Ground Report + : Local And National Observations

A little late with this. I prefer to do it around the 4th of July. Our schedules have been crazy for two old retirees, but grandkids dominate our existence and we would not have it any other way.

That being said I now know the real reasons why life delayed me. July 13. The shot heard around the world.

Let my hodge-podge of observations begin.

Divine Intervention

It is time for recognizing that it exists. Christians and Jews know that all national leaders and kings are appointed by God (Romans 13:1, Daniel 2:21, 5:18). No Christian or Jew should dispute that Paul and Daniel were tight with God and were given the authority to speak on his behalf.

God does what God does. He is the great I AM. Mankind has not wanted to have God as their direct leader since Moses for the Hebrews and since being placed on the earth for everybody else. You need faith, wisdom and discernment to commune with Him and most people are unwilling to go there with a Creator who was without physical face and body in their presence. In the time of the ancient Hebrews, they cried out for a king to lead them just like the other nations around them had. He sent His prophet Samuel to dissuade them; essentially asking them to reconsider. Nope, the people replied, we want a king. So God permitted it. However, his agreement did not signal it was the right thing to want. God decided that if they were not going to follow and obey after everything He had provided and done for them in the past; He would give them over to the results they would receive for choosing man to lead.

Lesson time for The Chosen. Their hard lessons are sitting right there for us to read and understand. It is not like they did not know better. Egypt had already proven how it goes with a king to them. Even so, they were rebellious and just did not want to live as God required. They wanted to be like everybody else and do what they did. Sound familiar?

God said in this same period (as stated in I Samuel 16:7) that He knows the hearts of men. He knew they would not listen. So He executed His will for them.

This type situation has existed on this planet for thousands of years with similar results. Good leaders and kings who were God’s servants produced good results. Bad leaders and kings who were not God’s servants produced bad to horribly evil results. Some non-believing leaders and kings were used as instruments for God’s will for mankind. All of the governments that arose from these type conditions over thousands of years have imposed their wills on the people with both good and bad results. Sometimes the burden was light, most times it was very heavy. All of the time it was God’s will that they ruled and His will when they no longer did so.

All who want their leaders to be mankind instead of God become the slaves of those leaders and their governments. It is within the resulting oppression that is of varying degrees that many of the enslaved realize that the only way to be free is to accept and follow God. The great I AM knew that and more when he acquiesced to the king request in I Samuel. Painful oppression is often used as a tool by God to bring people back into relationship with Him. He decides when enough is enough. This applies to us as individuals as well as corporately in nations.

Do you have any doubts that is exactly what has been happening over various periods of American history? We are a nation that was dedicated to God the Creator in our founding documents. What else could happen from the instant they were ratified was locked in? It is the only way things could have gone.

When the bullets started flying at the Butler rally and one zoomed into PDT’s ear while wounding two patriots and killing another one, it became crystal clear who the bad leaders and oppressive government operatives are. It also told America and the world who we should be following. God’s intervention was obvious and put the stamp of approval on PDT as His servant with a reminder that we should ultimately trust the great I AM as our ultimate king. Our response is to follow PDT’s lead as long as he is obedient to God.

We have a major role to play in our nation’s revival and return to the Father of all people. We need to hold all of our government and leadership accountable to God and His ways, which includes PDT. This is why the selection of his inner circle and cabinet members is crucial. Hopefully he learned that from the turmoil of his first term. We the People are the accountability partners for all of the leaders and administration of our government. We can never let up in fulfilling that responsibility.

We are authorized to do this in our founding documents. We the People rule our nation under the dominion and providence of God. Leaders and government work for us. This unique form of governing places We the People in service to God and all mankind.

PDT is the point of the spear currently, we are the spear for as long as God will permit America to exist. We need to act like it.

Covid

It is back with a vengeance in our area. Physician offices, hospital emergency rooms and walk-in clinics are filled. Our observations are that people think they are experiencing sinus, strep infections, other respiratory ailments, and some interrelated digestive issues that turn out to be COVID related about half of the time when tested by physicians. Sometimes the medical provider tests provided negative results for COVID the first time, yet, were positive in follow-up tests a day or two later. This was confirmed by a Walgreen’s pharmacist friend. Those infected feel terrible, but average duration of active infection is four days per local physicians. Treatment for all but the at risk groups is similar to an average cold or other common type respiratory infection. Some are being given Z-pacs and Doxycycline. Which means do and take what we talk about on here frequently, rest, drink plenty of fluids, etc.

Our jabbed and boosted (stopped boosting recently) next door neighbors contracted it again for the 4th time. A 60 year old jabbed and boosted neighbor keeled over in his back yard and “died suddenly” earlier this past week. He lived with and was taking care of his 91 year old, frail mother. So the other siblings will take over his role and be making adjustments.

Son in law, Grandson #1 and baby Granddaughter all have it; second time for the first two. SIL needed some prednisone to help him breathe better, but is feeling much better. GS-1 typically bounces back well. Babies usually recover quickly and she seems to be on a good path. The pediatrician recently had it and said he is so tired of getting it. He’s had it 4 times; he was jabbed and boosted twice. He stopped getting boosted and now realizes that they did nothing to help. He agrees now that they probably harmed people and stopped offering them to patients at the end of last year. He and his partner reviewed all vaccines for children and offer none that are mRNA based; said they never will again. Learned the hard way, but learned and are committed.

After over two years of taking IVM on a prophylactic basis I have been COVID and other respiratory illness free except for a minor cold last December. As a result my son in law now desires to start the same protocol as he is highly exposed to the public and police force in his job. He has been the probable source of COVID infection twice in his family. Daughter will do so once she has weaned our granddaughter this winter. These are positive developments for our family and possibly their circle of friends as they will spread the word if it proves beneficial.

Tourism Effects

Similar high volume like last year in terms of activity and occupancy rates. However, it is comprised of more people staying shorter periods. This is always indicative of a worsening economy. The East TN area and GSM National Park are relatively easy to access for about two thirds of our nation’s population. Visitors can go for shorter periods and spend less money overall, yet still have a good vacation. Adequate levels of staffing is still difficult to accomplish with local businesses. Our area is as close to recession proof as it gets.

It is interesting to see the business response to DEI and perverts in area businesses. DEI is dead here unless government contracts are attached. That will be over in January for good with PDT and JDV. Dollywood is now hypersensitive on pedos. Apparently they discovered a convicted pedophile working for an on-site small contract cleaning company. They terminated the company immediately and issued communications to the local press and network stations to let the public know. Since the terrific exposure of Disney by OMG and others with the resulting fall out, they wanted no part of it. No word on whether there was an incident(s) that caused the termination and communication to the public. They could have discovered the conviction when doing due diligence on contractors. They clearly want the public to know their position about it. I suspect they will continue to take a more conservative, protective view on things going forward. Dolly does not own Dollywood exclusively as her major partners are the Herschend family of Branson, MO with their own large portfolio of businesses that could also be impacted.

To respond to the true housing crisis for purchases as well as rentals in our area we have seen an influx of DH Horton mess type homes as well as inexpensive apartments being completed. No doubt low cost housing is needed for workers and their families to move to the area for the many jobs and improved quality of life. However, it has concerned many locals as they know what happens when these properties deteriorate and fall into disrepair as they barely meet building codes. As a result planning commissions and county/city/town council meetings have become more contentious. That is a good thing. Critical thinking by authorities about the locations and types of development, impact fees on developers, needs and desires of the area residents, and so on are actually being considered. The residents make sure the authorities get it done as agreed. There is great pressure brought on building inspectors. The results are passed on to the state legislature for law making as needed. The system appears to be working, but constant vigilance by the public will be necessary.

Local and State Politics

We are in the middle of election season for local and state legislature elected officials. Many of the older GOP establishment types have decided to retire or are being voted out. We have never seen so many political mailers of newcomers to office and races in our lives. All are claiming they are the better MAGA candidate. The Dems are in the minority so much they have no primary races or marketing of candidates. Outside of large urban boundaries, the MAGA supporting incumbents and challengers have been easily winning for several years in our area. Even east TN GOP establishment HR Fleischmann has moved right lately. I suspect we will see more of the same with all establishment GOP types. They are still snakes, just not venomous for the most part. The best part for MAGA is those types self identified themselves over the past 8 years nationwide. That gives us four years to prepare MAGA candidates to replace as necessary.

As predicted, a hot button issue here has been the state comprehensive testing emphasis in schools that force kids to go to summer school or be held back a grade if they do not meet or exceed the requirements. That action stirred the hornets nest statewide and the response from parents has been outstanding. Two years of that dumb decision being implemented has resulted in next to no improvement in test scores statewide even with teachers drilling kids to prepare for the test a month in advance of taking it.

The parents have blown up the phones and email of legislators that voted for that garbage, which pushed many establishment GOP to bow out. The parents see the good grades on the report cards that still lead to failing the state exam requiring attendance in summer school. They are going, “WTF” and are pizzed. Since the test was only a tool to see how kids were doing against peers before a couple of years ago, they are pizzed about the change to make it a hammer. The incoming legislature plans to relook at that one per GOP leadership. They shot themselves in the foot and gave the Dems a hot button talking point that was totally unnecessary. My advice is to top screwing with the down time of kids in the summers, idgits. No parent wants their child held back when they are making C’s and better in the classroom. For the most part the affected students are doing well in school and longer term, very well in college entrance exam testing.

Again, the problems are the test and the summer school requirement or being held back. The test is flawed based on the multiple curriculums utilized throughout the state that are not represented well in the testing. There are also problems with the testing format that is completely unlike what said curriculums use. The fear porn heaped on young kids and teachers has the opposite effect on performance. Many other states have already learned that these tests should only be used as tools and reference points, not for enforcement. It all has clearly been a solution in search of a problem.

In reality, we all know what this is really about. Certain people are making money with this approach and it is used to meet requirements for federal funding. The latter goes away permanently in the next Trump administration with the canning of the federal Department of Education.

Area city populations are not growing as rapidly in population as the surrounding areas in our state. Inner cities uncommitted to positive improvements and growth policies struggle. Dem control always kills everything – they are the party of death, taxes and dictators. Where this exists in this state we allow it to continue and contain it within their boundaries. They are permitted to go on and kill themselves off to what extent they desire so the ground can be reseeded for positive growth. It is a Biblical approach.

When cities have completed the decline process, developers move in and rebuild in the destruction that is left behind because property values and costs have gone down enough to make it profitable to do so. Opportunity is created in the aftermath if the city leaders will commit to redevelopment in lieu of taxes programs along with committing infrastructure, police and fire resources. Downtown Knoxville is experiencing exactly that in recent times as is Chattanooga and other places. It has been highly productive. As a result the local Dems have moved more to the center to stay politically viable and electable. People in the area are returning to downtown with all of its entertainment, sporting events, retail, and dining options. They dovetail with the adjacent University of Tennessee activities. This has spawned a huge increase in urban residences being developed. All of this lifts the tax base and increases city services.

If you hear a radical Dem state legislator from TN represented nationally by the fake news industry, just know they are meaningless in the grand scope of how this state is operated. Our legislature has a GOP super majority and is becoming even more MAGA. The armpits in Memphis and Nashville will continue to make noises with their fake news media control. The reality is they are becoming less relevant in how the state is operated. We just need to stay on the PDT type path to success that lifts all boats. The difference is our state and legislative leaders began doing this long before PDT arrived on the scene. It just takes time to rebuild things for major success.

I want to add an observation for those who are Christian; there are things to look for to determine if your area and state are healthy and winning. The same applies to any other area of the country where you may want to relocate. Churches. Which churches and denominations in what sections of the local area and state are experiencing consistent growth? Those areas will most likely be where positive things are occurring. It is my sense that the seeds of the real Great Awakening are being planted and beginning to sprout in many areas of our nation.

Traffic

The really interesting thing is interstate travel around here. The cities are still congested, partially due to all of the road construction work that is on-going. Most of the road building contractors cannot find enough workers to hire, they are so undermanned. Drivers, equipment operators, general labor, flagmen – whoever and whatever are needed. As a result the improvements take forever to get done. One of our family members is a long term driver for one such well known road company in our area. He has been making $80+ K annually with great benefits for a half dozen years with all of the overtime he can handle.

Outside of the urban areas the congestion has strongly declined as there are fewer tractor trailer rigs on the roads. This is easy to notice here because three major interstates converge and there are many terminals in the area. Less trucks on the road is always an indicator that business inventories are at high levels, that product sales movement has slowed down. Hiring is still good in the trucking industry because the pool of qualified, experienced CDL drivers is low and employers will eat the extra expense of holding onto employed drivers for a time to make sure they are adequately manned. The independents will find their jobs to be more inconsistent. Many business leaders are counting on a Trump victory because they know how it will all be fixed. It will start with taking the shackles off energy production while gaining control of the border and shipping the illegals home.

We will know things are back on track when we get blown off the road by many more rigs than we see now.

The Markets/Economy

For what it is worth, a Trump victory is already baked into the markets. It is my opinion the general consensus is most want it to happen. More evidence of that is the floating of Jamie Dimon’s name as Treasury Secretary. The establishment will move more toward America First if they get the opportunity to make more money and stabilize over the four year term. They know things are effed up and PDT will be bringing the A team in to fix it.

Which is why a more unified approach by PDT with his rhetoric will pay dividends. Everybody who gained massive wealth from the DS along with their aligned politician crooks for decades had plenty of time to adapt to the changes that are coming. If people paid attention to the moves of these scum and thought through what they observed of their moves and motives, they would understand better. The desperation of the losers to kill PDT and MAGA revealed it clearly. Those moves were all they had left. The smart globalists and less murderous used the four years to make adjustments.

The actions of the markets will clue you in on what to do with your own assets. As much as We the People want instant gratification after all of the years of persecution, do not expect to receive it like that. It takes time and their will be bumps and bruises along the way. But you can win and stay ahead by being smart and pragmatic in your approach. The stock markets will continue to go up and surpass a 50 K Dow in relatively short order in my opinion. Interest rates will trend down as will inflation. A great deal of manufacturing will be coming home as well as contained within the North America boundaries of the USMCA trade pact. Position your assets and investments accordingly. The value of more recent treasury issues will increase as the rates trend down.

Drag Shows

Our legislature passed laws that restricted the viewing of this trash. The perverted left filed to overturn and got a TRUMP appointed federal judge in Memphis, Thomas Parker, to do it. The federal Court of Appeals reversed his decision. No kiddies and young people exposed to perverted trash. I have no idea what Col. Tom Parker was thinking. Oh sorry, anytime I see “Memphis” I think of The King.

Judge Parker primarily focused on first amendment protections in his ruling. However, if you allow unfettered access by minors to sexually suggestive (perverted) shows you have to open all entertainment to the same. That means removal of all restrictions in movie theaters, plays, live shows and more. The explicit warnings on any recordings and porn would also have to go. The list becomes long and leads to other areas of concern that would be next on the want list of the evil and depraved.

Society has the right to restrict adult level content to adults. America has a legal process for this and We the People determine what is and is not acceptable behavior, which includes natural rights as human beings. No more grooming, Colonel Tom.

Future Plans

The second of Dr. Stephen Covey’s principles in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is to begin with the end in mind.

So I ask you, friends, how do you plan to celebrate the upcoming victory of President Trump and JD Vance? Where will you be and what will you be doing? How do you think you will feel when he takes the oath of office again?

To say proud and happy will be an understatement. It will be time to party!

To party well in politics it will take the GOP acting in unity to lay siege to the Deep State and Dems. With ample control in the House and PDT in the oval office, that leaves the Senate. The place where the good ole boys and gals hobnob in their fake elite civility of protecting the interests of each other and both political parties while coordinating the efforts of the deep state.

Let’s talk about Senate filibusters. To cut to the practical chase, the minority party can threaten to keep talking and prevent a bill to be voted upon until cloture is forced with a two thirds affirmative vote of Senate members in attendance. In others words, if a bill is not supported on a sufficiently bipartisan basis it dies in the Senate. This is where the value of Senate RINOs is most negatively felt by We the People in my opinion. Next to consider is how will you will personally react when you realize only the filibuster option in the Senate could keep PDT’s complete agenda from being enacted in a period of four years unless the GOP gains a willingly helpful 60 seat majority? Will you bow to those who want to keep the filibuster rule in place because someday the GOP may be in the minority and on the receiving end of a no filibustering change in rules? That is what the establishment GOP, Dems and media will be beating their chests to sell you as they have in the past for decades.

So how has that attitude worked out for all of us?

Do you understand that doing away with the filibuster is for winners who believe in abundance. To be for the retention of the filibuster is to believe you will eventually lose control and be reduced to scarcity. These are the only two viewpoints that matter in my opinion. Abundance or scarcity? Winning or losing? Being a Trump supporter I am all about the abundance and winning. I have hated scarcity mentality since being a kid and growing up with next to nothing. It is anti-Christian to fall for it. Seeking abundance is a big deal in the words of Jesus and the Bible. However, it does not magically happen, we need faith and to be willing to work hard for it.

The timing of doing so with the Senate is everything of course. Which leads to JD Vance. Semper Fi. Direct approaches to ending problems no matter the pushback. Know the legal and operational pros and cons. Have everything tactically in place and know when to pull the trigger.

Ever know a Marine to back down from a fight? Me neither.

So which of those two worlds of abundance and scarcity do you believe Senate Dems and RINOs have always lived? The latter of course. They do so intentionally to maintain control of their fiefdoms, not because they are doing the will of the majority of the people. It is time for We the People to deliver these idgits a message. Just like We the People have been doing in the state of Tennessee with our elected officials.

That leads to the practical application in the above proposal of eliminating filibusters. Obviously, it would take a very large carrot to entice the majority and its leadership to follow the existing procedures that are necessary to kill the rule, right? The GOP has traditionally loved to be the minority party in the Senate and just play defense because they and their cronies personally benefit from the arrangement. It is clearly a circumvention of the will of the majority of citizens in a representative republic. It gives Senators a free pass and cowardly exit from having to register their votes on contentious issues.

What happens if President Donald J. Trump brings the hammer and says it is time with Vice President J. D. Vance providing the legal arm twisting? In true PDT negotiating fashion he could bring an enticing proposal and pre-sell it to We the People who voted for him.

What if that carrot is a path to the permanent elimination of personal federal income taxes and other enticements for corporate income tax reduction? What if he plans to pay for it with tariffs, energy sales taxes, and so on. How hungry would the establishment GOP be to switch to MAGA, at least on that issue, and eliminate the filibuster? They jumped really hard for it the last time he did tax reform. Even Paul Ryan supported it. Corporate globalists around the world would be scrambling to invest in American manufacturing to avoid the tariffs. The Chi-coms would be kneecapped. BRICS+ would also be destabilized in the process.

In my opinion the Senators would take a big bite of the carrot. There is nothing a GOP member of any type likes more than killing taxes. They would have a very hard time explaining a “no” vote to their voters and a “yes” vote would ensure their reelection. Even some moderate blue state Senators would experience the same pressure to vote for it. If they did not, the red pill would be placed within easy reach of their voters.

I believe that would be game, set, match for the MAGA GOP and America First. The rising tide would become a tsunami of success for all Americans and allies. The USMCA of North America would become an international powerhouse. Anybody against this proposal would self identify their allegiance to corrupt and/or foreign influences.

It would be a win-win for international trading partners who support fairness and equity. It would destroy the deficit and excess government spending quickly while rebuilding the military. Once approved the balanced budget amendment could be pursued full throttle.

A MAGA guy can dream, cant he?
