Trump sues Hillary Clinton, DNC over ‘unthinkable’ Russia ‘plot’ in 2016 election
Former President Donald Trump on Thursday filed a federal lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee, accusing them of “an unthinkable plot” to tie him to Russian interference in the 2016 election.
The complaint, filed in the Southern District of Florida, also accuses others in the Clinton campaign and DNC of shielding the former secretary of state from the plot.
“In the run-up to the 2016 Presidential election, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot — one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy,” the lawsuit says.
“Acting in concert, the defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty,” it says. “The actions taken in furtherance of their scheme — falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement, and exploiting access to highly-sensitive data sources — are so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the Watergate [scandal] pale in comparison.”
Trump claims in the suit that the conspiracy “was conceived, coordinated and carried out by top-level officials at the Clinton campaign and the DNC — including ‘the candidate’ herself.”
What are the chances that the master of the Art of the Deal just filed this without having the goods to back up the claim? FG&C save your money. It’s a sucker bet.

So Fink is not your average CEO. He:
Plays a key role at Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum, where he is a member of the board of trustees and listed as one of the top “agenda contributors.”
Sits on the board of directors for the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which has been the most powerful driver of U.S. foreign policy for the last 75 years, to the point where it’s impossible to work in the upper echelons of the U.S. State Department without being a member of this elitist globalist club.
Sits on the board of the International Rescue Committee, one of nine private agencies that works to funnel refugees into North America and Europe, mostly from countries that CFR-trained diplomats and Pentagon apparatchiks help to destabilize with wars and revolutions. These refugees come from places like Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia and Sudan, cultures that don’t typically mix well in Western societies.
So when Fink speaks, the world’s most powerful business leaders are all ears. He controls trillions of dollars in investment money and sits on all the key globalists boards….
“Behaviors are going to have to change and this is one thing we are asking companies, you have to force behaviors and at BlackRock, we are forcing behaviors,” Fink said.
If anyone can find a video with a more expansive clip of Fink’s comments, please send it to me. I would like to hear the full context. Was this a Freudian slip of the tongue? I’m guessing it was, because Fink is usually not this brutally honest in communicating his beliefs.
On Jan. 18, 2022, Fink said employers need to listen to their employees or risk losing them.
After receiving some pretty serious blowback, Fink tried to walk back his comments. On Jan. 24, 2022, Fink told CNBC “I’m not trying to strong arm CEOs to adopt my worldview,” even though everyone knows he is. That’s what Fink is all about. He is the leader of the global movement to create a social-scoring system for corporations related to how environmentally and socially “woke” they are. This is called the ESG scoring system. ESG stands for “environmental, social and governance” score.
If you don’t believe in the fake science that says humans are the primary cause of global environmental degradation and you don’t believe that gender is fluid, you will not qualify for investment going forward in Fink’s world.
Following is a quote from Fink’s 2022 letter to CEOs worldwide:
“Every company and every industry will be transformed by the transition to a net-zero world. The question is, will you lead, or will you be led?”
That sounds like a threat.

I’m kinda loose about that. Do what makes you feel comfortable. I like having opens publish on the same day that they’re meant for, so that searches lead straight to them, BUT searchers know to check preceding days already, from what I’ve seen.
I have not figured out the code for the tool by its behavior, but we have evidence that it kicks things out at two minutes after the hour, and now it seems like it kicked one out at two minutes BEFORE the hour. It’s supposed to run 4 times an hour, but I’m not sure when those are actually scheduled.
My GUT says that if we schedule at 12:00 AM or at 12:01 AM, they will publish at 12:02 AM – but if it turns out that the checker is random or using some other means to determine when it fires, things might publish as late as 12:16 AM.
So it might be fun and instructive to experiment. I could look at the code, but IMO that’s like flipping through the deck. So much more fun to play the game and figure out the code based on the behavior. It’s “practice science”.

The uncle thing is somewhat sad, but also more reflective of a rather peculiar family dynamic. I talked to my sister today for over an hour (we’re all loquacious) and she had been unaware of some of the history there.
Without mentioning which email you used, where did you get the email addy? I have quite a few email addys, most with no connection to my actual name, and some do odd things when used (e.g. “read” the email, run through a milter (mail filter), and/or run into private email systems). I was doing some internet banking earlier today, and I not only use separate email addys (or none) but also separate computers.
Family stuff can get so complicated so quickly. I sympathize.
I don’t actually remember where now, but I found myself humming a Grateful Dead song for some reason.

I saw the Grateful Dead live at the Shoreline Amphitheater wayyyyyy back when I first moved up here (’84?).
Actually, family stuff on that side was complicated generations ago. My great-grandfather was a part-time grifter that spent some time as a riverboat gambler. My grandfather’s childhood was periodically interrupted by hasty relocations in the small hours of darkness. I actually met my great-grandmother, but the g’g’pa had been out of the picture for decades by then.
My mother was inspired by the TV miniseries “Roots” to research genealogy and had a tough time tracking him down, partially due to the number of names he had used and places he’d used them.
A particular anecdote relates to his behavior during wartime. I’m not sure if it was WWI or WWII, but the situation on the street was that young men not obviously enfeebled were constantly being asked, “what are you doing here, instead of supporting your country?” Young ladies would hand out white feathers…..
And there came a time that he woke up one morning after a vigorous late night with enlistment papers in his coat. At the time, MP’s were sent out to collect those who skipped-out on their enlistments, so he deemed it best to show up at the designated Army facility at the designated time. They went through the relevant procedures and shipped him off for basic training. He lasted about a week.
But now, he had BIG problems. Not enlisting was a problem. Skipping out on your enlistment was a big problem. Going AWOL was a HUGE problem — and he needed to find a bolt-hole where the Army wasn’t going to find him. With his unique talents, however, he had already spotted one.
Almost immediately after going AWOL, he walked into a recruiting center and signed up for the Navy under a slightly different name. He then went through Basic Training (being that the Army Basic training gave him a leg-up on the process) and rather quickly got himself assigned……to the Navy Nuthouse in Bethesda, Maryland, as a patient.
The Army never found him there.
He did have the comparatively minor problem of extricating himself from the looney bin after the war was over….
You have the most fascinating stories, coothie, and they always make me giggle and snort.
Mind you, I am much more proud of my recently departed uncle’s full service in the Army — and, on the other side of the family, my uncle’s full service as a Marine. They both were quiet about their service and stood up for what was right and honorable.
But sneaky and tricky can be useful, as well.

Today I searched Pleasant Hill Grains and there was a warning that some of the grains we import from Russia and Ukraine might not be available in the future. Surprise to me that much of the organic wheat is from Ukraine. Specially red wheat good for bread baking . They take orders now lets see if they have the grains again in a month or two.

A couple of things about the Trump lawsuit.
1) It is a civil case in which he is asking for damages to be awarded. So no criminal indictments would result from this case unless someone else has evidence, and maybe takes additional evidence from this trial, and brings indictments. (Someone correct me on this if I am mistaken.) Maybe Durham or someone will do that. Maybe they’re working in tandem, without consulting each other, to achieve these ends.
2) I’ve read parts of it, but I’m going to go back and read it from the beginning. It tells a story, in order, and is pretty easy reading without excessive legalese. It’s very interesting to see how the lawyers build the case, and of course what the perps did is appalling and criminal — which brings us back to those indictments.
Very interesting. This sounds strategic as well as “face value”.
Many times civil cases provide a basis for further prosecution and establish facts in evidence on which to base it. We know POTUS’ lawsuit will do that through depositions and the evidentiary process. Basically, it helps prosecutors to not have to rehash what has already been proven in a federal case. They can point to it and explain why it applies to the case at hand. Especially in federal courts. Pretty obvious that PDT is not doing this to settle for cash. He’s going for their throats.
Now add a wrinkle I have brought up before. Slick and Cankles may fall victim to a method of criminal prosecution that leads to a civil judgment methodology that Slick’s DOJ pushed when he was POTUS. The prosecuted can buy their way out of doing time or worse with a civil settlement of criminal claims if the DOJ goes along or offers it. I could see Garland’s Department of Injustice going this route unless the CB restrains him.
When a case will take forever and a day to make, but the DOJ has the goods that will “probably” lead to a conviction at some point, they can choose to offer a civil settlement of the criminal claim. The accused writes the big check, agrees to other terms of the deal, and walks away. When you do that you acknowledge the government’s claims without admitting guilt, but that can rarely be hid when there is a parallel federal civil lawsuit already filed and underway. Prosecutors have access to all the discovery, so Durham and staff are going to know if it happens. As a result I doubt it will be, but it is an option.
PDT is going to bust their balls in federal civil court in concert with Durham’s federal investigation. Both are federal and PDT’s is within the friendly confines of FL before it would move to an appellate court. There are good reasons Slick restarted the CGI recently. “Uh, fellas, could ya float us some lifelines ova here.” Will see if the CB has any use for Slick and Cankles, throw them under the bus, or use the slow starvation method. Arkanciding being what it is and all.
This will be a legal case study in law schools for as long as America and this world exist.
All I want is for the real POTUS to be back in office and fix this mess.

Just tossing this out. My second squad leader I had in the military was a non citizen, ex soldier, from Hungry (then part of the WARSAW Pact) inducted into the army from a concentration camp in Italy. That was 1979.
Point being there’s some precedent to bringing these illegal immigrants into the armed forces.
That said, I’d not be surprised if we learn that the government is filling some openings through out the entirety of government with some of these people, to include at the State and local level where ever the granting of work permits have been allowed.

How many feet are in a yard? So I went out into the front yard to have a look, and the dog came along. He soon started barking at a pair of magpies that were there. On one of the overhead cable was a squirrel doing its usual line-dancing; the squirrels are very active now in spring. They use these cables as their main highways between trees, having found there to be too many scary dogs of all different sizes on ground level. Anyway, we’re in the yard, I have two feet, the dog has four, the squirrel has four, and the magpies have two each. That’s 14 feet in my yard right now.
I;ll consider myself marked safe from needing any degreed expert for anything today! It is supposedly the international waffles day, and I have more than 50 years of experience in making these.

Interesting reading. He did not convince me, but he is convinced. BRICS being what it is and all, representing half of the world’s population. The oil/gas provider for half the world is not going away and depleting all of its financial reserves. Not by a long shot.

It also tried to attach China to Russia and to get the Europeans to sanction its biggest trading partner. Both attempts failed. There will be no additional sanctions on Russia. And while the NATO communique mentions China it only urges it to leave its neutral position. Everyone knows that that is not going to happen.

I will be missing an event in a couple of weeks because they have a mask and vaccine requirement. They have now made masks optional, probably because so many people declined to attend, but they are still requiring people to present proof of vaccination before they will be admitted. I would not do that under any circumstances, even if I had whatever documentation they want. “Papers, please” doesn’t work for me.
