Rudy kicked butt at his Pennsylvania hearing. The brave patriots who spoke out about voter fraud made me proud to be an American.
We need to brace for the backlash from the NWO cabal, though. They aren’t going down without a final fight. They are all in, and that means a fight to the bitter end.
But I can feel that familiar feeling of…WINNING. It never gets old, and we have our great President Trump to thank for that.
And, not so incidentally, our President pardoned General Mike Flynn. Sidney Powell reacts. This was an indication to me that the Kraken has been set free to crush the cheating Dems. This decision came from a position of strength. Perfect timing. And the pardon was phrased in such a way that General Flynn can serve in government again. Innocent!

Back to Ben. Franklin was known for his admonishments to temperance, but the man enjoyed a drink, like many of the founding fathers. He liked his wine, and according to one article, “A brewer and distiller in his own right, he’s also famous for coming up with The Drinker’s Dictionary, over 200 euphemisms for getting tore up. Among my favorites: “Piss’d in the Brook,” “Wamble Crop’d,” and “Been too free with Sir John Strawberry.”
Heck, our first President, George Washington, had a still from which he produced 11,000 gallons of whiskey in 1799. He was known to put away four bottles of wine during an evening of dancing.
Thomas Jefferson imported thousands of bottles of wine from Europe. And can you say Sam Adams, who brewed his own beer? The colonials did not have access to clean water, so much of what they drank was alcoholic, from beer to mead to wine to hard cider and whiskey. Even kids drank a low alcohol content beer.
Remember the Tea Party? Ya gotta read this article. Is it possible that our revolution wasn’t kicked off in honor of tea so much as alcohol? Hmmm…that would make for some fun research.
At any rate, pubs (or taverns as they were called) played a big part in communications during revolutionary times. A tavern was a hotel, a bar, a restaurant, a post office, often a dancing hall, and an all around meeting place during colonial times. Interesting that Gov. Andrew Cuomo and other Democrat (commie) governors have been keen to shut down bars and dining establishments during the Year of the Covid, the NWO’s kick-off to their plan for complete world dominance. And speaking of the New World Order, I remember former President George H. W. Bush. I found a video where he gives four speeches (the vid shows just the snippets) that mention the New World Order. Good God in Heaven, were we all just snoozing when this jerk was talking about this stuff?
I can’t help but think of his last years. Confined to a wheelchair, the old coot would grab women’s rears and grin like a demented monkey. A fitting end for someone who has done such harm to our Republic. May he forever be a potent reminder of the foolishness of the so-called elites, who sought to recreate the Tower of Babel in our time.
Our President is revving things up for getting rid of Section 230. It will be terribly sweet to see Twitter and the other tech giants get their comeuppance.

Way back in my youth, maybe 7th grade, we were supposed to do a paper that had a bibliography. My paper was on octopi (a remarkable word even before you get to any substance — there are a WHOLE BUNCH of options for the plural of “octopus”). I remember one that I just had to include from Popular Mechanics: “Octopus Rasslin’ is Hand-to-Hand-to-Hand-to-Hand-to-Hand.” Meant I had to find it and read it and I used practically nothing from it — but I had decided that it MUST be included in the references.
There is one more that covers a slightly different aspect of the color/texture change. [Despite the title, this is all about octopi and not cuttlefish. And, BTW, there are four types of cephalopods (they omit the nautilus).] That aspect is best seen in the initial meeting, where one octopus is looking like part of an encrusted outcrop before fleeing; but also in the “*I’m a rock* *I’m a rock* *I’m a rock* *I’m now part of this complex reddish thing*” sequence. Being able to imitate so many things allows them to transform their way through their environment.

When I lived in Venezuela, one of the most popular dishes ( and I learned to like it very much) was octopus (tentacles) and spaghetti in red sauce. It never occurred to me to ask if it was local but I assume it was.
Later, marrying into a southern Italian family, I was introduced to calamari that we still eat in various ways today…not very much unlike octopus.
I should add, in case you are curious about spaghetti in Venezuela…after WWII thousands of Italians were brought over to build the infrastructure…the roads, dams, bridges. The native population were incapable of doing the skilled labor.
At the time I lived there the Italian influence was strong in food and even fashion, and on a limited budget the pasta dishes were filling and cheap. So, ironically it was there instead of the Pacific Northwest I was introduced to real Italian food.

Three comments.
1. This is a typical straw-man argument. It does not address the information.
2. These affidavits were prepared in a hurry. Editing time was at a minimum.
3. If you have ever dealt with PhD genius types you would know this is a very typical mistake. If it is not in their area of expertise they ain’t interested. They will call green blue and make other mistakes of that nature. I have know more than one engineer that could not write much above a third or fourth grade level but were absolutely brilliant engineers. Heck one company I worked for actually hired a college grad to follow one of these guys around to document what he was doing.
Interesting. On those Sidney “misspellings” a number of them look to me like they’ve inserted RICO or RCO into a word…hmmm!
What many of the “misspellings” look like to me is a problem that happens when a Word or other document is changed to a .pdf, or when information is moved from a .pdf into a Word document and then saved as a .pdf again.
This kind of thing happens to me all the time. I move pieces of information around in documents as I am collating. I work in Word, but when I send stuff out to someone else to read, I save it in .pdf format to prevent unwanted changes by them. If I copy and paste from a .pdf to a Word doc, weird “artifacts” of formatting also show up.
The other way this happens is when a document has been scanned by an optical reader. It may look “fine,” but if you copy/paste a whole lot of errors will show up. There is this one document online that I have had to copy a lot of info from, and the mess it makes is unreal!
Judges have to be aware that this sort of thing happens. I can’t believe otherwise, because it is just so common.
Also, judges must be cognizant of the time constraints here. Perfect CANNOT murder good, when a COUNTRY is at stake.

I’ll do it in three cases:
1) I suspect it’s going to be reprinted/republished/reposted in a place with high visibility. They probably don’t want the mistake “out there” embarrassing them.
2) I see the author make the same mistake consistently–in that case it’s likely ignorance not a typo.
3) The mistake was inadvertently hilarious, or in some cases just as appropriate as well as the intended word would have been. Especially if it’s appropriate in an unusual way.

Well, the procedure is (1) anesthetize the area, (2) puff up the area, (3) shave off a layer, (4) examine the layer — if there’s cancer, (5) repeat. They told her that it could be six hours, and to pack a lunch and some books. I was at the ready.
Evidently, they got all the cancer with the biopsy and the first layer came back cancer-free. She came home while I was still working on my tea. She didn’t even call first.
We were overjoyed that things had gone so smoothly and easily — she did end up with stitches in her scalp, which tells you what each layer costs, and this could have gone for many more layers had it needed to. I had gotten great advice and counsel from various members of the qtree and also copious prayers (for which I am thankful, but still figure I should reserve prayers for things less requiring of human effort and more in need of Divine Intervention. I figure that I’m spiritually parsimonious [a $5 word meaning “cheap”] by inclination.)
She has to work on Friday, and is not allowed to change bandages until Friday afternoon, so we’re still somewhat in the dark about what we’re dealing with. But it looks like things are going very well on that front. Thank you for asking. And, BTW, if you’re ever feeling anxious over something health related, you will be impressed by the breadth and depth of knowledge available here.

There are three basic kinds of taxes in the US, property, sales and income, and of the three I far prefer the sales tax. The other two have the potential to force you to sell stuff to pay the tax, e.g., a large inheritance or a house that you’ve lived in for decades and is free and clear, but is now so valuable you can’t afford the tax on it.
Yes, if we can clean up the election chicanery, remake schools to actually teach American values, and keep the effective income streams from tariffs, perhaps we can work to remove all the privacy invading, business burdening taxation. Especially since no one seems to be able to figure out where the tax money goes.
Unfortunately, sales tax does burden businesses as far as paperwork goes.
At the federal level, with the government reduced to its proper role the income tax could be dispensed with and replaced by nothing.
But if it were not reduced AND we had to bite off paying for all this shit for some amount of time, I’d rather do it with a sales tax (so long as it is added at the register, so people are continually reminded of it) than with an income tax people are only forced to “see” in April, and that’s assuming they’re not in the 50 percent of the households who pay no income tax.
At the state level, unfortunately, I don’t see ANY better alternative than the sales tax, as states cannot enact tariffs.

There are almost no CV deaths in FL & a huge spike of claimed CV deaths in NY. I live in MI & they heavily promote CV cases & hyperventilate on alleged death numbers, including many that they invent from a review of death certificates (presumably anyone w/ recent cold/flu symptoms who died is being called a CV death in MI & elsewhere). The real CV CAUSE of death numbers were less than 20,000 NOT the 200,000 claimed. How many of those deaths were preventable w/ HCQ treatment & not seeding CV patients into elderly populations in nursing homes???

Exactly! I had a nurse friend just breathlessly tell me that a couple she knows contracted Covid. Tested on Monday, husband in hospital on ventilator by Wednesday and dead today.
I asked her if he had any comorbidities and whether he died FROM Covid or WITH Covid.
Turns out he had lung issues and was 80. Wife has mild symptoms.

I am probably at least as old if not older than many on this site. I have lived through all of the same epidemics, pandemics and childhood diseases, my father and his family were in NY for the 1918 pandemic. We did not have the benefit of vaccines. I read The Great Influenza and have followed along on this site for quite some time.
I believe that COVID is real, it is highly contagious like measles and the fact that the hospitals and doctors did not know how to treat the people that were sick is why so many people died. Then, because the government decided to pay out a lot of money for COVID deaths is why the numbers were so high. People today do not know how to treat the old time diseases because of vaccines. The same thing happened with the 1918 pandemic, it was too new.
During the old epidemics (measles, mumps, rubella, polio, diptheria) they did lock people down. You had a quarantine sign placed on your front door so people knew to keep their distance.. The difference then was only the “sick” people were locked down. Some of the doctors I mentioned strongly advocate for “herd immunity” so that people at little to practically no risk contract the disease & get over it & develop antibodies & immunities to the disease. They then become breaks in the chain for the continuing spread of the illness in the general population.

I read the article, albeit with a skeptical eye. It sounds like they are attempting to gin up the fear & they treat the word “COVID 19” like some type of practically non-survivable death sentence which is the opposite of the truth…99+% under age 70 survive it & 95+% over age 70 survive.
What is the normal rate of Coronaviruses in Mink? We already know, or should know, that the current CV testing in humans is Highly suspect & has produced false positives & false negatives. Case numbers are largely irrelevant, though the severity of the infection is of concern.
Our whole household has/had CV recently, 3/4 were tested 2+ & 1- but the negative had symptoms so is convinced they had it as did the 4th untested person. We have all recovered/are recovering & none of us got medical intervention & treated mostly minor symptoms w/ OTC meds as needed. The most problematic symptom was lingering fatigue. The most annoying symptom was loss of smell which really inhibited taste too.
It frankly sounds like much ado about practically nothing to me in the article, but I am highly skeptical of pretty much every aspect of the big CV plannedemic/scamdemic/shamdemic/damnedemic.

The ships’ drifting beacons and local news reports hinted that something was up, prompting BlackSky analysts to turn their attention to the busy shipping lane near Iran.
tAt the final session of the 2019 Space Symposium in Colorado Springs, attendees straggled into a giant ballroom to listen to an Air Force official and a National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) executive discuss, as the panel title put it, “Enterprise Disruption.” The presentation stayed as vague as the title until a direct question from the audience seemed to make the panelists squirm.
Just how good, the person wondered, had the military and intelligence communities’ algorithms gotten at interpreting data and taking action based on that analysis? They pointed out that the commercial satellite industry has software that can tally shipping containers on cargo ships and cars in parking lots soon after their pictures are snapped in space. “When will the Department of Defense have real-time, automated, global order of battle?” they asked.
“That’s a great question,” said Chirag Parikh, director of the NGA’s Office of Sciences and Methodologies. “And there’s a lot of really good classified answers.”
He paused and shifted in his seat. “What’s the next question?” he asked, smiling. But he continued talking, describing how “geospatial intelligence” no longer simply means pictures from satellites. It means anything with a timestamp and a location stamp, and the attempt to integrate all that sundry data.
Then, Parikh actually answered this question: When would that translate to near-instantaneous understanding and strategy development?
“If not now,” he said, “very soon.”
Parkih didn’t mention any particular programs that might help enable this kind of autonomous, real-time interpretation. But an initiative called Sentient has relevant capabilities. A product of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Sentient is (or at least aims to be) an omnivorous analysis tool, capable of devouring data of all sorts, making sense of the past and present, anticipating the future, and pointing satellites toward what it determines will be the most interesting parts of that future. That, ideally, makes things simpler downstream for human analysts at other organizations, like the NGA, with which the satellite-centric NRO partners.
Until now, Sentient has been treated as a government secret, except for vague allusions in a few speeches and presentations. But recently released documents — many formerly classified secret or top secret — reveal new details about the program’s goals, progress, and reach….
“The NRO has not said much about Sentient publicly because it is a classified program,” says Furgerson in an email, “and NRO rarely appears before Congress in open hearings.”

Totally anecdotal, but interesting nonetheless. I work in I.T., current in a contract at a hospital. I often have to access an iPhone for work. I keep it locked, using facial recognition to unlock it. Of moderate annoyance, is the fact that it will not unlock, because I must wear a mask at work. Over the past two days, however, the facial recognition has begun to work, despite the mask, and grant me access. I definitely come at technology with a great deal of distrust, but I’m certain this means that masking has been used to fine tune the facial recognition technology of these times.

1. I have been looking for clues about Trump’s thinking regarding when he plans to move against the Pretend President & his criminal goons.
At today’s presser, Trump said he would ‘certainly’ leave the White House if Biden is confirmed by the Electoral College on 14 December.
INTERESTING.
Why?
2. If true, it may provide insight into Trump’s strategy.
Think logically.
We have to assume that Trump will never concede.
Leaving the WH is not necessarily a concession, however Trump has admitted he would respect the EC decision.
To me that means Trump knows the EC WON’T confirm Biden as the winner.
Ergo, he won’t be leaving the WH.
3. The EC can only confirm Biden as a winner if all State legislatures elect their reps as electors to the EC.
And the electors then cast a vote for Biden.
The reps are ‘equal to the state’s number of Senators—two from each state—plus its number of delegates in the House of Representatives.’
4. The scenarios I can see that prevent the EC voting for Biden are all plausible.
Here are just a few. Keep in mind that all, some or just one could happen.
And Trump wins.
Consider:
– Biden may concede.
– State certification may be nixed by SCOTUS.
– A G Barr (DOJ/FBI) may suddenly move against the conspirators.
5. – The State legislatures may reverse their certification, or refuse to certify the results.
– The State legislatures may appoint #MAGA electors, who then cast a vote for Trump.
BTW libturds can’t accept that this is possible, but sadly for them all power rests in the state legislature.
So let’s take Trump at his word.
Trump knows even more about what has already been revealed publicly, about this disgraceful crime.
6. Since Nov 3 he has been getting rid of leftist swamp creatures everywhere.

You may hold a TS/SAR level clearance, but without a verified need to know, you can’t even view confidential material.
Just wondering, wouldn’t taking their clearances away mean they have to go through the ENTIRE vetting process as opposed to some sort of a “refresh” checkup?

Marxism is essentially a belief that there’s an inevitable historical progression through phases that include feudalism, capitalism, socialism and then communism, each better than the ones before it.
Socialism, as they see it, is the means of production being owned by the government, which is in turn elected and controlled by the people. Under communism the government then withers away, everyone gets what they need, lions lie down with lambs, and so on. (What we think of when we hear the word “communism” isn’t what they think of by the word “communism.”)
[So, Lenin’s assertion that the goal of socialism is communism doesn’t mean what you probably think it does. But what it does mean is bad enough.]
Now there are multiple problems with these descriptions, but I’m trying to describe what they believe, not what actually ends up happening.
The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics indeed had “communism” as its goal, but they did not call their government “communist” because communism had not been achieved yet. But the idyllic picture of the means of production being owned by the people through their government wasn’t followed here; they didn’t even try. The Communist Party of the Soviet Union fundamentally didn’t trust “the people” to know what was best for them, so appointed themselves, basically, as trustees over the “proletariat.”
In Western European “Social Democracies” the socialism was present to a large extent but not complete–not all of the means of production was government owned–and at least there was a political process that wasn’t “vote the way we’ll tell you or we’ll blow your brains out.” (This is changing, of course.) This sort of thing is what socialists living in the US would point to as socialism done right–they’d insist that the Soviet Union had perverted it into a dictatorship. (But only if pressed would they ever be inclined to criticize the USSR–they’d much rather criticize the west, especially the US.)
But socialism itself is fundamentally unworkable and certainly can never transform itself into any sort of “no government” system.. As soon as you form a system where people will automatically be allocated what they need, you have created a political office–the Allocator. Even if that authority is spread out, the person/people who have it are now tremendously powerful; they can literally take your house away and deny you food and medical care, claiming (rightly or wrongly, it doesn’t matter!) that someone else needs them more. And there is no way such an office can simply “go away” without reverting to capitalism where people are free to allocate their own resources. Nor can it truly be run in a democratic fashion, as it’s simply impossible to have genuine popular participation in that amount–and that detailed–decision making. So there might be a veneer of democracy involved, but if so, people will, one way or another, be herded into rubber stamping something; they certainly won’t be able to choose amongst all of the possible alternatives, because the number of alternatives will easily and greatly exceed the tenth power of the number of protons in the Universe.
There is, in Atlas Shrugged, Chapter X of Part II, starting about four pages in, a story of a company called the Twentieth Century Motor Company. The problem here is that the Appeals Court would not let any evidence be presented. The 1st Judge cancelled the evidentiary hearing – so that’s how it went to the Appeals.

IMO there is an excellent chance that many of those are REAL VOTERS who showed up to vote and were defrauded in three ways (1) their real Republican mail-in ballots were diverted and went in before election day as fake Democrat votes, (2) their real Democrat mail-in ballots were diverted and forced in as fake Democrat votes, to prevent Democrat voters from “sitting it out”, and (3) mail-ins of both parties were either duplicated or counterfeited and went in as fake Democrat votes.
Wolf the SAME thing happened in Detroit (Wayne county) there were OVER 100000 PROVISIONAL ballots NO WAY.
The difference Sen MAstriano is looking for, were FAKE ballots, printed OUT of batch, on a NON sanctioned printer . IT WILL be proven. MACHINE codes, and watermarks, just like MI, AZ, NV, GA.
The water marks will NOT show up correctly under UV light, the ballots will have WRONG date, printer, and site codes, and MANY thousands of duplicate serial numbers.

There are ORDERS for the ENTIRE run of mailin ballots, you KNOW they did NOT hold ANY back, let alone @ 700000.
THERE WILL be accounting receipts from the printer, listing the EXACT numbers of ballots printed in PA, the EXACT date (s) of the batch run, the EXACT printers used, the EXACT INK used, the EXACT paper used, and the EXACT sn runs.
These people are FOOLS, and those ENABLING them are BIGGER fools, and those HIDING the TRUTH are the BIGGEST fools.
My guess is that they allocated every mail in ballot to biden, took all of the provisionals, and stole all of Trumps mail in. It’s close to the total mail in.
I also suspect that every in person biden voter also voted by mail, without challenge, which is roughly Trumps in person vote.
Further, if biden got 100% of the official returned mail in, it still wasn’t enough to beat Trump’s in person, let alone his mail in. They needed to make up the difference, so they counted every mathematicallypossible mail in for biden, added all of the provisionals, and stole Trump’s mail in.

they *already* have the House majority regardless of the outcome of the races that have yet to be called.
Even if all remaining races go to GOP candidates the GOP will not have the majority.
It will be great if the GOP wins all 8 that are left as the smaller the margin for a majority the Dems have the weaker thay are … but they will still have the power and be in the majority. Plus, makes it easier to take the majority in 2022.
Unless fraud is proven in already settled, won races and those races are audited, results changed or called for a revote the Dems Do have the majority, barely, for the next 2 years no matter how many remaining races the GOP win in the races not yet called.
Now, there is a possibility that some close House races that Dems called *might* be reversed if election results in AZ, GA, PA, MI, WI &/or VA are tossed and honest elections are run in these states with Zero cheating. There are enough very close races in the states in question that if the states in question have to redo their elections with absolute honesty the GOP will likely flip enough seats to take the majority. But this, at this point, is merely day dreaming and conjecture.
Regarding POTUS, if the results in any of the states are tossed, the election for POTUS & VP do not get a “do over” as those offices have a Hard deadline and the process will move to the next step of appointing to the EC or move beyond the EC if needed (to the House where President Trump will surely win).
(and while I am day dreaming, if MI is thrown out or thrown into question, we may gain a Senate seat from an honest MI election)
I’m thinking that the existing elections, if the fraud is cleared out across the US that there are likely quite a few more legit R wins as the fraud is almost always only one way!

Earlier in the thread a rumor posted that “the Powers that be” are suggesting to Biden he concede. My immediate reaction…no way.
However, upon further reflection I can see how this might happen.
The House looks pretty shaky right now for the Dim. 😄…the Senate has a strong chance of retraining the GOP majority, Think what is at stake…the loss of committee chairmanships plus the Speakership and thus any leverage and power…a massive blow to the Dims.
And, more and more evidence will come out about not just the election frauds but also about the Bidens, including good old Joe.
I think the strategy might be to go ahead and lose the Oval Office (after all, Joe was a sacrificial lamb from the beginning) and scramble to cover their shiny little behinds and nurse their wounds for the next 4 years. They know they can count on the media to continue non-stop anti-Trump coverage and do everything possible to throw roadblocks and denigrate his Presidency.. they will beat the drums for 4 years how the election was stolen from Biden.
At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if this isn’t the position they prefer.
And they will still lose. No strategy will work at this point. Utter defeat.

Might be the lesser of evils, though. The longer the election results drag on, the more scandal and fraud will be exposed, including many of the D leadership. If he concedes, a lot of it may be swept under the rug “to heal the country.” I believe they think they can still achieve the coupe, even if they aren’t in the WH. They won’t hesitate one second to throw Biden under the bus to save their own skins.

My Statement on the Conclusion of the Flynn Case & Why I Will Be Stepping Back From Politics for a Time
On November 25, 2020, President Trump issued a full pardon to Michael Flynn. I am thrilled for the Flynns, who are finally free from the nightmare of a government gone rogue and the clutches of a politically motivated court. General Flynn was innocent all along; the government acknowledged it had no case in May; and the fact that the President had to issue a pardon to put an end to the ongoing charade should act as a warning to all Americans that our justice system is in crisis. But today, I want to express my gratitude for being part of the Flynn case and explain why I will be stepping away from political activity, commentary, and analysis for the next nine months.
It was an exceptional honor to help defend Lt. General Michael Flynn this past year and a half. General Flynn has been described, even by hostile publications, as one of the foremost intelligence officers of his generation. He helped revolutionize the way our military approaches, digests, and applies intelligence. Within the government, General Flynn had a no-nonsense approach that would have rooted out corruption and made our nation stronger and safer. It was a real blow to positive reform in the intelligence community when the Obama administration removed General Flynn from DIA, and an incalculable loss to the country and the world when they then succeeded in ousting him from the Trump administration. General Flynn’s perspective, experience, and character made him one of those few people who—due to timing and position—was truly irreplaceable.
I have loved getting to know General Flynn and his wife Lori. General Flynn is a resolute, natural leader, and his wife Lori is an exceptional example of strength in suffering. I think in many ways it can be more painful to watch the people you love suffer than to suffer yourself, and Lori carried the stress and heartbreak of this case with such grace. In that vein, it has also been an honor to serve my country through this case that not only cleared an innocent patriot of false charges, but helped to reveal an attempted coup against a legitimately elected president. The manufactured Flynn prosecution was the “tip of the spear” that senior leaders in our law enforcement and intelligence agencies pointed directly at the heart of our democratic republic. Although our current crisis has been building for years, the intelligence community’s machinations in 2016 and 2017 constituted the start of a more ruthless and overt assault on our republic. Exposing that attempted coup helped solidify and advance the new MAGA movement that will, in my opinion, transform America over the next decade. It has been a remarkable honor to be a part of the fight.
Despite the recalcitrance of the court, we very clearly won the Flynn case in May when the government finally produced the shocking evidence of plotting and deceit uncovered by U.S. Attorney Jeff Jensen’s investigation, and subsequently moved to dismiss. We were vindicated by the D.C. Circuit panel, and the politically-biased morass into which the Flynn case then spiraled was only proof that parts of our judiciary have been infected with partisan, anti-Trump derangement. Michael Flynn’s innocence has been proven beyond a doubt with black and white evidence for anyone in the world to examine.
Although I was not able to commit to any election litigation in the last month, I was able to help put together teams of statisticians, collect instances of fraud early on to pass to the attorneys building the various cases, and most of all, work on grassroots organization and messaging.
Very shortly now, I will be stepping away from politics for a time. Several years ago, I was hired to work for a judge in 2020-2021. Certainly, I did not foresee how 2019 and 2020 would develop for me or America. This summer it became clear that Judge Sullivan would unjustly drag out the Flynn case into the fall, and as my start-date approached, my judge generously let me waive three months of my clerkship to stay on the Flynn case. I determined, though, not to skip my clerkship entirely, and my start date was set for December 1.
I am very excited and privileged to work for my judge, who is an exceptional jurist and a wonderful mentor. I am required to be apolitical for the duration of my employment by the court. Of course, this means I will be stepping back from all election commentary and political analysis effective December 1. Although I will miss this election fight, I am looking forward to my clerkship and to slowing down, exploring the Lone Star State, reading more law and theory, and perhaps even writing the book I have been planning to pen about the America we all love so much. I am very confident this is the next step on the path God has sketched for me.
Finally, I want to thank Sidney Powell for trusting me with the responsibility that she did on the Flynn case. I am so grateful for the close friendship we forged over a year and a half of constant communication and side-by-side work. She is a strong, supportive, generous, and deeply loyal friend. That would certainly be interesting.
The administration would have to find a ‘legal’ method of introducing the classified information as ‘evidence’.
They could declassify it, but even then, I don’t know how the procedure would work. SCOTUS primarily reviews cases which have been contested at lower courts. I’m not sure how you enter ‘new’ evidence to a SCOTUS review that has not already been entered into evidence at the lower courts.
But being that they’re all lawyers, they can just make it up as they go, like they always do. All they have to do is pull out some obscure historical reference (that no two lawyers on the planet would ever agree about) and presto change-o, we’re in business 😂🤣😂

That’s the problem, from a legal standpoint. How do you ‘show’ it? This relates to Q always asking how do you get evidence admitted into court, or words to that effect.
I’m pretty sure POTUS’ team can’t just call the (not)Supremes into a SCIF and say “Shazam! Look at that!”
I’m not even sure the SC takes direct evidence. Maybe they do, but it’s not a regular ‘trial court’, that happens at the lower levels. Generally, what the SC does is ‘review’ lower court cases which have already been decided and then appealed, to see if any (or how many) errors of law have been made, and whether the errors materially affected the outcome of the trial.
Introducing direct evidence (e.g., via a SCIF or otherwise) has to be done according to some kind of procedure, and the defense has to have the ability to see the evidence too, and cross-examine the human witnesses and have their own experts examine any documentary evidence. I don’t know if that even happens at the SC level.
It sounds like the kind of thing the SC would normally kick down to a lower court to sort out the mess, and then, if necessary, upon appeal, the SC would review their ‘mess’ and determine whether it was sorted out properly.
I could be (and probably am) wrong, I just don’t know how these procedural matters would work at the SC level.

But does the SC hear / accept / enter such evidence into the record, or does that necessarily, as a matter of procedure, have to happen at a lower court level?
The plaintiff (DJT) has to present his case, and the defendants (Cabal) has to have due process, the Trump legal team can’t just present direct evidence in what would amount to a Johnnie Cochran / Judge (and I use that term loosely) Lance Ito style “side-bar”, to the (not)Supremes, and then present a motion for summary judgment.

Yes, it all makes sense from a non-legal standpoint, but ‘sense’ never survives (intact) its first encounter with a lawyer. 😁
I understand only too well how confusing all of this can be – trying my best to sort it out.
If we take our case to the SC – it is because we do not agree with the lower court ruling – or maybe – the lower court was not fair to us – maybe – they just kicked us to the curb – or it was political.
I believe the SC reviews what we presented to the lower court – what and how the lower court ruled – and then – determines if our challenge has merit – if they do not think the lower court was in error – I think they kick it back to the lower court – or determine there was nothing wrong with the lower court decision.
At the SC level – it is a totally different ballgame – have to research their protocol – however, because there is such a massive amount of evidence – I think they would need to consider it at a summary level – not the nuts and bolts level.
The whole idea of court – in my mind – is the extent of injury – and what it takes to make the plaintiff whole again – how that works at the SC level – I have no idea – however – it did not take long to determine the infringement on freedom of religion – did it – pretty cut and dry.
The case of the Trump Team is constitutional – so the SC needs to decide what, if anything, happened in the General Election that was unconstitutional – I think – after all – rights were infringed – procedures were ignored – oversight was denied – Alito said voting ends at a particular time.
No, it’s worse than that.
They could show the numbers to SCOTUS, but they would ALSO need to show SCOTUS evidence that those are, in fact, the true numbers!
Anyone can make up a set of numbers and assert in court those are the real numbers and that the published numbers are flipped; SCOTUS would need detailed testimony and evidence to prove that the numbers were flipped, and they’d need to see that for ALL of the individual races. Just showing them the numbers by themselves isn’t evidence.

In a video Dr. Turley made, he said they claimed Biden won by 20K votes – he said – in WI – there is a law – that for every mail-in ballot – there must be a request – mail-in ballots without ‘requess’ are tossed – the number of mail-in ballots = 200K – according to Dr. Turley – if Biden got 20K – that means President Trump received 180K – and won the state.
Dr. Turley surmised that if WI turns around – the other states will, in turn, do the same – a domino effect.
Absolutely, the first of the six states goes red, they all will.
Okay – now that we have that settled – which one of these states will be the first – any idea?

Wouldn’t we all love to be hiding in a nearby tree (QTree, of course) and listen in on the conversation!! Polishing the game plan, I’m sure, and making certain everyone is on board. This family has been on the ground for months campaigning and bring a lot of knowledge to the table. POTUS is very fortunate to have such experienced, intelligent, committed family on his side….can’t think of any other President in history that had a family team. Both his age, with adult children, and their own independent financial situation have been factors that will probably never be replicated.

I do not say this to be negative. I believe We the People are finally awake…enough of us anyway. That said, hope for the best…PREPARE for the worst.
I do not think there is a threshold for burden of proof that can be met for too many judges. Because, in the end, their decisions are not their own…the evidence is irrelevant as we have experienced in PA. Hundreds, if not thousands, of judges around the country are simply owned and will do what their masters tell them to do.
The Swamp is very deep and very wide. Global.
We will learn in a very short time about 5 SCOTUS judges…we already know about Judas Roberts.
I hope people are ready and are not putting all of their eggs in the SCOTUS basket. I have a hunch that at some point We the People will end up having to take Constitutional matters into our own hands…time is running out quickly for other solutions.
Experience should tell us not wager everything on state legislators either. Hopefully, they do what is right. Just remember that President Trump has told us hundreds of time “the system is rigged!”
Ultimately, it is We the People that have the final say. We the People decide if we allow the election to be stolen…and with it our Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

The Digital Coup and the Great Exposure
This article is not meant for you. No, really, it isn’t. You see, nearly all the subscribers on my newsletter mailing list don’t need to read it. And those who do need it won’t read it.
Yet.
But they soon will. Over and over.
Let me explain.
In the next few weeks, the awful truth about the recent US election and the attempted theft of the Presidency from the People will become impossible to ignore. The Director of National Intelligence is tasked with delivering his assessment of the integrity of the election within 45 days — the deadline being December 18th. Other lawsuits and events are progressing in the interim.
We are already witnessing the run-up to the disclosure of fraud and foreign interference prior to the December 14th electoral college vote. Fraud vitiates everything and annuls the Biden candidacy; foreign interference makes this a matter of military law. You are going to see a mass treason event and huge numbers of people brought to justice. This wasn’t really an election; it was a military intelligence sting operation against a corrupt establishment.
There are very objective reasons to believe that this election was NOT won legitimately by Joe Biden:
The candidate: Joe Biden had previously stood for the Presidency, found to be a liar about his past, and self-declared himself unfit for the role on national TV. Uncharismatic, with few notable achievements, and liable to fondle children in public — not qualities that endear you to the masses. Furthermore, he had a miasma of corruption around him linked to both China and Ukraine.
The party: The Democratic party had alienated large swathes of its traditional base through support for violent uprisings in cities it controlled (via BLM and Antifa), conducted with the tacit approval of its leaders. Failed attempts to unseat Donald Trump (“Russian Collusion” damp squib and Impeachment failure) had damaged its reputation for political competence.
The campaign: Donald Trump had repeatedly filled arenas and generated wild enthusiasm from his supporters with his rallies, whereas Joe Biden was notoriously unable to summon crowds. He essentially abandoned campaigning during the last ten days, and demonstrated very low levels of energy, and poor mental focus in his speeches.
The process: The Dominion voting machines were not under the control of Americans, and their own manuals and processes demonstrate extremely poor security and features to manually manipulate votes. The synchronised halting of counting in key states, and sudden “discovery” of huge numbers of Biden votes, is automatically a cause for alarm. More votes were counted than the machines could process in the time available.
The outcome: There are many staggering anomalies in the outcome — from the tiny number of counties won, the weird geographical distribution of cities won, the unprecedented size of the Biden vote (especially compared to Obama), Trump “losing” despite raising his vote, the implausible total support for Biden from military votes, the contradiction of the Presidency (Democratic) with the House vote (Republican seats all held).
The investigation: We are already seeing large numbers of affidavits sworn that testify to fraud, video evidence of ballots being mishandled and destroyed, large irregularities in following the lawful processes of the election, and obvious failures to pass basic statistical tests for legitimacy (like Benford’s Law).
The justice: President Trump has issued a specific executive order in anticipation of this election and the need to expose all the corruption in the civilian justice system, as well as the illegitimacy of many past elections in the USA and worldwide. All the clues are there for those with the eyes to see of a highly managed and planned process. This includes the expanded means for delivering the death penalty for treason.
The unavoidable picture that is emerging is one of a Digital Coup. The rogue intelligence agencies in the US and elsewhere had perfected a toolkit for “colour revolutions”. This included sophisticated election hacking, designed to deliver the desired result in a highly plausible manner. The Dominion voting solution was not for vote counting, but for election fraud — by design.
These tools were deployed against the US population in an illegal act of war. There is evidence of involvement by both China and Iran; other powers may also be exposed, including supposed allies, if the Russiagate precedent tells us anything. The enormous Trump landslide was outside of the range the fraud systems were configured for, which caused a panic insertion of fake paper ballots and extreme and obvious levels of digital “vote switching”.

I get to watch various tech industry email discussion lists and WhatsApp groups. These are overwhelmingly dominated by Biden voters. They are currently in a bubble disconnected from the reality of events past and present. This bubble is about to burst. Many of their political idols will be executed for treason, or spend life in prison for sedition. There is wisdom in advice not to worship idols.
For my tech industry associates, you need to understand that the controlled mass media is gaslighting you, and deliberately pushing a desperate false narrative to cover for their own criminality. They say “no evidence of fraud” and “unsubstantiated” allegations, even as that hard evidence mounts up in court filings and open source intelligence analysis. There are districts with more votes than voters, yet you believe self-evident lies from your TV.
You have been hoodwinked by a system of social engineering that was covertly established, mainly after the 1963 de facto coup following the assassination of President Kennedy, and installation of a permanent criminal shadow government.
Today, Biden voters are celebrating his being the media’s “President elect” (hint: the media has no constitutional role in elections); the funding of his transition (hint: another sting operation); and Trump’s imminent departure from the White House (hint: he has planned this operation for decades and isn’t going anywhere). My former tech industry associates are utterly delusional in their beliefs.
There is absolutely no way that the US military would have spent years tangibly preparing us for this watershed event, including bringing Trump into the Presidency, only to allow assets of the Chinese Communist Party to (re)take control over the United States of America. It just isn’t happening. These celebrations will be short lived as the “boomerang” motion of the vast sting operation becomes unmistakable and unavoidable.

If you voted for Joe Biden and are trying to make sense of dislocating events unfolding fast, here is where you have gone wrong.
Firstly, you have excluded from your inputs all rival voices and competing sources of information. You have immersed yourself in a narcissistic culture of self-congratulatory presumed superiority based on egotistical intellectual achievement. By the time you read this, you will be witnessing that belief system crashing and burning; pride smashed by the fall. You drove out the diversity that mattered, which was a diversity of opinion and social understanding. You were intolerant of dissent, and tolerant of censorship. This will remain a stain upon your conscience and reputation until you respect those who saw the criminality and spoke out.
Secondly, you have failed to understand the nature of propaganda, and how clever intellectual people are the MOST susceptible, not the LEAST. You NEED propaganda in order to have a socially acceptable position on each issue; nobody has time to become a climate scientist, vaccine safety expert, and forensic accountant and research every controversy. You have treated different media outlets as independent sources when in reality they are all one (false) voice. You are a victim of pervasive propaganda and even mind control.
Thirdly, you have abandoned objective rational empirical inquiry. You have assumed that (local social) consensus is rationality, and deviation from that consensus is madness — a cult even. You have ridiculed and mocked those who chose to look at the data — ALL THE DATA — and then make up their mind ONLY based on where it directed them, and not their preconception of what was thinkable or acceptable. This is the basis of proper science, and requires humility to recognise that progress is made by admitting errors and reversing false beliefs.

I looked at ALL the data in this case, and changed my beliefs. You DID NOT, and stayed the same. This is why you have FAILED this test of sanity. Such failure needs to be confronted — because your false beliefs are dangerous to us all, since they perpetuate evil. The “short cut” the media (and academia) offered you was to a labyrinth of lies by assets of a criminal ruling class. You swallowed their lies willingly.
It was previously always easy to find a justification for your beliefs, another propaganda “talking point” to counter any data offered. A sneering and condescending attitude let you easily dismiss legitimate concerns as “extremist” or “conspiracy theories”. By the time you read this, that’s all finished. Gone. Over.
That you have been attacked by a ruthless transnational “supermafia” armed with weaponised psychology and a whole media industry is not your fault. That others had life experiences or innate character that brought them to question the “official narrative” more quickly is also not their personal virtue. You are not my enemy, and I am not yours. Our job is to come together, respectfully and responsibly, so that we may realign and heal.
For those who were deceived by the grand illusions on offer, you will find that those you laughed at will most likely welcome you back with open arms. The precondition is that you respect equality under the rule of law, and cease to put yourself on a pedestal where you are part of a superior social class entitled to judge others and look down upon them. It is time for you to be held to your stated values of kindness, tolerance, and inclusion.
For we all have a real war to fight against a real enemy who can do us real harm. A war of infiltration, founded on treachery, that has corroded and corrupted our society. A war against great deceptions that fuel endless violent conflict.
The Great Exposure has begun. It cannot be stopped by anybody. Lasting peace is our goal and prize.

They know what’s up, they are on the same team as the mass media. They actually go to the same parties as the mass media people, they are intermarried with the mass media people, there is no ‘us and them’ between tech industry leadership and mass media, just as there is no ‘us and them’ between mass media and the Hussein administration.

Maybe, who can really know?
I think of them like the Borg.
Ultimately the ‘why’ for what they do is curious and interesting, but irrelevant.
Their actions speak for themselves.
I just need to understand that their actions are evil.
I think there is an obvious danger in trying to rationalize or justify or excuse the actions of evil people, and the danger is this.
Which is harder, to express what some might consider harsh rhetoric, or to carry out just punishment?
If we can’t (or won’t) even express harsh rhetoric toward these vicious enemies of our People and our Republic, then how will we ever have the strength of conviction to throw the switch on these monsters when the time comes?
Martin mentioned that his objective was peace. That’s easy to say, but does he really mean it?
And if so, what is he prepared to do in order to achieve it?
Unless the guilty are exposed and held accountable, all we will have achieved is a unilateral cessation of hostilities (assuming we ever actually respond with hostilities to the enemy’s hostilities, i.e., defend ourselves).
But our enemy’s hostilities were mostly hidden from the beginning anyway. They have been fighting against us covertly for decades, and we have not put up any defense.
If we don’t expose and purge the enemy, and hold all sympathizers accountable, then how are we not simply unilaterally disarming, so they can go right back to what they’ve been doing?
When the enemy is within the camp, you can’t just declare a truce, you have to eradicate the enemy.
Because if you don’t, if you leave the enemy in the camp and you cease hostilities (or never begin them in the first place), there is a term for that.
It is called surrender.
It is called giving up.
And I don’t know if some of the People who consider themselves the ‘good guys’ have the guts and determination to do what needs to be done. Historical perspective would be useful in that regard. Someone who knows history, or even just basic human nature, or the nature of Communism (and islam) would not hesitate to do what is necessary.
In my grandparents’ generation, it wouldn’t even have been a question, not really. My grandfather fought on the ground in WWII, up close and personal. There is not even a tiny chance that any of this BS would be taking place today, if the majority of veterans who returned from WWII were still alive and young enough to fight. The enemy wouldn’t even be trying it.
Our culture had to be ‘softened’ up and ‘feminized’ first.
It took decades.
We are highly ‘feminized’ as a culture at this point in history — part of the Marxist long-term strategy to weaken us from within.

I don’t doubt that Martin is on our side, I subscribed to his newsletter a long time ago and like to read his thoughts.
But when he attempts to diagnose the enemy, it’s almost as if he’s too close to them to see them for what they really are.
Or maybe that’s not it at all, I don’t know.
What I do know, from basic deconstruction of his points, is that his points don’t reconcile, his diagnosis doesn’t harmonize with itself, it has inherent contradictions that seem to be based on wishful thinking.
And a very plausible explanation for that type of error in analysis is that he knows these people, and probably likes (or liked) many of them, and maybe wants to be liked by them too. That would explain making the case that the enemies of our Republic and everything it stands for are just naive and misguided do-gooders who didn’t recognize their actions were destroying our country and the lives of tens of millions of Americans.
People who do great evil always see themselves as well-meaning or righteous, it’s the only way to rationalize their conduct, and they depend on others (as Martin Geddes is doing) to enable them, to provide them a pathway of justification and rationalization, so they never have to pay any kind of penalty for their treachery.
Where do I sign up to live in that world? Not that I actually want to, I’ve just never seen it, nobody ever extended those kinds of excuses for me, and I didn’t do anything like these people have done.
Maybe that’s why they turned so evil in the first place, because no one ever held them accountable for lesser offenses along the way…

They may be exactly as he describes, but his diagnosis is not withstanding casual scrutiny.
There are inherent contradictions in his analysis of the people he is writing about.
All I’m doing is revealing a few of the more obvious ones.
It is certainly possible for Martin to accurately describe the behavior of people he has worked closely with, and not accurately understand the psychological motivations behind that behavior.
So far, it appears that Martin is simply rationalizing what amounts to depraved indifference at best, or psychopathy at worst.
They wouldn’t be the first psychopaths to fool an analyst who is close to them.
I don’t know these people, I am removed from any personal relationships that might bias me toward them. But either way, there are inherent contradictions in his analysis.
What is more surprising is that Martin doesn’t see them.

I appreciate that as an optimistic and hopeful scenario, I just don’t buy it.
Maybe I’m cynical, but if so, I didn’t become that way without good cause.
There is a lot of rationalizing and excuse-making here, attempting to give the benefit of the doubt, to people whose actions prove they do not merit any benefit of the doubt.
They cannot claim to be ignorant or clueless while methodically benefiting from the claimed ignorance and gleefully denigrating everyone they disagree with, while never examining their own positions or realizing that they can’t back them up with anything besides force (social control mechanisms).
There is simply no way to excuse malicious behavior which always and only redounds to the benefit of the perpetrator and always works to the detriment of those whom the perpetrators’ openly despise.
If I am wrong, I would love to know and understand why, because there are plenty of Leftists in my life who I would like to believe are good-hearted people who inexplicably exhibit irrational hatred all day long.
I just don’t see it, and nobody will explain it to me in a way that can withstand basic scrutiny.
I’ll take a stab at a form of Possible explanation, at least for some of them. Many tech/engineering types seem to be also the type of neurological types that are on the ADHD/Autism spectrum or have kids or other relatives on that (or “similar”) spectrum of call it neuro-biological atypicality. These atypical mental features can be what contributes to them being Very Good in their chosen field.
These features can also mean that they Might be Very Obtuse in social settings & at reading people. My son on the Spectrum actually tried to learn how to read non-verbal facial expression clues in Therapy, they had a set of flash cards for this, so it’s a real enough thing to generate “therapeutic” techniques.
So to put it bluntly, some types of peoples Might be Geniuses in certain arenas & Potential Idiots in others!
What if they have mental sophistication but social naivete? They may excel in programming & other structured work situations & Really Struggle in relationships.
They may have no serious interest in politics & the human machinations that perpetuate such “systems” & be most comfortable in math, logic, & hard science based structures & could be so naïve as to take news reporting at face value. If they are surrounded by neuro-typicals & lefties who only imbibe kool-aide from MSM shills they may have a self-reinforcing bubble from which there is no escape unless someone outside that bubble can get their attention & respect & unplug them from the Matrix. Even Cypher, who’d been unplugged for ages, wanted to get back in the Power Plant, even though he knew it was a lie. It was still a more comfortable “reality” than the messiness of the “desert of the real”!
I don’t doubt you’re correct for the people who are on that autism spectrum, but with regard to Leftists in the MSM, high tech, entertainment, academia and active involvement with politics at the local, state and national level, how many are on the autism spectrum?
Less than 1%?
Every time Project Veritas catches these people in unguarded moments, when they believe they’re talking to a fellow insurgent, do they come across as people on the autism spectrum?
Or do they come across as deliberately wicked people who necessarily know exactly what they’re doing, and that it is wrong, or they wouldn’t have to hide it?
When we see the mug shots of panti-fa and blm terrorists, do they look like misguided children, or do they look like violent psychopaths?
When we hear conversations recorded surreptitiously of politicians, whether talking about ‘covid-19’ or any other thing, and it is clear they are manipulating the data to accomplish a desired enemy objective, are they doing it out of naivete and misplaced goodwill, or is it for obvious premeditated political objectives?
When Sundar Pichai, or Jack Dorsey, or Android Zuckerberg testify in hearings before Congress, do none of their hundreds of thousands of employees pay any attention to what the CEOs of their respective companies are saying?
I ‘get’ that normal people don’t want to believe that so many people can be evil, that they are really ‘good eggs’ who fell in with a bad crowd and never thought about what they were doing, because it’s very discomforting to think that so many people can be intentionally wicked.
For whatever reason, I have no problem believing so many people can be evil. In fact, I don’t know how things could have gotten this awful if so many people weren’t wicked.
When I see people try to dismiss or explain away what I perceive to be genuine animalistic danger, I know they mean well by it, they are being hopeful or optimistic.
It provokes a visceral reaction for me, because I can’t remember anyone trying to explain away my bad youthful behavior — most especially my parents. And certainly no one would consider trying to rationalize or justify my conduct if I did something wrong today, as an adult.
But these people… these people are organized, willful, malicious, some (many?) are militant, they scrawl their hatred proudly all over social media, they target women and children and the elderly, their evil is condoned and fueled by MSM, Hollywood, the professional Left, you name it.
What possible defense can there be?
The double-standard rips at the fabric of my being in a way that makes me want to rip apart, limb from limb, whatever is causing it.
The unjustness is so deep and corrosive, that scab has been ripped open so many times, that it demands confrontation.
It demands punishment.
I don’t have the proper vocabulary to express what I’m trying to say.
The best I could do is try to describe it, like the low guttural sound a German Shepard or a Rottweiler makes, like a barely restrained growl, deep in the chest, as its whole body tenses, just before it charges at a threat.

I’ve been thinking about this since the whole subject came up yesterday. Geddes portrayed the classic victim of abuse.
The victim, usually being a good and kind person, cannot understand a mindset that would intentionally harm others. Therefore, the emotional response is to make excuses for the abuser.
This is a spiritual as well as emotional issue. In family situations it is difficult to break the spiritual tie of abuse, and the problem will persist for generations with various members filling the role of abuser and victim.
And we must not fall into the trap of thinking evil people are just misinformed and didn’t know.
If I and my family got free of the indoctrination and have made proper judgments regarding our political choices, then so can anyone else who is reasonably informed.
My personal observation: the elites in my wider family circle chose to vote Biden because first, he fits in their class structure as THE candidate, and because they are able to justify that choice through social justice and its various ideologies.
The Dem ideology allows them to have their cake and eat it, too. Select politicians who benefit their class while making a pretense of helping the lower class. It’s all a lie.
