1. The removal of the original judge in this case was for cause.
2. Judge Sullivan’s appointment to the case was no accident or lucky break
3. Judge Sullivan’s rulings re: prosecutorial misconduct in the Sen. Ted Stevens case are KEY
4. Flynn was targeted by the Obama administration because he was a straight shooter that presented extreme risk to its various members of being held accountable by the law for corruption and illegalities (Flynn knows where the bodies are buried)
5. Flynn was targeted because, in part, he cannot talk to the press pending adjudication of his legal affairs
6. GEN. FLYNN IS THE KEYSTONE!
7. When…..not if….Judge Sullivan dismisses the case against Gen. Flynn for egregious prosecutorial misconduct it will, in turn, be a direct indictment of the ENTIRE MUELLER SPECIAL COUNSEL, along with each and every prosecution conducted by it and each and every member associated with it.
8. Gen. Flynn then becomes a WITNESS FOR THE PROSECUTION against a host of black hat actors.

What I found interesting about that photo was VSG’s posture. That stance is one a voice teacher tried to get me to adopt. (As if someone with a rack the size of mine could do that without lower back support.) I can’t remember what he called it. Something Italian. Klomp was one of the headliners in the CHICAGO Sun Times back in the 70s, when they did an expose on abortion. Klompfer and 2 other guys used to put hatch marks on their scrubs to keep track of the days abortions so they knew how much they were owed by the clinic.
His place is where we once took the Missionary image of Our Lady of Guadalupe and Father M. did a type of exorcism there. The Schiff Subpoena of the Acting DNI is blowing up on Twitter.
Something about a Whistleblower,
who went to the IC IG on August 12th. IC IG ruled it was “urgent”.
By law, the Acting DNI is supposed to inform the Intel Comm within 2 weeks.

Acting DNI is REFUSING to do so.
Schiff is pi$$ed and wants to know what is going on.
Schiff reveals in his letter….. the Acting DNI has already discussed situation with the DOJ.

Looks like either a border collie or an Aussie. I have Aussies, they are the BEST dogs. Very child friendly, when my youngest son was little my old Aussie “Buck” would shadow him in the back yard and heard him from trouble, always keeping himself between my son and any issue. I want everybody to realize that the FISA stuff is bad AND illegal, as were the Flynn setups. But, these were NOT the start of this, and it is FAR deeper and FAR worse. Flynn was setup and railroaded in January of 2017. The Carter Page (the plant) FISA’s were in September and October originally of 2016, used to realign the narrative and retroactively “justify” ALL the previous stuff that had already been going on WAY before September 2016, and way before Crossfire Hurricane began on July 31 2016. While the FISA’s illegally used the “Steele” dossier, which was made up garbage, they were simply used as a JUSTIFICATION for what had ALREADY occurred. The REAL question is WHEN was the “Steele” dossier complied, by WHO, and who ordered its creation, and HOW was the info for it obtained.
This ALL dates to early 2015. Barack Obama ordered the dossier, he gave Fusion GPS $972,000.00 to create it AND he granted them access to the restricted NSA database to gather info to compile it. Then he gave Fusion GPS, and Nellie Ohr, who was CIA, had clearance, and had worked for the FBI and DOJ before, was hired by Fusion GPS and allowed to do “about” queries on the NSA database ON Trump, his family, his business, his friends, and his associates highlighting his foreign business dealings as a primer. The info was MASKED on Americans, so Obama had Rice and Power unmask all the searches, and there were ALOT of searches 300x as many as “normal”. Nellie Ohr then wrote the rough draft of the dossier that would be named after Christopher Steele. But she made a simple mistake on data involving the WRONG Michael Cohen going to Prague and meeting “Russians” Steele was brought in to clean up, edit, add spice, and add credibility using his time as a MI6 Russian desk chief as clout. Steele knew and worked with Glen Simpson AND Nellie Ohr before, and he had connections to Brennan, all through MI6, the CIA, the FBI, and Five Eyes.
The REAL crimes here predate the FISA’s on Page the plant by MONTHS and close to a YEAR. The first setups occurred on Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen. Cohen had a FISA on him from his erroneous mention in the dossier, and that would be rectified later when they raided his business and home. Manafort ALSO had a FISA on him in March of 2016, WAY before Flynn, or Page. They used the Ukrainian Black Ledger obtained by Marie Louise Yovanovitch, a former Clinton State Dept member who became US ambassador to Ukraine under Kerry. She released the Black ledger files which were used by Mueller on Manafort for the FARA, tax evasion, and loan fraud charges (the Podesta’s were Manafort’s partners at the time but they were allowed to amend their FARA App)
Papadopolous ALSO had a FISA on him, and that was how they were able to use Halper, Mifsud, the Russian Honeypot, and Alexander downer to plant info on advance knowledge of WikiLeaks in April 2016 on him in London. In May of 2016, again in London, Halper and Downer would extract the ifo planted in Papadopolous by Mifsud, and relay it through Downer to Five Eyes in the UK and Australia back to Brennan. Making it LOOK like the info came from foreign allies and was not a setup. This too ALL occurred BEFORE the FISA’s on Page the plant, and Crossfire BEGAN.
Don’t forget that Donald Trump Jr ALSO was setup by Fusion GPS and Loretta Lynch. They set him up in the June 9th 2016 Trump Tower meeting with Natalia Veselnitskaya on the Hillary “dirt” that turned into the Magitski act conversation trying to frame Trump Jr as having contacts with a “russian” and discussing Hillary..to them that was “collusion” It all blew up because Don Jr was HONEST and told them what they had on tape VERBATIM…because he ALSO had tapes of that meeting. NO perjury trap, no leverage on POTUS. Natalia Veselnitskaya was not even ALLOWED back in the Country, Preet Bahara had DENIED her request to enter the US on the trials of the Magitski case. Bahara was the SDNY US attorney. Who could over rule him? Only Lynch or Obama. The let he in explicitly FOR the June 9th setup, Bahara thought her a SPY, and he was RIGHT. She met directly BEFORE the Trump Tower meeting and directly AFTER it with Glenn Simpson,,,coincidence,,,right?
The important thing to remember is that the FISA’s on Page the plant, while important because they used the dossier, making them a fraud, was not the BIG crimes. The BIG crimes of TREASON, Sedition, abuse of power, 4th amendment violations and Conspiracy against the US ALL happened BEFORE the Carter Page FISA’s and the Flynn and Sessions setups and ALL that followed, even Mueller. Mueller’s job was to JUSTIFY the dossier, and PROVE anything in it he could, he failed cause it was ALL a lie. The dossier was used as a road map in ALL of this. Irt is the HOLY Grail of the Cabal. It was a predicate and justification for itsself and ALL that followed. THAT is the important part. THe Cabal keep trying to realign the timeline messed up by Adam Schiff when he used Papadopolous as the START to try and throw off the Nunes memo which…HIGHLIGHTED the dossier. The Cabal have a MAJOR timeline problem.. THAT is where the MEAT is.. FOCUS on the TIMELINE. ANYTHING BEFORE Crossfire was ILLEGAL.

I believe he is a member of the Freedom Caucus, but it doesn’t change the fact that his particular choice of words – actually using phrasing that sounds like the FBI and DOJ simply didn’t follow something correctly in the Procedure Manual – doesn’t cut it with me.
We’ve gone too long, and POTUS has suffered greatly as a result of the abuse, and intentional targeting to take him out as a candidate, and then as President. Not sure what the “protocol” is for trying to interfere in an election or take out a sitting President – which is essentially trying to overthrow the government.
I don’t mind Meadows, and still like him, but I stand by not letting him get away with minimizing the gravity of what went down, and what the Cabal tried to do – and is still trying to do. That’s the important point to make – we’re not through this yet. Any sign of weakness on the part of the GOP is going to be pounced on by the Dems.
It would be catastrophic to let them get away with what they did. The only person I trust 100% is POTUS.

I agree. I’m not defending Meadows, but I’ve noticed that every Congressman who comments on Spygate refuses to state what, if any, laws were broken. I also think they are being extremely careful not to jeopardize future legal cases.
It will be great if it’s red herrings, kind of lulling the Dems into thinking it’s not all bad. But if our side uses words like that, the other side is going to say, “Hey, we just need more training so this doesn’t happen again…”

These so-called extreme risk protection orders authorize removing guns and ammunition from individuals deemed as dangerous by some anonymous, unaccountable person, but it would not include the ready-made lists of gang members.
Republicans tried to add an amendment including known gang members, but the Democrats will not permit the inclusion of gang databases. It’s odd since gangs are the ones causing most of the so-called gun violence.

How much is $15 an hour times zero hours?
That’s the question Gov. Gavin Newsom should answer before he signs a bill that could be the most economically destructive mistake any California governor has made since Gray Davis signed Senate Bill 400 in 1999 to increase pensions for state workers because the booming stock market was going to pay for it all.
Today, every tax increase proposed locally or statewide is needed to pay for those pension increases Gray Davis promised 20 years ago.
The bill on Newsom’s desk right now is Assembly Bill 5. It would make the business model of companies like Uber, Lyft and DoorDash illegal in California.
No longer would people be able to pick up extra money just by turning on an app and driving. Instead, they would have to be hired by the company as employees first. The companies would take on the full cost and all the litigation risks of being an employer in California. Those costs would be passed through to consumers in the price of the services.
That’s how the opportunities and conveniences of the gig economy would evaporate with the stroke of a pen.
Newsom’s signature on AB5 would blast California to the past, that slow-moving era before cell phones and apps made it possible for people who needed a ride to call someone with a car, and for every restaurant to offer delivery. Instead of working for themselves, drivers will first have to get hired. They’ll need permission to work.
AB5 officially writes into law and expands on the 2018 California Supreme Court decision in Dynamex Operations West v. Superior Court. In that case, drivers who had been employees were converted to independent contractors doing the same work. The court wrote a new definition to control how workers are classified.
But state lawmakers created their own Swiss-cheese version of classification rules, writing exceptions into the law for some independent contractors and refusing to grant exceptions to others, decisions that seem to be entirely based on lobbying and influence. So far, exemptions have gone to doctors, dentists, lawyers, engineers, accountants, architects, realtors, travel agents, graphic designers, human resources administrators, grant writers, marketers, fine artists, investment advisors and broker-dealers.
A state Senate analysis of the bill says more legislation will be needed next year to clarify and “clean up” AB5, so the law will help lobbyists earn a living for the foreseeable future.
AB5 is the creation of union leaders, brought to you by the California Labor Federation and the State Building and Construction Trades Council. The unions told lawmakers that all workers should have the protection that the law gives employees, such as meal and rest periods, paid family leave, unemployment insurance, workers compensation coverage, sick leave, disability insurance and protection from discrimination and sexual harassment. That sounds great, until there are fewer jobs and no way for people to earn a living if they can’t get one.
The building trades unions told lawmakers that construction companies using contractors have an unfair competitive advantage over companies that have employees and have to charge more.
It’s the “charge more” part that can cause the eventual loss of jobs. Sometimes businesses can’t charge more, because customers can’t or won’t pay more. If a business can’t operate profitably, it will die, and the first symptom of the illness is usually a hiring freeze.
In a bad economy or a troubled industry, employees may feel vulnerable and have few options. Will that make them more willing to vote for a union? AB5 would allow unions to organize dispersed workplaces, such as private automobiles driven by people working for ride-share companies. Only employees, not contractors, can vote to unionize.
Many people don’t want to pay union dues as a condition of employment, and in more than two dozen states, they can’t be forced to. California isn’t one of those states. Although public employees have the right to stop paying dues or fees to their union under the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2016 decision in Janus v. AFSCME, that decision doesn’t cover employees in the private sector. If the workforce votes to unionize, all covered employees have to pay the union.
Union membership in the United States has plummeted, not because of contractors, but because eligible employees are increasingly choosing not to be union members. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the percentage of wage and salary workers who were members of unions was 20.1 percent in 1983 and 10.5 percent in 2018.
For employers, California is an expensive place to do business. They pay high payroll taxes and high workers compensation insurance rates, and they have a greater risk of being sued than employers in most states. For instance, under the Private Attorney General Act, anybody can file a lawsuit to enforce employment law. PAGA, which took effect in 2004, is the law that allows class-action lawsuits over missed meal breaks or failure to provide itemized wage statements. Employers often settle to avoid huge legal bills. Under the law, 25 percent of the recovered penalties goes to the employees, and 75 percent goes to the state of California.
PAGA lawsuits are just one of the risks attached to hiring people in California, or even not hiring people. In 2015, the state Department of Industrial Relations stormed into a North Hollywood candy store flashing badges and assessing huge fines because the owner didn’t have workers’ compensation insurance for his employees. He didn’t have any employees. But some volunteers had been pictured on Facebook making a giant peanut butter cup to break a world record, and that was enough for the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. California’s definition of an “employee” includes anyone who is permitted to work, even if they are family members who help out without being paid.
AB5 adds more legal risk. It allows the state attorney general as well as city attorneys and district attorneys to prosecute employers to “prevent the continued misclassification of employees as independent contractors.”
The last time labor unions pressured lawmakers like this was 2016, when Gov. Jerry Brown agreed to sign legislation that gradually raises the minimum wage to $15 an hour by 2023.
This week, McDonald’s announced the acquisition of the technology company Apprente. It developed artificial intelligence to understand speech, such as drive-thru orders. McDonald’s has already enabled automated ordering in its restaurants with self-serve kiosks and a mobile app.

Employers will eliminate the people and replace with technology. Also, as I saw back when federal minimum wage was raised, so were rents and prices. The employers that had to pay higher wages were the ones who were landlords, they got the money back one way or another.

We are doing okay. Kal stiff and sore after his fall but no other complications or injuries. Both dogs ended up being put down, the little older dog that was attacked had too serious of injuries and our son’s dog became too aggressive and no one wanted children to be attacked next. She was charging our fence so hard when children came by that she would cut her face.

the son’s dog was going on 3, She was never really worked with by son when she was younger. Then with him being gone she has been pushing and pushing her dominance. Then this last spring she killed a cat. when she got the taste of blood a few months ago, it has been harder to control her. We tried behavior modification recommendations, she was good in short bursts then would get hard to handle again. dil and hubby thinks she had the small skull and too large of brain thing going on. When the humane society vet who called hubby was told she charges the fence hard enough to cut herself when kids were present, the decision was finalized. We are relieved in a way knowing she won’t have a chance to hurt a child.

Nobody is denying that the asylum seekers are “vulnerable.” They’re poor and often they’ve left their homes because their broken countries have been overrun by gang violence. But the asylum process wasn’t meant to function as a welfare net for the “vulnerable.” Asylum is for the persecuted. If a person feels persecuted in their own country, why would they need to travel 2,000-plus miles, passing through at least one other country, to get to the U.S. before finally claiming asylum?

abraham counting stars in an empty sky trust tests & trials my journal obedience & surrender
After 25 years of waiting in faith, Abraham and Sarah finally received the first “star” God promised. Abraham was already 100 years old when Sarah, herself 91, gave birth to Isaac. Imagine Abraham’s joy as he held his son for the first time, reflecting on the long journey of faith he had walked with God.
When Abraham finally had a star he could see, God commanded him to give it up, to sacrifice his son as a burnt offering (see Genesis 22). But here’s the amazing thing: Abraham didn’t complain. He didn’t question. He didn’t give God a long list of excuses. Abraham simply obeyed. We don’t know exactly what was going through Abraham’s mind as this was taking place, but in Hebrews 11 we read, “Abraham reasoned that God could even raise the dead, and so in a manner of speaking he did receive Isaac back from death” (v. 19).
Abraham knew that there could be no conflict between the promises of God and God’s ability to fulfill them.
Abraham’s faith had come a long way since the days when he stalled in Harran or fled to Egypt for safety. He knew now that there could be no conflict between the promises of God and God’s ability to fulfill them. He knew that if God had said Isaac was the son of promise, through whom many more promises would be fulfilled, then the Lord would find a way to keep His word. Abraham knew God could accomplish this, even if it meant raising Isaac from the dead.
Abraham exercised faith and trusted the God of the impossible, and because of his faith, God allowed him to see something incredible: a foreshadowing of the cross, where God’s only Son, Jesus, would be the ultimate sacrifice for our sins.
As father and son walked up Mount Moriah that day, Isaac noticed something was missing for their burnt offering. He asked, “[W]here is the lamb for the burnt offering?” (Genesis 22:7). Two thousand years later, John the Baptist, standing along the Jordan River, answered when he saw Jesus: “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29).
What “star” is God calling you to count today? Let Abraham’s testimony be yours, too. His faith was not in vain, and neither is yours. For, “from this one man, and he as good as dead, came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand on the seashore” (Hebrews 11:12).
Prayer: Lord, I praise You for Your gift of salvation; it is the brightest and best star I can count. Help me to remember Your many promises that stem from that precious gift and to trust in You, counting stars from here to eternity. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.

“A unique solid gold toilet that was part of an art exhibit was stolen early Saturday from the magnificent home in England where British wartime leader Winston Churchill was born.
The toilet, valued at roughly $1.25 million, was the work of Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan. It had been installed only two days earlier at Blenheim Palace, west of London, after previously being shown to appreciative audiences at the Guggenheim Museum in New York.
Police said the toilet was taken early Saturday by thieves who used at least two vehicles. Because it had been connected to the palace’s plumbing system, police said the toilet’s removal caused “significant damage and flooding” to the building, a UNESCO World Heritage site filled with valuable art and furniture.
A 66-year-old man was arrested in the case, but he has not been identified or charged.

Inspector Richard Nicholls from Thames Valley Police said police believe the thieves left the spacious property about 4:50 a.m. and that the toilet was the only item taken. Closed circuit TV footage is being studied in the investigation.
Prior to the theft, visitors to the Cattelan exhibition could book a three-minute appointment to use the toilet. This had proved popular when the toilet was on display at the Guggenheim.
The artist intended the golden toilet to be a pointed satire about excessive wealth. Cattelan has previously said: “Whatever you eat, a $200 lunch or a $2 hot dog, the results are the same, toilet-wise.”
Last year, the chief curator at the Guggenheim offered to lend the golden toilet to U.S. President Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump when they asked to borrow a Van Gogh painting for their private White House quarters. Curator Nancy Spector had been critical of Trump in social media.
Saturday’s theft also comes after Edward Spencer-Churchill told The Times newspaper that the golden toilet would not be very easy to steal since it was connected to the palace’s plumbing.
“So no, I don’t plan to be guarding it,” he said.
Thames Valley Police Detective Inspector Jess Milne said: “The artwork has not been recovered at this time but we are conducting a thorough investigation to find it and bring those responsible to justice.”
Blenheim Palace said officials are “saddened” by the theft but “relieved no one was hurt.”
“We knew there was huge interest in the Maurizio Cattelan contemporary art exhibition, with many set to come and enjoy the installations,” the palace said in a tweet. “It’s therefore a great shame an item so precious has been taken, but we still have so many fascinating treasures in the Palace and the remaining items of the exhibition to share.”
The building was closed to the public Saturday but the palace said normal operations will resume Sunday.
The stately home in Oxfordshire, 65 miles (105 kilometers) west of London, is popular with visitors and is occasionally used for special events including fashion shows and art exhibits.”

In the grand scheme of things, this is a small problem. Rationally, I know that. Trying to maintain perspective, but Big T is about to lose his $hit.
Plumbing problems…especially ones that severe…are in a class of misery apart from all others.
I struggled with broken pipes during an Ice Storm with below zero temps for days after the pipes broke.
So I can relate to the frustration you’re going through.

First off, I didn’t have to deal with guests or making my house ready for any.
And second, I only mentioned the below zero temps because…since my house is on a slab with no basement…the ice buildup outside created a drainage problem as though it was below ground.

Man…gas is finally under $2.50 a gallon for weeks now.
With our state’s high gas taxes we are glad to be at $3.00 a gallon. So glad gas prices are coming down, hopefully they will stay down after this attack on SA.

Everything went excellent according to the tech who did my test,my veins are worse but there is hope(non-surgical) prayers answered. I will find out more the 30th when I speak to the specialist.
