The judge heard testimony Monday from three government witnesses. Griffin’s lawyer said he doesn’t plan to call any defense witnesses.
The case against Griffin is unlike most of the Capitol riot prosecutions. He is one of the few riot defendants who isn’t accused of entering the Capitol or engaging in any violent or destructive behavior. He claims he has been selectively prosecuted for his political views.
He’s probably right.
The defense had their go on Tuesday. We’ll see how this comes out as Griffin opted for a bench trial not a jury.

I just had a great phone call with a friend. He’s in the hospitality business and I’ve been warning him about what’s coming for years. He caught on quick with the plandemic and didn’t get the jab or mask up, nor did his family, but he’s a very busy person so is out of the loop on all the other agendas.
He called and said, “Oh my God! I’m starting to see everything you’ve been trying to tell me about for years! We need to talk. What you told me about the meat industry is all starting to happen too.”
I got to ramble on for a good 20 min and he wants to get together when I get back in town so I can elaborate further and help him figure out a business plan. This is when I am grateful for the knowledge I have – to be able to help people sort through this mess, at least to some degree.
I suspect this will begin happening with all of us more and more – people reaching out wanting to understand and needing help. This is where we will make an impact and hopefully make a big dent in the globalists’ plans.

So, miscellaneous fun and games…..I just removed a dead rat from my garage. It had probably eaten bait (warfarin) and was thoroughly mummified when I removed it. Unfortunately, it was in a semi-trafficked area in front of my garage fridge.
I’m thinking of cleaning the area where I found the corpse. I’m concerned that vacuuming it with my Dyson is going to blow hantavirus all over the place, and that mopping it is going to expose me to whatever and have a wastewater disposal problem.
Any suggestions? It’s a garage, so the floor is bare concrete. It’s MY garage, so it is thoroughly packed with crap. I can see a dark stain where Mr. Rat used to be, and there are little fluffs of his residual hair from when I got his mummified corpse out and tossed it in the garbage.
I’m thinking of spraying the area where he died with “foaming bathroom cleaner with bleach”, letting it dry, vacuuming the area with the Dyson outside a closed door, then wet-mopping the area with Pine Sol.

One of my kids did last year as I said without thinking. I disagreed with him and he was showing up to his wife. He should know better having lived with me growing up until college. He has seen my friendships with black neighbors and all type of people. Race has never been an issue for me. Intentionally we always moved into a racially mixed neighborhood when they grew up so they would be exposed to all type of people. What counts is character not skin color.
I have seen society break down without Church structure without family or children having father and mother. This happened in East Germany under communism this also happened here where I live. Most people are white but the poor live the same as inner city .

My wife had oral surgery yesterday to have a bad, crowned tooth removed and an implant procedure completed. Great experience with the doc/staff. Procedure took 30 minutes to remove and set the titanium rod. The root of the subject tooth had grown into her sinus cavity. Clear as day to see with the x-ray. So the added benefit is that situation no longer exists and the doc expects her horrible sinus suffering will be improved as a result. It was a really good day for us and she is recovering well. She’s always been my rock star.
In the course of the activities we were able to have some good discussions as we got to know each other, which helped the Missus become more comfortable. He even sang some country tunes to her before and after the procedure when he found out she was a friend and classmate of Dolly growing up. But it was his love for Patty Loveless that turned the tide for me. 😂
Turns out this doc was the only oral surgeon in the entire region to be permitted by the state to remain open during the worst of the COVID freak out. He applied to the state and received permission. Do not know his jab status as a result as we did not want to press the issue, but it became very clear he does not support them or masking at all. Nothing on the personal medical information forms or in discussion came up about jab status as it does at every other doc/hospital we have visited in the past two years. The attending nurse said he never required patients or staff to wear masks the entire time, even in the lobby. He only did what he was ordered by the state to do and ignored the stuff that had no penalties attached. He and none of the staff wear masks except during the surgical procedures as is the case all of the time regardless of COVID.
As a result, during the worst of the scamdemic, all of the region’s other oral surgeons who were shut down referred their patients to this doc. It was a gift from God for him as he had just opened his new, very expensive, very modern surgical office in late 2019, having left an established multi-doc practice nearby to do his own thing. Guess who called my wife at 7 PM yesterday evening to check on her? Yep.
Feeling blessed and grateful today.
This is great news! And it gives yours truly hope, as it appears that there is a bad tooth doing similar nasty stuff that needs to be removed (don’t know about getting an implant, though, will have to think about that one.)

First one for either of us. They have come down in price. Approx $2750 with insurance paying $1000. After going through this with the wife, I would not hesitate at all with the right surgeon. No pressure on doing it – gave the options and encouraged questions. Did not even have to do it the same day, it just made sense to while he was removing the bad one. It was a clear and easy decision when we saw the X-ray. She had general anesthesia in addition to the numbing. Put her to sleep, woke up, got the instructions, and done. Literally, about 2 hours later from walking in the door we were headed home. The implanted rod area will now heal for about 4 months and she will return for a follow up exam and test to make sure it healed well and is solid. All included in the price. Two weeks after that she goes to her general dentist to have the crown done.
Not only did it help the bad tooth and sinus issue, she has two crowned teeth on either side of the subject that are still good. The implant will help stabilize them.
Praise God and continue bless this Oral surgeon as he blesses your wife, and and countless others. 🙂👍❤️‼️
Yes indeed, wowohwow. This guy is special. He is nearly 60 years old, been an oral surgeon for over 20 years and is still treating individual patients with such respect and dignity. Gives back by teaching the craft at the local state university’s graduate program.

The singing dentist reminded me of my childhood dentist, the husband of one of my mom’s nursing classmates. He used to sing badly to the top 40 music he had piped in. Honestly it really made you feel more comfortable with his lighthearted & playful attitude. AND I don’t think Any dental work he ever did on me ever needed to be redone!
With the dentistry I’ve been doing recently, the office music system was put on “piano” — but it’s muzak versions of popular music played on piano.
Stuff like Nirvana and Billy Idol….it didn’t make me more or less comfortable, but it really made me wonder about the sanity of the music production company.

A few remarks on Z’s roll in pissing off Russia by pursuing NATO would help. Ground Report:
A couple weeks ago I was out & about on a Wednesday & discovered a local church has a weekly food give away. Since hubby was out of work I got in line to see if we qualified & got a bit of groceries provided by God’s people that day.
When I was at the last stop of that process the woman who was helping me turned out to be a friend from my husband’s first band days. This church was where most of my husband’s previous Christian rock bands played worship/rock mini-concerts for their then Celebrate Recovery events (like Christian AA/NA) periodically–small world!
Well today was food day again so I got in line. I was there at start time & it took about 45 minutes to wind through until getting the food blessing, which was quite substantial this time. A man visited each car in my line to pray with the occupants (there wasn’t prayer, that I saw, the last time). We both did a double take when he came to my window for he is an old family friend, sometime hunting buddy, & longtime prayer group member for my parents. The last time I’d seen him was at Josiah’s fiancée’s church, like a year ago.
He & his wife are planning to join this food distribution church now. He was surprised to hear that my husband was out of work but when I explained the no retirement former job & current trucking school scenario he was very supportive (“why didn’t he leave sooner?”). We had a brief time of prayer which was a mutual blessing. At the end of today’s process the final helper said they were helping probably 400 families this week & had done so last week too.
Anyway I had a couple of hours of computer time at the library nearby so observed some people in masks, seemingly everywhere, inside & out–sigh! No one at the church was masked though a few were 2 weeks ago, so that’s apparent progress.
Leaving the library I noticed a man fiddling with a prominently displayed Trump sign. There were 2 Trump flags on a nearby flagpole & a “My Governor is an Idiot” on the fence plus some American flag signage in the ground. I asked if he was responsible for the display & warily he admitted he was. So I thanked him profusely & told him how much it blesses me to see his rotating display.
He almost immediately went into how just 4 days ago he found someone trying to tear down his Trump signs & that this happens fairly regularly (what are these lingering psychos so afraid of, hmmm). He offered me signage whenever I want & pointed out where he lived in the nearby complex. Then he went into discussing proof of the election steal! He talked about Hunter being on a joint checking account w/ his dad when he was in his 40’s “who does that???” Kindred spirits which definitely boosted my own spirit in an unexpected way!
God is good, even in the micro details of daily life. The church passed out some scriptures last visit & a brief testimony w/ salvation scriptures this week. I passed these materials on in a public info sharing space in the lobby of the library so hopefully even these photocopied tidbits of the Bread of Heaven will not return void.

Candace Owens went viral on Monday after she responded to a New York Times reporter with citations from the newspaper after the reporter seemed to suggest Owens was echoing Russian state media when she said Ukraine, a nation widely known for its corruption, is corrupt.
“Received an email from The NYTimes asking for comment regarding me ‘advancing ideas that Ukraine is a corrupt country’—similar to Russian state TV,” Owens told her followers via social media. “I replied informing them that I actually got my ideas from The New York Times, and provided them links to their past articles.”
“Hi there, I’m writing from The New York Times,” an email from the reporter said. “We’re working on a story about Russian messaging that includes some of your comments.”
“We note that you advanced the idea that Ukraine was a corrupt country, which matched comments we’ve seen from Russian state media,” asserted the reporter, whose identity was protected by Owens.
“I’m wondering if you have any context or further comment to add about this corruption,” the email closed.
“I’m very confused by this email,” Owens responded via email, a screengrab shows. “I learned about ‘the idea that Ukraine was a corrupt country’ from The New York Times. You guys have covered the corruption in Ukraine extensively.”
“As just one example, here is a piece from the NYT Editorial Board titled, ‘Ukraine’s Unyielding Corruption,’” the conservative host wrote, linking to the Times piece.
“I educated myself about both the neo-Nazi problem in Ukraine and the unyielding corruption by reading your newspaper, not Russian state media,” she continued. “Is there something specific I said that was different form what you guys have written in the past?”
Owens didn’t stop there; she followed up her email with another email which included five links to mainstream outlets reporting on the corruption in Ukraine. Two of the five links were from the Times.
“For more good measure, here are some more past articles written from reputable sources over the past few years about the corruption and neo-Nazi problem in Ukraine,” Owens wrote in the email.
“For clarity, are you now suggesting that what the western media covered extensively over the last few years is now just Russian propaganda?” she queried. “Are you suggesting all of these articles were sponsored by Russia state media?

Also, just as a further fyi I usually login via WP from the right margin. When I do so it takes me to some type of Q-Tree overall site awareness page. It has links for recent posts & comments, some stats, & links to some of my recently edited draft posts. I’m only mentioning this because I thought I’d read somewhere here that most of the time that’s not happening for other people when they log in. This afternoon, my dermatologist took one look at the rash that sent me to the ER last Friday and said, “Of course you have Shingles. It’s a mild case, it’s running its course, the contagion period is long over, you’ll have natural immunity once it clears up, and the nerve damage will slowly resolve over the next 6 months – 1 year.”
I can either take the Valtrex I now have from him, or just keep using the “Janitor-in-a-Drum” steroid ointment to control the pain. Back to to the dermatologist for a recheck in a month.
It appears that yours truly fits the “baby-boomer Shingles” scenario since I’m “of a certain age”, had chicken pox about 65 years ago, and the dormant virus got re-activated.
On the other hand, the dermatologist also talked about how a long period of high stress can also re-activate the dormant virus that’s been sitting around in the spine all those years.
The dermatologist couldn’t figure out how the (young) ER doctor missed this one. 🙂

This is what I’ve been trying to tell everyone here for months.
Getting rid of Joe accomplishes nothing.
Even getting rid of His Fraudulency and Hoe close enough together that a new VEEP can’t be nominated and confirmed, accomplishes nothing.
Yet this falls on deaf ears, because people somehow imagine that we could slip in a good veep via the replacement process.
Now…after the new congress is seated perhaps #3 in the order (counting Joe as #1) would be a Republican speaker of the house who isn’t a RINO. The senate president pro tem in a Republican Majority senate would be Chuck Grassley, so he’d be #4. After that it is a long list of Joe’s cabinet appointees.
