent who He is.”
“This is the invitation for every single believer,” he said, adding: “I can see the heart of God over this part of the land.”
“The spirit of God is in us, and He wants out,” Johnson declared. “This spirit of God longs to reveal who Jesus is, and He longs to do it through a people who have said ‘yes.’”

Handling these people is a problem. Sure, there are some there due to poverty. But most are mentally ill or drug and alcohol addicted.
I have a relative who is mentally ill. At least, that’s how I would describe her. She is not capable of following rules. Cannot handle the authority of a boss so she can’t keep a job. She doesn’t care about not having a job because “she’d rather live under a bridge and frequently does just that.” Family members tried to help. She ran through everyone until no one was willing to even try any more, because no one could successfully help her. She couldn’t or wouldn’t meet anyone halfway.
For whatever reason, there are people who prefer to live as they wish rather than conform to the rules of shelters and missions or whatever, especially if accepting help means they have to get clean or sober. It is horrific.
However, that doesn’t mean the rest of us should be endangered by people living on the streets.
Incidently, I read that some of this is the fault of the Ninth Circuit that decreed that if people don’t have the means to obtain shelter they have the right to sleep/live on public lands…
Continuing to smear Trump and the Cloward-Pliven strategy means they NEED this disaster to remain on the streets to benefit the DNC agenda.

I don’t, and I haven’t. In addition to Beck, Mark Levin was a Never Trumper. So was Dana Loesch and quite a few others. To the extent that they support Pres. Trump now, okay, but I don’t listen to their programs or buy their products. Levin makes excellent arguments and is the smartest of the bunch, IMO. But I still don’t trust him.
Beck is in a class of his own. He appears to be caught up in worshipful admiration for someone who will buck the system, but he is not giving a thought to what that really means for the country. There are zero grounds for impeachment, and Beck should know that. He should lose all his followers over this, but he won’t. A lot of conservatives are in denial and put pundits on a pedestal, supporting people who are instrumental in tearing down the country. People like Beck should feel it in the public arena and the pocketbook.
Some Never Trumpers now support Pres. Trump just enough to pull people back in, using their audience for their own enrichment while at the same time doing things to tear him down (sometimes clandestinely). Most of us would not tolerate that kind of duplicity and abuse in our personal lives.
Another reason I don’t listen to those people anymore is that I knew better than they did what the country needed, and they were working AGAINST America. Beck even said he would support Hillary over Trump. He should not have had one supporter left after that, IMO. We all talk about how we’re “fighting” to save America, so how could we support someone who would have let Hillary be president? It’s unfathomable.

President Trump was in Virginia Sunday for a special church service praying for victims of the Virginia Beach mass shooting.
Trump, wearing khakis and a jacket over a polo shirt and holding a golf hat, was applauded by the congregation as he arrived at McLean Bible Church.
While he did not talk during the service, Trump stood behind pastor David Platt as he offered a prayer for the 12 killed in Friday’s mass shooting.
The president was there to “visit with the Pastor and pray for the victims and community of Virginia Beach,” said Judd Deere, the White House’s deputy press secretary.
Trump arrived at about 2:20 p.m. and his motorcade left a little over 15 minutes later.

Mueller’s team omitted key context suggesting that Dowd was trying to strongarm Flynn and possibly obstruct justice by shaping witness testimony, while the actual voicemail reveals that Dowd was careful not to tread into obstruction territory in what was a friendly and routine call between lawyers.

This is pretty big. This also shows PLOTTING between Mueller’s sideshow and the Dems in Congress.
(1) This is evidence of prosecutorial misconduct. There is no way this conduct passes muster with DOJ standards. There need to be FIRINGS at a minimum, and prosecutions possibly.
(2) Questions by Demonic Democrats, including Horizontal Harris and Angry Amy Klobuchar, now make sense. They wanted Barr on record as having READ the underlying evidence, which would then PROTECT the DOJ infestation. Barr instead told the TRUTH – that he TRUSTED the Mueller team to have been professional with the underlying evidence, and felt he did not NEED to double-check their work.
(3) Barr’s approach of publishing everything at once, of not editing it, or letting it all stand is now shown to have been massively smart.
(4) This is brilliant. They just let the Mueller-Weissmann team try one last CHEAT, and CAUGHT THEM.
Point #2 is profound. It’s clear that we have to be thinking five steps ahead and antipicating what traps the fiends will set. Outsmarting them at their own games is key. Pres. Trump has been doing it for years.
It’s really SNEAKY – isn’t it? My goodness – these conniving harpies had PURPOSE in their harassment of Barr. They were likely both TESTING him and BAITING him into misstatements.

I am praying for you… take care of yourself. My DH passed 8 yrs. ago, still hard (Dad went 6 mos. later).
Those memories are being triggered now, and I find I need more “alone” time… me and the deer and the birds and the Lord. Loss is hard. I didn’t know until you mentioned a day or so ago, that you’re a widow also. Just wanted to let you know you’re in my thoughts. Love and hugs. God bless you.

Grief can accumulate, can’t it? One loss after the next. It can add up and weigh you down. At least that’s how it seems to me.
You wouldn’t have known I lost my DH because I haven’t mentioned it before. I just…couldn’t. And then my dad, and then my mom. There was never any time to really grieve.
I understand you need time and space. I always look for you, so you know I’m going to miss you. But take care of you. That’s job #1. Love you, too. May God keep you close.

I can remember asking my father about it back then. At that time, they were really only used for communications, but he was aware of their thermal effects.
His answer, which seems to match what Wikipedia says, was that their ability to be focused and directed to small areas and thin paths were considered enough to “make them safe”. I remember being skeptical that they were really all that safe, and that invisibility was probably covering up a lot of sins, but that was the thinking then.

In my opinion, the whole thing was driven by emerging military utility, followed by general communications utility, from the very beginning in the late 1800s until today, and particularly DURING and AFTER WWII. This is what drove the seeming inevitability of it.
In my opinion, the anti-5G forces, from both a physical health standpoint AND from a personal privacy standpoint, will not be successful delaying or defeating the technology, any more than trying to get rid of RADAR would be successful. I’m just being honest about historical opposition to paradigm changes like this. it won’t work, and may in fact be anti-productive to the goals of the people behind those efforts, due to discreditation.
HOWEVER…..
Instead, I think these forces need to concentrate on CLEANING IT UP, both in terms of sensibly limiting needless human exposures, and giving individual people ways to BY LAW remove themselves from giving up 5G data – of staying off its grid IF and WHENEVER they want, which will also limit exposure.
The RIGHT of an individual to limit THEIR 5G exposure through THEIR devices is one of the best ways this can happen. It is thus also possible to LEVERAGE privacy and health to achieve the goals of each other – to allow individual exclusion. This is what worked with GMOs – to make sure that “organic” always remained an option, and is now a very healthy, popular and ROBUST option. The same thing should be achievable for 5G.
Cheap and readily available DIRECTIONAL DETECTORS to spot and QUANTIFY emitters are going to be extremely useful in that task.
The tin foil hat needs to go on offense as the pocket detector that annoys the hell out of industry and makes a killing.
I used to have a pocket WiFi detector that was very useful for testing the strength of WiFi set-ups. It’s like having eyes an ears for the stuff. It’s that VISION that really gets a handle on it.
And yet note that I’m rather “pro-5G” overall. I also note that Russia is doing the same thing with 5G that they’ve done with “clean energy for thee and not for me”. They work to depress American 5G while CHINA wants to control the technology.

Creating a small device for detecting microwaves has been achieved in prototype form, but yet to go commercial. Many meters claim to detect 4G but have such low sample rates that they are missing the pulses. No commercial device samples fast enough. This gives people a false sense of security with inadequate meters. As for detecting the millimeter frequencies, a small commercially viable device has yet to be demonstrated.
Imagine you have allergies to certain chemicals. Everyone else is fine while you fight to keep your airways open. Apparently the same types of sensitivities can be developed for SPECIFIC frequencies for only a subset of individuals. And they may not even know that is what is causing their symptoms.
Electrical Hypersensitivity (EHS) is recognized under the ADA and may be the way to go for developing safe zones for the higher frequencies. What the groups in Europe have learned is that getting a real safe zone is very, very difficult. Many EHS sufferers have taken their lives due to the overwhelming futility in trying to get relief.
As for creating “cleaner” telecomm technology, yes, I believe that is going to be key. Using fiber optic building to building. Wired 7e to workstations and even mobile where security or EHS is an issue. Lower power satellite to feed into that fiber where needed (islands, rural areas). Very low power wireless with more biology compatible waveforms where it makes sense. Current comm protocols have very sharp transitions which are not biocompatible. That is a technology problem that can be solved. If the WILL to do it is found. The problem is how much disease and death has ensued between knowing the problem and when someone actually begins working on the problems?
As to your last question – how much disease and death will be allowed – it’s the SAME answer as any technical advance…

The dishonesty works both ways. Sometimes the technology is forced though – sometimes it’s forced OUT.
An example is BENZENE. Benzene is actually not very toxic, but it causes, at almost statistically insignificant levels, leukemia. Something like 6 people will die per year in America if benzene is used as a common solvent. Sure, that is a direct consequence. But how many people die if we alter an enormous number of systems, use a LESS COMMON substance in its place, which might be MORE TOXIC in other ways, etc., etc., etc.?

So what did Jimmy Carter, Soviet dupe, do BEFORE society debated the issue? His EPA just restricted benzene and forced everybody to adopt the more acutely toxic toluene in its place, with no real examination of the consequences.

Got some new facts today. Many, many studies on effects of microwaves on fertility. 25% of all couples are infertile today. Sperm banks 10 years ago found one in 10 men had healthy enough sperm to donate. Today it’s only 1 in 100. US has about 300k cell towers. Small cell roll-out calls for 700k more. Pretty much on every street lamp at 10,000+ times more power in your bedroom than came from current towers.
