According to Heavy.com (reliable?) the arrest is not related to her film work, but was caused by a family dispute.
Legal charges were brought by Millie’s mother against Millie and her (live-in?) boyfriend/partner/significant other named Gavin Wince, who was also arrested.
Millie is the mother of two children and it is not yet known whether she is out on bail or who is caring for the children.

In short, if the police want you locked up, they will find a way to do it. There are so many laws on the books that they can find a way to charge you with something even if you believe you’ve done nothing wrong. The same sort of thing happened with 9-11 and all the “cell phone” calls from “the planes.” Technically, they could not have physically happened on a number of levels.
