Unfortunately, I recently found out that my insulin has AI self assembling technology in it. I am basically getting C19 bioweapon injections against my will. This was apparently discovered in other people’s insulin too. Ana Mihalcea, M.SD., PhD has analyzed my Lantus and Humalog insulin. Using darkfield microscopy Dr. Mihalcea documents the AI self assembly occurring in the insulin in this video. She uses a Neurogenesis microscope which costs about $7000. This is the same self assembly that Dr. Mihalcea has documented in the blood of people as a result of C19 injections and from shedding. This research has been replicated by Dr. David Nixon.

You are so kind, Valerie. I really enjoy working with people like Steve who are so smart. It is like getting to be in school and learning new stuff. My dad and uncles all had various skills and I could learn from them. They were mechanics, auto body repair pros, carpenters, welders, plumbers, inventors. My uncle Fred was a welder who welded the Skylift in Clarksville MO. A pity it is no longer used or maintained. Fred also taught me how to work with fiberglass and he built a boat that him and my aunt Vi took from Missouri north to the headwaters of the Mississippi. It looked like a fish and had a sleeping cabin below deck. Such fun! That along with writing/editing was what I found I missed most as I began my career. Again, thank you Valerie for your encouragement!

Hi there. Oh i did ok on the couch . Keeping elevated but im unstable on crutches.did a phone consult w primary. I asked for a hospital bed bc the couches are too low. My mother is bringing me an over the toilet seat with handles so i can get up.
I asked for a knee scooter that has brakes and that i can turn. Need it here in the house.
When i see ortho, im going to ask for a electric scooter auth, even if its a temp, for post op.
My husband can only take off this week. I cannot do anything, esp this week, or drive. My son is helpful to a point. Very glad we do start school til sept 1.

Also another couple of things that might be helpful…the grabber thing that can reach something in it’s claw and the rope puller (if you don’t get the hospital bed. You loop it on the bed frame so it’s easier to pull up to sitting position.
Also a wedge pillow for elevating but some of them are kind of too firm so you still have to use a softer regular pillow under your foot

Last …and I’m sorry if this embarrasses anyone ..not being able to bear any weight makes middle-of-.the-night bathroom trips a nightmare even with the scooter or whatever “aids” you have.
If you get the biggest size adult diaper available and not put it on, position it underneath you. When you’re done, slide it out from underneath you and have a small plastic garbage can by the bed.
It was extremely hard to do that because it just felt wrong, ykwim..but for a couple of weeks it was a life saver for me.

Ah ok. I have tile floors so wont get stuck on carpet. If they get me a bed within a few days i wont need to do it bc the bed will be in the living room. But if not thats a good idea.
I’ve heard that some people can get a recliner lift chair but all of these tales of fab mobility aids sometimes seem like urban myths . Doesn’t hurt to ask

This is a low tech idea that might get you through some of it in a pinch. When I sprained my ankle years ago when our kids were pretty young & I couldn’t lean on any of them to hobble around when Hubby was at work I used like a 3 step folding step ladder, that we used to keep tucked next to the fridge to reach top shelves. I would but a pillow on the second step & put the knee of the leg with the bad ankle on that pillow & then I’d hop my good leg in the direction I wanted to go, balance on the good foot, then drag the step ladder along, hitching my way through the house. This stepladder had like an upper curved “handlebar” so if you needed to stand on the top step you could brace your thighs against it & hold on to it for stability when climbing. I could also use that “handlebar” to help leverage off the couch or toilet.
I’ll see if I can find a similar picture. I think this might be an item that could be gotten at a store by your hubby & help you right away if temporarily until a better option comes. It also is a handy thing to have around the house 🙂

Unfortunately i cannot safely do that. My left knee needs to be replaced. I have to be extremely careful for everything.
That’s rough. My left knee has never been the same since I tripped over our dog in the dark & landed with all my weight on that knee on the hardwood floor. I have to baby that knee a bit & it can be such a pain so I can only barely imagine what you’re facing.
My mom needed her knee replaced for a number of years & finally went through the surgery. Though the operation & recovery were difficult to get through, once she was completely healed up she was kicking herself for not having had the knee repaired sooner. It definitely improved the quality of her life once she was recovered.
When I was a child growing up, I avidly read through the TIME/LIFE books. I remember at one point they were talking about knee replacement like it was science fiction — “this could be happening by the 1980’s!!!”
Now people are, like, “that was no big deal — I should have done it earlier.”
That’s pretty wild how our perspectives can change so quickly.

I updated a little further down. Pain is really bad but keeping elevated and ibuprofen are helping. I have my authorization for an orthopedic appt, but the dr put it for the left leg, not the right. Its supposedly fixed now, too late to schedule appt. Will call tomorrow.
I feel you. I tore my ligaments in my left angle about 45 years ago. Yes six weeks mostly keeping leg up. Healing takes a long time. My kids were small then also my husband doing nothing at home beside long hours working. We made it there is hope. My kids helped the best they could.
My prayers for you for patience . What helped later was walking on meadows the uneven ground. Now my ankle flared up again and have some swelling if I am much on my feet. Flats will be the future for you and heals are impossible.
My ankles have always sprained so i couldnt wear heels. Patience and calm and preplanning and a lot of “suck it up” perseverance too!

He’s a private citizen who is directly related to POTUS. Barron Trump has exactly the same Secret Service protection.
The attorney [and the law firm] are each entitled to an evidentiary hearing. The hearings might be combined into a single hearing. The are entitled to all the protections of a criminal defendant.
Why?
Because this resembles a punitive contempt [outside of the judge’s view]. Most likely it will be brought under FRCP 11. Plus, there are atty/client privilege issues which must be honored.
It looks simple to us but it is anything but.
Attorney/Client… pity that they will get the benefits of that, yet the MAGA folks and probably the Jan 6 political prisoners (oh wait, they’ve had no trial or representation whatsoever, or?) get none…
