No. The MAGA faithful know that he’s a Sea Islander, sponsored by the big banks and hedge funds. If that makes no sense at American Greatness, their heads are still in the sand.

The more I think about the Kari Lake Bribery audio, the more amazed I am. Questions on my mind…

1. Why now? It’s been a little over 10 months. Planned? Coordinated?

2. This audio was “leaked” to DailyMail. Well, Kari obviously recorded it, so she must have “leaked” it, right?

3. Was Kari Lake recording this with a phone? Or was she wearing a wire? Which means a 3rd party was involved. The audio sounds muffled at times and then really loud magnifying their voices… you can also hear what appears to be a dog, suggesting she is holding the dog; so I’m leaning more towards a wire.

4. Depending on the above question, was this a premeditated recording?

5. This is one of the biggest scandals there is, so Why isn’t the MSM covering this? Crickets…

Thank you, De Pat, for a thunderous Thursday theater post.

TheseTruths

A big win, but this should never have happened in the first place (emphasis mine).

FBI Overstepped Authority in Warrantless Search of Hundreds of Safe Deposit Boxes, Court Rules

The FBI overstepped its constitutional authority when agents searched hundreds of safe deposit boxes without warrants in 2021, a federal appeals court ruled. The court compared the FBI’s tactics to the kind of indiscriminate searches that led to the enactment of the Bill of Rights in the first place.

In March 2021, the FBI raided U.S. Private Vaults, a safe deposit box company in Beverly Hills, California. The company marketed its services around client anonymity and privacy, which appealed to gambling rings and drug operations, but also customers who were unable to get a deposit box at their bank or simply mistrusted banks and preferred to store their valuables elsewhere.

The FBI seized millions of dollars in cash from the deposit boxes, plus a mix of jewelry, personal effects, and documents such as wills and prenuptial agreements.

In litigation filed in federal district court in May 2021, victims of the raid argued that the FBI’s search “flagrantly” violated their Fourth Amendment rights. In October 2022, the trial judge ruled there was no Fourth Amendment violation.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously reversed the lower court’s decision on Tuesday. The court ruled that the FBI exceeded the bounds of a warrant obtained prior to the raid, which explicitly did not authorize any “criminal search or seizure” of the boxes’ actual contents.

The FBI’s warrant application omitted key details of the raid plan, including that the special agent in charge had directed agents to open every box, preserve fingerprint evidence, inventory the contents, and have drug dogs sniff all cash.

“If there remained any doubt regarding whether the government conducted a ‘criminal search or seizure,’” the 9th Circuit ruled, “that doubt is put to rest by the fact the government has already used some of the information from inside the boxes to obtain additional warrants to further its investigation and begin new ones.”

At oral argument in December, one of the three judges on the 9th Circuit panel called the FBI’s search of each safe deposit box without probable cause “egregious” and “outrageous.” Another likened the FBI’s actions to the maligned “general warrants” and “writs of assistance” issued in colonial times, which authorized British officials to search colonists’ homes indiscriminately for smuggled tea and other items.

The 9th Circuit’s opinion repeated these concerns. The court found it “particularly troubling” that the government “failed to explain” why its arguments “would not open the door to the kinds of ‘writs of assistance’ the British authorities used prior to the Founding to conduct limitless searches of an individual’s personal belongings.”

“It was those very abuses of power, after all, that led to adoption of the Fourth Amendment in the first place,” the court ruled.

Five days after being grilled at oral argument, the government tried to make the case go away without a precedent-setting ruling that the FBI’s actions were unconstitutional. Government attorneys filed a motion asking the 9th Circuit to give the plaintiffs what they wanted: an order to destroy records of the FBI’s search.

The government had fought against destruction of the records for more than two years, and plaintiffs’ attorneys were surprised by the about-face, which they called an attempt to “sweep a massive constitutional violation under the rug.”

The government did not, however, concede that the FBI’s raid was flawed. Instead, the government told the 9th Circuit that it wanted “to avoid a published judicial opinion impugning the actions or good faith motivations of law enforcement in this highly unusual case, in which a company was aiding criminality and protecting criminals by operating a vault of anonymous safe-deposit boxes.”

On Tuesday, the 9th Circuit issued the ruling the government feared, while also ordering the FBI to destroy records of the search, including copies in its evidence databases.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California declined to comment on the specifics of the ruling. “We are prepared to destroy records of the inventory search, which is the relief sought by the plaintiffs,” said Thom Mrozek, the office’s director of media relations.

“Today’s opinion draws a line in the sand,” said Rob Johnson, an attorney at the Institute for Justice, the libertarian nonprofit representing the plaintiffs. “If this had come out the other way, the government could have exported this raid as a model across the country. Now, the government is on notice its actions violated the Fourth Amendment.”

……and????

Where’s the part where they fire every agent that took part in this farce and their superiors, canceling their pensions and stripping them of assets so they live the rest of their days under freeway overpasses?

AND the FB-Lie gets smears with MORE EVIDENCE that it Schiffs all over the Constitution at will.

I want to see EVERYONE of these agents get indicted and CONVICTED OF THEFT from the top down.

The court has already ruled what was done was ILLEGAL.

AND that “…The FBI seized millions of dollars in cash from the deposit boxes, plus a mix of jewelry, personal effects, and documents such as wills and prenuptial agreements….”

18 U.S. Code § 242 – Deprivation of rights under color of law

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Let the rats scramble and point fingers as to who took what. THERE ARE RECORDS🤓

Valerie Curren

This clause on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens” makes me wonder if the deprivation of rights of citizens is applicable here or only if non-citizens or people of “color or race” other than citizens–sounds impossible to define–would make this part of law able to be “disregarded” by the illegitimate powers that be?

So they want to ban gardening.

Time for the world to stick a HOE into that damnable GloboNazi Fuehrer in Davos.

Gail Combs

YUP! During the Farm Wars we saw this coming.

THE LAW IS ALREADY IN PLACE!!!

The Cabal ALWAYS put the law they will use against you in place years before hand. Think how the Patriot Act is now used against MAGA instead of the REAL TERRORISTS flooding across our border.

A lawyer wrote this article: Trojan Horse Law: The Food Safety Modernization Act of 2009 (Archived)

…Lori Robertson of FactCheck.org, who is not a lawyer (she has a B.A. in advertising), claims the bill doesn’t apply to “that tomato plant in your backyard.” As a lawyer, I am skeptical of this claim (I co-represented the prevailing defendant in the last successful constitutional challenge to federal regulation under the interstate commerce clause, United States v. Morrison (2000), one of only two cases in 70 years in which a challenge was successful). Congress’s power under the Constitution’s Commerce Clause is almost unlimited in the eyes of the courts, and thus can reach the “tomato plant in your backyard.”…

Ignorance about the law’s broad reach (and how it will be construed by the courts) has thwarted opposition to the bill, which will likely pass Congress. For example, a newspaper claims the bill “doesn’t regulate home gardens.” The newspaper probably assumed that was true because the bill, like most federal laws, only purports to reach activities that affect “interstate commerce.” To an uninformed layperson or journalist, that “sounds as if it might not reach local and mom-and-pop operators at all.” (The bill’s sponsor, Rep. Rosa DeLauro, has sought to forestall opposition to her bill by falsely claiming that that “the Constitution’s commerce clause prevents the federal government from regulating commerce that doesn’t cross state lines.”)

But lawyers familiar with our capricious legal system know better. The Supreme Court ruled in Wickard v. Filburn (1942) that even home gardens (in that case, a farmer’s growing wheat for his own consumption) are subject to federal laws that regulate interstate commerce. Economists and scholars have criticized this decision, but it continues to be cited and followed in Supreme Court rulings, such as those applying federal anti-drug laws to consumption of even home-grown medical marijuana. Indeed, many court decisions allow Congress to define as “interstate commerce” even non-commercial conduct that doesn’t cross state lines — something directly at odds with Rep. DeLauro’s claims….

From an article I wrote years ago.

The story starts decades ago in the 1990’s. Between the 1950’s and 1990’s a few corporations had consolidated their power by buying or forcing out their competition and then vertically integrating from “Farm to Fork”. In the quest to eliminate competition and increase their ability to dictate prices, corporations bought up railroads, shipping lines, packing facilities, even supermarkets and banks at staggering rates. For example by 1986 Cargill, Continental, Louis Dreyfus, André and Bunge , all privately owned by seven families, controlled 85-90 percent of global grain trade.

The wealth and size of these transnational agribusiness make them politically powerful. They are big money contributors to the political system in the United States and elsewhere. Their staff moves in and out of government administrations and bureaucracies allowing them to sidestep the regulations THEY create to kill the competition. To further consolidate their death grip on the food supply, agribusiness insisted that agriculture be put on the international trading table for the first time at the GATT talks in Uruguay. Key players in this little drama are VP of Cargill, Dan Amstutz who wrote the draft Agreement on Agriculture for the World Trade Organization(WTO AoA), Monsanto (Calgene) employee Ann Veneman who lead the GATT trade delegation for much of the time, and Mickey Kantor, another US trade representative for much of the Uruguay Round, who subsequently became a Monsanto board member. Back at home Clinton’s Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations was lead by Robert Shapiro, chairman of Monsanto at the time WTO was ratified in 1995. Marcia Hale, a former assistant to President Clinton and director for intergovernmental affairs, was director of international government affairs for Monsanto….

….With the passage of the bogus food safety bill the transnational Agri-corporations will be handed the final weapon needed to drive out independent farmers and even home gardeners. The bills allows “the Administrator” to confiscate farmland, conduct surveillance and warrant-less entry on anyone “holding food” (thats YOU) with no judicial review over even the appropriateness and validity of punishments for as yet unstated “crimes” http://yupfarming.blogspot.com/2009/04/jam-and-water-watch.html

These Carbon Credit people have absolutely NO scientific basis for their hoax.

Right. What they are saying and doing goes against science. Everything is working well, as it has been for millennia, but they want to control it. I mean, we have males and females, which ensures the continuance of society, and we have food to sustain us, and plants that balance O2 and CO2, and weather that is not going to destroy mankind. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. They want to break it and recreate it according to their desires, which necessitates working against science.

Since Texas *is* being actually invaded, then Texas can do all those things it is otherwise precluded from doing:

Texas can Lay duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, ships of war, enter into Agreement or Compact with other States, or with a foreign Power, or engage in war.

It has to be able to do these things, as a matter of course, as a matter of self-preservation, in the event that the federal government is either derelict or defunct or subverted, and an easy argument could be made for all three.

___________

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act
1978 US Congress Act

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 is a United States federal law that establishes procedures for the surveillance and collection of foreign intelligence on domestic soil. FISA was enacted in response to revelations of widespread privacy violations by the federal government under U.S. president Richard Nixon. Wikipedia

___________

So he intends to reform something that is doing the very thing it was created to prevent?

And he doesn’t recognize the obvious problem, or understand that like every agency of government vested with power in human history, its very existence guarantees the abuse of whatever power it is given.

It can never be otherwise, and as total and absolute proof, it has never been otherwise, in all of human history.

Certainly he knows these things.

So the question becomes, if he does not reform it (which is, in fact, impossible), if he instead manages to get Congress to eliminate the FISA Act, then what is there to stop the federal government from violating the privacy rights of Americans?

First, it is irrational to think that a criminal organization, like the federal government, would ever police itself, even if it could, which it can’t. No criminal organization in history has ever held itself accountable to the rule of Law, because humans.

So the answer is not to create or empower a new unit of an inherently criminal and abusive organization (government) to police itself.

The answer is to eliminate the ability for the government to break the law in the first place.

That means radically downsizing government to essential services only, which means those things which are authorized by the Constitution.

Decentralize power to the greatest extent possible.

And then create a Citizen Oversight program for whatever essential government agencies remain. A Citizen Oversight could be something as simple as 9 people who can pass a security clearance and who are paid to serve a term of 30 or 60 or 90 days at most, on a constantly rotating basis — 3 people to an 8 hour shift, three shifts per 24 hours.

Direct Citizen Oversight of every agency of government, at the highest level, every day, around the clock. See-I-A, FIB, IRS, DoJ, every last one (if any of those agencies were specifically authorized by the Constitution, which they’re not). By definition, a government that is created by, of and for the People cannot have anything to hide from the People it was created to serve.

It would be practically impossible to corrupt EVERYONE who serves in a Citizen Oversight position, because by design, no one would be in the inherently corrupt system long enough to be lured into corruption slowly, they would have to be bribed blatantly and quickly, which puts any would-be bribe-offerers at considerable risk.

None of this will happen of course, because we don’t have a Republic or even a Republican form of democracy.

What we have is a de facto dictatorship, and what we are really trying to get, for all practical purposes, is a benevolent dictator.

“4. Establish a “Truth and Reconciliation Commission” to declassify and publish all documents on the deep state’s spying, censorship, and corruption.”

___________

If that commission is run by politicians, by the criminals within the system, then it’s just more of the fox guarding the hen house.

We don’t need another commission, what we need is a presidential order executed by men with guns marching into the headquarters of every agency that refuses to release documents immediately.

Barb Meier

Ivan Raiklin explained how that would work, didn’t he? He might have called it retribution but it made a lot of sense to me at the time. It was for prosecuting all those who have been foisting lies and treason at our doors.

scott467

Sounds good in theory, but who will do the prosecuting?

And how many years will that take?

In the meantime, the public remains in the dark and the documents remain hidden.

Ultimately, nothing happens without force.

Government has a monopoly on violence.

………………
Monopoly on violence
In political philosophy, a monopoly on violence or monopoly on the legal use of force is the property of a polity that is the only entity in its jurisdiction to legitimately use force, and thus the supreme authority of that area. — Wiki
………………

The only practical solution I am aware of, is for the lawfully operating segment of government (which would be the executive branch, when Trump is inaugurated) to exercise that monopoly on violence against the lawless segments of the vast criminal organization known as the federal government.

The court system was never designed to deal with the takeover of government by foreign drug cartels, or equivalent foreign and domestic traitors.

EXCLUSIVE: At Least 280 Military Lawyers Scrutinize US Military Operations, Often In Real Time

…The number appears to be the first comprehensive compilation of the number of lawyers assigned at the headquarter levels. They provide often real-time legal advice to military commanders about the “laws of war” and rules of engagement for all U.S. military strikes, counter-terror operations and rescue missions.

Critics have charged that, as the number of lawyers in the military has swelled, lawyers are trumping commanders about military strategy and operations. Others contend that the growth in military lawyers reflects the risk-adverse nature of the Obama administration on military matters.

The 280 lawyers do not include attorneys assigned at or below the battalion level. The figure also excludes lawyers or judges who oversee criminal acts committed by uniformed personnel under the Uniform Code of Military Justice….

So there are THOUSANDS….

Scott I am going to add AMERICA FIRST LEGAL
(A lot of Trump’s former admin)

This is what they are up to now. Remember CISA told Trump and the American public that 2020 was the most secure election EVAH?

January 22, 2024
BOMBSHELL DOCUMENTS – America First Legal Lawsuit Reveals CISA Knew About Mail-in Voting Risks in 2020 While Censoring Related Narratives as ‘Disinformation’

“WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal (AFL) released new documents from its lawsuit against the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) for records from its Mis-, Dis-, and Malinformation (MDM) team regarding the 2020 election. Reinforcing AFL’s prior findings of federal election interference, the new documents reveal that:

CISA knew mail-in and absentee voting are less secure than in-person (i.e., verified voting) voting, confirming warnings by former President Trump and others of increased fraud, and shared these concerns with mainstream media outlets during an unclassified “media tour” the Friday before the 2020 election. However, the mainstream media, having derided the notion that “vote by mail” was less secure than in-person voting, covered up the truth.CISA knew that there was no credible evidence to support the claim that in-person voting would spread COVID-19. Yet, it covered up the truth and supported mass vote-by-mail schemes.CISA relied upon Deloitte, an accounting and consulting firm, to gather disinformation “narratives” regarding vote-by-mail across social media for the purpose of monitoring and censorship.CISA Confirms Mass “Vote-by-Mail” Schemes Create Election Integrity Risks

By September 2020, CISA was aware that the evidence established that in-person voting did not increase the spread of COVID-19. CISA was also aware that mass “vote-by-mail” schemes posed “major challenges,” including “the process of mailing and returning ballots,” the “high numbers of improperly completed ballots (figures not yet released),” and “the shortage of personnel to process ballots in a prompt manner.”...”

It would be easier and more effective to expose the fake news industry. Show the American people how all mainstream news media is owned by approximately 6 corporations.

Show how those corporations are all working together, pushing the same political narratives and hiding the same real news from the People.

Classify it as a monopoly and break up the ownership from 6 companies to hundreds of individual companies competing against each other.

Prosecute everyone in fake news under the RICO Act and for Treason.

DeSantis Will Bounce Back

The MAGA faithful used to love DeSantis until he became an impediment to Trump’s reelection bid, but now many of them will soon claim they never stopped loving him.

No. The MAGA faithful know that he’s a Sea Islander, sponsored by the big banks and hedge funds. If that makes no sense at American Greatness, their heads are still in the sand.

________

They can’t possibly pretend not to understand Sea Island, Georgia and Rhonda’s role, and still have any credibility at all.

SD can’t be the only person doing extensive coverage of the subject, and even if he was, what are the people at ‘American Greatness’ going to do, claim they’ve never heard of CTH and no one in their Ivory Tower has ever brought CTH, or SD’s reporting on Sea Island, to their attention?

If they are really so isolated and cocooned within the establishment, then of what value are they to anyone outside their echo chamber?

More probably, they’re like every other ‘conservative’ grifter outlet, owned by the same interests that own Cruz, Rubio, Haley, Rhonda, etc.

And that would explain why they’re shilling for Rhonda and his political future right now.

What the Constitution actually says:

Article IV Section 4

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

Article I section 1 Clause 3

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, 👉unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

The last 2 sentences of the letter for those who can not see it:

…The Failure of the Bidden Administration to fulfill the duties imposed by Article IV sect 4 has triggered Article 1 Sect 10 Clause 3, which reserves to this State the right of self-defense. For these reasons, I have already declared an invasion umder Article 1 Sect 10 Clause 3 to invoke Texas’s constitutional authority to defend and protect itself. That authority is the supreme law of the land and supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary. The Texas National Guard, the Texas Department of Public Safety and other Texas personnel are acting on that authority, as well as state law, to secure the Texas border.

I think Abbot just nailed the Biden ass to the wall.

And a hundred and eighty were challenged by Travis to die
By the line that he drew with his sword when the battle was near
Any man that would fight to the death crossed over
But him that would live, fly better
And over the line went a hundred and seventy nine
Hey Santa Anna, we’re killing your soldiers below!
That men, wherever they go, will remember the Alamo
Bowie lay dying, but his powder was ready and dry
Flat on his back, Bowie killed him a few in reply
And young David Crockett was singing and laughing
With gallantry fears in his eyes
For God and for freedom, a man more than willing to die

Hey Santa Anna, we’re killing your soldiers below!
That men, wherever they go, will remember the Alamo
And then they sent a young scout from the battlements, bloody and loud
With the words of farewell from a garrison valiant and proud
‘Grieve not little darling, my dying, if Texas is sovereign and free
We’ll never surrender and always be with freedom
Hey Santa Anna, we’re killing your soldiers below!
That men, wherever they go will remember the Alamo

By george, I think the last Firefox rev may have addressed memory hogging.

Since it was applied, I’m showing 75% memory use and 40% cache use, when these have both been normally pegged.

If there had been a kernel upgrade, or some sort of memory system upgrade, I would think that might be the driver of the improvement…..but the only recent change was Firefox.

[Going back to its time-shared minicomputer roots, Linux is pretty lackadaisical about memory usage. In fact, it is not unusual for it to load a bunch of programs into memory during startup that only might be used, because it’s usually pretty easy to toss a program out and replace it with something more immediately useful. Browsers, however, are infamous for grabbing memory all the time — whenever you open a tab or it has an embed — and squealing like a stuck pig about giving it back (what do you mean, nobody has viewed that tab in six weeks?). This not only messes up browser performance, but can also compromise the system. If Firefox has decided to “play nice” on memory, this is likely a big gain.]

…I guess we’ve given the Deep State cabal a bit too much credit over the years for being the masterminds of the most powerful and subversive criminal organization in world history.

Either patriots are in much more firm control of the Narrative than some believe, or we’ve been dealing with much lesser custodians of the work of far greater masters.

Or maybe it’s a bit of both.” — Burning Bright

I think we are “…dealing with much lesser custodians of the work of far greater masters….”

I am going to try and put into words some of the observations I have made over the years.

First you have INBREEDING. We know the European Royals had a major problem with inbreeding. They are all related. This is why Queen Elizabeth FORCED Chuckles into marrying Diana — OUT BREEDING — In hopes of bring in better ‘blood’ I really wonder what Chuckles actual IQ is.

‘King Charles is even more stupid than even he predicted’ – ANDREW BOLT (Aussie) 7 minutes

Then you have the problem of a very dominant parent (read abusive) driving away the strong and intelligent children leaving only the weak and submissive (and stupid) who Kowtow to their parent. I saw that play out a few times in real life when I lived in Westchester.

Also you have the neglect. I worked at a camp where the kids were from very rich families. The kids were shuffled from boarding school to camp and back again. Those kids were very maladjusted from not being loved.

Last you have ISOLATED FROM REALITY. They go from their private schools to private camps to top corporation or government jobs where they are expected to do NOTHING constructive.

This is very different from the way Trump raised his kids. They were all expected to LEARN the construction trades from the ground up including how to drive a bulldozer.

The Delusions of Davos and Dubai – Part One Achieving Universal Energy Security
I only skimmed this article but I noticed this:

“….The technological state of the global energy economy today is such that 60 percent of the energy we put into the system is lost….”
Hubby and I talked about this the other day.

This is what the US government says:
How much electricity is lost in electricity transmission and distribution in the United States?

The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates that annual electricity transmission and distribution (T&D) losses averaged about 5% of the electricity transmitted and distributed in the United States in 2018 through 2022.

The culprit, in the eyes of the Greens, is the internal combustion engine:

An accompanying graphic notes that a gas engine alone loses 68 to 72 percent of the total power in things like friction (3 percent) and pumping losses (4 percent). Heat losses through the radiator and the tailpipe add up to 58 to 62 percent of the total losses while driving a gasoline-powered car. Another 4 to 6 percent is lost to parasitic engine loads such as water, fuel, and oil pumps.

greencarreports.com

Fact of the week: Internal combustion cars still waste 70 to 88 percent of energy

A mathematical calculation:
https://x-engineer.org/mechanical-efficiency-friction-mean-effective-pressure-fmep/

…..

What I find interesting was the fact I was dating a mechanical Engineer (PhD) in the early 1980s. He took me out to dinner to celebrate. He was all excited because an experiment he was part of yielded 50 MPH+ on an experimental car they had built. It was an 8 cylinder and had the off the shelf full size body of a 1980s model… Remember these cars got ~12 MPG.

It’s (Still) Not The Economy, Stupid
Another FAIL by American Greatness.

…The answer, most simply, is that we have moved into a brave new world when it comes to political priorities. 👉Gone is the era where voters dutifully voted based on their bank accounts, tax returns, or grocery payments; here to stay is the era where voters vote based on feelings, preferring issues that tug on the heartstrings, eliciting emotions such as sadness or anger. The era of “facts don’t care about your feelings” is out,” and the era of “feelings don’t care about your facts” is in….

October 2020: Eight MILLION Americans have slipped into poverty since May as pandemic wreaks havoc on livelihoods in the US 👉with more than 55 million now earning less than $26,500 a year
Here are 10 short statistics about poverty rates in the United States in 2024:

  • The poverty rate in the US is currently at 12.7%.
  • Over 38 million Americans live below the poverty line.
  • Children make up 18.5% of the total population living in poverty.
  • More than half of all children living in poverty come from single-parent households.
  • Women are more likely to experience poverty than men.
  • Minorities, particularly African Americans and Hispanics, have higher poverty rates compared to white Americans.
  • Rural areas have higher poverty rates than urban areas.
  • Education plays a significant role in poverty rates, with those without a high school diploma being more likely to live in poverty.
  • Healthcare costs contribute to poverty, as many low-income individuals struggle to afford medical expenses.

guy qualifies in the 9th position to win a $15,000 grant for farmland in MN–only to be placed at the back of the line because he is a white male. he files a lawsuit.

A Northern Minnesota farmer claims his race and sex placed him at the back of the line to receive a $15,000 grant for aspiring farmers to buy farmland.

The case is Lance Nistler v. Walz, et al., filed in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota with pro-bono help from the nonprofit Pacific Legal Foundation.

The complaint says Lance Nistler was picked 9th out of 176 people in the grant lottery and met all eligibility requirements but was placed at the back of the list because the program prioritizes “emerging farmers” when awarding funds.

“Emerging farmers” are farmers who can be categorized as racial minorities, women, or young, urban, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.

The lawsuit says the state first awards grants to all these groups and any remaining funding may be awarded to non-emerging farmer applicants in the order of their lottery placement.

Nistler wanted to use the program, which offers up to $15,000 in grant funds to buy 40 acres of farmland in Beltrami County, Minnesota, to grow soybeans, oats and wheat.

In 2023, The Minnesota Legislature appropriated $500,000 to create a grant program for eligible small farmers to receive up to $15,000 to buy farmland. Eligible residents must be Minnesota residents earning less than $250,000 annually in gross agricultural sales, provide the majority of day-to-day labor on the farm they planned to buy for at least five years and not have previously owned farmland.

The lawsuit also targets Agriculture Commissioner Thom Petersen. Gov. Tim Walz’s office hasn’t yet responded to a request for comment.

Pacific Legal Foundation Attorney Andrew Quinio said the program’s design is “unfair.”

“Minnesota believes Lance Nistler is less deserving of a farm because he has the wrong skin color and sex,” Quinio said in a statement. “It is unfair for the government to advantage or disadvantage anyone for benefits based on immutable characteristics like race and sex. Lance Nistler seeks to be treated equally with any other prospective farmer.”

I can’t see trannies, rainbow people, furries and other degenerates fighting. Nor can I see wine-sipping, sandal-wearing university types engaging in war. Nor those who are afraid of guns. Nor those who rely on the government for everything.

pgroup2

You obviously have little experience with drag queens and run-of-the-mill queers. I lived in Hollywood for years and I can attest that queens LOVE to fight and generally it’s only the pansy queers who eschew brawling.

Aubergine

Yeah, well, hair-pulling, and scratching don’t count.

I’m little, and I know it. So my goal is to immediately disable any attacker. A throat-punch or a broken nose is where I’m going.

pgroup2

That ruins all the entertainment value. Like a boxing match where the title holder gets knocked out in the first round.

Gail Combs

Forget the throat, I go for the crotch…

Aubergine

Lol.

mollypitcher5

I can give you a real life story. Years ago my brother and a group of good ole boys went to a drag show at a local bar. For the hell of it they invited the queens to drink with them. It wasn’t long before the drag entertainers were having an all out brawl.
Just because they wear women’s clothes and makeup..they’re men, not sissy men, men.
A ton of antifa are hardcore fighters that also lean into cross dressing

mollypitcher5

How common is domestic violence in the LGBTQIA community?
However, the 2010 National Intimate Partner Violence and Sexual Violence Survey found that 44% of lesbian women, 61% of bisexual women, 26% of gay men, and 37% of bisexual men experience domestic violence by an intimate partner at some point in their lives. 1 One study shows that 30-50% ~~~~~~

Only to point out that they can have a tendency for physical violence

pgroup2

I’m telling you – it’s a feature of the lifestyle, not a bug.

mollypitcher5

Yep . That study was way back in 2010. Now that so many of them have been taking hormones like candy and having major surgeries with even more drugs…and they’re cracked in the head

This is one of the organizations facilitating the invasion of our country. Guess who sat on their board before our illegitimate president appointed and senate confirmed…no other than Mayorkas.
https://hias.org/statements/hias-congratulates-board-member-alejandro-mayorkas-dhs-nomination/
HIAS congratulates Board Member Alejandro Mayorkas on being named by President-Elect Joe Biden to be the new secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. If confirmed, Mayorkas would be the first Latino to head the department that implements and manages U.S. immigration policies.
A Cuban-born immigrant who arrived in the United States with his parents as a refugee, Mayorkas served as deputy secretary of Homeland Security from 2013 to 2016 and was director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services during President Obama’s first term. Mayorkas was also a primary architect of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, program.

how does joe seize control of the NG of Texas?

kalbokalbs

Just say, NO. Briben, GO FUCK YOURSELF. Enough IS Enough.

Gail Combs

IIRC you need the CONGRESS to declare WAR before the President can call up National guard.

Remember POTUS Trump did not have the power to put Nat’l guard troops in DC it was Pigloose who had that power.

kalbokalbs

IIRC.

Many governors REFSED to support Trump’s request for National Guard during his four years. Some that did allow National Guard, restricted what they could AND could NOT do.

Aubergine

AND when DC had Guardsmen there because they were faking being “afraid” of “insurrection,” some Governors called theirs home. Montana was among them, as was Texas:

https://www.politico.com/news/2021/01/23/national-guard-troops-dc-461597

PAVACA

IMO, since the President of the United States, as Commander-in-Chief, is ALSO that of the National Guard, “President Biden” can attempt to take control of the Texas National Guard and issue an order for the Texas National Guard to cease and desist any activity that was ordered by Gov. Abbott.
In other words, “President Biden”, as Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard, can attempt to override an order by Gov. Abbott to deploy National Guard troops at the Texas border, and substitute orders from the President.
(per Wikipedia “National Guard (United States)”)

I’ve been trying to get clarity on who controls the National Guard. Yes, it is part of the militia and the armed forces of the United States, but I think it is under the control of governors unless the federal government takes over as, for example, in times of war.

It seems to me that it is as Gov. Abbott stated, a basic Constitutional issue of a state (or the states) being invaded and the federal government not only not protecting the states, but enabling the invasion. So who will uphold the Constitution? If SCOTUS doesn’t do so, I think we are headed for war of some kind.

pgroup2

Well, there’s lots of cops in Texas. SlowJoe can’t do anything about them.

Gail Combs

AND all those Nat’l Guard troops can resign and get deputized by the local sheriff.

254 counties in Texas.

  • Roughly 22,000,000 Texans outside of big cities (Dallas, Houston, Austin…)

Wiki

The U.S. state of Texas is divided into 254 counties, more than any other U.S. state. While only about 20% of Texas counties are generally located within the Houston—Dallas—San Antonio—Austin areas, they serve a majority of the state’s population with approximately 22,000,000 inhabitants.

I read King’s books for years, from my teen years. I can tell you there was a marked change in his writing post his hit-and-run accident injury.

I have wondered if, while he was hospitalized, they did something to him, or if it was just the trauma of it all.

Either way, post-accident his writing was very different, and after a couple of books I gave him up.

I thought you would like to know that I have been working to slip Coconut oil and Lion’s Mane into Hubby’s food for the last weeks. His balance has really improved!

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”

Genesis 1:1 (KJV)

Thank You, Jesus, for blessings received and prayers answered !!!

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

The nation’s top public health agency did not send an alert on COVID-19 vaccines and heart inflammation because officials were concerned they would cause panic, according to an email obtained by The Epoch Times.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in 2021 drafted an alert for heart inflammation, or myocarditis, and the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. Officials prepared to release it to the public, taking steps including having the agency’s director review the language, internal documents show.
The alert would have been sent through the CDC’s Health Alert System (HAN) network, which goes to state and local officials, as well as doctors, across the country.
The alert was never sent.

‘ The Socialist Revolution in the US cannot take place because there are too many small independent farmers there. Those people are the stability factor. We here in Russia must hurry while our government is stupid enough to not encourage and support the independent farmership.’

 V. Lenin, the founder of the Russian revolution

Gail Combs

Just Human mentioned this but he called it a PLOT based on the Inspector General’s Report.
I was not aware that this had happened.

Now add in Ivan Raiklin’s info that Jan 6th was all plotted by Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy

Pentagon announces review into safety of the ‘nuclear football’ after Capitol rioters got within 100ft of Pence on January 6 and officer carrying briefcase was involved in a ‘scuffle’ in Beijing in 2017

  • Department of Defense announced an evaluation of the so-called ‘nuclear football’ and the procedures in case it is lost, stolen or compromised
  • The Pentagon’s Inspector General revealed there would be a review of the Presidential Emergency Satchel, which carries the nuclear codes
  • Nuclear football follows president where ever he goes and a backup one travels with the vice president
  • There was concerns the codes could have been compromised during the January 6th MAGA riot, when the mob got close to Mike Pence
  • Footage from the day showed Pence, his family, Secret Service agents and the military officer holding the ‘football’ running to safety
TheseTruths

I don’t know how it works in detail, but this paragraph seems to indicate that the codes can be remotely deactivated and new ones activated.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_football

If the outgoing president is not present at the inauguration – as happened in 2021 when Donald Trump did not attend the inauguration of Joe Biden but stayed in Florida[citation needed] – one football is kept with him and remains active until 11:59:59 AM on inauguration day. After that point, the now-former president is denied access to the football, its codes are automatically deactivated, and the aide carrying the football returns to Washington, D.C. In the meantime, the incoming president receives one of the spare footballs at the pre-inauguration nuclear briefing, as well as a “biscuit” with codes that become active at 12:00:00 PM.[24]

Of course it’s important that the codes not become compromised, and there’s probably more to resetting the codes than just pressing a few buttons.

Gail Combs

Remember this was Jan 6th not Jan 20th.

Sounds like MORE of Piglosi’s planning to smear MAGA.

A judge in Georgia had previously disqualified Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from a case related to the 2020 election due to political bias.
The development coincides with mounting scrutiny on Willis following revelations in a court filing earlier this month that she is romantically involved with Nathan Wade, a special prosecutor she enlisted to assist with her RICO case against former President Donald Trump.

As per NBC News, Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney prohibited Willis from prosecuting a case against Georgia state Sen. Burt Jones, who was a candidate for lieutenant governor at the time. Peter Navarro was one of Trump’s top aides.

We’ve had constitutional executive privilege for 250 years, going back to George Washington.

So Presidents can get candid advice from their aides without fear they will get hauled before Congress—and especially not get thrown in prison.

The destruction of constitutional executive privilege—by Biden, his Justice Department, House Democrats, and a DC Obama judge—to get Trump is short-sighted and highly destructive to the presidency.

Especially as they ignore Biden’s blatant foreign corruption and Hunter’s own blatant contempt of Congress.

Today’s 4-month prison sentence of Peter Navarro by a DC Obama judge may cheer Trump’s political enemies.

But it may come back to bite them after January 20, 2025.

OH NO!!! I hope Dr Navarro will be alright!

James O’Keefe: DC SWAMP EXPOSED. PART 1 – D.C. Blackmail:

A Capitol Hill intern reveals how members of Congress are coerced to vote a certain way through blackmail and extortion after affairs & sex parties: “Cawthorn wasn’t lying neither”

O’Keefe Media Group founder James O’Keefe has discovered that nothing is as it seems when it comes to Congress Members’ voting patterns, the staffers they hire, or their activity outside of Congress.

Meet Titus Warren, a Democrat working for Republicans in Congress. These Republicans do not care about Warren’s political views or the potential of him tipping off the other side. In fact, Titus states that he “loves” Nancy Pelosi and believes that Donald Trump “needs to die.”

Still, his employers don’t seem to care how he thinks. While Titus says he keeps these details to himself, he is “sure” that his boss knows his political views, considering the fact that a photo of Nancy Pelosi sits proudly on Titus’ desk.

“Every time I see her, or we run into each other, you know, sometimes I’ll even go into her office, then I’ll just go in her candy bowl,” said Titus before confirming that Pelosi knows him and “loves” him as he “loves” her.

Titus also boasted that he gets to attend “a lot of embassies and a lot of events at the White House” and that he loves Joe Biden.

When asked how Republican constituents might respond to his viewpoints, Titus said, “If they do [care], they can kiss the crack of my ass because I don’t care.”

What’s worse is that most Congressmen in D.C. don’t actually think for themselves but rely on staffers like Titus and their advisors to guide them in decision-making. Or they rely on outside influences, such as blackmail, which uses their sexual wrongdoings while “serving” the American people.

Titus was able to provide us with good intel on the inner workings of Congress and how members of both parties are coerced to vote a certain way through what he called a vote “suggestion.” But these so-called suggestions aren’t suggestions at all; they are much more nefarious ways of blackmailing members of Congress who have engaged in affairs on their spouses or downright sex parties with other members, according to Titus. “There’s a lot of things that I see with my own eyes,” he told James O’Keefe.

“Madison Cawthorn wasn’t lying neither,” said Titus as he explained that most Congress Members are married, but “they have affairs with other congresspeople… And they have like parties and stuff.” Titus then confirmed that these alleged parties get “hot and heavy.”

Though he said he’s never gone to one of these parties or been invited, Titus contends “that is a fact” and an open secret. “It happens a lot more than people think,” he noted before telling us that he thought it was a fiction or a “joke” before he began working in Congress.

“A majority of members that come late are 9/10 times hungover from the [sex parties] the night before,” Titus added.

These parties are then used to gain leverage over the officials to pressure them to vote for the Swamp’s preferred policy and against unfavorable policy.

But this leverage is not only used to change votes in Congress. It seemingly applies to election season, too, as Titus explains, “If you ever run for office, and you’ve been where I am, you would use that as leverage to win your campaign.”

As reported by The Gateway Pundit, Madison Cawthorn revealed in March 2022 that he was invited to a “sexual get-together” or an “orgy” at a D.C. elite’s home. He also alleged that “some of the people leading on the movement to try and remove addiction in our country” were often doing cocaine right in front of him. This caused a stir within the House of Representatives. Cawthorn was then smeared as a liar, threatened with consequences by then-Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, and removed from Congress in the next election.

We reached out to Madison Cawthorn for his reaction to Titus’ bombshell assertions:

CAWTHORN: “Well, I mean, I’ve never been to a party like this; I got invited to them. My instant reaction to that is, you know, especially the blackmail piece that it seemed like this individual was talking about in this piece, that’s something that I experienced firsthand. It’s kind of a laden threat. It’s kind of just an understood thing in Washington. It’s not something that’s ever really said to you, but it’s well known that people can always have leverage points on you.” “People only want to put you in compromising situations so that they can have leverage over you so they can control your vote.”

Titus said the media either does not know about this blackmail scheme or “they’re not allowed to run these stories.” It would seem more likely the latter.

Titus further related this sexual conduct in Congress to former Democrat Staffer Aidan Maese-Czeropski, who was terminated by Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD) after the staffer’s hardcore gay sex tape filmed in the Hart Senate Office Building surfaced. “That actually did not happen the day it came out,” said Titus, indicating that the sex tape was filmed months earlier and used as leverage against Senator Cardin or Aidan Maese-Czeropski.

When asked if he feels guilty about what he sees in Congress or being a secret Democrat working in a Republican office, Titus responded, “I get my check, and I’m good,” while stipulating his lust for buying expensive items such as Louis Vuitton handbags and fashion accessories from other high-end stores like Chanel. “All my money that I’m saving now is for me to go to the Hamptons every weekend of the Summer.” While shopping at Burberry and David Yurman, two high-end fashion stores in Washington, D.C., Titus told us more about the D.C. sex parties, saying, “It’s not a conspiracy.” He continued, “It most definitely happens. And It’s normal.”

Surprisingly, when asked outside of the jewelry store, David Yurman, Titus did not recognize James O’Keefe or realize that everything he told us was being recorded.

This is a major problem.

John Adams:

While our country remains untainted with the principles and manners which are now producing desolation in so many parts of the world; while she continues sincere, and incapable of insidious and impious policy, we shall have the strongest reason to rejoice in the local destination assigned us by Providence. But should the people of America once become capable of that deep simulation towards one another, and towards foreign nations, which assumes the language of justice and moderation while it is practising iniquity and extravagance, and displays [229] in the most captivating manner the charming pictures of candor, frankness, and sincerity, while it is rioting in rapine and insolence, this country will be the most miserable habitation in the world; because we have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

At the end of the Devolution Power Hour there is a 2 minute Green Star video.
@ 2:33:16 It is about a Qatar Attack on Ted Cruz called Project Endgame. It is run by ‘EX’ CIA agent

Worth the few minutes to watch. There are several pages of readable material shown.

https://rumble.com/v48ynaw-devolution-power-hour-217-1030-pm-et-.html

This covert endeavor involved surveillance of Senators Ted Cruz and Tom Cotton, among others, and was orchestrated by Global Risk Advisors (GRA), led by ex-CIA agent Kevin Chalker.

The operation, dubbed “Project Endgame,” aimed to discredit U.S. politicians critical of Qatar’s ties to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. The plan, emerging in 2017 and continuing until 2020, was expansive and well-funded. Qatar reportedly signed a $60 million deal with GRA for a three-year operation. GRA’s primary objective under “Project Endgame” was to thwart legislation in the U.S. that was unfavorable to Qatar, particularly targeting those who challenged the nation’s connections to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood…

As I stated yesterday this one will take awhile subject to your reading speed and how deep you want to go. I hope you find it worth reading about the backroom dealings, corruption and worse of some real people, places and events that helped shape what we see today that are not frequently referenced in the media or history books. There will be two parts about the Scoundrels before moving on to Heroes.

Horrible crime: At least 6 people found shot to death scattered at a remote desert

Currently an investigation is underway following the discovery of six people that were shot to death in a remote desert area in El Mirage, California. Multiple bloodied victims were found scattered about the ground with evidence markers and bullet casings surrounding them. Some bodies showed signs of burning. A dark-colored SUV, riddled with bullet holes and shattered windows, was on the scene, while a light-colored van faced the opposite direction, with unclear damage. No information about the victims’ identities has been released.

https://www.rga.org/republican-governors-ban-together-issue-joint-statement-supporting-texas-constitutional-right-self-defense/

25 Republican governors released the following joint statement in support of Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Texas’ constitutional right to self-defense.

The statement comes as the Biden Administration continues to attack Texas and refuses to take action or responsibility for the crisis at the Southern border.

“President Biden and his Administration have left Americans and our country completely vulnerable to unprecedented illegal immigration pouring across the Southern border. Instead of upholding the rule of law and securing the border, the Biden Administration has attacked and sued Texas for stepping up to protect American citizens from historic levels of illegal immigrants, deadly drugs like fentanyl, and terrorists entering our country.

“We stand in solidarity with our fellow Governor, Greg Abbott, and the State of Texas in utilizing every tool and strategy, including razor wire fences, to secure the border. We do it in part because the Biden Administration is refusing to enforce immigration laws already on the books and is illegally allowing mass parole across America of migrants who entered our country illegally.

“The authors of the U.S. Constitution made clear that in times like this, states have a right of self-defense, under Article 4, Section 4 and Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution. Because the Biden Administration has abdicated its constitutional compact duties to the states, Texas has every legal justification to protect the sovereignty of our states and our nation.”

Signatories include: Governor Kay Ivey (AL), Governor Mike Dunleavy (AK), Governor Sarah Sanders (AR), Governor Ron DeSantis (FL), Governor Brian Kemp (GA), Governor Brad Little (ID), Governor Eric Holcomb (IN), Governor Kim Reynolds (IA), Governor Jeff Landry (LA), Governor Tate Reeves (MS), Governor Mike Parson (MO), Governor Greg Gianforte (MT), Governor Jim Pillen (NE), Governor Joe Lombardo (NV), Governor Chris Sununu (NH), Governor Doug Burgum (ND), Governor Mike DeWine (OH), Governor Kevin Stitt (OK), Governor Henry McMaster (SC), Governor Kristi Noem (SD), Governor Bill Lee (TN), Governor Spencer Cox (UT), Governor Glenn Youngkin (VA), Governor Jim Justice (WV), and Governor Mark Gordon (WY).

Here’s weird story

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/nyc-democrat-asks-for-answers-as-migrants-claim-towed-cars/ss-BB1

Assemblywoman Jamie Williams, who represents a part of Brooklyn, recorded a video that showed several vehicles being towed toward the migrant center. The cars were left out front, and it was later learned that the migrants claimed them as their own.

The Assemblywoman called for answers, as these vehicles seemed to be far above the means of any regular American. She wondered if these migrants had more resources than the typical American and called on authorities to investigate the source of the vehicles.

To further raise questions from the Assemblywoman, she noted that the towed cars had no license plates on them. She counted five vehicles of various makes and models, two of which were SUVs and one a pickup truck.

The Assemblywoman demanded answers from elected officials about why these vehicles were being towed and left out in front of this building. While she doesn’t come out and say it, she alludes that these vehicles may be the result of illegal actions.

In this case, the massive influx of migrants comes from moving them from border cities. The Assemblywoman says that many of her constituents don’t feel safe in their own neighborhoods because of the new arrivals.

Assemblywoman Williams claimed that the movement and housing of immigrants within New York City was an abuse of taxpayer dollars. She argued that each taxpaying citizen should know what’s being done with their money.

The lack of transparency was one of her primary concerns with the migrant issue, with the Biden administration remaining silent on it. The lawlessness that is now happening in her district has made her question the wisdom of moving immigrants into such a place.
Assemblywoman Williams has raised this issue because her constituents feel threatened, and she sees it in her best interest to raise the issue, even if it goes against her party line.

Assemblywoman Williams has noted that despite the viral video she posted, no one in the mayor’s office has contacted her for comment. If anything, it proves to her that her own party is standing against her on this issue. However, the mayor is also under pressure from the migrant crisis.

Speaker Mike Johnson Offers Full Support to Governor Abbott to Protect State of Texas from Invasion

Aubergine

The only people not siding with Texas on this are MORONS.

Any fool who thinks that a state has to allow an invasion by whatever foreigner shows up on their border should just get the hell out of America, because they don’t understand the first thing about the Constitution and what was written for.

Think about it like this:

When the Constitution was ratified in 1788, Florida was still owned by Spain. It was until 1821. Does ANYBODY think that the State of Georgia would have been expected to just allow a takeover of its property by Spanish invaders from Florida? That the state wouldn’t have defended its borders? There was a lot of controversy about just the ownership of the land itself, and the boundaries of the state, even back then.

https://www.georgiaencyclopedia.org/articles/history-archaeology/boundaries-of-georgia/

If there had been murders by Spaniards in South Georgia, like there have been by illegal immigrants along our border today, there would have been militia out immediately to take care of business.

The Constitution was written during actual history, which people tend to forget. There was real stuff happening that resulted in the language included in it.
