Researchers have questioned the reliability of new voting machines that state and local officials have rushed to implement at their polling locations ahead of the 2020 presidential election.
“Some of the most popular ballot-marking machines, made by Election Systems & Software and Dominion Voting Systems, register votes in bar codes that the human eye cannot decipher,” according to a February report by Associated Press.
But according to researchers, that’s a problem, as “voters could end up with printouts that accurately spell out the names of the candidates they picked, but, because of a hack, the bar codes do not reflect those choices.”
“Because the bar codes are what’s tabulated, voters would never know that their ballots benefited another candidate,” the report adds.

Officials tell voters to verify their selections on a paper ballot before feeding it into an optical scanner. But the scanner doesn’t record the text that voters see; rather, it reads an unencrypted quick response, or QR, barcode that is indecipherable to the human eye. Either by tampering with individual voting machines or by infiltrating the state’s central elections server, hackers could systematically alter the barcodes to change votes.
Such a manipulation could not be detected without an audit after the election.
The new voting system “presents serious security vulnerability and operational issues” caused by “fundamental deficits and exposure,” U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg wrote in a recent order, in which she criticized state officials for not taking the problems more seriously.
“These risks,” Totenberg wrote, “are neither hypothetical nor remote under the current circumstances.”
The report added that Texas rejected Dominion Voting Systems, saying its inspectors encountered “multiple hardware issues” and could not certify that it was “safe from fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation.”

Republicans are probing more Michigan counties and suggesting investigations in Nevada and Arizona to determine whether further Dominion Voting Systems technology errors caused votes to be counted incorrectly.
Tony Zammit, communications director for the Michigan Republican Party, told the Washington Examiner on Saturday that the GOP is working across the Wolverine State to find out if other counties experienced similar issues to Antrim County.

What a clusterf^ck this entire election is. The whole damn thing needs to be thrown out. I believe many of the other races were screwed with, too. In CO, Cory Gardner probably won. Our corrupt SoS introduced new software that supposedly reads and compares signatures. It’s the same software used in NV that Matt Schlapp talked about yesterday.
Not only did President Trump win in a landslide, but there’s no doubt in my mind that the House and the Senate would be majority proof for Republicans if the real votes were tallied.

We need hand recounts ORDERED BY SCOTUS in counties where the CHEATERS have SNAKED US OUT OF RECOUNTS by cheating multiple percent PAST where the law presently allows a recount.

They cheated PAST existing law. It is both remarkable and evil. I don’t even know how SCOTUS can rule here, but with God’s help, all things are possible, and the INSIGHT needed to rescue the election can be found.
Recount law is based on the assumption that there is no cheating – that the errors are small and easily found. But we have entered a place where the cheaters have actually TAKEN OVER THE VOTE TABULATION THROUGH OWNERSHIP OF TABULATION TECHNOLOGY. They can cheat well past small limitations through SOFTWARE. The cheaters are only limited by WHAT IS BELIEVABLE and WHAT IS NOT.
This use of companies to cheat is one of the abilities that America’s “corporate socialists” have, which LENIN did not. If the window was open, I had the strength to reach up, grab the edge, and pull myself to safety. But otherwise, I was stuck, and losing energy. SOMEBODY had to open the window, and I could not do it MYSELF.
There was a woman inside this “treehouse”, behind the window. SHE could open the window, but even she was for some reason unable to do it.
I was at an IMPASSE.
I woke up and realized that only RESCUE could save the situation. I realized that rescue was possible, but it was not something I or the woman, or us together, could accomplish. But from a viewpoint outside myself, I could sense that rescue was possible.

Just for the record, the woman was an amalgamation of people, as in most dreams. The treehouse was a bit like a Wheatie tree – the shuttered window a bit like DP’s avatar, and the woman had hints of Amy Coney Barrett, Lady Liberty, and maybe more.
