Bean counters find a couple concepts within the “quality revolution” very attractive.
First because of the “Quality Revolution” a version of ISO was developed for the food industry. It was called HACCP and was published as an international standard in 1993 by Codex Alimentarius. In 1995 Mil Std 105 E was declared obsolete and in 1996 HACCP was adopted by the USA.
Pathogen Reduction/Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Systems rule, on July 25, 1996: Under the HACCP rule, industry is responsible for assessing potential food safety hazards and systematically preventing and controlling those hazards. Notice how this ruling has shifted the focus of audits, both government and private from testing for disease to the paperwork documenting the “Quality Management System”. Second rigorous incoming inspection has been drastically cut if not eliminated by the corporations receiving raw materials.
In 1987 the methods used by ‘Quality Leaders’ were quantified as a set of quality manufacturing standards called ISO 9000. I was one of the first to get training in ISO 9000 here in the USA. I was impressed by the first half of the presentation and during break started discussing what I had learned with my seat-mate. He was not at all impressed. He was originally from Russia, and he told me that the Soviet Union had used the same kind of system for years, and that and it generated paperwork, not quality. Twenty years later I, along with other quality professionals, agreed with him.

Allow me to point out that most of these FOIA-type state laws are for inspection of originals and copying if desired. THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT FOR THE GOVT TO COPY ORIGINALS. At best, the govt must provide a designated area with equipment in order for the requestor to copy the originals.
Example: a request is made for ballot envelopes. The govt is ONLY required to provide access to the originals and possibly one official to oversee the copying if desired. No oversight is required for merely examining the envelopes. The requestor can be required to make certain that the envelopes are kept in the same order in which they were stored.
A govt employee making copies is a choice of the govt, not the requirement of the law [in most cases]. The govt does the copy scam scheme so it can increase its budget allocation and also to conceal possible irregularities by setting the quality of the scanner to a lower d.p.i.
One thing that cannot be seen using only copies is the quality/color of the ink used for signatures and the handwriting characteristics of the signer [such as pressure used in making the signature, causing impressions in paper].
That is GREAT insight. Also they can PICK AND CHOOSE what they copy.

IMO, the “failure” of Trump’s first term was almost exclusively caused caused by the Republican Party.
1) They (Ryan et al.) supported him in no significant respect, either legislatively or rhetorically. Just the opposite. This was a huge impediment to many great things which could have been easily accomplished.
2) The Republicans (McConnell) in effect dictated to Trump the employment of traitors and shills. Those who needed confirmation had to go through McConnell. I also believe that Trump at first was being what he thought of as “reasonable” in agreeing to certain people. I do believe Trump underestimated the hatred and evil he faced, given his basic decency the lack of decency was just not fathomable early on.
Nonetheless, Trump had a highly successful first term, all the more admirable because of evil ankle-biters and liars who investigated him.
I am still reluctant to reach a judgment on Sessions, but his actions were objectively a grave disservice.

I believe Sessions, while a decent enough human being, was a coward. Like Jimmy Carter before him, he was too soft for his position.
One can be gentle on the outside, but without a stainless steel spine, a person has no business in a position of authority.
Sessions was given a specific role and did do quite a bit to unclog the logjam that was holding back taking out the lower levels of the human trafficking rings. There were a lot of headlines in 2017 about that.
Remember, this was the one man in all of the swamp who was known to be unbribable.
He also is one of the few Trump Administration veterans who did not write a tell all book. That alone is a mark in his favor.
When all is said and done, Jeff Sessions may well have done far more than is known at this point.

I believe that the mustard seed is always there — even if it’s been neglected or forgotten for years; even if it hasn’t been watered by faith for years; even if the person has turned away from the Almighty God.
All it takes for the mustard seed to re-awaken and grow is for the person to recognize that the Almighty God IS; that transgressions, once acknowledged and confessed to the Almighty God WILL be forgiven by Him; once the person commits to living a cleaner life based on Belief.

Add to the restaurant closures with 100 Red Lobsters announced yesterday. I have even noticed customer traffic down in the good independents and chains around here in tourist country. Notice all the auto companies now begging for business since interest rates have gone up? That is what really makes me angry. We did petting farm in all black neighborhoods. The kids thought goats and sheep were DOGS! ‘Them Dogs gonna bite me?’
It was really sad.
Even worse I was in the process of taking a very large trailer and converting it into a ‘show & tell’ for schools.
I had fiber animals including angora rabbits, cashmere & angora goats, wool sheep and even an alpaca. I had clothes made from each type of fiber. I had examples of the different wools plus cotton as it came from the field, a spinning wheel and several hand spinning Drop Spindles for the kids to try their hand at making yarn.
Crochet hooks and knitting needles and even small looms to demonstrate weaving.

Want to help save the monarch butterflies? Plant milkweed. I had bloodflowers, which is the herb/annual milkweed last year, and two out of five caterpillars to pupate. They were gorgeous. So, trying again this year, but haven’t seen any monarchs yet. No swallowtails, either, but it’s been cold and rainy here.

For whatever reason, platinum is on the move, $1069.00 as of right now, with palladium up too (but not as much) at $1030.00. So for the first time in years platinum costs more than palladium. Maybe the platinum sale is starting to end?

Silver has moved bigtime as well, breaking $29 again at 29.36.
Gold is again approaching $2400 at 2379.30.
Precious metals are coming closer to telling the truth about inflation. These prices appear attractive at first glance but the PMs are actually much more valuable than this.
Silver is worth at least $60 and gold is worth at least $7500, in today’s dollars.
Even just looking at the dollar prices and assuming gold is (largely, long term) constant and it’s the dollar going down, we have:
The dollar defined as 20.67 = 1 ozt before FDR changed it to 35= 1ozt.
Gives us a Dollar Suckage Index (DSI) of 115.109. In other words a pre 1933 dollar is worth 115.109 of today’s dollars.
I know this market is manipulated, but how badly? Can they do more than pump-and-dump? Can they hold it well under true value, year after year after year? If so, then eventually they will run out of the ability to do that.
Incidentally if silver is worth at least $60 and gold at least $7500 that implies a gold/silver ratio of 125…which would be the highest in history.
I do occasionally run across someone who thinks that the ratio should be 15:1 and that therefore silver is MUCH more undervalued than gold, apparently simply because it was at that ratio in the mid 1800s. But the fact of the matter is that ratio began dropping well before the Fed was created; a byproduct of that was the “free silver” movement. In the very early days of the Republic, people could simply bring their gold and silver to the mint and they’d coin it, free of charge (unless you wanted your coins right now; those would be from someone else’s silver brought in earlier). This was considered a public service by the federal government.
But in the early days of the Republic the gold/silver ratio was 14.5:1. When it shifted to 15, we had problems (and our gold got melted so much gold coins from before 1834 are prizes). We adjusted the composition of the gold to reflect the new ratio, but then gold dropped relative to silver thanks to the California gold rush, and we at that point gave up trying to keep the two metals at their real ratios; we dropped the weight of silver not just to equalize them (so that ten dollars face value in silver would match ten dollars face value in gold, even after you melted the coins), but so that the silver would be worth less than the face value.
At that point we could no longer just mint people’s silver for them; the government had to carefully decide how much silver it could make and yet have full backing for it (instead of the partial backing from the metal content). As silver then began to drop in value relative to gold…getting way off the 15:1 ratio, silver coins’ metal content became worth much less than their face value, but political movements wanted to permit people to freely coin silver. (This would have been inflationary as hell.) We were effectively on a gold standard and that mostly kept us honest. (The civil war being a glaring exception, but even then we made it right, eventually.)
Although I have no doubt the metals are undervalued, I find it hard to believe that silver is only worth 1/125 of gold. So I doubt some of your numbers.
This is a chart I did the first year of Obummer’s occupation of the White House. The typical American CEO is not about to take a pay cut, so he is actually paid five times MORE in “buying power” compared to 1976 while the rest of us are now paid a third of what we were paid in 1976. The price of gold indicates the steady devaluation of the US dollar as it’s purchasing power is diluted by the ever increasing supply of fiat money.

Not necessarily completely wrong. OK, I disagree with that Au/Ag price ratio, but the rest? 60 bucks for silver? Maybe! I find that believable actually. My gut says maybe gold should be at about $5K but that opinion is worth less than you just paid me for it.

Dr. Robert Redfield APPROVED and SIGNED OFF ON the “recommendations” of the CDC’s ACIP committee (Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.)
The ACIP committee is the one who makes recommendations regarding vaccines and other injectable drugs. These recommendations are reviewed by the director of the CDC, who then either signs off on them, or rejects them. If the CDC director signs off on the ACIP committee recommendations, they are sent to the FDA, which then usually also signs off on them and puts the into implementation.
IMO, THIS WHOLE D@MN CDC / FDA PROCESS TO GRANT THE PFIZER-BIONTECH modRNA COVID-19 “VACCINE” BNT162b2 AND THE MODERNA modRNA COVID-19 “VACCINE” mRNA-1273 THEIR INITIAL EUAs FOR USE IN THE UNITED STATES WAS A CHARADE FROM START TO FINISH.
The push to grant EUAs for these “vaccines” really began BACK IN AUGUST – SEPTEMBER 2020.
Pfizer-BioNTech CHANGED their “Process 1” method of manufacturing BNT162b2 to “Process 2” AROUND AUGUST 2020, starting to use the “Process 2” on ONLY 250 clinical trial subjects. Pfizer-BioNTech informed the FDA that the company was going to change their manufacturing method for BNT162b2, but the FDA NEVER QUESTIONED WHY.
Pfizer-BioNTech provided ONLY 6 MONTHS’ worth of data to the FDA regarding BNT162b2 in early November 2020 from the company’s huge C4591001 COVID-19 “vaccine candidates” clinical trial. But the FDA NEVER QUESTIONED WHY.
It was Dr. Robert Redfield’s DUTY to thoroughly investigate BNT162b2 and mRNA-1273 BEFORE he signed off on these products in December 2020. As far as Yours Truly can find, he did NOT.
**** It appears that the crucial ACIP committee meeting of 23 November 2020 was the deciding one to “recommend” to the FDA that BNT162b2 and mRNA-1273 be given EUAs.
HOWEVER, the CDC document below has numerous items indicating that:
The clinical trials for these “vaccines” were INCOMPLETE (Phase iii only), AND that DATA was reported on FEWER than 200 clinical trials subjects.

One day I was eating a fast food lunch (I know, naughty!), and a guy rode a BULL through the parking lot! I was cracking up.
I had the honor of riding a long horn. Seems I get ‘invited’ to ride various animals so friendly competitors can get photos for brochures. So far I have been on mules, camels, elephants and a long horn steer.
Just as long as they didn’t have you ride a Brahma bull into town with “yes” and “no” painted on its butt-cheeks.
The first time I saw Blazing Saddles was when it came out in the theater in 1974. My parents took me. I was probably around 12.
My folks had a drastically different idea about sheltering me from potentially upsetting material. I remember when my mom went down to the library after a librarian tried to steer me towards the childrens’ books section — they never tried that again.
With me, it was probably the only thing they could do. I was inquisitive enough to have discovered things in short order, and trying to withhold information would only have denied me any semblance of context.
Actually it is a steer. Take a look, the animal is like Congress NO BALLS!
