The Fed is set up to be independent (i.e., it doesn’t take orders from the President or Congress) so if a bunch of Trump embeds are running the thing in fact, it’s actually legal for them to do what Biden and Congress don’t want them to do. Plus, it’s only a handful of people whereas a military would have to have dozens of secret patriots in position. The more people involved the more impossible it gets to avoid the organization being penetrated and compromised.

So pgroup2 I was wondering if you or other well informed forum members could give us a list of the benefits available only to citizens. I assume only citizens may run for elected office and in the past I believed that only citizens could vote but I don’t think that is any longer the case in some city and state elections. What other advantage does a citizen have over a resident alien? Why would someone consider it an advantage to be a citizen?
Probably the most important provision of being a citizen is the right of return.
If you are in a foreign country, the US govt cannot refuse to let you back into the US. Also it gives you access to the State Dept for a loan if you don’t have the funds to get back.
As far as eligibility for public office, qualifications for fed offices are in the constitution. State offices [and lower] are up to each state.
There are efforts to grant non-citizens the vote but these will fail under the Supreme Court’s decisions being guided by traditional practices.
I need to add a bit to my answer. The only way the govt could refuse you re-entry is if it revoked your citizenship. This would be difficult in the 50 states, considering that every US citizen is also a citizen of the state in which he/she claims domicile [personal HQ]. So unless your state co-operated with the feds, it could not strip you of both citizenships [per 14th amendment].
That is interesting. I had never heard of the state aspect of citizenship. What are the conditions under which the Feds can unilaterally revoke someone’s citizenship claims?
Adding to Robet’s questions, could the feds conceivably say, “Well, you’re a citizen of (say) Tennessee, but not of the United States. Not our problem.” ?

There doesn’t appear to have been one since 1946-1949 in Greece, but that’s essentially an extension of WWII. People were presumably already trained and mobilized during WWII, and shortly after WWII, they started fighting each other instead.
The Italian civil war was actually during WWII (1943-1945), and the Spanish civil war was during the run-up to WWII (1936-1939). So even the few examples that exist were essentially precursors to or extensions of WWII.
They are so far removed from current times (not to mention current technology) that they may as well have happened centuries ago.

C) no matter who won the appeal, would the side that loses the appeal not immediately appeal up to the (not)Supreme Court? Is that not true?

Local govt and preferably State govt need to step up, push back and relook all cooperation agreements they have with the Federal govt as well as international agreements with WEF like organizations. Determine what it means to say no to this and no to that and then start saying no. At the minimum start tying up FEDS and WEF in court by going after their local operators.
Toss in the local grand jury idea and start flinging out the charges and making arrests, confiscating Fed property. It doesn’t all need to make sense, it needs to confuse them and make them work harder. Feds and WEFfers should not feel at all comfortable operating in Red States when they are blatantly going against the spirit of the Constitution.
Politicians that aren’t willing to play hard ball with the Feds need to get ejected from govt. We need to start playing a big game of rope a dope with these clowns and justify it as we go along.
Federal Tax monies need to be diverted to states, to determine what is proper and what is not before sending off a percentage to the Feds with dictates on how it can be spent.
When the FEDS clamp down and they will, just do moar of it!
If the Federal Govt does not want to take care of it’s citizens, then States need to step up to the task.
In 1913 when the Income tax was made ‘legal’ the states lost their leash on the Federal government. Now the Federal government gives the states up to 50% or more of their operating budget — CAN YOU SAY BRIBE?

By the time they file and then send any underpayment to the feds, most of their “owed” taxes have already been withheld and sent to the Feds.
In fact I would be surprised if filing isn’t a net cash minus to the Feds, given how many people wait for their refund (and how many people think that’s just the government giving them free money). They’d probably love it if the states interfered with the process.

This is why, if we end up replacing federal income tax with a federal sales tax, said tax should be collected by the states and forwarded to the government. In fact I think the FairTax proposal is to do just that.
What I don’t like about the Fair Tax is that prices posted would include the tax, thereby making it invisible. No, it should be added at the register, just like “for the governor” is. And yes, that’d be about 30 percent tacked on at the register (the tax is 30 percent on top of the actual price, or 23 percent of the total).
One misconception about the FairTax proposal is that people would still have to file to get their prebate, but in fact all the feds would need is “how many people live in your house” Your prebate depends solely on that and not on your income. Elon Musk would get it, so would Joe Blow.
The vast majority of money that goes to the feds for income tax is via withholding. There’s already a federal law that says the money must be sent to the federal government.
I don’t think a state law can override a federal one.

Hi everyone ~ Tested positive. First time. Started with a runny nose for a couple days. Last night a bit of a sore throat and felt like I had a head cold coming on.
This morning felt really bad. A different bad than a normal head cold or virus. It came on fast. 101.9 fever. Started with the FLCC Protocol. Took 12 mgs. of Ivermectin at noon and within a couple hours the fever was gone. I have a killer headache though. Plan to take some aspirin before bed.
Also taking a Medrol (prednisone) dosepak because the virus started up an autoimmune condition I have. So far so good though. I have hydroxychloroquine and a z pack if I need some extra help.
It’s been an interesting process though. Really glad I put all my supplies together a while back. Getting on it early seems to have made a difference. Not sure it it happens, but I hope there’s no backsliding.

Sorry to hear this, but you are doing an excellent job fighting it. Continuing the ivermectin is key. You have the azithromycin in case there is lung involvement – perfect. The early steroids is awesome – and that works for an antihistamine as well. Aspirin will be important – good to hear it’s coming.
Please keep reaching out here. IF (and I seriously doubt it will happen, but) IF you go to the ER or hospital at any point, bring a device that you can stay in communication with us, so that we can counsel you out of any killer drugs like remdesivir or paxlovid, which they will try to sneak in under different names. But that is so unlikely to happen, now that you’re treating things right AT HOME.

A finger oximeter is a very useful and CHEAP piece of equipment to have.
It has heart rate too, so I’m watching that because it has been somewhat elevated. Probably from the prednisone.

Someone mentioned staying hydrated. That is VERY important. Symptoms like headache are exacerbated by dehydration. You mentioned your heart rate being elevated; that can be caused by dehydration, too.
It’s such a simple thing, but when we’re sick and just don’t feel like drinking, it’s easy to get there.
I will be praying you recover fast! You have got all the right stuff to take, good for you for planning ahead!
I’ve had other issues in past years…and they would respond somewhat if I forced myself to drink more water.
It’s a good first step, most of the time.

I like hard cheese prefer from raw milk, goat, or sheep . Most often from Switzerland and Spain. Make my own yogurt from A2 cows organic grass fed. Cost me half the price than when I buy in the store. I use 31/2 cup whole milk and 1/2 cup of cream.
I need to find a good local source of goat or sheep cheese.
