May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

There are pages and pages of results from various studies AND as Peter Navaro said, Fauci claimed there was no evidence in an early Task Force Meeting and Peter SLAMMED a set of reports over a foot high in front of him. Never the less FAUCI CONTINUED TO BLOCK THE USE OF HCQ.

Every possible path for POTUS was BLOCKED except for the Clot Shot, so he bulled his way through PUSHING IT OUT FAST to remove the lockdowns that were killing this country. Whether he also set a trap too remains to be seen, but it is looking like he did.
But Fauci contributed to and is attached to several published papers regarding the success of HCQ in treating SARS. I believe the latest of these was 2015. Evidence was piling up daily, globally at that point. You’re saying that Trump had no power to put in place a therapeutics team, working concurrently with the vaccine push? He stockpiled HCQ, right? For what reason?
My husband’s cousin almost died from clotting in the lungs following her 2nd Pfizer. This SAME woman (and her husband) had covid in February 2020, were very ill and hospitalized. High risk, late 70s. They were given HCQ in the hospital, in New Jersey – so docs WERE networking.
It could have been done, and should have.
Trump ordered the declass of 1,000’s of docs. Never happened. Just one example of how the entrenched swamp can essentially blow off what the President wants. And to put him under pressure he gets impeached on a whim as we saw.
In Biden’s case, the swamp responds in minutes.
So unless we get super majorities in the House and Senate, plus a President to go in and clean the swamp out we are screwed. That ain’t happening.
Last line of defense are the red States but they are being invaded by blue States so I only give them a few more years at most.

So this morning, SD is on a tear about people being arrested in New York at a restaurant for not having Covid vaccine passes.
This is not going to be a popular opinion here, but this is much ado about nothing in particular, in my opinion.
The owner of a private business has the right to any rules they want for their customers. If you violate their rules, they have the right to eject you. There is a business here in my town that I can’t enter, because early in the pandemic, I wrote the owner a VERY strong letter about how ridiculous I thought she was handling it. I got a call from the police. That’s fine; I get what I need elsewhere, and condemn her store to all who will listen. Most of the town hates her.
There are other businesses here that have NEVER followed any mandate, masks or otherwise. I patronize them, and recommend them to everyone.
The only thing that might be wrong with what happened in New York is if no one asked the people to leave. They were not confronted by the restaurant staff. But who can blame people for that right now? Everyone has seen the videos of fights on airplanes and such. So, the police came in, told people the had to leave if they were not vaccinated. They arrested those who refused for trespassing. That is the law. Period.
If they start rounding up people in public parks, that will be another thing altogether. Those are not privately owned; they belong to the public.

I tend to agree (and I get into arguments about this all the time with people who think they have a God-given right to carry a gun onto someone else’s property); if the owner of the store or restaurant themselves want to impose the restriction, they can…and your recourse is to give them the finger and go elsewhere.

Yes, I have argued this one a lot. If we support a baker’s right not to make a cake for a gay wedding, we should support the store owner’s right to refuse us service if we are not “vaccinated.” It’s THEIR business.
At least one person I argued with tried to claim that *because* the baker wasn’t allowed to refuse to bake a cake, the store shouldn’t be allowed to post “no guns.” I tried to point out there was a difference between most protected classes (admittedly LGBT not among them, from our point of view, but the left insists otherwise and the left writes the rules) and a gun carrier: The protected class has no choice; it’s not a behavior they can change (a Hispanic cannot choose not to be Hispanic, for instance); a gun carrier is behaving a certain way and could choose not to if he really wanted to enter the store. I don’t like the concept of “protected classes” but I don’t like the concept of “protected classes” including a behavior even less than that.
Basically the person was arguing for LESS freedom than we have now, and that’s a non-starter for me.
You can be gay and not behave gay. You can be an alcoholic and not drink. You can be a man “born in a woman’s body,” and not wear lingerie. You CAN NOT be black and choose not to be, Michael Jackson the example. The man destroyed his face trying.

It’s true but beside my point. Protected classes aren’t supposed to be about behavior but rather about things a person cannot change about themselves. As I said, a Hispanic can’t be not a Hispanic. So there is at least some argument for making that a protected class. Gun carrying, or not consenting to be “vax”ed IS something you have a choice about…and can’t be protected.
The left CLAIMS gays can’t chose not to be gay, so they can credibly argue (based on THEIR premise) that they can be a protected class–at least they’re being consistent. (The argument then becomes over choice or no choice, is it a behavior or something like skin color.)
We, on the other hand, *cannot* ever argue that not being vaxxed, or carrying a gun should be protected because *we ourselves* concede that’s a choice the person in question made.
It’s a complex situation, certainly.
What’s ironic is that vaccine discrimination is perfectly analogous to race discrimination in New York City, so any utilitarian justification of an allowed discrimination in a PUBLIC-SERVING BUSINESS (that’s how “public” sneaks in) based on vaccination – which is uncertain in a causative relationship to disease, is mirrored in discrimination based on race, or based on age, which is uncertain in a causative relationship to violence.
We know that young people and (dare I capitalize it) “Blacks” in NYC are more likely to be violent. Can my business discriminate against them for safety reasons? Kick anybody out that I think might be a threat?

I guess I am officially a mean person. I went to the grocery store today, without a mask, as usual. Everyone was masked, except me. In the last few weeks, no one has said a word to me about not wearing one.
Today, a woman (another shopper) stopped me and held out a mask and asked if I needed one. I smiled and said “No, but thank you anyway.”. She responded, “But didn’t you see the sign on the door, saying that masks are required?” I said, “Yes, but that’s a Mandate not a Law, and besides, I’m not mentally ill, so I don’t have to wear one. The next step is that the main body of the spacecraft will be lifted away from the pallets and the “box” at the bottom, the better to separate it from the sunshield and keep it cold. That is the only thing scheduled for Day 4 (and the days run from 0720-0720 Eastern Time). Note in the picture below the entire assembly with the gold colored mirrors is further away from the pink/magenta pallets.
Day 5 is deploying the trim tab and uncovering the actual folded up sunshield (which is silver colored instead of this magenta/pink we see now).
Day 6 will be the actual unpacking of the sunshield by extending the booms
Day 7 is separating the layers and tensioning them.
By Day 8, if there are no delays, the sunshield is deployed! That’s probably the trickiest part of the whole deployment (though calibrating the mirror after deployment will be finicky too).

Saw the surgeon. She’s not worried at all about covid and scheduled my surgery in a couple weeks. I still have to see pulmonary and get cleared by them. I also have to get a pre op covid test from the hospital.
My surgeon had covid so shes very sympathetic.
DP, she brought up genetic testing before I did. Said she wants it done bc of my age. BC of my age and the concern for lynch, she is taking the ovaries too. Im a little scared of hrt but dont need another surgery if the genetic testing has problems.
If outpatient surgery goes as planned, the first 4 days are the hardest and recovery is about 6 weeks.
Hoping i can homeschool successfully that 1st week(little someone has to be good).
Thats my new year’s plan so far!
