If it puts it into the DC Federal Court, it’s out of the frying pan and into the fire. If it puts it into the Georgia Federal Court, it could be interesting….
As the above quoted material states, removal to fed court immediately halts state court action. In civil cases, it is ‘on demand’ meaning the defendant govt simply files a notice of removal and the case is then treated in fed court as if it was filed there. It is subject to review by the district judge as to the propriety of the removal. If not proper, the case gets remanded back to state court where it resumes it journey to trial.
Not sure how it works for criminal but the quote above implies that a district judge gets to review it prior to accepting the removal [opposite of civil cases].
Venue is wherever the case is filed. IOW whichever circuit encompasses the state.

Yesterday I had a minor operation on my ear. The big light that was over my head was uncomfortably bright, and the nurse put a thick pad of wet gauze over my eyes. I was amazed how restful it was I could have quite easily fallen asleep.

The article in The Epoch Times regards cognitive impairment that presents after an infection of COVID-19. The experience of “Jill” (a healthcare worker) in the article, who had cognitive impairment after a COVID-19 infection in January 2021, is described. [NOTE: “Jill”, a respiratory therapist, got the virus in January, 2021 — just after the initial EUA was granted to Pfizer-BioNTech for using its COVID-19 “vaccine” BNT162b2 in the U.S. It IS possible that “Jill” got “vaccinated” in January 2021 in order to keep her job. Therefore, it IS possible that the COVID-19 infection that “Jill” had was a “breakthrough infection” due to the mechanisms of any COVID-19 “vaccine” she may have taken.]
The article in The 2nd Smartest Guy in the World regards Long COVID and how it is related to COVID-19 “vaccination.” Cognitive impairment and other neurological issues are symptoms of Long COVID.
What these articles bring up are questions about the elements within BOTH the COVID-19 virus ITSELF; and the elements within the COVID-19 “VACCINES.”
It is now known that the COVID-19 virus ITSELF is a lab-created “mixture” of toxins of various types: coronavirus genome “snippets” from bats, rabbits, civets, and other animals; cardiovascular-damage creating elements; neurological-damage creating elements (snake venom and possibly other neurotoxins); and, possibly some type of parasitical elements (which, IMO, is one reason why Ivermectin, a drug used to cure parasitic infections, prevents / treats COVID-19 infection.)
Yours Truly can posit that neurological issues can be related to COVID-19 infection itself; to COVID-19 “breakthrough” infection after “vaccination”; — both of which can also be linked to Long COVID; AND, to just having the COVID-19 “vaccine” in the body.
It is also now known that the COVID-19 “vaccines” have a lab-created and lab-enhanced version of the mRNA from the COVID-19 virus ITSELF as the core element, mixed in with other dangerous elements: SV40, a cancer promoter from the African green monkey; lab-created lipid nanoparticles (ALC-0159, ALC-0315, SM-102 in their real names) that in and of themselves have serious physical and neurological side effects just from being handled and ARE ONLY TO BE USED IN RESEARCH; at least one known “insert”, called RRAR, between the S1 and S2 areas of the COVID-19 virus genome; and, in the case of the “Bivalent COVID-18 Vaccines”, the above are blended in with the modRNA from various Omicron “variants” (the complete makeup of the modRNAs of these “variants” is not known except that they contain some amount of the elements of the original COVID-19 virus.)
The point here is to MAKE SURE that the cognitive function of the brain is as healthy and strong as possible. This includes ENSURING that the “brain-gut connection” is healthy and strong (avoiding sugars, fast foods, etc., and concentrating on healthy foods.) This includes ENSURING that emotional / psychological factors such as stress level are under control. This includes TAKING THINGS like Zinc, Nattokinase / Serrapeptase, magnesium, Ivermectin, Quercetin, and others, to reduce / eliminate / prevent the negative effects of the COVID-19 virus; and, DOING THINGS like getting exposure to sunshine and/or taking vitamin D; getting regular exercise; keeping the brain stimulated (reading, art, music, writing, positive social interaction, and hundred other ways); and, refusing to take any COVID-19 “vaccine” (or even any “vaccine” that has mRNA or DNA vector in it.)

RDS, if you happen to see this, is there any guidance on dosages and frequency with regard to taking these things, presumably as preventative care?
I have only taken IVM to cure Covid after catching it, but it seems / sounds like it is worth taking more often.
If so, the question becomes how often. I’m guessing some things (like IVM) should not be taken regularly in perpetuity, in order to avoid potentially rendering something like IVM less effective if/when needed for it’s curative ability in response to infection.

These people write these things, and they’re saying it right to our faces, but they can’t actually say it directly, because if they did, it wouldn’t get published.
So we have to connect the dots ourselves, which is fine, but that also means only a relatively small percentage of the population (those who are at least semi-awake) SEE the dots to connect them in the first place.
So we are doomed to a world where we can know and see what’s going on, but everyone involved (doctors, media reporting) maintains plausible deniability to avoid censorship or termination, so the general population remains sound asleep, which means we are all trapped in the Great Pretending.

Apparently Mike Cernovitch is blaming Trump for pretty much everything. There’s an article on Gateway Pundit that I’m not going to link to. It looks as if Cernovitch appeared on Bannon’s War Room. I don’t see how this is helpful in any way. No one is perfect, and no doubt some things could have been done differently, but I’m not impressed with people looking back and thinking they could have done better (and that includes Steve Bannon, IF he is in that camp).
Trump just faced his fourth indictment. Talk about kicking someone when they are down…
Bannon distresses me at times. Like when he talks about Ukraine and how they are courageous in fighting the dirty commie Russians. He sounds like a neocon. He constantly talks as if the Russians are not justified in doing their SMO.
Jack Posobiec [sp?] came on and basically trashed that idea. Bannon was silent [a rare thing for him] and I was cheering.
For tactical reasons, Putin has not yet released the biolab info and the corruption info that the Russians have captured. If he doesn’t soon release what he knows, it’ll be too close to the election.
I wasn’t aware of Bannon’s take on that. It highlights how one person who has good judgment in some political matters is not always correct. People like that think they know how to run an administration, and while they would do some good things, they would also fail in other areas. That’s what happens with advisers to the president. They want to run things their way, and the POTUS has to constantly evaluate whether their advice is sound.

I know it’s not a popular opinion here, but I don’t like Steve Bannon. He always looks like he needs a shower and a shave to me. Like he just rolled out of bed. It’s disrespectful of the gravity of representing our side as he says he does, in my humble opinion. And some stuff he says is ridiculous.
IIRC, appearance was part of the reason he left the WH early on with Trump.
My biggest gripe with Bannon is, he won’t let guests speak freely. Commandeers the discussion.
Rarely listen to Bannon any more. Mostly I don’t have time.

(I (stupidly) did that in the early 1980s when it was still possible to do your own oil changes over here, and accidentally overfilled it a bit with the one liter of cleaner… I drove over to the autobahn and cut loose, expecting to have an exciting engine clean. It ended up being a little too exciting, as a HUGE grey/black cloud issued from my exhaust pipes, fogging out six lanes of traffic (it was the A5 up near Frankfurt; the car was a Ford Scorpio with the 2.9 (big) engine).
When I punched it, the engine sucked up the excess oil, actually managed to burn it (thank GOD), and I was able to limp along off the autobahn and back home to change my oil. Turned that gas-powered car into a diesel for a little bit… I don’t think it had a catalytic converter; in any case it didn’t have one after that adventure…
Fortunately there were no police nearby, as even though the greens and their treehugging laws didn’t really exist back then, I’d have been facing a stiff ticket, at the minimum, and possibly losing my license for a while, at worst… sure is funny, in retrospect, though… almost like a Bond movie 🙂 )…

In the 1980s, coming home from work I kept running into a bunch of smart ass teens walking home from school who would link arms and stretch across the entire road. You had to follow at a snails pace until they reached their subdivision.
After a few days of that crap, I decided to teach them a lesson. I crept up right behind them and then shifted to neutral and ROARED my engine. You should have seen the little rats scatter as they screamed “She’s trying to kill us!” I was only a couple feet behind them so all they saw when they looked over their shoulder was grill… 😋
