This reminds me of a sermon by a pastor I respect. He warned against falling into the trap where Christianity becomes mere spiritual and emotional refreshment. Even absent all sin, even living by the word, he was saying that if all you’re getting out of Sunday sermons is emotional uplift, it’s not where you should be. He believed that people should be – to some extent – unsettled by truth. He wanted people to not fall into what he regarded as a trap of just “getting high on Sunday”.
Trump Rallies(TM) need to motivate us in a good way. I think they are planting seeds that say “Trump rallies are not enough”.
We have to YEARN for greatness again – enough to FIGHT for it.

I think I get what Trump and the white hats are doing here. We need to get our “true grit” on. It’s an ATTITUDE. It’s like Ron Johnson willing to be a loner – and RIGHT long before anybody else. It’s like Justice Gableman standing up for election integrity when all the other judges and justices cower and hide.
Each of us has to “STAND UP ALONE, TOGETHER”, if that makes sense.
We can’t do the GREATNESS thing by counting on somebody else to do it. We have to face rough facts and fight them on our own, unafraid, but inspiring each other. And RECOGNIZING when other people are doing these things.
It’s a tough fight, and we KEEP FIGHTING.
