I was trying to put this thread together with so many videos running from other devices in the house, what was typed was typed, and since they are both legit words spell check didn’t put a little red line under it, and…I’ve made worse typos in my time.
I don’t normally recommend 15 minute videos by talking heads, but this is a good one. Tucker explains the psychological warfare being waged against us, explains how the rioting is part of a totalitarian takeover, and then slams the Republicans for weak opposition. I think most of us here already know this on some level, but it’s good to hear someone finally say it out loud in real life. I hope Tucker was able to red pill some people with this.

Tucker Carlson is the only one pinpointing exactly how Americans feel, myself included, RIGHT NOW. The Republican Party is totally emasculated, save for a few. And even those few do nothing apart from strongly-worded sound bytes. It’s like they’re looking for their orders – but the orders don’t come. Is there anyone POTUS can trust? He can’t have lost his nerve.
Hannity is trusted even if many don’t care for his style.
Anymore, Hannity looks uneasy to me as he is handed the baton.

Thanks Gail! Seeing the beginning of the text about how the media lies it reminds me of a Pro-Life event I attended in Tulsa, in the ’80s. There were probably a couple hundred pro-lifers & multiple speakers, music, & prayers from the outdoor platform. Maybe a dozen protesters with signs (including a woman w/ several pre-school kids w/ a sign claiming “Pro-Family & Pro-Choice”–blech).
Anyway, I happened to watch the news coverage of the event & it was massively distorted. They constantly panned the abortion supporters close up to make them look like a much larger group & never showed the actual Pro-Life crowd. There was No Video of one aspect of the event participants, no interviews w/ people who’d been on the stage, & only discussions w/ pro-aborts. It was a Massive Mis-Representation of the Actual Event…& this was in the buckle of the Bible Belt where the sentiments in the state likely ran very much in support of Life. It’s only gotten exponentially worse since then it seems, shock–not! 🙁

Bentonville is home to the Walton family and Walmart.
I was curious if this museum was connected to the Waltons in some way — so I did some digging.
Well the answer to that is, Yes…the museum is the creation of Alice Walton, Sam Walton’s youngest child.

The museum is Free to the Public.
It houses an impressive collection of American Art which serves to chronicle our American History.
In the video above, Alice Walton mentions in their walk-thru that she thinks it’s “important to show ALL of our American History”…the good and the bad.
She said this, because part of her collection includes paintings that depict racially ‘sensitive’ scenes and subject matter.
I wonder…will this museum get targeted by the Marxist Mob that is trying to destroy our American History?
I hope not.
But it would be an easy target…and a ‘soft’ target because of all the glass.
So I hope that the Walton family puts a formidable security force on site to protect it.

In my circles, Crystal Bridges being Alice Walton’s little project is common knowledge, so I didn’t think about explaining the place. I went a few years back. Frankly, it’s not the best of American art, it’s what Alice Walton could get her hands on when it came up for auction. For years, people in the art world were asking what on earth was she doing. Then the Waltons built the museum which is essentially a series of pods that can be sealed off in case of fire with a very modern fire suppression system.
There are certain sections that could use augmentation and further development – like Remington, Cabot Lodge, and some other big names – when some private collections are auctioned off, but what really struck me about the place is that there is ZERO religious art. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch. That, in any art museum, is odd.
None the less, it is worth the trip, IMO, to see it. There’s a lot of John Singer Sargent, and other impressionists. I remember a number of original Rockwell illustrations from the Saturday Evening Post. The pop art section, in particular is lacking, but that really isn’t the best in art America has to offer.

If DC becomes a State then the Federal Government bureaucracies and offices should move to other States. No one State should get all the federal jobs.
You should need to show ID to enter or exit Washington, DC. Every citizen can be there for 3,000 days. Every non-citizen gets 1,000. After that, you are barred from entering and, if found inside, shot on sight.

I think the Census done in 2010 under the reign of Hussein, was fudged to cover for the population decreases in CA and NY.
People had been leaving those states for years.
And yet the Census didn’t reflect it.
I can’t prove it, of course…it just seemed fishy at the time.
But the population of other states went up, so where did those people come from?
Let’s hope that since this Census is under new management, we will finally get an accurate count.

But we now have roving gangs of disorganized thugs and criminals, along with semi-organized cadres of domestic terrorists committing acts of violence and vandalism that, taken all together, have one common aim: destroy America.
While most if not all of this insanity is confined to Democrat-Leftist controlled cities and in some instances states, the power that those cities and states wield (thanks in no small measure to the disaster that was the 17th Amendment, and of course unchecked illegal immigration among other things), combined with the influence of a media that is an in-your-face propaganda arm of this insurrection and too many citizens brainwashed for the past 50 years by our educational system in all walks of life translates into an existential threat against all of us. The wolf is at our throat; thanks to a mostly feckless GOP-e (with some notable exceptions such as Tom Cotton, Matt Gaetz, Ted Cruz and a few others), President Trump is almost singlehandedly keeping it from going for the jugular. Thanks to toadies like Mitch McConnell and previous to that Nikki Haley insofar as Confederate flags, monuments and paintings (which by the way were all Democrats), we have ceded the high ground on who gets to judge what is right or wrong, American and un-American, and good or evil.”

One of the most pernicious phenomena of modern times is the collusive lawsuit. This is how it works: a left-wing organization sues a government agency that is also controlled by the left. The lawsuit alleges that the agency is obliged to do something that the agency would like to do, but the Democrats can’t get it passed. Then the parties–supposedly adverse, but actually in collusion–“settle” the case by having the agency agree to do what it wanted to do all along. If all goes well, a court enters an order enforcing the settlement. So the net effect is that a policy that the Democrats couldn’t get passed is now a court-ordered mandate. This happens often.
That con is happening now in Minnesota:
The case is League of Women Voters v. Simon. The League of Women Voters, a solidly Democratic organization, is “suing” Minnesota’s Secretary of State, left-wing activist Steve Simon. The lawsuit seeks to suspend Minnesota’s election laws, ostensibly on account of COVID-19, so that persons mailing in absentee ballots won’t need to satisfy the statutory requirement of a witness to verify their identity. Without that requirement, voter fraud will be even easier than it is at present. If a Democrat finds a ballot lying around, as will happen many thousands of times in Minnesota, where the voter rolls include hundreds of thousands of names that are dead or otherwise not eligible voters, he can fill it out and send it in, no questions asked.
Democratic Secretary of State Steve Simon, who consistently abuses his office to facilitate voter fraud, quickly agreed to the “settlement” that his party wanted.

Guys a crazy question that I think I know how most of you will answer.
Am I the only crazy one out there looking around and seeing the farce of this whole Pandemic mess.
They have literally tied up our hands so that we are no longer free, along with having even tied up Trump’s hands! They have done this all in the name of some virus that apparently only affects ;non-protestors, non-rioters and our elderly.
Strange but not one politician or protestor of any age has died from the virus especially on the left.
Yet, now that the Protestors have pretty much ravaged the cities and our history, we are supposed to believe that there is now a second wave of the virus that is supposedly worse than the first wave.
Ah-yep…that’s about the size of it.
No wait — you left out the damage to our economy and putting millions of people out of work.

My grandfather was a county clerk in Texas for many years. He was an honest, God fearing man that the voters trusted. He was also a Democrat, but that was when Texas was pretty much a Democrat state. He was tempted by people trying to give him inside information about various opportunities, but he ignored them. He was also asked by people to help them with their wills, and/or be the executor of a will as they didn’t trust the lawyers that were available, not that he always did either. My dad had a lot of distrust of lawyers because of the shenanigans he learned of through his Dad. (My grandfather was not a lawyer either.)
Texas wasn’t always Republican, but has moved that way over the years.
Current example, preparing for rolling the state back into lockdowns due to rise of COVID-19 cases.
Uh, he had shelter in place orders. He shut down businesses and schools. He had a phased opening.
He is allowing contact tracing. That makes my blood boil right there.
The RINOs are everywhere. My little county is rife with them.
And to be honest, they are of the good old boy types. They’ve all known each other their whole lives and they are tied to each other via the local churches, businesses and extended family.
The shady stuff that goes on is almost unbelievable, but I swear they don’t even know they are violating every rule in the book.

There were NYC nursing homes that implored Cuomo to not force these patients on them – he ignored them. Everyone knows nursing homes are not specialist skilled facilities, complete with isolation techniques, and the personnel to do the job right.
That’s what hospitals are for.

Trump saying something like “it’s great to watch” what the Left is doing, without stating all the other things Pres. Trump has said against the rioting. Tucker says Pres. We have been in business for 30 years and have ALWAYS been cash only. We will take checks from select (corporate) customers. Credit cards are just not worth the hassle considering we do birthdays and events that are booked in advance so the customer has plenty of advanced notice.

Each of us is given opportunities to either give or take offense or to choose a path of healing, forgiveness, and love.
This is not to say that there is not a need for justice. Enforcing justice and calling out good for good and evil for evil is necessary and is grounded in love for the peaceful existence of all humanity and the common good.
I love how the President calls out liars to their face. This is an act of love for the victims of malicious slander and blame.
If left unchallenged these lies perpetuate leftist doctrine which absolves individuals of personal responsibility and accountability for their actions, justifies them by casting blame on innocents, and poisons the lives of all involved—particularly those who accept the lies as truth and act on them.

Dad’s was always on a gun rack and never locked up. Of course that was in the 1950s.

This morning I took the special needs nephew to one of the favorite venues in town that actually has parts of the “playground” open. it’s called the City Museum, and once the founder died, Six Flags bought it. So, as a result, their protocols are in play: children nine and up MUST wear a mask. I was admonished twice to be sure my nose was covered. I wear the mask I do because it is too big and there’s a gap where the carbon dioxide can escape.
Anyway, I think my nephew may have been the only one not wearing a mask. I won’t ask him to unless it’s required. There’s too many other things to consider. As it was, both ball pits were closed, the big slides were closed, you could climb, but I’m not as young as I used to be.
Basically, THE COVID KARENS ARE TAKING ALL THE FUN OUT OF LIFE AND MAKING US WOOZY IN THE PROCESS.

In a press conference following the incident, Tampa Police Chief Brian Dugan told reporters that his officers were “ambushed” by the crowd of people and targeted with “bottles and glass.”
“It’s an ambush. I have no other way to describe it. When there are that many people out there and clearly no one had been shot. It was just a setup to get the cops there,” Dugan said, according to WFTS-TV.
Officers originally responded to the scene after there were reports of shots fired with a possible victim, but when they arrived on the scene to investigate, they weren’t able to locate a victim. Instead the crowd reportedly surrounded and harassed the officers, throwing objects and jumping on patrol cars.
Two officers were injured during the incident and taken to the hospital with lacerations, WTVT-TV reported. Both officers are expected to be fine.

The Irish slave trade began when 30,000 Irish prisoners were sold as slaves to the New World. The King James I Proclamation of 1625 required Irish political prisoners be sent overseas and sold to English settlers in the West Indies. By the mid 1600s, the Irish were the main slaves sold to Antigua and Montserrat. At that time, 70% of the total population of Montserrat were Irish slaves.
Ireland quickly became the biggest source of human livestock for English merchants. The majority of the early slaves to the New World were actually white.
From 1641 to 1652, over 500,000 Irish were killed by the English and another 300,000 were sold as slaves. Ireland’s population fell from about 1,500,000 to 600,000 in one single decade. Families were ripped apart as the British did not allow Irish dads to take their wives and children with them across the Atlantic. This led to a helpless population of homeless women and children. Britain’s solution was to auction them off as well.
During the 1650s, over 100,000 Irish children between the ages of 10 and 14 were taken from their parents and sold as slaves in the West Indies, Virginia and New England. In this decade, 52,000 Irish (mostly women and children) were sold to Barbados and Virginia. Another 30,000 Irish men and women were also transported and sold to the highest bidder. In 1656, Cromwell ordered that 2000 Irish children be taken to Jamaica and sold as slaves to English settlers.
Many people today will avoid calling the Irish slaves what they truly were: Slaves. They’ll come up with terms like “Indentured Servants” to describe what occurred to the Irish. However, in most cases from the 17th and 18th centuries, Irish slaves were nothing more than human cattle.
As an example, the African slave trade was just beginning during this same period. It is well recorded that African slaves, not tainted with the stain of the hated Catholic theology and more expensive to purchase, were often treated far better than their Irish counterparts.
African slaves were very expensive during the late 1600s (50 Sterling). Irish slaves came cheap (no more than 5 Sterling). If a planter whipped or branded or beat an Irish slave to death, it was never a crime. A death was a monetary setback, but far cheaper than killing a more expensive African. The English masters quickly began breeding the Irish women for both their own personal pleasure and for greater profit. Children of slaves were themselves slaves, which increased the size of the master’s free workforce. Even if an Irish woman somehow obtained her freedom, her kids would remain slaves of her master. Thus, Irish moms, even with this new found emancipation, would seldom abandon their kids and would remain in servitude.
In time, the English thought of a better way to use these women (in many cases, girls as young as 12) to increase their market share: The settlers began to breed Irish women and girls with African men to produce slaves with a distinct complexion. These new “mulatto” slaves brought a higher price than Irish livestock and, likewise, enabled the settlers to save money rather than purchase new African slaves. This practice of interbreeding Irish females with African men went on for several decades and was so widespread that, in 1681, legislation was passed “forbidding the practice of mating Irish slave women to African slave men for the purpose of producing slaves for sale.” In short, it was stopped only because it interfered with the profits of a large slave transport company.
England continued to ship tens of thousands of Irish slaves for more than a century. Records state that, after the 1798 Irish Rebellion, thousands of Irish slaves were sold to both America and Australia. There were horrible abuses of both African and Irish captives. One British ship even dumped 1,302 slaves into the Atlantic Ocean so that the crew would have plenty of food to eat.
There is little question that the Irish experienced the horrors of slavery as much (if not more in the 17th Century) as the Africans did. There is, also, very little question that those brown, tanned faces you witness in your travels to the West Indies are very likely a combination of African and Irish ancestry. In 1839, Britain finally decided on its own to end its participation in Satan’s highway to hell and stopped transporting slaves. While their decision did not stop pirates from doing what they desired, the new law slowly concluded THIS chapter of nightmarish Irish misery.
But, if anyone, black or white, believes that slavery was only an African experience, then they’ve got it completely wrong.
Irish slavery is a subject worth remembering, not erasing from our memories.

As long as hospital and death rates stay low we are good. A lot of these new cases are in the 20-30 age range group which generally experience mild flu symptoms and have a high rate of survival. Funny, that age range represents all those protesters that the big city Democrat Mayors gave their blessings to. Gov Abbott had no part in that.
