What Yours Truly writes in this series, as in her previous blog posts for this board, is not medical advice — they are opinions based on her over 4 1/2 years (and continuing) of reading about, researching about, and writing about “all things COVID”, Big Pharma, and other health topics. And now, to dive in. There is a lot to “unpack.”
The modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” induce IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD.) IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a term that covers multiple medical conditions, ranging from neurological to ocular to cardiovascular to respiratory to gastrointestinal to urogenital. Since it is a chronic inflammatory condition, there can be more than one location of an IgG4-RD associated ailment within the patient’s body. The first instance of what is now called IgG4-RD was discovered in 1892 by Johann von Mikulicz, who diagnosed an “inflammatory disease of the salivary glands” in a patient (this condition was later called Mikulicz’ disease.) In 2021, Hamano et al. found elevated IgG4 levels in patients with Autoimmune Pancreatitis (AIP.) It appears that an issue with obtaining a true diagnosis of an IgG4-related disease is that many of the presenting elements can “mimic” other conditions, such as cancer or non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. In addition, IgG4-RD can simply not present symptoms at all, until the patient concludes that “something is going on here.” In terms of the presenting symptoms of an IgG4-RD disease, there are, among others: storiform fibrosis (“spindle-shaped” cells that can, with collagen fibers, form a “flowing arrangement”); and, eosinophilia (high elevation of a type of white blood cell [eosinophils] that supports the natural immune system.) There are some IgG4-RD conditions that may be genetically-based; one example is Autoimmune Pancreatitis (AIP.) (Note: again, the entire article is restricted-access.) On the other hand, another IgG4-RD condition, Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome (ALPS) appears to strike children. In addition, IgG4-RD conditions can be “immune-mediated” (meaning, the body’s immune system response is either inappropriate or excessive); and/or “autoimmune” (meaning, the body’s immune system attacks healthy tissues in the body.)
Yours Truly will examine the presence of eosinophilia as an indicator of IgG4-RD. This is an important “marker.” And it ties into the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” — the COVID-19 “vaccinated” person’s natural immune system being damaged and/or destroyed by the ingredients and mechanisms of these “vaccines”; and, with repeated injections of these “vaccines” compounding this damage and/or destruction.

It is now known that the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” induce a “class switch” in the COVID-19 “vaccinated” person’s natural immune system; this “class switch” is the damage and/or destruction of IgG3 immune system cells (these cells help to fight off infections and other enemies that “invade” the natural immune system), replacing IgG3 cells with increased numbers of IgG4 cells (these cells help to allow the body to “tolerate” assaults to the natural immune system.) Repeated injections of modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” exacerbate this process: please see https://doi.org/10.1126/sciimmunol.ade2798, “Class switch toward non inflammatory, spike-specific IgG4 antibodies after repeated SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination”, Irrgang P, et al., 22 December 2022. Notice the title: “non inflammatory”, “spike-specific”, “IgG4”, and “repeated SARS CoV-2 mRNA vaccination.” IgG4-RD conditions can present as non-inflammatory (the patient doesn’t notice anything wrong for some period of time, see above in today’s post); however, the IgG4 levels in the patient are high upon examination. Below is a portion of the Introduction of the above paper. Note: Comirnaty was the non-United States version of the Pfizer-BioNTech modRNA COVID-19 “vaccine” BNT162b2. Comirnaty and BNT162b2 are the same product. Note 2: the 2023-2024 Comirnaty modRNA COVID-19 “vaccine” was given full FDA approval for use in the United States on 23 September 2023 for persons age 12 above: www.pfizer.com/news/press-release/press-release-detail/pfizer-and-biontech-receive-us-fda-approval-2023-2024-covid; the version that the FDA authorized (the “2023-2024 Formula COVID-19 Vaccine” by the same company) was for persons age 6 months through 11 years of age (www.fda.gov/media/167211/download.)
Note that the IgG4 cell increase extended for months after the second injection of Comirnaty and was further increased after the third injection. This correlates to the original “two-injection Primary Series” plus the original “booster shot” of Comirnaty that millions of persons took between December 2020 and early 2022. This would also include, since the formulations were the same, of the “Primary Series” and the original “booster shot” of BNT162b2 that were taken by millions of persons in the United States from December 2020, until Comirnaty was given full FDA approval in the United States on 8 July 2022 for persons age 12 and older (at which point, BNT162b2 was “replaced” by Comirnaty except for use in persons age 6 months to 11 years; the FDA authorized the “Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine” for this age group.) This “product name situation” may seem a little confusing: at bottom, it had to with removal of liability for the “vaccine” manufacturer. This will be discussed at a later date.) Note also that “VOC” means Variants of Concern (in other words, the Delta, the Omicron, the XBB.1.5 variants of the SARS-CoV-2 [COVID-19] virus, and so on.)

This report covers Adverse Event Reports that were submitted to the company between 11 December 2020 (the date on which the FDA in the United States granted the initial Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for BNT162b2 to be used in the United States, 21 December 2020 (the date on which the EMA (European Medicines Agency) granted its initial EUA for BNT162b2 to be used in Europe / Scandinavia; and, 28 February 2021. The APPENDIX 1. LIST OF ADVERSE EVENTS OF SPECIAL INTEREST, which begins on Page 30 of this report, lists over 1,200 different types of medical adverse events that were reported to Pfizer-BioNTech from the worldwide EUA start dates above. On Page 3 and Page 4 of the APPENDIX 1. (Page 32 and Page 33 of the report), there are the following Adverse Events of Special Interest listed: Eosinopenia; Eosinophilic fasciitis; Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis; Eosinophilic oesophagitis. On Page 5 of the APPENDIX 1. (Page 34) of the report, there is listed: Immunoglobulin G4 related disease. On Page 8 of the APPENDIX 1. (Page 37 of the report) there is listed: Sjogren’s syndrome (another type of IgG4-RD.) These are a few of the IgG4-RD types of reports that are listed in the APPENDIX 1. section. Thus, the FDA knew, on 30 April 2021, that BNT162b2 “vaccination” induces IgG4-related disease conditions. Yet, the FDA did nothing to stop the continuing rollout of BNT162b2.

The study found that there was a large increase of organ damage induced by BNT162b2 in children in Germany ages 5 to 11 years old. Mr. Chesnut has long posited that the spike protein of the COVID-19 virus itself contains elements that attack the natural immune system of the body of a person infected with this virus; and that the COVID-19 virus itself can induce what is now called “Long COVID.” Yours Truly will add the opinion that the difference between “Long COVID” in a person who is “unvaccinated” against COVID-19, and “Long COVID” in a COVID-19 “vaccinated” person, is this: the natural immune system of the “unvaccinated” person still has the potential to not only fight off a COVID-19 infection, but also to mitigate or eliminate the chance that “Long COVID” may result from the infection; whereas, the natural immune system of the COVID-19 “vaccinated” person has been damaged (or worse), resulting in a much larger potential for “Long COVID” (both in presentation and in duration.)
Yours Truly believes that the COVID-19 virus itself, and the ingredients and mechanisms of the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” (one of these ingredients being a “lab-modified” form of the RNA of said virus), both attack the natural immune system of the body. The COVID-19 “vaccines” have been shown to damage and/or destroy the IgG3 cells of the body’s natural immune system (these cells help to fight off viruses, etc.), replacing these with increased amounts of IgG4 cells (“toleration facilitator” cells.) In Yours Truly’s opinion, one of the important details here is the targeting of HLA cells (human leukocyte antigen cells, a type of white blood cells) by the COVID-19 virus itself, and, by extension, the COVID-19 “vaccines.”

Note that one of the most-recommended and used treatments for IgG4-RD conditions is glucocorticoids (steroids); and that cessation of treatment likely results in relapse of the condition. Yours Truly will posit that the lab-created SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus itself, with the lab enhancements made to the mRNA of this virus to create the modRNA of the COVID-19 “vaccines” (such as the SV40 African Green Monkey cancer promoter gene piece in BNT162b2), plus the addition of dangerous lipid nanoparticles (ALC-0159 and ALC-0315 in BNT162b2 and its “descendant” COVID-19 “vaccines”; and, SM-102 in the Moderna mRNA-1273 modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” and its “descendant” COVID-19 “vaccines”) and other ingredients in these “vaccines” — have been, and continue to be, designed to wreak as much havoc and damage on the human race as possible. This havoc and damage includes that done to the body’s natural immune system, its elements, mechanisms, and responses. Recall that the “descendant” modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines” use the original (lab-enhanced) SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19) virus modRNA that was present in the earlier versions of these “vaccines”, but in smaller amounts. Therefore, in one’s opinion, the potential exists for immune system damage in persons who take these “descendant” modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines.”
Until fairly recently, it was not known HOW, or the DETAILS behind WHY, the COVID-19 virus itself and the COVID-19 “vaccines” have such potential for havoc and damage — all that was beginning to present were, and are, the ADVERSE EFFECTS of the virus and especially of the “vaccines”: turbo-cancers; miscarriages; Bell’s Palsy; deaths; the Adverse Events of Special Interest listings of negative effects induced by BNT162b2 in the APPENDIX 1. cited above. It is now starting to become more clear as to what SPECIFIC elements likely used in the creation of both the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself, and in the development of the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines.” Yours Truly will posit that one of these SPECIFIC elements is something that attacks and compromises at least one important component of the human body’s immune system: the antigen site of the human leukocyte protein DRB1 (HLA-DRB1.) It took time, effort, and large amounts of funding to investigate these SPECIFIC elements; to experiment with them to ascertain the damage that could be caused; then, to “insert” these elements into the SARS-CoV-2 virus itself, and, by extension, into the modRNA COVID-19 “vaccines.” And, as the passage of time obscures or obliterates “fingerprints” of the damage done by the COVID-19 “vaccines” in the “vaccinated” individual, the involvement of these “vaccines” may well become harder and harder to trace (even though the damage is continuing in the “vaccinated” person, since one of the mechanisms of said “vaccines” is to change the DNA of the person who takes them.) I believe that the truth is getting around in the medical world, shall it be said, in what might be called “hushed tones” — but the “rank and file” members are afraid of losing their certifications, their hospital privileges, their teaching positions, and/or their Licenses to Practice Medicine if they “step out of line.”
I hope the numbers of the rank and file swell until they fell empowered to stand up to the medical powers-that-be. It’s easy to condemn a doctor for not speaking up now, but if they lose their license, not much is accomplished. There is greater power in numbers.
It’s a sad world when doctors would rather kill people than lose their license.
Which is why the profession is reported to be #1 in suicides currently and job burn out per Calley and Casey in the interview with Tucker.

Medicine is the one place where there needs to be some governing body monitoring who can practice. Lives are at stake. I don’t think it needs to be the state, though. AND if there could be a review or rating system for the public to see, that would be great. Right now, it’s all word of mouth behind hands.
True. I just object to the idea that unelected anonymous persons can prevent someone from earning a living in their chosen profession.
If a medical doctor goes to prison, where does he work? The infirmary. The prison isn’t going to let all that knowledge waste away sitting in a cell.
Yet here in society, the licensing boards not only revoke the license. They bar that person from working in that industry in any capacity. For instance, a disbarred attorney cannot even work as a law clerk, despite all his/her knowledge. They can’t directly control the disbarred attorney; instead they make sure no law firms will hire him/her by making sure the insurance companies won’t insure the firm if it DOES hire him/her.
That is a cartel and it should be illegal, not authorized by statute.
I think they have been paid to look the other way w/ major financial incentives to get increasing percentages of their patient population “vaxxed”, horrifyingly 😡
Personally, I blame Obama. Obamacare pushed many independent doctors to retire. Those who did not were herded into corrupted corporate healthcare systems to continue practicing “medicine.” If they do not obey, they are given the boot.

We focus on the negative impacts of Obamacare on us the patients & medical consumers, but the greater travesty of that legislation resiulted in corporatizing the doctors themselves. In a fell swoop the ability to operate their own practices and make independent medical decisions was wiped away. All my former ‘adult’ GPs resigned or retired. I view my corporate GP as nothing more than a keyboard operator because that is the extent of his authority. He is akin to a bank teller.
Secondly your comment about Biden. What the upper, secondary and mass echelons of the Left do not ‘get’ as they watched the coup, NO ONE has protection from that happening to them. If the cabal pack – whoever comprises the pack that day – decides you’re out, they will boot you ‘six ways to Sunday’.

The way I understand it, VSGPOTUSDJT could appoint Raiklin to be “Chief Undersecretary for Baby-Kissing” in HHS and get Senate approval, then fire the head of CIA and put Raiklin in as an Acting for almost two years.

Alternatively (though I have never seen this done), POTUS himself could get an office at a rogue agency and “run” it himself. You could prune a lot of deadwood in just 30 minutes a day.

Recent data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention indicate that 107,735 individuals in the United States died of a drug overdose in the 12-month period ending July 2022.
According to the U.S. Customs and Border, migrant deaths at the southwest border of the United States totaled 856 in fiscal year 2022, the deadliest year on record.
A May 2017 report from Doctors Without Borders indicated that out of the number of women surveyed, nearly one-third had been sexually assaulted as they approached the southern border.

I tend to think that tugging on someone’s arm, in and of itself, is not an act of abuse or necessarily something negative. But the son had an innocent, happy look on his face, and Tim Walz seemed to frown as he did it, making him look impatient. He didn’t smile at his son or appear to be gently guiding him. In fact, I can’t see a reason to pull on his arm at all. He was right there with everyone, not lagging behind.

This has very little to do with anything, but it’s taking up a bunch of open tabs in an browser and I’m not going to get back to it for a bit, so I’m going to put it here…..
The subject is cheap Chromebooks.
Google got this brilliant idea a couple of years back that they would produce intentionally crippled laptop computers that were locked-in to the Google ecosystem and sell them to schools very cheaply. That way, the schools could have bragging rights about “every student has access to a computer” and Google would have trained zombies who couldn’t live without Google.
They released these in tranches, with ChomeOS support for a preset number of years. Then time and Covid passed, and a bunch of them are losing support and can be had very cheaply. How cheap? Maybe $70 — https://computers.woot.com/offers/dell-5190-11-6-touchscreen-chromebook-12?ref=w_cnt_lnd_cat_pc_3_2 .
As it turns out, a substantial number of these beasties can be converted to Linux machines (many lose the touchscreen part when this happens).
To begin with, I’ve been converting small computers for a bit, and while you can load full Ubuntu into a 4G system memory / 16G storage device, you probably shouldn’t. If you put the laptop away for a while, and it needs to do a 300 package upgrade to be “freshened-up” (much less if you do a dist-upgrade), the disk will fill up with deprecated apt packages and wedge itself stuck. Unsticking this is a pain, and I ended up running one such computer permanently off a USB stick. You want a minimum 4G memory / 32G storage system.
Because these computers were originally meant for rugrats, they tend to be quite rugged and sturdy — just the thing for out in the shop. They are generally tiny and you couldn’t fit hundreds of browser tabs in a 4G system, so it’s not quite a daily driver.
Converting these to Linux is not difficult, but it is an odd process. In some instances, as an example, you have to partially disassemble the laptop and boot it with a particular screw missing….for instance —
(The screw in this case never needs to be returned.)

The general plan is to backup everything you might want to save. Then, determine the codename of your device. And, BTW, you’ll be rebooting a lot along the way — it’s best to set yourself up in a nice workspace safe from persons from Porlock. It’ll be easiest if you have a computer on which to read the instructions while you are working on the victim laptop.
Once you’ve got your codename, gather all the hardware and software pieces required for your particular board’s conversion.
What you will probably end-up doing is reflashing the firmware (full ROM) to provide a UEFI boot. This is where jumpers, screws, or other “rub-your-tummy-and-pat-your-head” schemes may be necessary — but will be documented per the board’s codename. From there, you can install a UEFI-aware Linux distro off a thumbdrive using Ventoy [the author doesn’t like Ubuntu, but likes Pop!OS, Lubuntu, and Kubuntu…..which use the exact same code base — I suspect Ubuntu and Ubuntu MATE would both work fine].
This is really a “read everything until it is completely understood, then do it before you forget pieces” type of project.

I saw a couple of videos by Glenn Meder with the Privacy Academy and he is partenering with someone selling secure linux laptops, He says Zorin OS is most user friendly for non-geeks and that is what they are installing on their laptops. I suppose you could install it yourself and hope your drivers will still work. 🙄

Unfortunately, it only lasted until the end of the JFK ‘Camelot’ era, whereupon it went downhill faster than an Edsel sales chart – we lost the excitement, the exuberance of looking to the future in favor of the allure of the cheap, mass-produced, “get it today and throw it away tomorrow” culture we are currently mired in, as evidenced by every crummy strip mall, dull office park and ‘McMansion’ suburb. We gave up Marilyn Monroe and got Honey Boo Boo in exchange.

The Design Center was just one part of the GM Tech Center. And it makes sense that they would want a dramatic visual statement in the place where artists are designing the next generation of Motorama show cars, Harley Earl’s Buick LeSabre and later Bill Mitchell’s Corvette Sting Ray. The exterior was constantly used as the backdrop for photos of GM’s dream cars. I hope GM’s corporate troubles of the last few years have not diminished their architectural legacy. I still hope to visit one day to see for myself.
Here’s an interesting historical event of which I was unaware. My GGF & GGGF worked at Michigan Central RR, as did many other relations. I think my GGF was working there at that time but his dad, my GGGF, had already died of pneumonia, in his 40s, around 1900. The MI Central station, rebuilt, was a perpetual eyesore for Many years, though has recently undergone Extensive renovations by Ford Motor Co. I wonder if one of those “ghosts” is actually one of my relatives?

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

Own a 2010 or Older Big Rig or Bus In California? It’s Now Banned
California is the first state banning all semi-trucks and buses made before 2010 starting January 1, 2023.
Almost 15 years ago, California’s Air Resources Board, known as “CARB”, passed a set of clean air regulations with assigned dates for implementation. Of those emissions rulings, the last to go into effect hits the trucking and bus industry the hardest, going into effect on January 1, 2023. It bans large trucks and buses built before 2010 from California roads.
At the end of December 2022, CARB estimated that there are 200,000 trucks and busses that it applies to. These are 14,000 lb and heavier vehicles that can no longer be driven in California. I
And we wonder why the cost of food is so high!
This violates the Commerce clause.
Not sure why it isn’t the subject of a lawsuit. If it already is, I don’t know of it.
It prevented us from operating in Ca so we just quit the trucking biz. We had to let 2 drivers go.
Individual contractors working for bigger outfits were really hurt which in turn helped the bigger companies to phase out contractors and grow their own fleets.
The older trucks, like Gail has mentioned, were much easier and cheaper to maintain. The newer ones were like an albatross around the neck to keep up with ever growing regulations and add-ons.
This will be an abject failure. The difference between the power and operating ability of a diesel truck and an electric one that is subject to losing a charge is huge. This will cripple all kinds of commerce and business operations. Shipments will be delayed. People in the building trades who rely on diesel vehicles will be hampered. It will be a disaster.

OH, and no one mentions the WEIGHT LIMIT! I once caught our warehouse boss chewing the heck out of a trucker because he DARED to show up with a truck with a sleeper cab.
The DOT MAX WEIGHT for a truck is 80,000 lbs although there are a few exceptions. Corporations want most of that weight to be PRODUCT and nothing else!
Electrifying trucking will mean sacrificing critical weight for heavy batteries, eating into already-slim margins

I have a comment about using food/supplements to strengthen immunity. One of the articles in the last paragraph recommends EITHER eating fermented foods, or taking a probiotic supplement.
One of the problems with taking probiotics is that everyone’s gut biome is different, and you don’t know if your body is “hospitable” to the kind of bacteria you are adding. If it’s not, then the bacteria in your gut fight with the introduced bacteria. This leads to a die-off of both the introduced and the native.
I had a strong demonstration of this just a couple of weeks ago. There is a book out and information going around from a Dr. William Davis about lactobacillus reuteri, and how important he thinks it is to the human gut. The DH looked into it, and made the yogurt recipe for us to try.
DH ate it and felt fine, so after a week or so with him trying it, I put one teaspoon into my morning smoothie.
Without being too graphic, my body REVOLTED. First, it tried to expel the poison southward (use your imagination). Then, I guess my gut decided to punish me by bloating up like a balloon and holding on to everything for several days.
I had just started making fermented cucumbers for this year, so they weren’t ready, but way back in the corner of my fridge I found some of last fall’s fermented beets, so I ate some. It worked, thank God, and I am back to normal.
I highly recommend using fermented food in your diet. There are naturally good and varied bacteria in there. But when using a probiotic, you are flooding your gut with only one kind, or one specific blend of bacteria, some or all of which your body may not want or need.

There really IS a difference between fermented foods and probiotics. And there really IS a difference between taking food-based products as compared to the “swallow this” form (capsules) or chewable form.

One way I tried to “help” the capsules of vitamins is to take them with my most healthy meal of the day, the one most likely to have some of the vitamins I’m taking, with the micronutrients associated.
For example, vitamin C. When you get it from a pill, that’s all there is. But if you get it from a tomato or an orange, there’s all kinds of “helper” micronutrients in there. So if you are eating a tomato salad, and you take a vitamin C capsule at the same time, my theory is that you will absorb the C better.
I could be wrong, but that’s my theory.
Unless otherwise directed I ALWAYS take pills with food. I figure the food slows down the pill’s travel thru the gut allowing better absorption.
Aubergine, I appreciate the comment and concur. Every body is different, and all too often advice ignores that fact. For example, I thrive on a daily reuteri supplement (calmed incessant digestive issues) but fermented foods cause me upset throughout the tract 😁 I have slowly introduced kefir and that works, but pickled anything is a no-go (well actually it’s an all-goes-right-away) 😂😂

You did everything you could to assure a positive outcome, but it didn’t turn out the way you wanted or expected. We’ve all been there. It tests our faith. Maybe you accept the outcome or maybe you’re frustrated. God wants to help you put the situation into perspective and remember that he is always in control of every situation—even those you so desperately want to control.
Dear Lord, It feels like everything is out of control in my life right now. I know good things are happening too but the stress is overshadowing them. I wanted a better answer, things to change, but my hopes are dashed. Many people try to comfort me by saying that you’re in control, but it doesn’t bring me comfort. It seems condescending.
Lord, I want to understand and discern the plans you have for me. Father, restore my faith as I trust that you’re omniscient and I’m not. Lord, you know how irrational I can become when I’m anxious. I can’t reign in my thoughts. Instead of expecting the best, I worry and wonder. I fret. My stomach churns, my heart races, and I can’t take my mind off the issue. I know you don’t want me living in a constant state of turmoil. It’s not good for my physical or mental health. It makes people around me miserable and keeps me living in a perpetual state of chaos instead of calmness, which I crave.
Father, you tell me in your Word to cast all my anxiety on you and so I’m doing that in this prayer. I lay at your feet the things I’m struggling with and I implore you Lord to free my mind of concerns. Remind me please to take deep breaths and trust that you can make a way even when the path is not visible to me. Father, please lead me to refreshing Scriptures when I feel anxiety approaching.
