A Caution
Just remember…we might replace the RINO candidates. (Or we might not. The record is mixed even though there is more MAGA than there used to be.) But that will make no difference in the long run if the party officials, basically the Rhonna McDaniels (or however that’s spelled–I suspect it’s RINO), don’t get replaced.
State party chairs, vice chairs, secretaries and so on, and the same at county levels, have huge influence on who ultimately gets nominated, and if these party wheelhorses are RINOs, they will work tirelessly to put their own pukey people on the ballot. In fact I’d not be surprised if some of our “MAGA” candidates are in fact, RINO plants, encouraged to run by the RINO party leadership when they realized that Lyn Cheney (and her ilk) were hopelessly compromised as effective candidates. The best way for them to deal with the opposition, of course, is to run it themselves.
Running good candidates is only HALF of the battle!
Booting a RINO
I’ve spent the last couple of years pounding home the message that RINO McDaniels was a symptom of a problem…a party shot through with RINO officials. In this instance it was the hundred or so members of the RNC who gleefully voted for her again, and again, and again.
Well I got to help take one of those hundred people down, as told here: https://www.theqtree.com/2024/04/07/i-aim-to-raise-a-ruckus/. What’s even better is that oxygen thief was apparently boiling mad at how poorly she did in the vote (according to a MAGA candidate for a county office I spoke to on Tuesday night). Apparently she felt entitled to her office no matter what the rubes thing…and that attitude turns people into RINOs.
Judging from the number of comments received few noticed or cared about the post, but nonetheless I noticed a pattern: Hardly anyone who regularly puts forth “devolution” or “this is all a movie” theories (or any other variant of the idea that Trump and/or his allies are really in charge) seemed to care about it. I described successful action against the enemy and they didn’t care.
I submit that that is the desired effect of such ideas as devolution…to get people on our side not to care, not to participate, not to fight, because they believe someone else will do it for them. “Nothing can stop what is coming?” Great! I don’t have to lift a finger, just be ready to microwave some popcorn!
If any of you really are thinking like this, you might as well be controlled opposition. You’re doing exactly what the other side wants you to do, sitting on your hands waiting for deliverance by deus ex machina.
Biden Gives Us Too Much Credit

Boebert. Why Am I Not Overjoyed?
First off I *am* happy she won the primary. I said years ago I wished I lived in her district. And now I do, and I didn’t even have to move.
Just as importantly, Greg Lopez won the special election to serve out the rest of Ken B*ck’s term. There was some fear that the GOP would pick one of Boebert’s opponents and thereby give that RINO (whichever one it was, it would have been a RINO) an advantage over her in the primary.
Instead, they picked a guy who had no intention of keeping the seat, and he won the special election held the same day as the primary. The damage done to the GOP majority in the house, by B*ck having resigned, is undone. And as near as I can tell, he’s MAGA, not a RINO.
OK so that’s the good news.
That’s ALL of the good news.
Everything else in my County went WRONG in the primary. EVERY LAST MOTHERFUCKING RINO won. No MAGA candidate succeeded other than Boebert. I haven’t seen Boebert’s numbers in my county but I would be stunned if she actually won here. Fortunately for her (and me), the thin sliver of my county in her district is basically a flea on the hindquarters of the dog in significance.
THAT’s why my mood is subdued. We can’t seem to kill the RINO establishment in my county, for nothing. It’s the damned petition process, where people can bypass the convention to get onto the primary ballot, then their keepers dump tons of cash into the primary campaign, Unfortunately the petition process is written into state law.
Justice Must Be Done.
The prior election must be acknowledged as fraudulent, and steps must be taken to prosecute the fraudsters and restore integrity to the system.

Pretty much a lot of up and down, going nowhere but putting on mileage doing so. Note that palladium has reached platinum’s level (it surged $65 on Friday, while platinum only surged $7). Note that these are ask prices. (Usually people quote the bid price, which is the price the spot market is buying at.) Palladium’s bid price is still 30 dollars lower than platinum’s.
Well, that needs to be changed, but it must be hard when RINOs are in charge.
At the state level the Dems are solidly in charge. They’re certainly not going to help the GOP get rid of the RINOs.
It can be done over time. Those that MAGA will have to take the long view. We did it in Tennessee, Arkansas and Louisiana. More are headed that way, it is working. It takes about 15-20 years of pounding the rock and not giving up due to generational change issues.
It takes state party leaders pushing litmus tests on rising stars and other candidates within the party. Simply put, the GOP has to stand for the principles MAGA values just as the Dems vote lockstep for destroying America. Build consensus and never waver from what that is.
We still have a handful of RINOs to weed out, but MAGA overwhelmingly controls our state legislature and turned most of the Establishment federal politicians our direction. They knew they had to or be voted out. Age and funerals will weed a bunch of them out. The governor was forced to move away from Bush/Haslam Establishment faction or become irrelevant, so he did. As the younger generation of MAGA emerge and move up the ladder, they will take over the federal roles in a more principled manner.
That can work when your party is in the majority, AND the grass roots has control over the nominating process.
As it is right now, we have a fairly solid organization, that has to watch helplessly as RINOs petition onto the primary ballot–a process the leadership and the grass roots have no control over–then spend a ton of money and buy the nominations; the top line candidate is MAGA because the convention nominees come first, but the lower line candidate wins. Locally Rs are the majority, so the local-level RINOs are assured of election once they win the primary. And also for state legislature. The rest of the state votes Dem on the whole so there’s literally nothing to be done in the State legislature except let the RINOs do their thing and watch the state go down the drain.
They are basically on the same team 🙁

My impression is that he can’t see what’s going on and how he’s being used, and that he still has political ambition, so he sees Jill as the person who is helping him to fulfill that. She defends him against the attacks of the Right. She props him up when he needs help. She is his “angel.”

The recent trip to the G7 summit showed him dazed and confused. Media immediately covered for him yet people saw it with their own eyes. It’s no telling what gibberish he spouts at these events. .

Arrived safely to the Village. Things are going pretty well. Her mood has modified.
Made broiled FL Salmon (yep – there’s a Salmon farm down here!) and garlic butter mashed red potatoes (lower in carbs than white potatoes) and Broccoli for dinner. Salmon has lots of Omega 3 and is said to improve one’s moods – always works for me.
We are having street taco week while I’m here – chicken, beef and maybe shrimp tacos with roasted corn, peppers, sweet onions, cheeses, salsa, sour cream, all the fixings. Sally loves Mexican food. That will help things too! The dining room is also having Sloppy Joes on Tuesday.

Are problems in the areas of cognition and emotion related to the cerebellar damage in Ataxia?
Yes, they can be. The cerebellum has long been known to be important for motor control, and people with Ataxic disorders experience motor difficulties including wide-based and unsteady gait (Ataxia), incoordination of the arms and legs, slurred speech, and eye movement abnormalities. We now know that the cerebellum, like the cerebral cortex, has some parts that are critical for movement, and other parts that play a role in cognition and emotion.
The motor cerebellum is linked with the motor cortex that governs movements; whereas, non-motor regions of the cerebellum are linked with cerebral cortical “association” areas important for thought, reasoning, motivation, memory and feelings. Damage to the non-motor cerebellum disrupts these cerebellar links with cerebral cortical thinking areas and can lead to difficulties in intellectual functions and to changes in mood and personality. Ataxic disorders may also produce neurodegeneration in parts of the cerebral cortex important for intellect, which is another reason why ataxia patients may experience problems with these functions.
What types of psychological problems may be caused by cerebellar damage or disorders?
The cerebellar cognitive affective syndrome is the set of problems that arises when the non-motor cerebellum is damaged. It includes impairments in executive function, visual-spatial analysis and selected deficits in language skills as well as changes in personality and behavior. There may be difficulties with multi-tasking and with tasks that require intellectual flexibility. Tasks that were previously performed automatically and may require conscious effort and new strategies. There may de difficulty expressing thoughts logically and coherently, and with memory problems, particularly with working, or scratch pad, memory.
Mood changes include depression, apathy, irritability and limited frustration tolerance. Psychosocial interaction may be impaired, particularly in children with cerebellar damage. Dementia is uncommon in cerebellar disease, but can be a problem in those ataxic disorders that affect widespread areas of the cerebral cortex. The role of the cerebellum in dyslexia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorders, schizophrenia, developmental delay and panic disorder, is under active investigation.
Why is this important for the ataxia patient?
What types of psychological problems may be caused by cerebellar damage or disorders? Cerebellar patients and families generally find it helpful to know that cognitive and psychiatric problems may occur as a direct result of the illness. These challenges, beyond motor control, are not “in their head”, rather, they are in their brain. These difficulties are not the fault of the affected individual, family members or health care providers.
It is also useful to know that the stress of chronic illness and the social changes that result may place additional burdens on patients and families. Recognizing the brain basis of these mental and mood changes, along with challenging social and psychological issues that come with the illness, is the essential first step leading to treatment. Parents of children with developmental delay from cerebellar disease may have to deal with many special psychosocial and intellectual challenges, even if there is only minimal or no ataxia.
What can be done for the Ataxia patient?
The ultimate answer is to prevent or cure the cerebellar disease itself. Even in the absence of a cure, it is still possible to substantially improve quality of life by treatment of cognitive and psychiatric disorders through therapies such as medication, cognitive rehabilitation, psychological counseling and environmental interventions. Primary care physicians and neurologists should be capable of managing these aspects of care.
In more difficult or complicated cases, consultation with an ataxia specialist, behavioral neurologist, or psychiatrist with experience in the treatment of cognitive and mood issues may be necessary. Successful treatment depends on a thorough evaluation in order to use the most appropriate medications and interventions tailored to the needs of everyone. Children with cognitive and psychosocial challenges need special attention and may do well with time and intensive rehabilitation.

Case presentation
We describe a 32-year-old patient who presented to our clinic for a neuropsychological evaluation with a childhood history of a cerebellar brain tumor and detail-oriented, perfectionistic tendencies. Neuropsychological assessment data revealed impairments in visuospatial processing and in fine motor skills, likely stemming from the cerebellar tumor. Clinical assessment led to a diagnosis of obsessive-compulsive personality disorder and also suggested impairments in socio-emotional processing.
Conclusions
Our findings lend support to recent data which has suggested the impact of cerebellar impairment on emotional processing and related domains. Unlike many previous studies, however, our report focuses on an individual who, despite having marked impairments in certain domains, demonstrates a high level of functioning. We believe that this report holds important clinical relevance for proper diagnosis of cerebellar-related impairment and for the necessity of early intervention.

I have fancy rings that my wife likes me to wear, but I am constantly removing them. In many cases, I’m switching my wedding band to a cheap, hard, low-profile titanium steel job that does not scratch or get scratched. But there are many other times where that gets removed.
I suspect she has a big-ass diamond ring worth tens to low hundreds of thousands, and she’s just banking it with security before she goes through metal detectors and whatnot.
And YES – I avoid wearing my fancy rings where I expect more than a little hand-shaking, use of hand rails, tool-holding, lifting, carrying, etc.

He served during WW II and was a football coach before and after who was highly successful and a motivator of young men. One thing we all need to remember in this fight is not everyone can do everything. We all need to find our place in it. That’s a concept that gets lost on a regular basis. I am no politician and can’t persuade anyone of anything that isn’t already established “fact.” But I can do other things. That doesn’t mean I’m not lifting a finger, just not joining the state GOP and putting a lot of mileage on a car going to Jeff City once a month.

What we do or don’t believe about devolution is certainly not a determining factor in the degree to which one participates! That’s a generalization that cannot be proven so why cast it in such a negative way? Even if devolution is not in play, that idea has spurred many people to become motivated to research things about our history and government they never knew. They are educating themselves! They are paying attention to topics well beyond devolution. It has stimulated conversations and alliances that go far beyond “no one can stop what is coming.” Even if devolution is not in play, I don’t see how those tangential consequences are a bad thing.
There are countless ways to participate and make a difference, and we each have different skill sets and priorities. Heck, we even need someone to pop the popcorn!!

There are four subtypes. If you get one, you get partial immunity to it — but it sets you up so that catching one of the other subtypes will be worse.
Does Ivermectin work for treatment?
Ivermectin was discovered in 1975 and first approved for human use in 1987. It hasn’t been tried on everything yet.
If they asked for volunteers already sick with almost any illness to take (safe) amounts of Ivermectin as experimental cases, I think they’d be snowed under with applicants, especially in places where it is unobtainable.

IMO, Trump was expected to behave differently, in a way that would cover up Biden’s poor performance, and didn’t. The Dem Media wanted Trump to be responding and critiquing with the cut mike, to sound weak, to be attacking Biden while he spoke, thus to push the “sore loser” image. Trump only responded into the cut mike once, that I can recall. Trump just let Biden ramble and fall apart, without distracting to himself. The media had to fall back to plan B – surprise at Biden doing poorly.

I find the first question on that survey to be just ambiguous enough to skew the results. If I were asked to predict the results of that survey question, I would have pegged it the opposite of the reported results. Question three illustrates that question one was subject to interpretation.
I believe some people interpreted “US” in the first question as “the administration” or “deep state”.

Yours Truly: According to reports, Joe Biden had brain surgery twice — to save his life after separate aneurysms. (The blog article does not mention this.) There is a chance that his cognitive abilities and other neurological functions were negatively affected, even though the two surgeries were successful. (There is substantial medical literature which supports the premise that neurological functions can be negatively affected after brain surgery.)
However — now that it’s being confirmed that the COVID-19 “vaccines” cause brain injury in and of themselves — there’s a definite possibility that Biden’s cognitive (and other) neurological functions were injured due to his having been “vaccinated.” This is the point of the article referenced above. (It would also be aside from any negative impact that his brain surgeries may have had.)
I have wondered over the years if his brain function had been affected by aneurisms and surgery. The jab could be adding to that.
It’s not like he had much in the way of brain function in the first place.
Remember he graduated 76th in his law school class of 85.
OTOH getting into law school in the first place is not something an average person would be able to do.
And I mean the real average, not the average amongst those you know well enough to get a “read” on their intelligence.
A point was made in “The Bell Curve” that the typical reader of the book probably knows a “stupid” person at their jobs, but even that “stupid” person likely has an IQ greater than 110, because the typical reader of the book is probably in the 120s or 130s and works in a job full of similar people.
Then, again, being a Biden….there’s no guarantee that his admittance to law school had anything to do with merit.

God wants to help you put the situation into perspective and remember that he is always in control of every situation—even those you so desperately want to control.
Dear Lord, It feels like everything is out of control in my life right now. I know good things are happening too but the stress is overshadowing them. I wanted a better answer, things to change, but my hopes are dashed. Many people try to comfort me by saying that you’re in control, but it doesn’t bring me comfort. It seems condescending.
Lord, I want to understand and discern the plans you have for me. Father, restore my faith as I trust that you’re omniscient and I’m not. Father, you tell me in your Word to cast all my anxiety on you and so I’m doing that in this prayer. I lay at your feet the things I’m struggling with and I implore you Lord to free my mind of concerns. It would not surprise me if that scenario has been discussed. I don’t think it’s feasible because Trump is obviously ABLE to “discharge the powers and duties of his office.” They can SAY he isn’t, but that doesn’t make it so.
Under the provisions of this section, the VP has to be in on the scheme to remove the POTUS. It’s possible of course, but highly doubtful that Trump’s VP would try to remove him (unless he was a wolf in sheep’s clothing who wormed his way in specifically for this purpose).

Technically the mRNA shot would reduce organ transplant rejection problems since the shot destroys the immune system. The clotting and other side effects of the shot may present problems from a different angle. The net effects of the shot on organ transplant may be difficult to unravel.

Organ rejection has always been the primary complication of organ transplant. It is not a new problem that is associated with mRNA therapy.
Rejection of stable transplants after COVID mRNA injections is a risk documented in the medical literature.
This does bring up the question of whether transplant rejection is enhanced by any mRNA therapy which generates new immune responses. On paper, transplant rejection should be a potential risk
offof any new artificially generated immune response.I frankly no longer trust the pharma industry to research this risk properly or truthfully.
You are right – both are possible. And because of the complexities of the immune system, things can be both immune stimulants in some ways, and immune suppressants in other ways.
Human immune response is breakable in multiple directions at once. “Break and repair” is “progress”.
“Would” and “do” are different in this case, and that is, in part, due to the complexity of the immune system.
Stated differently, two things which appear to be opposed at a high level can be true at once. And both are statistical across populations, which means the two dice roll independently.
Transplant rejections of various kinds have been documented in the literature to be precipitated by the COVID shots, due to “new immunities” being generated by antibody response to the spike protein. This includes corneal transplant rejections, often of implants with YEARS of stability. As soon as I learned of this, I thought the shots needed to be pulled from the market, because this is evidence for future transplant rejections that will be generated by the shots. No way will I prejudice my body against potential future transplants.
At the same time, general immune impairment against both infectious disease and cancer is documented from the shots. There is massive evidence for this. It doesn’t strike everybody, but it strikes many. So many cancers. So many immune systems shot.
Either or both creation of “bad new immunities” and “bad new immune deficiencies” are possible with the shots.
Yes – the worst of both worlds is possible.
I will never voluntarily take one of these shots, and if forced to take one, I will defend myself accordingly.

Yours Truly agrees with Aubergine. There are very specific instances where immune response is reduced to make sure a very specific treatment/ intervention is doing the work to help the patient.
In the case of the COVID-19 virus itself, and the COVID-19 “vaccines”, it is now proven that these are detrimental to the patient. Immune response is critical in fighting the virus and the negative effects of the “vaccines.” IMO, to reduce immune response to these is NOT justified.
Besides transplants there are a whole host of auto-immune diseases ranging from Crohn’s to MS to Lupus. The list is long and some are not all that rare
My unelightened answer would be if the person might be inclined to create formulas that could be used as a “soft” weapon AND do it in a 1st rate facility in a country that is so broken that integrity and ethics are practically nonexistent that might be a reason. I can’t speak for Kalbo, but I see the doctor’s duty to the country as more important than a medical license. IMO, not telling the truth about the condition of the “president,” when the entire country is relying on your judgment, amounts to serious harm to the country as well as the patient. It keeps the people in the dark about the true condition of the “commander in chief,” which also amounts to election interference. And it causes the patient to have to fulfill duties he is incapable of performing. It has probably caused him a lot of stress and the administation of a lot of drugs that might not otherwise have been necessary.

Of course he feels humiliated. It was hard for me to see that humiliation, and I disagree with him and think he’s a traitor and a crook.
As a dementia patient, he should have been shielded from such humiliation rather than thrust into it. Is it possible that he is so stubborn that he wouldn’t listen to anyone in his family and they had to make him see for himself? But to have it happen on stage with his greatest political rival, with the world watching, seems cruel to me.
We’ll probably never know the answer to the last paragraph.
