I have dealt with OSHA they are VERY VERY EAGER TO GO AFTER A CORPORATION. The fact they and the state did not, means these people are wimpy leftest KARENS.
There are specific OSHA rules about the amount of time you can spend at what heat. One of the companies I worked for had a high temp ‘storage room’ where certain chemicals were kept at well above 100F in order to keep them liquid. The mix room it’s self was darn HOT, but just outside was a cart with paper cups and a cooler full of ice and water.
This is very common practice around here. I have done it myself.

The workers were probably pissed because they were not being given soft drinks.

this smile formed on her face and I instantly thought THE GRINCH and then she said…I’m getting one for each of my grandchildren for Christmas.
I laughed–she winked.
That is great news. Grandma is clued in.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Dr. Pierre Kory is a CO-FOUNDER of FLCCC.
Let that sink in.
This means, IMO, that the ABIM, the AMA, and other entities of “Establishment Medicine” and the DeepState are going to attempt to shut FLCCC down by revoking the certifications of their affiliate physicians.
This ALSO means, IMO, that the ABIM, the AMA, and other entities of “Establishment Medicine” are going to attempt to revoke Dr. Kory’s and Dr. Marik’s licenses to practice medicine.
Further:
In my understanding, there’s a difference between revoking a medical certification and revoking a license to practice medicine.
Medical certifications are usually awarded to a physician after the physician has taken courses and passed several types of tests, perhaps does an extra year of Residency, and so on. For example, a physician who has completed Residency can then take a year or more of Residency Fellowship in a particular specialty (say, Neurology); then, after passing the exams from an organization like the AAN (American Academy of Neurology) or some other medical entity, the physician can not only obtain their License to Practice Medicine, but also the Certification as a Neurologist from the AAN.
The License to Practice Medicine is a different case. This is issued by the state Medical Licensing Board (or its equivalent) in every state of the United States. There are Continuing Education credits that must be taken, the associated tests taken and passed, and evidence of both taken place, submitted to the state Medical Licensing Board. It is illegal to practice medicine without a current license in the United States.
By revoking a medical certification, severe damage can be done to the physician’s career and/or ability to earn a living, but doesn’t usually destroy the ability to practice medicine privately (say, in a “stand-alone” clinic.)
It is also possible for a state Medical Licensing Board to “suspend” a physician’s License to Practice Medicine for a period time (say, to retake certain Continuing Education courses and pass them); or, to “restrict” the license to practicing medicine only in certain locations (say, only in a private clinic setting.)
However, to completely revoke a physician’s License to Practice Medicine removes that physician from the ability to treat any patient. Depending on the state Medical Licensing Board, the physician may have the option to “petition” to have their License to Practice Medicine reinstated at some point.

I respectfully have a different view. The surest way to lose the election, and the country, is to be adamant about those issues, and particularly abortion. Yes, we need to take strong stands for our beliefs, but sometimes that is the surest way to lose the war. Sometimes people have to be led along gradually. That is what our founders did with the slavery issue.

In 2022, Dr. Marik allowed his License to Practice Medicine to lapse. From what I can find, he has not renewed it.

The problem is that we are not doing what is necessary to stop it.
It’s negligent misattribution, bordering on criminal misattribution.
It’s literally blaming the victim.
It’s like getting punched in the face over and over again, and then saying the saddest part is that we’re doing it to ourselves.
We’re not punching ourselves in the face. Nobody does that.
It is clear and obvious that someone else is doing the punching.

It looks like David Bowie’s Starman (1972) has repalced Sia’s Unstoppable (2016) for these kinds of video shorts.
It’s a really catchy song, I didn’t know it very well, because it wasn’t on Bowie’s greatest hits album, ChangesOneBowie (1976) that has been in my collection since I was a kid.

I suppose this is a lead-up to the Dem convention next week. I can’t find an upside for the Dems in this. I don’t think they can blame violence on MAGA since Antifa’s presence is known.
How do those people afford to be away from jobs (if they have any), to travel, to eat, to have shelter, and to meet any other needs? “International” only compounds the expense. Soros money, or someone else? And I wonder why attack the Dems, who are their allies on the dark side.

Protest groups readying for the event say tens of thousands of people will descend on Chicago for the event to coronate Vice President Kamala Harris as the nominee after President Joe Biden abandoned his re-election bid.
Abudayyeh said he held a virtual meeting with members across the country to gauge interest in changing direction after Biden stepped aside from seeking the nomination. There was quick consensus, he said.
“We’re not going to do anything different. We’re going to mobilize,” Abudayyeh said. “Harris represents the administration; she represents Biden. There is nothing that she has expressed independently that tells us she does not support the policies.”
It’s convenient to have professional anarchists show up in time for college and uni semester starts and the election.
That’s exactly what I’m thinking. They’re using DNC as a stepping-stone to the real objective – to be here for the election, and to help initiate violent protests if Trump can’t be cheated into submission this time.
I suspect the commies are “going for it all” with this election.
I think this reason for the protests has been clear. Maybe I’m missing something, but why didn’t they protest at the RNC convention? Repubs are even more fervent in their support for Israel than Dems. None of this makes sense unless there’s a bigger picture, as Wolf described, regarding the election.

Reading this, I have to suspect that, if the FBI isn’t actually involved in the assassination, they are at least consciously trying to help cover it up.
I stopped being interested in Clay’s report when I read that, while there is video online showing a person or a “shadow” on top of the water tower, we can’t believe our lying eyes because Clay can’t explain how someone could be up there. He’s never seen the tech or whatever that would have allowed someone to get up there (the 25 foot ladder wasn’t down that day), and so nobody could possibly be up there. Apparently Clay believes he’s seen every kind of tech there is.
So, we’re imagining seeing that video? Gimme a break. Either debunk it or explain it.
