Dear KMAG: 20230731 Joe Biden Didn’t Win ❀ Open Topic

Joe Biden didn’t win. This is our Real President:

AND our beautiful REALFLOTUS.

This Stormwatch Monday Open Thread remains open – VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA/KAG/KMAG world (with KMAG being a bit of both).

And yes, it’s Monday…again.

But we WILL get through it!

We will always remember Wheatie,

Pray for Trump,

Yet have fun,

and HOLD ON when things get crazy!

We will follow the RULES of civility that Wheatie left for us:

Wheatie’s Rules:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

And while we engage in vigorous free speech, we will remember Wheatie’s advice on civility, non-violence, and site unity:

“We’re on the same side here so let’s not engage in friendly fire.”

“Let’s not give the odious Internet Censors a reason to shut down this precious haven that Wolf has created for us.”

If this site gets shut down, please remember various ways to get back in touch with the rest of the gang:

Our beloved country is under Occupation by hostile forces.

Daily outrage and epic phuckery abound.

We can give in to despair…or we can be defiant and fight back in any way that we can.

Joe Biden didn’t win.

And we will keep saying Joe Biden didn’t win until we get His Fraudulency out of our White House.

Word of The Week:

precinct

noun

  • A subdivision or district of a city or town under the jurisdiction of or patrolled by a specific unit of its police force.
  • The police station situated in and having jurisdiction over such a district.
  • An election district of a city or town.

Precinct map of Manhattan

More country music!

This one helps me get it. SEEING the lyrics helps to make sense of the sentiment.

I love the way his “round up” verb doesn’t have an object. That’s very important. The object could be anybody. Very important to remember.

As I see politics more up-front and personal, but also PEOPLE, I’m seeing where things are both breaking and healing, and it’s hard for me to communicate the hope and frustration.

I also see the specialness of this place, and how the world needs more of what we have here – a kind of deep honesty without prejudice (used in all senses of the word).

Be the Q Tree, people!

I am beat from local work. But it’s good, too. Resting now, relaxing, and saying thank you for being here.

Hope you’re STILL having a great summer!

ENJOY THE SHOW

Have a great week!

Yippee!!!!!!!

cthulhu

Is that what they’re calling the new Snow White movie now?

pgroup2

Possibly. But I’m not the guy to ask since I know nothing about that.

TheseTruths

Thank you for all you’re doing, Wolf, and for getting this post up despite your fatigue.

precinct (n.)

c. 1400, prasaynt (mid-15c. as precincte), “district defined for purposes of government or representation,” especially in a city or town, from Medieval Latin precinctum “enclosure, boundary line,” noun use of neuter past participle of Latin praecingere “to gird about, surround,” from prae “before” (see pre-) + cingere “to surround, encircle” (see cinch (v.)).

pgroup2

Alternate meaning – the smallest unit of political power, which is usually corrupted.

Who goes to see Cher? Or Kiss?

Desperately Seeking Distractions types.

TheseTruths

Alan Jackson is pretty popular…😅

pgroup2

How does that relate to my ridicule of two hazbeenz?

TheseTruths

Since Alan Jackson is included in the list of people who had crowds smaller than Trump’s, I’m saying that even if no one goes to see Cher or Kiss, people DO flock to see Alan Jackson. Therefore, Trump’s crowd size being larger than (at least) Jackson’s is impressive.

pgroup2

I see. But it’s really a dumb comparison in the first place IMO.

Cuppa Covfefe

At their peak, they HAD HUGE DRAWING POWER…

pgroup2

So does the IRS to their annual 4/15 conventions.

Millions show up.

Cuppa Covfefe

So do refrigerators and freezers…

They’re always drawing power 😀

cthulhu

….but has done his farewell tour because of Charcot–Marie–Tooth disease — a hereditary neurological issue.

TheseTruths

I didn’t know about that.

Alan Jackson Announces ‘Last Call’ Tour (But Not ‘Final’ One)

Don’t call it a farewell tour or a final bow, because Alan Jackson isn’t. But after openly addressing some health issues recently, the Country Music Hall of Famer is being honest with his fans about his prospects for touring in the future, and how he many not be doing it forever. So just call it “Last Call: One More For The Road,” and hope that it’s not the very end.

In September of 2021, Alan Jackson revealed that he’s been suffering from a degenerative nerve condition called Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, nicknamed (somewhat ironically) CMT. He was diagnosed with the condition ten years ago. It primarily affects the peripheral nervous system causing balance issues by compromising smaller muscles in the body’s extremities. It’s related to muscular dystrophy and Parkinson’s disease.

The good news is that the disease is not life threatening, nor does it affect longevity. But it does affect things like balance and your ability to move. Alan Jackson wanted to reveal the condition, just in case people saw him swerving on stage and thought he’d indulged in a few too many gin & tonics. He’s also been performing lately while sitting on a stool.

Alan Jackson said at the time, “I never wanted to do the big retirement tour, like people do, then take a year off and then come back. I think that’s kinda cheesy. And I’m not saying I won’t be able to tour. I’ll try to do as much as I can. I feel a little more freedom now, because I’m not trying to worry about getting on the radio and fitting into their limitations. I’ve always believed that the music is the most important thing. The songs. And I guess that’s what I’d like to (leave) if I had a legacy.”

So Alan Jackson has announced sixteen new concert dates for 2022, including a date at the Gila River Arena in Phoenix originally booked for 2020 that has been rescheduled multiple times.

“I’ve always admired my heroes like George Jones, Merle Haggard, Loretta Lynn and Charley Pride who just played as much as they wanted to, as long as they could,” Jackson says. “I’ve always thought I’d like to do that, and I’d like to as long as my health will allow. I’ll try to do as much as I can, but if I’m comin’ your way, come see me….”

scott467

Probably Cher goes to see Kiss.

And Kiss returns the favor.

She’s pretty smart.

She’s making four times as much as they are in the arrangement.

Cuppa Covfefe

Ahhh, but her Cher price has tanked…

Valerie Curren

😉 😉

Valerie Curren

It could be referring the the previous records set in that venue, not necessarily recently…

Cuppa Covfefe

Those crowd numbers are most likely from back in the day when Elton John, KISS, and Cher WERE popular…

pgroup2

A thought: if they give CokeFreak immunity, he can be forced to testify about the crimes with which he was involved.

His 5th amendment protection vanishes. Same thing with a pardon. I wonder if that hotshot lawfare firm thought about that.

TheseTruths

I don’t know how it works, but I would have thought a pardon would mean he couldn’t be questioned anymore about whatever he was pardoned for. But I suppose he could be questioned about the crimes of others, like his father?

pgroup2

A pardon or immunity removes criminal liability. It goes no further than that.

TheseTruths

Good to know.

scott467

Crackhead has something far more valuable than a pardon or immunity.

His partner in crime, literally, is PERVERTOTUS.

Pervertotus is the head of the executive branch.

The DoJ is part of the executive branch.

This is a handy visual representation of Crackhead’s relationship with the DoJ:

.

comment image

ROBERT BAKER

Does perjury fall under the criminal code? Does immunity or pardon remove liability for perjury in testimony in other cases where a person is only a witness? Reason would say that there is no immunity in cases where one is only a witness but with the law one never knows. A lawyer could argue that past immunity protects the witness from testimony on related issues.

scott467

“Does perjury fall under the criminal code?”

_____________

Sure, for you and me it does.

Absototalutely.

But for Crackhead the Bagman?

Not so much… 😂

pgroup2

All fed crimes can be pardoned by POTUS. There is no way for the pardoned person to refuse any questioning as long as it’s relevant.

Although Ford pardoned Nixon for future crimes, that was limited to Watergate related possible crimes. There was never a ruling by the Supremes on the scope of the pardon.

You could expect a big legal fight if Hunter had immunity and still refused to answer questions.

scott467

“All fed crimes can be pardoned by POTUS. There is no way for the pardoned person to refuse any questioning as long as it’s relevant.”

_______________

He doesn’t have to refuse any questioning, he can just refuse to answer. And when you think about it, that’s really the more important part 😂

I know many people are having trouble grappling with this concept, that there IS NO RULE OF LAW without PHYSICAL FORCE (or credible threat of same), and the people who are legally (not lawfully) permitted to use FORCE are now the CRIMINALS.

And after observing criminals for quite some time now, I have noticed something about criminals.

They don’t prosecute themselves.

So whether Pervertotus pardons Crackhead or not, makes no difference.

But suppose Brandon pardoned Crackhead, and Brandon’s DoJ gave him an immunity deal on top of that, for sake of argument.

Back in Kansas, Bagman might have been compelled to answer relevant questions after being granted immunity or being pardoned, etc.

But we’re definitely not in Kansas anymore.

Suppose Crackhead is pardoned or given immunity, or whatever.

Suppose he still won’t answer any questions.

Then what?

Then nothing, that’s what.

Because what’s the “or else”?

Is somebody under the authority of Brandon going to manhandle Brandon’s precious baby boy?

Throw him in prison for contempt, for not cooperating?

Much less use physical force or threats against him?

Who is going to do harm in any way to the emperor’s son?

Unless anyone thinks the criminal gov’t is going to put thumbscrews on dear Crackhead, he doesn’t have to say squat.

And who in this gov’t is going to do such a dastardly thing to Brandon’s baby boy and #1 bagman?

Even if someone was willing to put thumbscrews on Crackhead, is Pervertotus going to allow his own personal DNA-descendant Bagman to have his thumbs screwed?

scott467

“You could expect a big legal fight if Hunter had immunity and still refused to answer questions.”

_____________

A big legal fight between who and whom?

The GOPe wouldn’t even raise an objection (not that they have any say in the matter).

If Hunter refused to cooperate after an immunity deal, who is that dispute between?

Is it not between Brandon’s DoJ and Brandon’s son Hunter?

No doubt Hunter is mighty worried! 😂🤣😂

This is what I’m talking about.

People’s normalcy bias is so strong, they are so used to how the system is supposed to work (and certainly would work, if it was you or me), that they simply cannot grasp that the fundamental reality is different, when criminals are in charge of the process.

The entire legal / just-us system is predicated on the lawful use of physical force to arrest, prosecute, convict and incarcerate.

Because nobody volunteers to have any of those things done to them, unless the penalty for non-compliance is even greater — and certain to happen.

So physical force (or credible threat of same) is required. Nothing happens without it.

But here have a situation where:

1) Criminals run the administration

2) Criminals run the FIB

3) Criminals run the DoJ

4) the emperor’s son is the subject

Which career gov’t official is going to put his hands on the emperor’s son?

And even if someone dares to do so, how secure is his future in government work — or anywhere else?

But suppose someone didn’t care, and put their hands on #1 Bagman anyway.

How long would Bagman be in custody? 30 seconds? A minute?

What prosecutor in the Brandon administration is going to file charges, or prosecute?

It’s all GONE.

The ‘system’ of punishment doesn’t exist for them.

It only (and especially) exists for us.

scott467

None of these legal doodads are applicable to people who are above the law.

TheseTruths

Yes, just wondering how it’s s’posed to be.

scott467

“A thought: if they give CokeFreak immunity, he can be forced to testify about the crimes with which he was involved.”

____________

Who would ‘force’ him, and how would they do it?

Ultimately, these kinds of legal concepts all depend on someone manhandling another human being to get compliance.

Who in this government is actually going to do that to Crackhead the Bagman?

Who would be allowed to, even if there was someone who was willing?

A judge in any lawsuit where his testimony is relevant. If he refuses to testify, he goes to jail for remedial contempt.

Which has NO TIME LIMIT. Some guy in Pennsylvania told the divorce court judge that all his assets were gone. Judge thought he was lying and jailed him.

Last I heard [a decade ago] he had been in jail for 7-8 years. He might still be.

And the Supreme Court said it’s constitutional.

In state courts, local sheriff arrests the ‘victim’. Many of them don’t play politics.

“A judge in any lawsuit where his testimony is relevant. If he refuses to testify, he goes to jail for remedial contempt.”

______________

Which government employee puts their hands on Hunter?

Who is going to escort Hunter to jail?

Can you even imagine?

Which cop wants to sign his own termination papers, lose his pension, have his family financially ruined, and end up on the Clinton Body Count list?

If Hunter is arrested, it only happens with permission of Pervertotus for the purpose of optics, and then another ‘deal’ will be reached behind the scenes, where Hunter goes free by the oldest judicial decree there is: because the dictator said so.

They won’t call it that publicly of course, but that’s what it will be, and the entire mainstream propaganda apparatus will be deployed to defend and justify it.

.

“Which has NO TIME LIMIT. Some guy in Pennsylvania told the divorce court judge that all his assets were gone. Judge thought he was lying and jailed him. Last I heard [over a decade ago] he had been in jail for 7 or 8 years.

And the Supreme Court said it’s constitutional.”

______________

Was this guy the son of the current dictator?

If not, that is a significant distinction.

It means everything.

.

“In state courts, it’s the local sheriff who arrests the ‘victim’. Many don’t play politics.”

______________

Where were all these heroes for the past nearly 3 years since our Republic was stolen?

If they didn’t lift a finger over the Republic being destroyed, which one is going to stick his neck out to arrest Dear Leader’s son?

The sheriff may not play politics, but he bleeds like anybody else. The criminals running our gov’t have no problem dealing with cops who go rogue.

They look forward to it, it gives them an excuse to make an example of the renegade, to show everyone else in crime enforcement exactly what will happen to them, if they cross the Dictator.

Reality Imitates Fiction: California Family Makes Millions Moving Bottles and Cans Between States For Recycling, Like Classic Seinfeld Episode ‘The Bottle Deposit’ – The Problem? It’s FRAUD – Say Prosecutors

Arbitrage is a trade strategy to generate gains from the difference in a security’s price in different markets. You purchase assets from one market at a lower price and sell them in a another at a higher price, thus generating a profit.

A crazy application of this principle can be found in the classic Seinfeld episode called ‘The Bottle Deposit,’ in which insane neighbor mailman Newman learns that bottles and cans can be refunded for 5 cents in New York but go for 10 cents in Michigan. The scheme bonds Newman and fellow loony Kramer into and adventure that goes sideways, as is usually the case.

Yahoo reported:

This scheme has been widely used in real life, but – as it happens – it’s against the law. California prosecutors say that a family that made $7.6 million from recycling materials that they purchased in Arizona has, in fact, defrauded the state of California.

…This illegal ‘arbitrage’ capitalizes on the discrepancy in recycling redemptions from state-to-state.

When someone purchases a plastic or aluminum bottle in California, they pay 5 to 10 cents in ‘Redemption Value’, which the one can have repaid by returning the items to one of the state’s more than 1,200 recycling centers. Arizona has no such program – meaning you can buy the recycled material much cheaper.

pgroup2

I’d sure like to see the indictment because I need a good laugh. And how are they going to prove fraud which is a civil matter anyway?

Those people need to immediately move to Florida and buy a mansion to live in. Florida law says no one can touch a homestead under any circumstances.

O J knows all about that.

pat frederick

aaaahhhhhh…thanks for this pgroup!
i wondered why piglosi would buy a mansion in Florida when she already lives on a coast…so the one in Florida is safe?

TheseTruths

Just not from the rising seawater. 🙄

pgroup2

Pray for melting icebergs.

Gail Combs

If it is glaciation, Florida turns into a desert.

kalbokalbs

CA AND CA recycling thing is a fraud itself.

  • If one recycles (IIRC), < 50 pieces, they get the corresponding deposit back.
  • If >50 pieces the recycle place can weigh the bottles / cans. Comes out significantly less than, by piece.
  • Further, typical deposit rate requires an ID. NO ID, lower rate. Kids or homeless looking for some cash, lose out.

Gil00 liked a comment of mine on the prior thread. If she’s lurking, I’m curious to know how she’s doing.

Alison

Coothie, Gil’s surgery on her ankle (3 breaks) is scheduled Monday afternoon. Sylvia put up a nice prayer for her at the Crow’s Nest in tomorrow (Monday’s thread). It’s gonna be a rough go recuperating with both bone & soft tissue damage. Gil’s hub works fulltime, and Gil continues Kiddo’s homeschooling through the summer, plus all homemaking duties and an upstairs bedroom. Gil said one saving grace is her family did already get a nice vacation somewhere.

BTW if there are any vintage car afficianados here, my opener at the Nest tomorrow (just posted) is about a British oil/acrylics painter I recently stumbled across named Alan Fearnley. There are several paintings in the opener or you can find more online by researching Fearnley. He is a prolific artist with oassions for vintage autos, steam locomotives and race cars. And his paintings come alive with the people he portrays in the scenes. It’s truly a visual feast.

link to Nest is in Wolfie’s sidebar. Cheers all 🤓

para59r

Good to know on Gil. Bringing one of the Fernley’s over that captures train and car. Hope it shows. Your right, those are amazing paintings from an amazing time.comment image

When I was getting ready to have my first car, there was an older roadster up for sale near my home. It wasn’t one of the well-known ones and I couldn’t tell what shape it was in, but I kept thinking of myself motoring around with it through college.

I might still own it today, in a Theseus’ Ship sort of way [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ship_of_Theseus ].

Besides my 1994 Honda, I wonder what other vehicles I might own if I had space to work on them and store them.

kalbokalbs

Don’t forget to have space for a lift. 🙂

Cuppa Covfefe

Or an inspection/maintenance pit…

Especially if they are British Cars 😀

pgroup2

Why do Brit cars need a pit?

Cuppa Covfefe

Cheaper than buying/installing a lift…

Easiest way to follow a British Leyland auto?

Follow the trail of parts left behind 🙂

pgroup2

If a Brit car doesn’t leak oil, it’s out of oil.

Cuppa Covfefe

😆

Oil’s well that ends well 🙂

Have to say that French cars are also, erm, interesting… had a Citroen CSA wagon (with the self-leveling air shocks, etc.), and it was the only car I EVER saw with the belts under covers (like the old bicycle chain protectors) and the teeth of the flywheel OUT IN THE OPEN!!!!!!!

Just think if some poor mechanic accidentally left (or lost) a socket or spanner on the motor, and the flywheel “found” it…

Was like driving a bowl of jello, but for some people (my wife’s folks) who needed the non-bumpy ride, it was great… fortunately my brother-in-law and his son are great mechanics…

Gail Combs

I was seriously considering building one of those since we have a backhoe.

Cuppa Covfefe

Those are really handy… my in-laws have one in their garage, and even oil changes are much quicker and easier… can be a little nerve-wracking driving over the pit, but once there, it’s great.

Something like this, used for Diesel locomotives would be great… OK…. maybe a bit of overkill :wpds_cool:

Alison

When I was a kid, my neighbor behind us owned a vintage car. Those were the days of no fences between yards and in the summer if we saw him through our lilac hedge bringing that car out, we’d scurry over and ask for a ride around the block. He was a nice man and would oblige by piling us into the rumble seat. Such fun !!

Gail Combs

Like my 1910 bike axle buggy… Or the surrey with the fringe on top… or the brougham… or the governess cart… or the meadowbrook…

Alison

I’m glad you enjoyed Fearnley’s art, para. His works exude a romanticism for a bygone era, and he has an ability to portray movement and energy through those remarkable autos & trains. I found them fascinating.

para59r

Didn’t want to steal all your stuff, but the “people” too. He did blurry and clean. This one below is blurry.

Share away!! That’s why we blog!

Every painting is like a living scene. What captures my eye, along with the human activity, is his use of lighting to emphasize and cast glows. It positively shimmers.

Valerie Curren

Yes that light usage is breathtaking!

Alison

here, para, I brought the whole music video. One of my favorite songs – Auberge – by Chris Rea – features a slide show of Fearnley’s art … fabulous way to view are.

music is instrumental for the first minute and 43 seconds then actual song. You can mute if not interested in song and just watch Fearnley’s art.

para59r

Good song to pair the cars with. They have the same kind of snap about them.

Gail Combs

OH! How lovely!

I am going to share that with Hubby when he gets back in.

I just shared it with a lady who works at my favorite Auto parts store. Her Dad is into restoring old cars and will love it.

cthulhu

Thank you for highlighting Sylvia’s prayer.

cthulhu

The carnivorous plant guy in the vids is 100% correct. That’s what it takes.

One thing he didn’t highlight, that he could have, is that carnivorous plants have turned to eating bugs because they live in places that are extremely resource poor. Using resources from bugs means that they are among the largest and most successful plants in that environment — which means that other plants cannot grow faster or taller to shade them. If there were enough resources to grow a tree, the plants would never have gone carnivorous in the first place.

One seeming exception is the tropical pitcher plants of the genus Nepenthes. They actually grow on trees — yes, with shade — in little catchments of water where the branches intertwine. There might be nutrients in the soil fifty feet below, but all they get is rain….and animals.

But if it’s growing on the “ground”, a carnivorous plant should be in full sun.

gil00

Here.
Surgery is tomorrow at 1pm.
Outpatient. 2 permanent screws on the right side of ankle and 1 plate with 1 screw on the left side.
Surgeon did my 1st knee surgery at 15 when he first started. Respected in ares.

Here it is on daily motion (couldn’t find the youtube that loads). The episode is called “Flying Sauces” (S1 E8)…

gil00

I miss that show. Thx for that.

gil00

Im supposed to get a hospital bed on tuesday. Been on couch past few days. Having made my laundry room into my sponge bath and closet area. My left knee is too weak to get me upstairs on crutches. I fell already. Big bruise on left leg. Ankle pain is really bad when not elevated.
I had to buy the knee scooter.it wont get here til Tuesday. Insurance refused, said its not medically necessary. That was before i fell
Mr gil has an extra high back leather office chair. I had him bring it downstairs so i can sit and scoot in it. Better than nothing and it helps.

TheseTruths

I’m sorry things are so difficult! 🙏 for your surgery and recovery, for relief from pain, and for help with daily chores and tasks.

gil00

Amen ty.

TheseTruths

Keep us posted as you are able. But top priority is your rest and well-being. 😊

cthulhu

I had suspected that Monday would have something happening.

You’ve got all the prayers and a skillful practitioner — I’m sure they’ll get you reassembled correctly.

gil00

He wanted me to get surgery on friday. The OR didnt have a team to work the overtime so i had to wait an extra 3 days. He was mad. But its getting done and hopefully no extra negatives. Ill ipdate all that when im able.

Valerie Curren

Maybe that extra time has allowed even more swelling to dissipate…

gil00

A bit but the dependent pain is the worst.

Valerie Curren

I’m so sorry. Hopefully the post op pain will be minimized & at least be a reminder that you are quickly on the mend!

Don’t forget to take a permanent marker and write “NOT THIS LEG” on the leg with the good ankle.

And on the other leg, next to the broken ankle, write “Don’t forget the stitches

I always like to give the Doc something to smile about 😁

If he doesn’t have a sense of humor, just blame it on me, and tell him your friend Scott put you up to it 😂

Probably a good idea to write it on your neck, now that I think about it.

litenmaus

I’m sending prayers for a successful surgery and a smooth recovery for ya gil00..

gil00

Ty ma’am 👍 😊 🙏

Valerie Curren

I’m surprised they aren’t keeping you overnight at least for pain management but when my son had a complex displaced break of the forearm they only kept him overnight for the first surgery. They plated one bone & just realigned the other bone, but it got shifted when another student yanked a book out of that hand. So he had a second surgery to plate that bone too. Later he had a third surgery to remove both plates since the doc thought they might interfere with his usage & mobility of the arm. Son said it felt like he’d broken his arm 3 times & his scars made some students who didn’t know him assume he was a cutter…sigh…

I guess since you’ve previously been in the hospital & under general anesthesia that they assume you’ll be just fine outpatient…& surely you will be just fine but it would be nice for you to get “pampered” by the hospital for an extra day or two 🙂

gil00

I thought at least 2 days. Not too long ago thatd be the case, especially as a fall risk. Insurance companies.

Valerie Curren

un-flippin’ believable 🙁 Your hubby’s office chair is going to get a workout!

cthulhu

I can well understand if you’re feeling anxious and nervous.

But your ankle is not going to get better by itself. The clear path to healing is through this surgery. You should be feeling keyed-up and eager to have this done, so that your healing can begin. Don’t let your vision end with these preliminary steps — keep your eye on the greater goals.

pat frederick

sending prayers up for you!
some years ago I broke my leg and ankle in a slip on ice. i broke the “nubby” bone on the inside of the ankle clean off…they had to screw it back on–2 screws. the orthopedic surgeon told me afterwards no ice skating, no tennis and no high heels. sigh
but i had a wonderful surgeon! I pray yours is too!!
best of luck!

gil00

I just want to walk, be able to run, no deformity. Sounds like you did well.

kalbokalbs

Ongoing prayers for a swift recovery.

RDS

gil00
All best wishes for a smooth, uneventful surgery — sending much Good Energy and Deep Healing to you, and much Wisdom to the surgical team.
IMO, it’s important to make sure BEFORE you have the surgery that the doctor orders Home Health Care. ALSO that the doctor orders Physical and Occupational Therapy for you — to be performed AT YOUR HOME.
Being anxious / nervous for a surgery is completely normal. Try to breathe down slowly to the diaphragm. Sipping water and reciting a mantra like “This is going to be OK” can help also.

gil00

Pt/ot at home i will push for. Cant drive plus a kid in tow. My house is pt friendly.

Cuppa Covfefe

Prayers up Gil00 for you and your family and your doctors and OP. Also for strength and smooth and swift healing!!! GOD Bless!

There need to be consequences. I don’t know details of how it all works, but it seems there should be sanctions at the least, and law licenses in jeopardy, and possibly criminal charges. But who would file them, and who would investigate them and enforce the law? That is the problem.

Maybe we need a way to have a bipartisan DOJ, but they would obstruct a president like Trump at every turn. I don’t know what the solution is.

Someone should just make the disaster movie and be done with it (after the Hollywood strike, that is).

Ocean current system could shut down as early as 2025, leading to climate disaster
https://www.space.com/ocean-current-system-shut-down-2025-climate-disaster

A major system of ocean currents that ferries heat from the tropics to the North Atlantic could shut down far sooner than expected, according to new predictions. Such a collapse would prove catastrophic for Earth’s climate.

The system, known as the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC) had previously been measured to be dramatically weakening in conjunction with rising ocean temperatures. Despite this, however, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) recently announced that climate scientists don’t expect the AMOC to totally switch off within the century.

But a new study is now challenging that conclusion, raising the specter of a halted AMOC to as early as 2025…

Finding that direct measurements of the AMOC’s strength have only been made for the past 15 years, Ditlevsen’s team applied sophisticated statistical tools to ocean temperature data going all the way back to the 1870s for an enhanced dataset. This detailed analysis ultimately suggested significant warning signs of the AMOC shutting down between 2025 and 2095, with a staggering certainty of 95%. [😂]

“Trust the science,” they said. “We will no longer have snow in our lifetimes,” they said.

More specifically, the team’s results evidenced that the most likely time for this collapse would be around 2057.

Still, other climate scientists remain cautious, saying that there are still uncertainties in the data that could affect its accuracy. However, it’s worth considering that even the mere possibility of the AMOC shutting down so soon is rather alarming.

And (drum roll 🥁) the takeaway:

“Our result underscores the importance of reducing global greenhouse gas emissions as soon as possible,” Ditlevsen said.

Global warming and climate change aren’t working well enough. They had to find a new shiny object.

Ah that word «could» can carry a lot of scary and alarming narrative. That the Golf Stream could weaken or stop was also briefly a reason for concern in the mid-1990s, so it isn’t a new thing. But apparently, these propaganda-makers aka «scientists» have noticed that climate change isn’t frightening enough anymore, so now the hot seawater of the summer is supposedly interfering and thus something «could» happen.

And climate changing? It is as natural and as unavoidable as water being wet… the climate is always changing, it has been so, long before any of the present set of technocrats thought they could affect it materially in any way.

Instability of Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation: Observations, Modelling and Relevance to Present and Future

Abstract

The Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC) has changed dramatically during the glacial–interglacial cycle. One leading hypothesis for these abrupt changes is thermohaline instability. Here, I review recent progress towards understanding thermohaline instability in both observations and modelling. 👉𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘅𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹–𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗖 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲.👈However, most fully Coupled General Circulation Models (CGCMs) so far seem to exhibit monostable AMOC, because (1) these models have failed to simulate abrupt AMOC changes unless they are forced by an abrupt change of external forcing and, (2) these models have shown opposite freshwater convergence from the current observations. This potential model bias in the AMOC stability leaves the model projection of the future AMOC change uncertain.

Simulated stability of the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation during the Last Glacial Maximum

Introduction

The Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC) redistributes heat, nutrients, and carbon between the hemispheres and 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵’𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺(Lenton et al., 2008; Stocker and Wright, 1991). In light of this, painstaking efforts have been devoted to thoroughly understand its sensitivity and response to perturbations that are thought to play a major role in climate variability. Today, the zonally integrated Atlantic circulation is characterized by two overturning cells that are driven by the southward transport of North Atlantic Deep Water (NADW) and northward flowing Antarctic Bottom Water (AABW) occupying abyssal depths. Paleoreconstructions provide ample evidence that the AMOC experienced extensive reorganizations in the past (Böhm et al., 2015; Broecker and Denton, 1989; McManus et al., 2004; Stocker, 2000). Large AMOC variability is particularly well-documented for the transition from the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM, ∼20 kyr ago), characterized by ∼90 ppm lower atmospheric CO2 concentration (Monnin et al., 2001) and large continental ice sheets responsible for about 120 m lower sea level (Lambeck et al., 2014), into the current interglacial (Lehman and Keigwin, 1992; McManus et al., 2004). Nonetheless, a large array of uncertainties remain concerning the triggers of these abrupt climate events (Barker et al., 2015) and the overall mean AMOC state during the last glacial that facilitated the rapid sequence of climate changes during the following deglaciation (see Lynch-Stieglitz, 2017, for a review)….

2021 WUWT reports this paper:

A 30-year reconstruction of the Atlantic meridional overturning circulation shows no decline

Received: 16 Jul 2020

…In the Northern Hemisphere, the Atlantic meridional overturning circulation (AMOC) carries as much as 90 % of all the heat transported poleward by the subtropical Atlantic Ocean (Johns et al.2011), with the associated release of heat to the overlying air helping to maintain north-western Europe’s relatively mild climate for its latitude. The AMOC also transports freshwater towards the Equator, and the associated deep water formation moves carbon and heat into the deep ocean (Kostov et al.2014Winton et al.2013McDonagh et al.2015). A significant change in AMOC circulation is thus likely to have an impact on the climate of north-western Europe and further afield, with possible influences on global hydrological and carbon cycles. Although the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) says that it is unlikely that the AMOC will stop this century, they state with medium confidence that a slowdown by 2050 due to anthropogenic climate change is very likely (Stocker et al.2013)….

:wpds_arrow: The oceans as a calorimeter
By shaviv

I few months ago, I had a paper accepted in the Journal of Geophysical Research. Since its repercussions are particularly interesting for the general public, I decided to write about it…

….One of the raging debates in the climate community relates to the question of whether there is any mechanism amplifying solar activity. That is, are the solar synchronized climatic variations that we see (e.g., take a look at fig. 1 here) due to changes of just the solar irradiance, or, are they due to some effect which amplifies the solar-climate link. In particular, is there an amplification of some non-thermal component of the sun? (e.g., UV, solar magnetic field, solar wind or others which have much larger variations than the 0.1% variations of the solar irradiance). This question has interesting repercussions to the question of global warming, which is why the debate is so fierce.

If only solar irradiance is the cause of the solar-related climate variations, it would imply that the small solar variations cause large temperature variations on Earth, and therefore that Earth has a very sensitive climate. If on the other hand there is some amplification mechanism, it would imply that solar variations induce much larger variations in the radiative budget, and that the observed temperature variations can therefore be explained with a smaller climate sensitivity.

Since global warming alarmists want a large sensitivity, they adamantly fight any evidence which shows that there might be an amplification mechanism….

I already mentioned the Grand Solar Maximum the earth just went thru and that while, the total solar irradiation varies little the UV & EUV (That penetrate far into the oceans) vary much more.

Between 2004 and 2007, the Solar Irradiance Monitor (blue line) measured a decrease in ultraviolet radiation (less than 400 nanometers) that was a factor of four to six larger than expected (black line). In the visible part of the spectrum (400 to 700 nanometers), SIM showed a slight increase in comparison to what was expected. Measurements (red) from another ultraviolet radiation-sensing instrument called SOLSTICE compare well with those from SIM — NASA

Solar radiation can penetrate much deeper (100 meters) than the low energy IR wavelengths of the ‘greenhouse’ gas CO2 that can only penetrate ~ 10 micrometers.

https://web.archive.org/web/20120419200531/http://www.klimaatfraude.info/oceaanopwarming-of-zeespiegelstijging-door-co2-is-niet-mogelijk_193094.html

Google translate:
That increased CO2 greenhouse radiation warms the AGW is a fable, the long-wave infrared radiation from the atmosphere has a lot to low energy (wavelength) is a no deeper than a fraction of a millimeter (10 micrometers). This is much less than the boundary layer where evaporation takes place (500 micrometers), and that’s the only thing the infrared radiation can do, help to evaporate water.

In other words any heating of the ocean is from solar radiation (but only to the depth of 100 meters) and not from bounced back ‘Earthshine’ If there is heat ‘Hiding in the oceans’ it is because of the changes in the amount of UV as noted by NASA

SORCE’s Solar Spectral Surprise

… the SIM instrument is the first to monitor the daily activity of certain parts of the spectrum, a measurement scientists call solar spectral irradiance.

In recent years, SIM has collected data that suggest the sun’s brightness may vary in entirely unexpected ways. If the SIM’s spectral irradiance measurements are validated and proven accurate over time, then certain parts of Earth’s atmosphere may receive surprisingly large doses of solar radiation even during lulls in solar activity.

“We have never had a reason until now to believe that parts of the spectrum may vary out of phase with the solar cycle, but now we have started to model that possibility because of the SIM results,” said Robert Cahalan, the project scientist for SORCE and the head of the climate and radiation branch at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md….

…Some of the variations that SIM has measured in the last few years do not mesh with what most scientists expected. Climatologists have generally thought that the various part of the spectrum would vary in lockstep with changes in total solar irradiance….

Giant Breach in Earth’s Magnetic Field Discovered

NASA’s five THEMIS spacecraft have discovered a breach in Earth’s magnetic field ten times larger than anything previously thought to exist. Solar wind can flow in through the opening to “load up” the magnetosphere for powerful geomagnetic storms. But the breach itself is not the biggest surprise. Researchers are even more amazed at the strange and unexpected way it forms, overturning long-held ideas of space physics….

One site had this article from October of 2020 showing that Kamala did have connections to JB’s business dealings.

Harris, prominent Democrats listed as ‘key contacts’ for Biden family business venture projects

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/jim-hunter-biden-china-joint-venture-key-contacts

A list of “key domestic contacts” for a joint venture involving Jim and Hunter Biden and now-bankrupt CEFC China Energy Co. included former Vice President Joe Biden‘s current running mate Sen. Kamala Harris, among other prominent Democrats, Fox News has learned.

An email exclusively obtained by Fox News, with the subject line “Phase one domestic contacts/ projects” and dated May 15, 2017, Biden’s brother, Jim Biden, shared a list of “key domestic contacts for phase one target projects.”

The email is unrelated to the laptop or hard drive purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden, the former vice president’s son.

READ THE EMAIL HERE.

The list, included Harris, D-Calif.; Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn.; Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.; Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y.; New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo; New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio; former Virginia Gov. Terry McCauliffe, among others.

It is unclear if any of the Democrats were ever contacted about the “target projects.”

The email was sent from Jim to Hunter Biden, Tony Bobulinski, Rob Walker and James Gilliar.

More on Bobulinksi at the link.

Seems this should be investigated. Maybe Kamala is more of a liability than previously known.

There’s a really interesting article (indeed, a series of articles about racist mayors) about SF’s London Breed, yet another scion of the WilliBrown™ dynasty.

https://www.frontpagemag.com/mayor-london-breed-worst-and-most-overpaid-mayor-daniel-greenfield

Seems not just Kamel-Hoe was launched by Willie… to wit (from the linked article):

Both Newsom and Breed are proteges of Willie Brown. As is Kamala Harris.

To understand San Francisco, you have to understand Brown. The former mayor transformed the city and its political mafia consists of FOWs or Friends of Willie. And friends can be a polite term. Everyone had something to offer Willie and he had something for them.

London Breed used to babysit Willie Brown’s kids. Brown moved her through the city’s system of political patronage with internships and appointments. Now Willie’s girl is in the White House, Willie’s boy is in the governor’s mansion, and his babysitter is running the city into the ground.

Breed borrowed Brown’s habit of blaming any criticism on racism.

And Brown hasn’t dropped the habit. “There is one problem we have not dealt with in this country and that is race,” the former political boss recently claimed.

At a speech the city’s black powerbroker who put his former mistress in the White House argued, “Have you ever heard of a black man being arrested for insider trading? Does this mean that the black man has a higher morality? No, but it does mean that the black man was never in a position to be able to commit insider trading,”

There’s no bigger insider than Willie Brown. No one has heard of him being arrested, but most city reformers still hold out hope for him and his mafia of oppressed political insiders.

Breed blamed the homeless crisis on “escalating housing costs”. Why are housing costs so high? That’s a question she can take up with Mr. Clean and his sugar daddy.

The whole article (and series) is thought provoking and well worth reading.

U.S. Hunts Chinese Malware That Could Disrupt American Military Operations

American intelligence officials believe the malware could give China the power to disrupt or slow American deployments or resupply operations, including during a Chinese move against Taiwan.

The Biden administration is hunting for malicious computer code it believes China has hidden deep inside the networks controlling power grids, communications systems and water supplies that feed military bases in the United States and around the world, according to American military, intelligence and national security officials.

The discovery of the malware has raised fears that Chinese hackers, probably working for the People’s Liberation Army, have inserted code designed to disrupt U.S. military operations in the event of a conflict, including if Beijing moves against Taiwan in coming years.

The malware, one congressional official said, was essentially “a ticking time bomb” that could give China the power to interrupt or slow American military deployments or resupply operations by cutting off power, water and communications to U.S. military bases. But its impact could be far broader, because that same infrastructure often supplies the houses and businesses of ordinary Americans, according to U.S. officials…

To round this out I am going to add why I KNOW Patrick Gunnels is full of Schiff when it comes to the topic of Nuclear Bombs.

First, as I have mentioned a couple times before, my Mom was one of the DOD lab Rats when they tested radiation on American citizens. It was done ~1970 and I drove her to the ‘treatments’ at Strong Memorial in Rochester NY. Her skin turned black and flaked off like the skin of a charred Chicken breast. The wound never healed but continued to weep fluid. Also her brain was affected. AMERICAN NUCLEAR GUINEA PIGS: THREE DECADES OF RADIATION EXPERIMENTS ON U.S. CITIZENS
https://web.archive.org/web/20080110053408/http://www2.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/radiation/dir/mstreet/commeet/meet1/brief1/br1n.txt

The recent acknowledgement by federal officials that the government conducted radiation experiments with human guinea pigs has grabbed the attention of all U.S. citizens, and the reason is that most people assumed that our country would not engage in this kind of activity. I think the fact that the federal government — our government – funded or engaged in this kind of activity is the most disturbing Act of this whole story. Most Americans thought that our country would not take that kind of action…..

A review of these documents reveals the frequent and systematic use of human subjects as guinea pigs for radiation experiments. Some of these experiments were conducted in the 1940’s and 1950’s, and others were performed during the supposedly more enlightened 1960’s and 1970’s. The report describes in detail 31 experiments during which about 695 persons were exposed to radiation which provided little or no medical benefit to the subjects. The report notes that it seems appropriate to urge the Department of Energy to make every practicable effort to identify the persons who served as experimental subjects, to examine the long-term histories of subjects or an increased incidence of radiation associated diseases, and to compensate these unfortunate victims for damages….

These experiments were carried out at the Manhattan District Hospital at Oak Ridge, Tennessee; Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York; the University of Chicago; and the University of California. San Francisco….

The overall conclusion from the folders for polonium and uranium injections among the DOE plutonium papers is that these additional experiments were carried out at the University of Rochester by some of the same investigators involved with the plutonium injection experiments. Although staff of the Atomic Energy Commission clearly knew of these additional experiments in 1974, the Commission investigation was truncated with the plutonium injection experiments….

….also the expectation that radioactive material would be administered on for the benefit of a patient. Yet your 1986 report described experiments in the 5Os, 60s, and into the 70s, where subjects received ionizing radiation that provided little or no benefit to the subject. The fact that the later experiments occurred indicates that the 1947 guidance was either violated or overturned in the interim….

experiments,” defined in part as, “experiments on individuals involving intentional exposure to ionizing radiation. This category does not include common and routine clinical practices, such as established diagnosis and treatment methods, involving incidental exposure to ionizing radiation.” (Executive Order, President Clinton, 1/18/94)….

It therefore seems appropriate that as the Interagency Working Group moves forward, some effort should be devoted to determining precisely what standards were in effect in April 1947, and how they deteriorated over time. The matter of what standards were in effect after 1947 and whether they might have been violated is also related to the question of what compensation would be appropriate for experimental subjects.

…Considering the history on the lack of informed consent with these experiments….

I am going to add a bit more info to the above.

Hubby is a physicist as I have mentioned. At one point he worked for MIT Lincoln Labs. This is at the time when the Russians and USA were hammering out the Nuclear non-proliferation treaty. The goal was to come up with a method for detecting a nuclear underground nuclear test hidden within an earth quake. And yes they did find you could tell the difference. The ‘wave shape’ is different.

As an aside, everyone knew who the KGB agents were and felt sorry for them because after a long day working as scientists they then had to go back to their rooms and write a long report 😋

Second, when living in Boston. one of my riding partners was a nuclear engineer for the Seabrook Nuclear plant. I also knew three welders who worked on nuclear plants. All the welds are X-rayed & one bad weld — you are fired.

A good friend of Hubby and now a family friend, was a nuclear physicist. He and Hal Clement (aka Harry Stubbs) ran experiments when the nuclear bombs were detonated at White Sands Proving grounds.

I was at Dr L’s 50th birthday party when Hal roasted Dr L. Dr L shoot back on one occassion, “Well at least I don’t pull on the steering wheel when trying to pass a car.” Hal had learned to fly before learning to drive and when rushing away from the bomb site, reverted to older reflexes.

Dr L was also acquainted with one of the eight people who Tickled the Dragon’s Tail. It was Dr Richard Feyman who gave the name Tickling the dragon’s tail and warned against it. He was was involved with the Manhattan project.

What is interesting is the man standing closest to the door was the SECOND man out the door according to Hubby.

How a Scientist’s Atomic Demonstration Turned Deadly at Los Alamos

On May 21, 1946, Dr. Louis Slotin suffered a fatal dose of radiation while he demonstrated the technique of critical assembly and associated studies and measurements to another scientist.

Critical assembly involves bringing two or more pieces of fissile material together to form a critical mass, the mass at which atomic chain reaction occurs.

The technique, called “tickling the dragon’s tail,” allowed Slotin to calculate critical mass, which would be necessary to detonate in an atomic weapon.

The method involved delicately screwing two hollow spheres of beryllium around a mass of fissionable material. Two one-inch spacers between the upper hemisphere and the lower shell provided the only “safety” measure preventing inadvertent critical assembly….

What was very frustrating was I was a first year Chemistry student and had joined the American Chemical Society (ACS). As you know I like to read… and read… and read.

Anyway after they used Mom in the DOD experiments they then used her in their Chemotherapy experiments.

She had had a radical mastectomy, the cancer had traveled to the lymph nodes in her upper arm and thus the ‘radiation therapy’

After that she fell and a lump appeared on her neck. After the butcher job Strong Memorial did on her mastectomy, leaving a mess instead of a neat scar, Mom went to Sloan Kettering. They removed the lump, left a nice neat barely visible scar and said the cancer was DEAD…

THEN they talked to her Strong Memorial doctor — actual nick name THE BUTCHER — and refused to have her continue as their patient.

The good ole’ Butcher put her on EXPERIMENTAL chemo and Mom started having heart attacks… Thanks to the ACS Chem Engineering News, I had read an article that said Chemo was causing problems with the heart. Unfortunately I did not have the article to show Mom or the Doctors. I talked to Mom’s cancer doctor and got — “I know nothing about the heart.” I talked to her heart Doctor and got — “I know nothing about chemo.”

FINALLY I talked Mom into quitting the chemo. She died a week later age 62.

Valerie Curren

Oh Gail this must have been so horrifying to live through & the horrors cannot ever really diminish no matter how far back in the rearview mirror they might seem to recede.

My Grandma had breast cancer that metastasized into the lymph nodes & then the brain in the late ’70’s. She was undergoing chemo &/or radiation, I don’t recall which, & I remember her crying (like you described your mom above) which wasn’t like her at all. I also remember her hair falling out in clumps which she showed me once when they were staying at our house to get her “treatments”. When she was near death she wouldn’t let go until she’d seen, & hopefully reconciled with, her daughter.

What a horrible way to decline & die! There are not enough reparations in the world to undo the evil that was done to your mom 😡

TheseTruths

Patrick has certainly managed to brainwash his cult.

I hate hearing that you were shouted down like that because, as you say, it means people are brainwashed. Could they be paid trolls? It’s dangerous for people to not know or face the truth.

I knew a man whom I saw off and on over the years. The skin on his face, especially his nose, looked like he might have recovered from burns. It wasn’t disfiguring, but was noticeable. I did not find out until after he died that he was a WWII vet who was in the vicinity of the “Trinity” detonation. I don’t know how close he was. Thankfully, he lived a long and seemingly healthy life. But nuclear is real!

Wiki:

Trinity was the code name of the first detonation of a nuclear weapon. It was conducted by the United States Army at 5:29 a.m. MWT (11:29:21 GMT) on July 16, 1945, as part of the Manhattan Project.

Covid was an example of HOW Hitler manipulated the Germans into becoming killing machines AND that Americans are not immune to the same type of manipulation.

It is a very very hard lesson to learn and unfortunately it looks like those who are NOT learning the lesson and went along with the Deathshot scam may die sooner rather than later.

Valerie Curren

It is sobering to realize that we, as a society, are no better than those Germans duped into all the horrors of the (lead up to & the) Holocaust…God help & forgive us all & give us strength & wisdom to move forward into freedom & health…

TheseTruths

Not only should we never forget what happened during COVID and what people were willing to do to others, but we should never forget that that potential is always present. IMO that mindset is part of being prepared for what might come, along with gathering food, water, supplies, and the like. We have to be prepared for what people can be led to do to their fellow man. It’s unfortunate, but things are not all rosy, and watchfulness and wariness are warranted. People have to earn trust. Once trust is broken, as it is now after COVID, it’s very hard to earn it back.

I think of Nazi Germany and what people did to others. There was a clear enemy, and we could think of ourselves as being better than that. But the potential for evil exists in all mankind, sadly. People tell you who they are; you just have to pay attention.

It seems for covid that we’ve met the enemy & he is us 🙁

Cuppa Covfefe

My Jewish cello professor at USC, who escaped certain death under the NAZIs with her sister via the Dutch Underground said to me one time that they had no idea of what was really going on, almost until it was too late. She said that the Jews in Germany were “more German than Germans” (same in other countries, e.g. more Spanish than Spaniards), to the point that it blinded them to what was going on. They couldn’t believe that anyone would be so cruel and evil to do what the NAZIs did.

In a sense we suffer the same problem. We cannot conceive of the abject Satanic evil of which the DEMONRATS, WEFfenSS, RINOS, TLAs, and other monsters are capable.

We cannot think that way as it is totally unplowed mental/moral ground for us.

We need to suspend our disbelief and extend our discernment before it becomes the end of us…..

The entertainment biz and the “ed biz” (same horse, different paint) have conditioned us to accept everything fed to us by the white coats (and brown shirts) without question. Time for the sheeple to pull the wool off from their eyes, and show a lot more wolf and a lot less timidity and “tolerance” against the crooked GEBs (as they call them over at Chiefios)…

And the Gore-Bull warming scam (Phil Jones, UEA, the Manniac and the “State Penn”, and the various media and academia Climastrologists) and “Carbon Credits” were the alpha-test of how much and how quickly can the people be fooled… We’re seeing it now. Wonder whatever became of Harry Readme and the third tranch of Climategate emails, etc., ensconced in a zip archive, with 10 (12?) people having the key, yet NONE of them released any of it. Wonder what threats they received…

Thank the Almighty God (and also you, for your tenacity) that this the 10-year anniversary of the operation.

IMO, the “ordinary people” will start waking up to what they aided and abetted when THEY THEMSELVES start to present with COVID-19 “vaccine”-engendered injuries, illnesses, disabilities, and worse.
Yours Truly believes that the medical professionals who got “vaccinated” did this for the following “reasons” —

One: their employer said they’d lose their job / teaching position / ability to get research grants, if they didn’t comply and get “vaccinated” (FEAR);
Two; the AMA / their medical professional organization said the “vaccines” would help them “be there to treat really sick people” (DRANK THE “COVID KOOLAID”);
Three: the AMA / their medical professional organization said that they could face “professional discipline” or even “revocation of the license to practice medicine” if they didn’t comply and get “vaccinated” (FEAR.)

Valerie Curren

Similar actions were taken, or at least threatened, by some states, like here in Michigan, if either a physician prescribed &/or a pharmacist dispensed IVM &/or HCQ. It’s all so horrifying & monstrously evil. I doubt these professions will ever regain their credibility, stature, or reputations in our lifetimes, or even those of our kids 😡

The Second Coming Launch Audio in a New Window

BY WILLIAM BUTLER YEATS

Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: somewhere in sands of the desert
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again; but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

Brave’s search AI compilation (I think):

Summarizer
“The Second Coming” is a famous poem written by W.B. Yeats in 1919, shortly after the end of World War I. The poem describes a mysterious and powerful alternative to the Christian idea of the Second Coming, which is Jesus’s prophesied return to the Earth as a savior announcing the Kingdom of Heaven.0 The poem uses Christian imagery regarding the Apocalypse and Second Coming to describe allegorically the atmosphere of post-war Europe.3 Yeats specifically mentions Russia in a draft of the poem.1 The poem has become perhaps the most plundered poem in the English language and has been disassembled into its constituent parts by books, albums, movies, TV shows, comic books, computer games, political speeches, and newspaper editorials.2 The poem’s sense of murderousness conceivably encompasses World War I, the Easter Rising, and the Russian Revolution.1

The AI apparently cobbled the above from these links:

Population Control – Life Magazine February 20th, 1970.

Found this while rummaging around a vintage store the other day. Thought I would summarize the article for everyone to see how much progress has been made in the last 50 years.

Ironically the following article is about a College for Clowns, seems appropriate.

1st Point: Population Controls found in Nature.

Nature imposes its own population controls, studies about guppies from C.M. Breeder Jr. and the New York aquarium (1932) give credit to this. This leads into the falsehood of Malthusian logic, which I am sure the audience here is well aware of. If not, read “Essay on Population” (1798) by Thomas Malthus, but the article isn’t supporting Malthusian theory, just goes into a brief history of it.

Through reproduction of litter size, spontaneous abortion, parental neglect, genetic deterioration and death by stress are all self regulated methods of pop control in nature.

Territory and breeding space: Through territory, its material and security of boundaries, population growth is expected. The argument here is that space is a limiting factor for breeding. A study by Adam Watson at the University of Aberdeen conducted an experiment on red grouse in the Scottish Moor. Red grouse males establish territories in the autumn and holding them until summer. The space for breeding in the moorland is truly unlimited, yet the competition for territory only takes place in restricted areas. He cleared 111 of the 119 marked territories and marked all birds within, by shooting or capturing them. The following week all 111 areas were filled by new male birds only a handful were of unknown origin, meaning they were replaced by the marked population. His point was made that limited breeding grounds affect population growth.

It goes on more about the “territorial imperative” with various other animal species, but to sum it up, certain female species will be attracted only by a territorial male; the male who has failed in the territorial competition will retire into the careless existence of males in groups.

This is not the case for ALL animals, so the next topic is Lion’s and parental neglect, to be brief, the cubs are put last in the pride.

This is where it starts to get a little interesting, LEMMINGS! About every 3-5 years under the sway of some mysterious compulsion, the lemming commits mass suicide. Case study in Sweden 1963 of such an event. They moved mostly at night, and observers at a crossroad counted 44 per minute: they moved as individuals, not in groups. Although food was abundant, and if one died it would instantly be eaten by the rest, the skull would be opened neatly and the brain eaten first. Of several hundred taken and examined, almost all proved to be the young of the year, and although sexually mature not a female was pregnant. The migration was a youth movement. They all massed on the beach and then dove in. The explanation was at first Malthusian but this turned out not to be the case, there was an abundance of food. More case studies on the snowshoe hare in the 1930’s in Minnesota and the meadow vole of upstate New York showed similar crashes in population, without any sign of undernourishment or infection.

J.J. Christian’s hypothesis of physiological consequences of social stress in high-density populations came to forefront. The building up of a population as a time of increasing stress. The increasing number of young, the increasing number competition of adults, increasing number of strangers in a massive, increasingly disorganized population at last brings on a state of exhaustion both psychological and physiological. Social stress is the new theory! Which leads to weakening gene pools! Now if you read along this far and are in the know, I am sure you can tell where this is headed…you got it! Time to trim the population fat and start euthanizing the old and disabled… well its doesn’t quite say that….yet.

It goes on about deer herds in Arizona, once they removed the predators, the population skyrocketed, hit a peak then plummeted. Another similar story is when the US gov’t dumped some reindeer in St. Paul, with no natural predators the population skyrocketed then with in 20 years fell to just 8. According to the writer, the only possible conclusion is the inability to remove the weak and deficient from the herd gradually sapped the vitality of the whole gene pool.

The “Bruce effect,” since this is my father’s name I am totally gonna use this one on him. In a laboratory, female mice were impregnated and if within four days she was mounted by a strange male, she aborted. If she even saw a strange male mouse, the abortion chances were 50/50. The same rate of failure would also occur if she was placed into a cage where a male mouse had been. The Bruce effect is a natural form of birth control.

2nd Point: Presence or Absence of a Strong Leader

The term Alpha is used quite heavily along with Omega in this article, for those familiar with Brave New World, they mean exactly that, Omega’s be wrecking our gene pool!

I’m just gonna quote this piece. “We know that subordinated animals experience enlargement of the adrenal gland, and under the pressure of sufficient stress through adrenal exhaustion may sink into apathy or death. But a curious quality of the alpha male is his relative invulnerability. The same seems to be true of the alpha female in those species where female rank orders exist. In Australian experiments, K. Myers has shown that among rabbits subjected to density pressures, it is the low-ranking female who suffers the greatest fetus mortality. We may speculate then, that the temperament of a population may well be determined by the random incidence or absence of a powerful alpha, male or female, whose very presence acts to forestall the disintegration of social organization.” The article goes on about a 1968 “mammoth” study on 270,000 male employees of a major American Corp. which analyzed coronaries and found that high executives had the lowest rate, while foreman level had the highest. It also concluded that college educated men had higher rates then their equivalents who were non-college graduates, while the top executives had the same rate whether they were college graduates or not.

I can’t tell if the author is being witty, factitious, sarcastic or is serious, but I quote:

“We may regard it as pity, perhaps, that our females, so unlike the Uganda Kob, are sexually responsive to unpropertied males. We may sigh that our omega males do not cheerfully accept a state of psychological castration. We may with less certainty look askance on the lemming’s youth movements, under the stress of intolerable numbers, conducting suicidal marches, or the snowshoe hare’s dropping dead; for we may just possibly resort to such lugubrious impulses ourselves one day”

Then it goes on with infanticide, Australian Aborigines and Eskimos, hunter tribes that valued men over girls and thus dispatched the girls at birth. Some blah blah about ethnology to maintain optimal population numbers, either through infanticide, compulsory abortion, cannibalism, head-heading, human sacrifice, ritual murders and the like. Some more blah blah about the masturbatory practices of the Kikuyu. Essentially older traditions that kept the population in check have vanished…i.e. human sacrifice and cannibalism…GOD FORBID!

3rd Point: Technological Advancements.

Through the advent of modern medicine, biochemistry and the discouragement of infanticide, populations are exploding. Through mass produced drugs and insecticides, we extended the new breeding potential to all peoples, advanced or otherwise. The humanist’s preoccupation with the numbers game has sacrificed human quality for human quantity. A child defective physically or mentally must somehow be saved sufficiently to join the breeding population. To restrict the reproductive rights of the genetically afflicted is considered an act of discrimination.

4th Point: Sane & Humane Programs for Population Control or DEATH BY STRESS!!!

Forced contraception, marriage/birth licenses, yadda yadda, what the author really wants to discuss is death by stress, quite a bit of emphasis on this topic.

1.) Automobile accidents typically occur within the younger populations, so that will be one form of pop control.

2.) Drug addictions inhibit reproductive capabilities

3.) Since top executives have lower coronary rates, more mergers means there is less ALPHAS and more OMEGAS which equals higher rates of heart attacks.

4.) discriminatory taxation falling most heavily on real estate to reverse life in the suburbs and drive families back into the cities.

“We should have nothing to lose by such a move, in any case, since further concentrations of city life must produce more stress, more broken marriages, more impotency due to acute alcoholism, more corpses, victims of crime in the streets and more couples living together in un-reproductive sin.”

5.) “Homosexuality should not be neglected. Already it subtracts four to six percent from the American breeding population. We could do better”

6.) “Suicide too offers splendid vistas”

7.) Youth death is important, “that while any reduction in numbers is a gain, significant reduction can only be accomplished in the young breeding group”

8.) War what is it good for, absolutely nothing! The author is not convinced war is an effective mode of pop reduct.

The author ends by leaving the future open ended that if we choose not embrace some form of pop control will we adhere to the natural law or climb the mountain top. BUT right before that last paragraph I must quote the following:

“We must look to more imaginative agencies than war to dispose of the immense numbers who must someday die of stress. And I am sure that some future survey of likely instruments will reveal lethal possibilities of a wonder that the imagination cannot glimpse today.”

Interesting list of works, especially the non fiction like what we see above. You can bet the Fabian Society gave their approval.
Meanwhile his other stuff is not too Riske to be pushing the envelope dramatically, more of patch up and smaller advances toward socialism with perhaps a streak of totalitarianism. Just the kind of stuff to keep with the incrementalism. No telling what kind of dialogue he put in the mouths of his characters.

Of course we know that they’ve been working on this stuff for a very long time now and as we can see cannibalism is not taboo with them.

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

“The Extraordinary Power of Digital Soldiers–An Exploration into the Power of Consciousness, Words, and Truth”
AMERICAN HYPNOTIST
JUL 31, 2023
comment image

EXCERPT: “Introduction — When you’re a hypnotist, you spend a lot of time thinking about words—after all, it’s a foundational requirement for the job. So, naturally, the other day I was contemplating words and language, and stumbled on a discovery that I sincerely believe to be an absolute game changer for us Digital Soldiers in the current 5G battle.

One of the hardest parts about a Digital Soldier these days is not knowing whether or not your efforts ultimately amount to anything. We discussed this idea in The Metaphysics of 5G War, and, in many ways, what follows could be considered somewhat of a “sequel” to that article; however, the following can stand on its own as well.

Collectively we are making history, but it’s a bit hard to see how that’s true because our efforts aren’t being broadcast (for the most part), and we largely work in the dark. Indeed, massive portions of the population aren’t even aware that we’re in a 5G battle in the first place; anons are absolute heroes, and yet almost no one knows it (including the anons themselves).

Right now, what we’re experiencing is the equivalent of scaling Mt. Everest while blindfolded—we have scaled to the greatest heights, but how do we confirm it?
Alas, a storm indeed approaches, and you guys are helping the world prepare for it—it’s even possible that you guys are helping to shape the outcome of the storm. This will take some explaining. What you’re about to read will take many twists and turns, but I assure you, you will be very pleasantly surprised by the end of this. If I’ve done my job sufficiently well, you will never have to doubt the significance of your efforts to bring about the Great Awakening ever again.
Without further ado, let’s get into it…..”

Breaking: House Republicans Will Disclose New Biden Family Bank Records from Russia, Ukraine and Kazahkstan Today During Devon Archer Hearing
“Chad Pergram told FOX News viewers that Republicans are expected to disclose new bank statements at today’s hearing.”

Chad Pergram: We are told there are new bank records to review today. They are from Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. FOX also has text messages from Archer and Hunter Biden. Hunter tells Archer they will, quote, “Have the last laugh.” The committee says it will release a transcript of the interview in three or four days.

Republican Oversight members have told me Archer will be asked about then Vice President Biden being on phone calls and at dinners with Hunter’s foreign business partners. Former assistant U.S. Attorney

2024 S.C. will adhere to a ‘Hybrid Method’

  • Hybrid: The Republican National Committee describes hybrid allocation methods as those that combine other methods. Some states award at-large delegates on a winner-take-all basis according to the statewide vote and congressional district delegates on a winner-take-all basis according to the vote within the districts. Some states directly elect delegates, who are usually bound to a particular candidate on the ballot.

iirc, in the past, it has used ‘winner take all’ method

just some concerns I have

The scroll button works for everyone.

So often when I, and others, bring news — just news, not proclamations that FINALLY something is going to happen — a number of predictable responses from a number of people are repeated negativity of “nothing will happen.”

My question then is would people rather not have news reported? Would they rather just stew in their own opinions and views? Or, getting all psychological 😅, is there some need to shoot down so many of the stories with “nothing will happen”? Does that bring people satisfaction?

I’m not reporting stories with the idea that something will happen. If it does, great. If it doesn’t, we have a lot more work to do, and that is part of what Trump’s campaign is about.

There are aspects of news stories besides what the eventual outcome will be. There are the roles of the various people involved and how well they perform, there are the coverups, there are quotes that people can be held accountable for later, and much more.

I believe that knowledge is power, even if that knowledge can’t be used immediately. Rhetorical question to the universe: Do we have to wallow in defeatism?

Then introspection appears to be in order to determine if one’s own reflexivity is affecting others.

You said:

If you disagree with my counterpoint, if you perceive a mistake of logic or reason…

There is nothing in my statement about “mistakes of logic or reason.”

Cuppa Covfefe

Aim low enough, and you’ll never miss.

The only problem is, you’ll blow off your feet…

scott467

“My question then is would people rather not have news reported?”

____________

That raises an important question.

Is it news that Lucy is holding the football for Charlie Brown again?

Or after the millionth time of pulling it away at the last second, would it only really be news if he somehow managed to actually kick the *&^%ing thing?

TheseTruths

I will ask again, since the question was not answered:

“Would people rather not have news reported?”

Aubergine

Of course not. But not everyone is going to get excited. And some are going to think nothing will come of it. The key is, in my opinion, not to care too much about any one reaction.

I appreciate every piece of information posted here. It ALL goes into my hopper.

TheseTruths

But not everyone is going to get excited.

I can’t think of anyone who is excited. Reporting news and actions of Congress does not mean one is excited or thinks they are going to do what we want them to.

I appreciate every piece of information posted here. It ALL goes into my hopper.

Same here. I learn so much from everyone here.

Valerie Curren

Yes!!!

scott467

“I will ask again, since the question was not answered:
“Would people rather not have news reported?””

_____________

It would appear to depend on what the definition of ‘news’ is.

If you live in the desert, and it’s hot and sunny 364 days out of the year, is it ‘news’ that today is going to be hot and sunny again?

Or is it really only ‘news’ on the day that it rains?

TheseTruths

You keep using that word. I don’t think it means what you think it means.

Of course it is news that a close associate of Hunter Biden’s is testifying before the Congressional committee investigating the Biden crime family.

If you want to talk about the result of that news or those events and say that you think nothing will come of it, that’s a different story. But to imply that every piece of news is the same is grossly inaccurate.

scott467

“Or, getting all psychological 😅, is there some need to shoot down so many of the stories with “nothing will happen”? Does that bring people satisfaction?”

_____________

No satisfaction, it just helps to mitigate the inevitable despondency when (again) nothing actually happens (again) (again) (again).

Some people seem to have an endless capacity to absorb infinite disappointment and keep expecting a different result, for no apparent rational reason.

For others, this appears to be a form of insanity. These types have a very low tolerance for being hit in the psyche, over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

Putting one’s arm up to block the next blow is a reflex.

TheseTruths

Do you think it your job, or anyone else’s, to prophylactically shield people from their own disappointments?

Aubergine

He isn’t shielding others, he’s shielding himself. He’s just doing it out loud, to us. It’s like therapy, only cheaper (we’re free).

TheseTruths

Hence my comment about “getting psychological.”

scott467

“He isn’t shielding others, he’s shielding himself.”

___________

Yes, but hopefully there is also a benefit to others who perceive the perpetual false expectation that ‘this time will be different’ in a similar way.

.

“He’s just doing it out loud, to us. It’s like therapy, only cheaper (we’re free).”

___________

I would compare it to psychological self-defense rather than therapy.

Reality is the anchor of sanity. If we lose it, we are adrift in a sea of nonsense, hardly different from the lunatic Left.

Being punked by GOPe influencers and grifters with the Lucy and the football routine, is a form of psychological abuse, of gaslighting, it’s an assault on the mind.

Blocking that assault is a reflex.

Aubergine

I fully support your right to defend your mind and your sanity, and I fully support others’ rights to their own form of psychological self-defense, which is sometimes the opposite of yours. For some people, hope is their “reflex.”

We are all dealing with the current horrifying situation as best we can. MY hope is that we all manage to do that with as much kindness, compassion, and understanding for each other possible.

TheseTruths

My original comments were not aimed at Scott but were meant as stated: that kneejerk reactions expressed by a number of different people at different times to news, stating that “it’s no use; nothing will be done” or “nothing will change” get really old. Sometimes the comments seem like defeatism, which, IMO, is antithetical to fighting a battle.

It has reached the point where I can predict what will be said before I post something. I don’t consider that to be a good sign. I could sarcastically post the replies before they are made, but I don’t consider that to be conducive to good will, either.

I’m hoping people will become aware of what they’re doing and maybe look for a different perspective — not to be rah-rah optimists about Congressional investigations, but to realize that defeatism serves no purpose, IMO, except to pile on to already existing discouragement.

There are many facets to news stories besides “this will lead nowhere.” In the short term, it might seem to lead nowhere. In the long term, it might indeed lead nowhere, but sometimes efforts do pay off and make a difference.

We are in a situation now where the entire DOJ and other 3-letter agencies are acting against America and its citizens. Of course we’re going to comment on that because I don’t know of a current solution to the problem. Of course we will comment on Congress’s inaction and the like. But the immediate kneejerk reactions seem to cut off discussion and leave despair in the void. Again, not good for those fighting a battle. IMO, optimally there would be a balance between commiserating with one another and having the ability to see some good in efforts that are being made.

If not for some Repubs in Congress and the efforts of the committee today, I doubt we would have ever heard the details from Devon Archer and a lot of other evidence. It’s not all bad. Yet, when potentially positive news is posted, the piling on starts.

IMO, just the fact that this hearing was held and that Archer actually testified are steps in the right direction. It’s certainly better than the alternative of no efforts being made, and there could be long-range consequences.

“So you are acting for your own benefit without regard to the effect on others?”

__________

Aren’t you?

You say (repeatedly) that I can’t know what you feel or think.

If that is true, then how can I ‘act’ with regard to the effect on you (or others), if I can’t know what you think?

Conversely, have I not said what I think on many occasions, that credibly entertaining the idea that Charlie Brown will finally make contact with the football this time, i.e., the entire false premise that anything good can happen while the bad guys are in control of everything (DoJ, FIB, WH), is painful (to me)?

You continue to post these things, and then ask rhetorical questions implying this time could be different, often multiple times a day, day after day, without any regard for the effect it has on others (or certainly on me).

And that’s fine, I don’t fault you for that.

And I have not, nor would I, ask (or expect) you to stop.

I just respond.

In part because it presents (to me) as a form of insanity, taking the political theater (and psy-op) at face value over and over again, positing that somehow the end result will (or could, or may) be different this time.

I have introspected on this a bit more, and there is certainly more to it than simple reflex and self-defense.

In normal times, of course truth and reality matter.

In times like we’re in now, with apparent psy-ops and false flags and propaganda (5GW, etc.) everywhere, truth and reality matter even more.

Everything ultimately comes down to a fight for reality, and truth.

[“What is truth?” (Pilate, cf. John 18:38)]

For better or worse, it appears that our words actually contribute to the creation of the reality which we perceive, and in which we live.

Words lead to actions, and actions have consequences.

Another way of saying “Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny.”

The first casualty in war is truth.

In the war for reality, for truth, claims are constantly being made. Some are true, many are false.

There are fundamental principles involved, which we all abide by, like natural laws, often without even realizing that we’re doing it.

One of those has to do with silence and consent, whereby if we remain silent, we are, de facto, giving our consent.

It may not seem fair, it may not seem right, and yet it is still a fundamental principle, one which requires us to oppose that which we believe is wrong, or be deemed to have given our consent to it.

Here is one common expression of this fundamental principle:

………………………
Quotation: “All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.”

Variations: This quotation has hundreds of variations, which generally are composed of some combination of the following components:

(All that is necessary/needed/required) OR (all it takes) OR (the best way)) for evil to (triumph OR succeed OR prosper OR prevail OR “win in the world” OR “gain a foothold”) is for (“good men” OR “good people” OR “good men and women” OR “people of good conscience”) to (“do nothing” OR “say nothing” OR “remain silent“)
………………………

.

Here is another related expression:

……………….
“We must take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” — Elie Wiesel
……………….

What is the origin of expressions of this nature?

Thomas More expressed it very directly, as a well known Maxim of Law:

…………………….
Qui tacet consennire videtur, ubi tractatur de ejus commodo:

He who is silent is deemed to consent.”

The maxim is Qui tacet consentiret: the maxim of the law is “Silence gives consent”. — Sir Thomas More (1535 AD, as far as I have been able to track it down)
…………………….

.

…………………………………
Maxim:
noun

1) an expression of a general truth or principle, especially an aphoristic or sententious one: the maxims of La Rochefoucauld.

2) a principle or rule of conduct.
………………………………….

I spent a lot of time reading and learning about these kinds of things about 10 years ago, in some courses that I took and have mentioned here before.

.

So what is the meaning or effect of all these things?

A) we are living in a time of war for truth and reality

B) reality is, at least to some extent, created by the things we do and say, and by what we consent to, and what we don’t

C) neutrality is not an option

D) silence means consent

So while the reflex to object may be out of self defense, it goes far deeper than that.

It is about reality (and truth), and our perception of reality (and truth), and what we allow or give our consent to by remaining silent, and what we do not consent to, by objecting.

This is not any new thing under the sun, it has always been this way.

It traces back to Common Law, and to the Magna Carta, from which our own Common Law and Declaration of Independence and Constitution are descended.

The principles which led to the development of Common Law go back much further.

So we are stuck with them, whether we choose to recognize them or not.

Cabal openly functions on these principles, they regularly and publicly forecast their actions, what evil they intend to do, believing that so long as no one formally objects, then We the People have consented to their objectives.

Thereby removing any potential for guilt or negative ‘karma’ (or other sanction) when they undertake things like global genocide via depopulation measures, as one example.

Someone has to object, or consent is given.

In theory, it only takes one person.

I do it here all the time, half jokingly, symbolically, whenever blanket statements are quoted or implied, based on things our adversaries have said or propose to do to us.

For example, someone may refer to (or quote) Schwabby, saying “We’re all going to eat ze bugs!”

You already know my reply when you read these kinds of posts, before you scroll down far enough to see it:

………………
Except me!” 😁
………………

And by ‘me’ I always mean all of us, but as a matter of principle, someone has to object.

I do.

On a deeper, more fundamental or philosophical level, beyond reflex or self-defense, that is what’s going on.

“I believe that knowledge is power, even if that knowledge can’t be used immediately. Rhetorical question to the universe: Do we have to wallow in defeatism?”

______________

I’m not the universe, just one living soul in constant pain, a pain which I realize you don’t share. You are very fortunate in that regard, it clearly doesn’t phase you at all, like a machine.

Imagine reading articles and watching videos, every day, year after year, about child sex slavery.

For most people, it does psychic violence to their soul, and as a practical matter, there is nothing most people can do to make it stop.

We basically have two choices.

We can continue to endure the misery of knowing this hell on earth exists, absorb as much of that knowledge as we possibly can, every day, all day long, and continue to endure the misery of knowing we cannot do much, if anything, to stop it.

We can wallow in that defeatism, every day, until, eventually, we break.

Or, we can be aware of what it is, we can advocate for everyone involved to be put to death, and avoid wallowing in defeatism by not spending all day, every day, watching child sex slavery videos and reading child sex slavery articles.

Is endlessly reading about how justice is continually denied, and the bad guys always win, every day, day after day, all day long, week after week, month after month, year after year, not similarly self-destructive?

TheseTruths

No, we have multiple choices.

We can wallow in that defeatism, every day, until, eventually, we break.

No, the wallowing in defeatism comes from seeing an important news story about Congress interviewing a crucial witness in the Biden case, and declaring for the 1000th time that the story is not important, nothing will happen, blah, blah, blah.

Or, we can be aware of what it is, we can advocate for everyone involved to be put to death, and avoid wallowing in defeatism by not spending all day, every day, watching child sex slavery videos and reading child sex slavery articles.

____________

I disagree.

I don’t think of it as defeatism to point out how unlikely it is that this will turn out any different than the previous hundreds (or thousands) of examples.

Pattern recognition is a survival instinct. Like noticing that every time someone goes up to pet the wild lion, they get eaten.

Every time Cabal or the other side of the UniParty throws out a new ‘gotcha’, a new witness whose evidence or testimony will bring down [fill in the blank], we’re left with nothing but another exploding cigar.

Maybe the millionth time the narrative engineers yell “squirrel!” or trot out some new shiny object for our entertainment and distraction, it will be different.

But after countless rug-pulls, it does not make sense to have any rational expectation that this one will be the one.

I repeat: You can’t know how I feel or whether “things don’t phase me at all, like a machine.” How absurd! 😂

Pattern recognition is a survival instinct. Like noticing that every time someone goes up to pet the wild lion, they get eaten.

I gather that the crux of the matter is psychological in some instances. Sometimes people are reflexively protecting themselves from further disappointment, with one motive being a subconscious survival instinct. If that is the case, I hope this discussion will help them become conscious of how they are reacting, and why.

I have suspected this before because I see the kneejerk reactions on other sites too. I hope people can consider how their reactions are affecting themselves and others.

scott467

“But if that is what you think, then why are you here, on a site which keeps up with current events and discusses them?”

_______________

Lots of reasons.

I like and care about everyone here.

We have many things in common.

I like the camaraderie, we have many shared experiences and beliefs.

The people who post here are very intelligent, and intellectually curious, which means they question a lot of things which many (most?) people don’t, which is interesting and engaging.

Those are just a few of the more social type reasons.

Then there are informational reasons.

I learn a great deal here, thanks to the experience and knowledge that is shared by everyone who participates.

Some of that knowledge can even be (and has been) a matter of life and death, like figuring out what exactly we were dealing with regarding China virus, and how to treat it, and to avoid the vaxx at all cost.

No doubt on many blogs, those same discussions went in a very different direction, people reached very different conclusions, and as a result, people took very different actions.

Much news about things that are blacked out or whitewashed by MSM is posted and discussed here (e.g., covid, Russia/Ukraine, false flags & psy-ops, etc.), things which have a real impact, whether on our physical health, or on the markets (which may affect our financial health), or on our spiritual health (shared Christian worldview and frequent references to Scripture), and so on.

None of this has very much to do with mainstream media, or the people who use the MSM to psychologically abuse the American population for their own benefit.

I would include most of what the political-class does or says in that regard.

On the rare occasion that a court ever gets around to making a definitive ruling (which effectively means Supreme Court decisions since everything in lawfare is litigated to the bitter end), that is newsworthy.

When some monster in the political-class finally dies or becomes literally incapacitated, that’s news.

Unless it’s something like that, something definitive, I would estimate at least 90% (probably 95%) of what passes for ‘news’ in the political realm is pure demoralization psy-op.

Rarely (if ever) does anything final or definitive happen, but practically always, 24/7/365, fear porn is used in the most Satanic and depraved ways to manipulate not only the American People, but the people of the whole world.

So I don’t know what good it is, to hang on every outrage de jour with bated breath, just to watch Charlie fly up into the air again.

To some extent, it is a difference in male and female perspective. For example, women make up the overwhelming majority of soap opera audiences, daytime TV talk show audiences, etc. Those kinds of shows live and breathe outrage and drama and gossip.

It is difficult for me to distinguish soap operas and daytime talk shows from the antics of the political-class most of the time. It’s all outrage porn, gotchas, bait-and-switch, over and over again.

Like the Jerry Springer show. You know there’s going to be a fight when they introduce Tom, and then they bring Tom’s wife out on the stage, and then they bring each of Tom’s 3 or 4 girlfriends out on the stage, before the Big Time Wrestling segment begins.

Take Crackhead the Bagman for an example. If we cut to the chase, 99 times out of 100 outrages de jour, nothing is going to happen to Bagman, nothing is going to be done by anyone about his crimes.

Because it can’t be. There is no mechanism to enforce the law, when criminals, literally, are in charge of the FIB, the DoJ and the WH.

Nobody in crime enforcement was even willing to risk their career to save the Republic. They sure as *&^% aren’t going to risk their career by going after the criminal dictator’s criminal son.

It’s like a non-sequitur, an expectation where the conclusion does not (cannot) logically follow from the premises.

Unless there is some deus ex machina event, the criminals are not ever going to investigate or prosecute themselves, and those in gov’t who are not criminals (if there are any) are not going to throw away their careers in the pointless attempt to make the criminals prosecute themselves.

Because when the criminals control the WH, the DoJ and the FIB, the only way any bad guys get prosecuted, is if the criminals prosecute themselves.

In the annals of human history, I’m just not aware of a single time that has ever happened.

So it’s absurd, it’s pointless, it’s an exercise in futility and demoralization, to expect that this time, or the next time, or the time after that, is going to be any different than the last thousand times, if some bad guy appears to be perilously close to almost being in actual trouble (again).

It can’t happen.

Not unless the military intervenes or the Hand of God reaches down from the sky and starts writing on the wall.

So at some point, a point passed long ago, these things are not really ‘news’, it’s theater.

And it’s not ‘just’ theater, or even innocent theater, it is malicious theater, designed to manipulate and demoralize anyone who might rise up against it.

It’s psychological abuse. That’s what psychological warfare is. Not only do they inflict it on us, but then we take it, and inflict it on ourselves.

Why do we do that?

Do we honestly, genuinely, seriously think that Wile E. Coyote is going to catch the Roadrunner… this time?

Or do we just love the soap opera?

Is the soap opera even ‘news’?

Or is it just manipulative abuse dressed up like drama for our consumption?

Hunter Biden’s business partner Devon Archer testifies to Congress that then-VP Joe WAS on more than 20 business calls with his son – but Dems now insist it was only to exchange ‘niceties’ and discuss ‘the weather’!

Hunter Biden’s business partner Devon Archer told Congress in bombshell testimony the ‘Biden brand’ helped Ukrainian firm Burisma from going bankrupt and revealed Joe was on the phone at least 20 times while his son was talking with foreign associates.

Republicans claim Archer’s testimony added to mounting evidence that the then-Vice President was involved in Hunter’s overseas deals that raked in millions from nations including China and Romania. Democrats claimed the phone calls were innocent and did not involve business.

Rep. Dan Goldman, D-N.Y., confirmed Archer told the House Oversight Committee that Joe had been on speakerphone multiple times while his son was talking with business partners – but insisted they were talking about ‘niceties’ such as the weather.

Republican Rep. Andy Biggs then said that, according to Archer, Hunter was on the Ukrainian energy firm board because of his family ‘brand’ – and Joe added ‘value’.

Goldman – lead counsel on the first Trump impeachment and the only Democrat present in the room of the testimony – told reporters that Archer ‘indicated that Hunter spoke to his father every day, and approximately 20 times over the course of a 10 year relationship, Hunter may have put his father on the phone with any number of different people, and they never once spoke about any business dealings.’

Goldman claimed Archer had said Joe and Hunter’s business partners only exchanged ‘niceties’ like talking about ‘the weather, “what’s going on?”‘

But Republicans had a different retelling of Archer’s account.

Oversight member Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene told DailyMail.com in an interview Archer testified that ‘the Bidens were in the actual business of influence peddling.’

‘It’s extremely damning,’ she said, claiming that the 20 phone conversations Archer referred to were directly about business deals.

‘We have Devon Archer coming out and telling the truth that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden spoke over 20 times about his business deals, not about the weather, not about what was for lunch, about his business deals,’ she said.

Goldman explained Archer’s testimony of the phone calls as such: sometimes Hunter would be at dinner with business partners and take a call from his dad who didn’t know who else was at the table and put it on speaker phone.

‘There was no indication that he had any idea who was at dinner with them. It was just to say, “Hello I’m at dinner” and there was nothing related to his business dealings.’

Meanwhile Biggs said as he left the room of the deposition that Archer had testified ‘Burisma would have gone out of business sooner if the Biden brand had not been invoked. People would be intimidated to really mess with Burisma because of the Biden family brand.’

But Biggs said that Archer had told the committee he did not know anything about the bribery claims made in the FBI’s FD-1023 document.

Judiciary Chairman and Oversight member Jim Jordan, who was in the room for the deposition, told reporters that Archer had provided the committee with new information and called the meeting ‘very productive.’

Greene, who communicates regularly with Speaker Kevin McCarthy, said she believed Archer’s testimony could be what ‘moves the needle’ on the potential Biden impeachment inquiry.

She said that at last week’s weekly meeting of the Republican conference, McCarthy told his members: ‘when it’s time to vote for this, I want you to be with me on this one.’

‘We have to have 218 Republicans to vote for it,’ Greene said. ‘And there’s been some that just aren’t there yet, but in my opinion, the information that’s coming out today could really push many of them to get to “yes.”‘

So Dems are going to claim that yes, JB was put on speaker but had no idea what was happening and was just exchanging pleasantries with his son.

Australia is not a sovereign nation in any meaningful way; it’s functionally a U.S. military/intelligence asset and according to its Defence Minister Richard Marles, its own military is being moved “beyond interoperability to interchangeability” with the U.S. war machine so they can “operate seamlessly together, at speed.”

Upcoming Supreme Court Cases Could Dramatically Rein in Regulatory Agencies
https://www.dailysignal.com/2023/07/28/reining-regulatory-agency-fiefdoms-dose-democracy/

(emphasis mine)

This fall, the Supreme Court will hear several cases affording promising opportunities to rein in the federal administrative state. The court has agreed to decide cases that challenge the practice of federal courts showing judicial deference to agency interpretations of the laws they are charged with enforcing as well as the constitutionality of an agency funding scheme that’s free from the congressional appropriations process and regular congressional oversight.

The court also has agreed to hear a case that may restore one of the greatest innovations of free people—the jury trial—to a whole class of civil cases currently prosecuted by administrative agencies and presided over solely by judges employed by those agencies. The potential of SEC v. Jarkesy to instate the right to a jury trial in administrative civil cases could make it one of the most consequential cases of the upcoming term.

The case was brought by George Jarkesy, a hedge fund manager who the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission accused of overestimating the value of some of his assets and making false claims. The SEC chose to pursue Jarkesy through its internal, juryless adjudication process in which a SEC-appointed administrative law judge assessed the sufficiency of the evidence against him.

The Seventh Amendment to the Constitution explicitly requires, “In Suits at common law … the right of trial by jury shall be preserved.” Fraud is a long-recognized common law crime. Yet, under current practice, the SEC can enforce securities laws and seek a civil penalty for fraud in juryless proceedings. In proceedings like Jarkesy’s, the government is seemingly exercising authority in a suit of common law, but by conducting the prosecution outside traditional courtrooms, it believes it can deprive the accused of the protections of a jury trial.

That fact (and others) did not sit well with the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which ruled in Jarkesy’s favor on three grounds: First, the SEC violated Jarkesy’s Seventh Amendment right to a jury trial; second, Congress has impermissibly delegated law-making authority to the SEC; and third, the SEC board members are unconstitutionally protected from removal by the president.

Each holding encompasses weighty issues, and a Supreme Court decision on any of them would have serious repercussions for agencies and regulated parties alike. But the jury trial question carries a unique historical significance and a unique opportunity to better reconcile administrative enforcement actions with the republican principles of the nation’s founding.

Therefore, the Supreme Court should affirm the 5th Circuit’s ruling that “The Seventh Amendment guarantees Petitioners a jury trial because the SEC’s enforcement action is akin to traditional actions at law to which the jury-trial right attaches.”

The Three Gorges Dam is in trouble again.

https://halturnerradioshow.com/index.php/en/news-page/world/beijing-19-6-inches-of-rain-in-24-hours-catastrophic-flooding

Beijing, China has gotten over 19 inches of rain in the past 24 hours and there’s no sign of it stopping. Catastrophic flooding is endangering the THREE GORGES DAM and Beijing is already underwater.

China’s Three Gorges Dam is at severe risk of breaking.

The Chinese Communists hailed the massive dam as a “1000-year dam” when it was constructed in 2003. CCP messaging this week is now calling it a “100-yr dam in a 200-yr flood”. They are telling the people to prepare for collapse.

Elsewhere, major road bridges have already collapsed in several areas as seen in the video above.

Throughout the region, flooding is so tremendous, vehicles are literally being washed away:

We don’t have to worry about anything like that happening now.

I would not have made a dam that was straight across, unless my plan was for it to fail.

Make the dam with an arch, with the top of the arch facing toward the body of water being restrained, and all the force is directed to the outer edges of the dam, which in turn is supported by the foundation of the earth it was built into.

Without an arch-type structure, all that force is being borne by the center of the dam itself, instead of being shunted to the foundations on either side, in the same way that an arch works vertically in a building.

Or at least that’s my ~50 yo white guy non-engineer understanding of the subject.

Regardless, I would not trust any dam enough to live in the path of the flood when (not if) the dam eventually breaks or overflows.

That dam is yet another ego project, that politicians push through in order to put their name into the historical record (on other peoples’ backs).

They were warned not to build that dam, as disasters like this were predicted and analyzed for years, if not decades, before final approval was given to build the dam.

If Archer indeed said that JB was put on the phone to sell the brand, that contradicts what the Left is reporting (that JB had no idea what was going on).

Aubergine

Not only that, but what did “the brand” sell, exactly? What was the purpose of marketing the “Biden brand?” Because you only “market” when you have something to sell.

The answer is, they only had one thing to sell, and that is INFLUENCE in America’s government.

This is the simple message to pound over and over again. Everything else is bullshit.

Exactly; influence peddling of our government, which, even if it doesn’t rise to the level of treason by a strict legal definition, is treason in my book.

Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman says Hunter Biden did, in fact, frequently put his dad on speakerphone for his business partners — but they were only talking about the weather pic.twitter.com/HoJ5EKYOEc

Joe Biden actually did say he “never spoke to” Hunter Biden about his business dealings. Now that he’s been caught lying about the corruption, Dems like Goldman are arguing Biden talking to Hunter’s business partners (also his business partners) was normal. https://t.co/X8wTvqyGtI

Guess Lira has been let out of prison. Thankfully.

Thought Lira was an American citizen.

Why not get to the US Embassy? If not in Ukraine, then Hungary.

What is the political asylum all about?

Insights on the other 24, X’s?

A poster at Andrei’s blog summarized the other 24 tweets… after requested
———————————–

“On May 1, I was arrested for my YouTube videos. The photos of my arrest are pretty funny—morning bed-head made me look like a character out of Dr. Seuss.

My crime was making videos critical of the West and their proxy regime in Kiev—and how they are destroying Ukraine.

Attached to these tweets is the full indictment against me, both the original Ukrainian and English translation.

As you can see, even the prosecutor admits I committed no crime against property or any person. And I certainly provided no aid or intelligence to the Russians.

My indictment explicitly states that all I did was discuss publicly known facts about the war—the epitome of free speech in a democracy.

But Zelensky’s Ukraine is no democracy—it is a thieving, corrupt, murderous gangster regime PRETENDING to be a polite “western” democracy.

Once arrested, I was given documentation assuring me that I was “guaranteed the right” to contact my lawyers and loved ones, as well as post bail.

In fact, I was blocked from calling anyone—even my lawyers. And I was not permitted to post bail—though I had the cash to do so.

In other words, the formalities were carried out scrupulously—while judicial and ethical grotesqueries ruled.

That’s Zelensky’s Ukraine. That’s what his thuggish regime cares about: The >perception< of democracy and the rule of law, so as to mask the sordid, corrupt reality.

That’s why they relentlessly persecute anyone who tells the truth about this war. I’m not the only so-called “propagandist” the Kiev regime has thrown in prison.

It’s also why they shoot any AFU soldier who dares retreat. That’s why the AFU losses are so horrific—but hidden.

As you can see by the indictment, the video I made that really chapped their ass was “Ukraine: A Primer”, which gives the historical background to the conflict—where I state outright that this invasion wasn’t out of the blue. That indeed, it was provoked by the Kiev regime.

Once inside Sizo Prison, I was tortured in two of the four cells I was in—by the other prisoners. Guards NEVER beat prisoners—they outsource torture to the other prisoners.

One prisoner actually apologized to me, telling me he had no choice. He wasn’t lying. I understood.

I got a cracked rib in my first cell, but it wasn’t too bad. The worst stretch was in my fourth cell.

From 1pm on June 21 until 7pm the next day—30 hours—I was beaten and sleep deprived, my arms twisted the wrong way around at the shoulders, and generally beaten pretty bad.

I’ve taken a beating in my time. So sure, it hurt like hell, but it was manageable—but then at one point, two thugs held my head and used a toothpick to scratch the whites of my left eye, while asking me if I could still read if I had just one.

Near the end of this session, one of the thugs struck me in the cest so hard and so repetitively that the beating left a yellow-and-green splotch dead-center on my sternum.

He was >berated< by the cell boss, because he’d left a mark on me—which was a no-no.

Then as luck would have it, two days later—when the bruising was in full bloom—a senior guard came to give me a wellness check!

This was likely because of the Chilean embassy efforts.

The US embassy called me three times, but gave me nothing but “support”—empty bromides.

The guard told me to remove my shirt so he could look me over. The bruising was really spectacular—but he just nodded and pretended he didn’t see a thing.

>Perceptions< He’d checked me, right?

Why was I beaten to the point of torture? Well—it wasn’t over my YouTube videos!

I was imprisoned because of my videos—no doubt. The videos are why the SBU arrested me and put me in Sizo Prison without bail.

But as they investigated me—and examined my computers and accounts, all of which they confiscated and opened—the SBU realized that I’m not poor.

So once they had me imprisoned for my videos, the SBU took the opportunity to extort money from me—using the guards as accomplices, who in turn used the prisoners as the muscle.

How I discovered this is too complicated for a Twitter thread. But I’m writing a book about it.

All told, they extorted USD$70,000 out of me, and split it among themselves. They also took another $9k when they arrested me (my emergency cash). And another 11 grand, which was the bail money.

With the computers, iPhone, etc., I’m out an even 100k on this adventure.

I’m never seeing any of that back, not even the bail money—because I’ve decided to leave Ukraine before my trial.

My trial is on Wednesday August 2—and I’ve already been told: I WILL be found guilty.

My sentence will be five to eight years in a prison labor camp.

Yeah.

But here’s the thing: The conditions of my bail are that I have to wear an electronic monitor, surrender my passports, and not leave the city of Kharkov, much less the country.

HOWEVER—after posting bail, I >didn’t< get an ankle monitor—and they >returned< my passports.

Later at the SBU offices, they >returned other documents< they’d confiscated—my driver’s license and my motorcycle registration.

In Sizo, I told an inmate how last year I’d been detained, released, but told not to leave Ukraine. He laughed. “They were telling you to leave!

This time, it looks like the same is happening: They’re telling me not to leave—but leaving the door open.

Or so I hope.

Or maybe I’m being set up by them so they can justify putting me away in a labor camp—so no one will ever know about their sordid extortion scheme.

I simply don’t know. So I decided to die trying.

I rode my motorcycle across Ukraine—1,400 kms in two days.

I’m going to Hungary to ask for political asylum.

When I fail to show up in court in Kharkov, an arrest warrant will be issued, likely an international warrant.

No doubt other EU countries will comply like sheep, returning me to serve five to eight years in a prison labor camp—

—regardless of the fact that Kiev arrested and imprisoned me for >YouTube videos!<

For free speech!

What happened to “European democratic values?

lol

And the US State Department would return me too. I’m not a black lesbian druggie, or a transgender grifter. Besides, Victoria Nuland hates my guts, or so I’m told.

I’m hoping the Hungarians will read my indictment and say, “This is bullshit—we’re not sending him back.”

I’m posting this thread just as I’m getting to the border checkpoint. I’m also posting videos on the two channels I have access to, The Roundtable and Gonzalo Lira—Again.

If you don’t hear from me in the next 12 hours—whelp! I’m on my way to a labor camp!

Wish me luck.”

Chiefio has three Lira videos.

First one appears to be the one PR posted above.

Remaining two videos, below. .

That’s awful! I hope he gets away from there.

My guess is Lira is quite resourceful and will get into Hungary. Hungary does not support the Ukraine fiasco, IIRC. So, political asylum seems reasonable.

Lira WILL come to mind every time, I hear Briben or one of our corruptocrats, speak of fighting for democracy in Ukraine.

Here is the piece. It’s interesting that it’s in Newsweek.
Donald Trump: The Real Victim of the Russiagate Hoax Wasn’t Me. It Was the American People | Opinion

DONALD J. TRUMP , 45TH PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
ON 7/31/23 AT 2:29 PM EDT

https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-real-victim-russiagate-hoax-wasnt-me-it-was-american-people-opinion-1816466

The report by Special Counsel John Durham makes clear beyond a shred of doubt that the Russia Hoax was the most atrocious weaponization of our government in American history. It was a crime like no other.

Seven years ago, I ran for office taking on all the most corrupt forces and entrenched interests in our nation’s capital. My agenda was an existential threat to a Washington establishment that got rich and powerful bleeding America dry.

I vowed to stop mass illegal immigration, terminate globalist trade deals, end the sellout of our country to Communist China, stand up to the permanent bureaucracy and the corporate media, and break the neocon addiction to endless foreign wars.

In response, an unelected cabal in the senior ranks of our government, in concert with their chosen candidate, Hillary Clinton, and their allies in the media, launched the de-facto coup attempt known as the Russia Hoax.

Their goal was to prevent my election, and failing that, to throw me out of office or sabotage my presidency, undercut my agenda in Congress, block my domestic reforms, and interfere with my foreign policy.

For nearly three years, they carried out a massive disinformation campaign and lawless persecution based on the monstrous lie that I was a traitor to my country.

These Deep State plotters spied on my campaign. They forged false evidence to get illegal surveillance warrants and smear innocent people through leaks to the media. They offered $1 million for a fictitious dossier written by a foreign spy to try to frame me with treason. They shattered countless lives.

The Durham Report proves that the key figures involved knew from the start that the Russia Collusion conspiracy theory was a lie. The FBI launched their witch hunt without a scrap of legitimate evidence—and when they came upon exonerating information time after time, they covered it up and kept the hoax going forward.

The sickness was driven from the very top. FBI Director James Comey constantly pressured agents for more surveillance and warrants, demanding to know over and over “Where is the FISA, where is the FISA?”

Barack Obama and Joe Biden were in on it, too. They were briefed in August 2016 on reports that Clinton planned to “vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian Security Services.”

They knew the truth, yet they put our country through hell.

As savage and cruel as the Russia Hoax was for me, my family, my staff, and so many innocent bystanders, the real victims were the American People.

The destruction this hoax caused to America is almost incalculable. It subverted our democracy, it threatened our security, and it endangered our freedom.

At a critical moment when we should have been reducing tensions with Russia, the Russia Hoax stoked mass hysteria that helped drive Russia straight into the arms of China.

Instead of having a better relationship with Russia as I worked to build, we now have a proxy war with Russia, fueled in part by the lingering fumes of Russiagate delirium. Ukraine has been utterly devastated. Untold numbers of people have been killed. And we could very well end up in World War III.

As the Twitter Files have proven, the Radical Left establishment also used the Russia Hoax to attack freedom of speech. They built a sprawling domestic censorship regime under the guise of combatting so-called “Russian disinformation”—which they quickly defined to include any content they did not like.

The intelligence community, the media, and the Silicon Valley tech companies then deployed this very pretext, “Russian disinformation,” to censor the Biden corruption scandal in 2020—censorship orchestrated, as we now know, by the Biden campaign.

In one poll last year, 79 percent of Americans following the story about Hunter Biden‘s sordid laptop said truthful coverage of that wrongly censored story would have changed the outcome of the election. Our country is now paying a very steep price.

Perhaps most dangerous of all, the Russia Hoax normalized the weaponization of law enforcement against the Left’s political enemies. The Radical Democrats and their media partners now cheer as Biden’s DOJ demands the FBI investigate parents at school board meetings, deploys heavily armed teams to arrest pro-life activists, and pursues an all-out persecution of Joe Biden’s leading opponent for the presidency.

These corrupted agencies have interfered in every election since 2016—and they are interfering in the 2024 election before our very eyes.

There must be a reckoning. Accountability now lies in the hands of the voters. The Durham Report has made the stakes abundantly clear, and now the choice is ours: either the Deep State destroys America, or we destroy the Deep State.

Donald J. Trump was the 45th President of the United States.
