I learned about brisance from a prof who worked on WWII science, as many of my profs had. He explained why some more brisant laboratory explosions are actually less injurious, because they do what is called “powdering” glassware. The explosion basically vaporizes the flask or beaker, and it disappears. The glass fragments keep fragmenting until it becomes silica dust hanging in the air. OTOH, less powerful explosives can burst glassware and propel large fragments, causing grave injury.
I heard some stories about small brisant explosions that were just improbably weird, and the other kinds (big and/or slow-detonating) that were quite tragic.

My husband is teaching again this fall semester. They suggested to him to fill out papers concerning his vaccination. He answered “that he is not participating in the program.” This is the first time he is back in class since covid and since he taught through computer.
They also ask him if he requires students to wear masks in class apparently some Professors do. He said “no.” Students are very happy.
He said to tell the powers in University “I am not participating in the program stops a lot of crap”

It’s not a new situation. Years ago, in the LA area, there was a bronze art foundry — made stuff like Remington bronzes. Every quarter, when he sent in his payroll tax returns, he’d get a flood of letters back from the IRS complaining that names didn’t match Social Security Numbers. So he’d call the employees in and tell ’em, and a week later they’d come back with different SSN’s.
Incidentally, that was the place that told me it had taken him a couple of years to realize that “tu madre” did not mean “boss.”

We have an “interesting” situation over here, in Stuttgart (sadly, infested with Gang Green anymore). There are some apartment blocks set aside as temporary housing for refauxgees. Prove that restraint was caused by violation of federal or state constitutional rights.

One files a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. I don’t know the procedure from there. Does it depend on a judge? If the judge doesn’t like your politics, are you out of luck? I’m in “don’t try this at home” territory because I know there is more to the process than what I can read online.

Habeas corpus, as he says, is an “extraordinary” writ which is achieved in a special proceeding. It is NOT complicated.
Amazing that dozens of defense attorneys have not banded together to each seek relief in a great show of force. There has to be SOME lawyer who knows how to write a powerful argument the others can use, modified as needed, and then together they file their papers simultaneously, and hold a gigantic press conference telling the public what they are doing. That is what would happen if the other side were doing it.
The corrupt judges, I am guessing, will deny it, but it could eventually go to SCOTUS, who would (IMO) expedite.
But it may be too late (the cases are too entangled in plea negotiations), and many of the attorneys (I am guessing) have not even demanded a speedy trial.
They have asked for or agreed to continuances.
Not an easy decision to make, whether to agree or not. In the normal course of events, it doesn’t matter. And so it becomes routine, so one does not get a reputation as a jerk.
But these cases were not routine, and things differ case to case. At some point it must have become obvious that endless incarceration was the primary goal of the government. “The need to investigate” was a ruse, and could not possibly apply to every case.
True, your ongoing strategy has to be geared toward raising the constitutional speedy trial issue at the proper time. And this is not routine.
I have wondered this for a long time. Has ANY defense attorney sought a writ of habeas corpus in a special proceeding on the basis of the Federal Constitutional right to a speedy trial. The standard is not complicated.
How long of a delay, reason for the delay, prejudice to a defendant, and whether the defendant has asserted his rights. The seriousness of the crime charged, the complexity of the evidence, and incarceration status are other considerations.
Yes, things get complicated as a practical matter, but the standard is not hard to grasp.
Has any attorney for any defendant formally demanded a speedy trial? Has any attorney who has done so followed up with habeas corpus in a special proceeding? Has any attorney even read Barker?
What I have heard is that DOJ has ironically used the “size of the “””insurrection””” investigation” as their excuse for delays, and apparently this washes with the judges in DC.
A bogus reason, but even if it were valid, it is only one factor, and a factor whose significance necessarily changes from case to case. It is not, and cannot be, an all encompassing excuse.
Just a guess, but am guessing a well argued petition would be very powerful in many, many of the cases, and when the corrupt judge denies a good case, it could eventually go to SCOTUS, who would be happy to take it.
And that decision, I am guessing, would be one for the ages.

The aggrieved party files a petition for writ of habeas corpus, either in the court of appeals or SCOTUS. If he chooses SCOTUS, it will go to a justice who is assigned that circuit. By tradition, it goes to the entire court which then votes on whether to hear the matter. A habeas writ alleges that the aggrieved party is being held in violation of the constitution. Not sure if the person has to be incarcerated in order to have standing.

Oh, that sounds easy enough. Except when you try to close off the water and nothing closes.
You’re supposed to regularly close and open the stopcocks at the wall that feed into your toilet — nobody ever does. After a couple of decades, they will leak if you try — the sealing dries out and cracks.
You can think, “fine, I’ll shut off the water as it comes into the house” — we did that to put a T there….and it leaked, and we ended up putting a T there with a quarter-turn ball valve.
To install that, we turned off the water at the street. And it leaked. You end up cramming something like a large jelly-bean down into the feed from the street, sucking out the water with a wet-dry vac, and working fast.
The good news is you get a far more comprehensive view of plumbing failure by the end of these ordeals.
PPS A toilet is just a piece of ceramic with water running through it.
Here, they hang the bowls off the wall, which invites “new and improved” problems, especially for those of us who are “built for comfort, not for speed” 🙂

Questions:
Why is there a slight difference in the S glycoprotein description between the Pfizer-BioNTech and the Moderna products?
Is there some connection between the furin cleavage site in the S glycoprotein, which appears to be a “vulnerable” place, and the mRNA used in the Pfizer-BioNTech and the Moderna “vaccines”?
In other words, is this “vulnerable” site in the S glycoprotein a place where toxins can be “spliced in” that can cause neurological damage in the recipient of the “vaccines”?
No – I don’t think that really major mutations are likely in that site – be they natural or man-made.
IMO the neurological damage in spike protein victims (COVID or JABS) is due to a combination of straight up cerebrovascular damage from the spike protein, doing the same thing to brain capillaries that is done to lung capillaries, AND/OR it’s due to immunological damage which allows other viruses to attack the brain.
The Pfizer vax also contains the same modified spike mRNA as the Moderna, I’m pretty sure. There may be minor differences in exactly which BA4 or BA5 variant is chosen, because there can be minor mutations elsewhere in the chain.
How those might affect things is an interesting question, and could be used for depop.

Is it possible that ivermectin may help a “vaccinated” person reduce potential damage to the brain as it may for the lungs?
I think it may. If it interacts with the spike protein, that could explain why ivermectin seems to help long covid.
However, my first recommendation is likely to be magnesium (Malone recommends it), niacin (TES recommends it), or some kind of blood thinner – in consultation with the doctor if needed.
I would personally load up on aspirin and antihistamines before taking the depop shot.

The School District of Philadelphia is mandating students and staff wear masks for the first 10 days of the school year, and is requiring that pre-kindergarten attendees mask-up all year.
Our leaders will re-implement mandates across the country if there’s no resistance.

Here’s hoping and praying that someone sues and gets that overturned. Otherwise (and better in any case) homeschool for everyone. Just think, if both parents didn’t have to work in order to “keep up with the Joneses” [blast from the 1950s past], homeschooling would not be a problem…
