Yeah, my abs are still complaining, but some of that was in play before I came down with this. Given a few female symptoms, I’m POSSITIVE it was COVID shot shedding. No conventional physician is going to admit it happens unless they’ve experienced it themselves.
Ivermectin on the way. Having stuff delivered from a big box store including nicotine patches. We’ll see if that works. I’ve been listening to that Mike Adams Lee Merritt interview. If she swears by it, I’ll give it a try. I may be wearing the darn things any time I go to rehearsal.

Hope it works for you like it does for me. At the first sign of a cold or cough from respiratory I take IVM for a couple of days and it goes away quickly. I alternate the Natto and Serrapeptase pills daily and take Quercetin with Bromelain a few times per week. I buy the NOW version Gail posted about. No respiratory issues so far with the added benefit of stopping the macular degeneration in my one eye in its tracks for over two years.

My 2002 Kia Sedona has a couple of plugs in various locations. It also has one quite near the cigarette lighter.

searched images for “old zenith remote”. Must of been popular at the time as it was one of the first images. Too rich for my family and dad was always at work and not watching TV much. Our first color TV was stolen in a home burglary while we were on vacation. Our families only experience with crime other then when my brother and I grew up to become little law breakers. I bet I could figure out who stole broke into the house. Someone wrote a book about the gangs in our neighborhood and that guy I’ve posted about still does his honey trap blog where people come to reminisce about their teen years in effort to solve cold case murders.

And it is indeed a confusing object for a Millenial — I’ve encountered one and she couldn’t quite grasp the concept of people smoking inside their cars and having a device intended to light up the cigarette or cigar. I’ll have to get the old car onto the road again, and show these ancient, and presumably curious design elements, such as vent windows, ashtrays, windows being cranked up and down (also pictured here); switch for the high beams on the floor, the whole business with manual transmission and the clutch pedal and so on. Generally the only piece of electronics in the whole vehicle is the radio.
AND a carburetor. I just got my 1987 back from the shop. It has all those things.
Oh yes, what is to be found under the hood, including but not limited to the carburetor, will be lesson #2. It is nice actually being able to point at and identify everything underneath the hood, and explain why all these things are there, without having to invoke the names of electronic-assistance functions.

“The airlines” may be in on it, but I doubt the flight crews are. I’m sure flight attendants don’t want to stir up anything, but I would be surprised if trained to know what to look for, they would be complicit, nor would the pilots. One or two people in the cabin in a situation like that is one or two out of over 150 many times.
It might well be a matter that “the airlines” aren’t training their crews to know what to look for.

I just had a weird revelation.
Just about two years ago, I had to end a friendship. I ended it because of a few factors, but what it really came down to was the environment the friendship lived in.
The friend is the owner of a funky little store in town. It stocks all sorts of metaphysical/spiritual items, books, crystals, singing bowls, and Bibles. It has a large apothecary of medicinal herbs. There are lots of Tarot decks and such, alongside crosses. It is a mix of every kind of religion and spirituality you could name.
About that same two years ago, God decided he had just had enough of my wandering, and sent Jesus to get me. I finally realized I couldn’t be in both worlds, and so had to let the friend who owned the store go.
It hit me a few weeks ago what the real problem with the store she owns is. While it attracts some great and good people into it (some local pastors show up to shop in there), it attracts ALL of the bad people in our area. The satanist, the white supremacist who worships Odin because they think he’s a “white people’s god,” the black magic practitioner, you name it. EVERY BAD PERSON who arrives in our area will eventually find her door, because they will be accepted there. It’s as inevitable as the tides.
And today, I realized something else. This story of mine is EXACTLY analogous to the modern Democrat Party! Sure, there are some good, although naive, people who are Democrats. But ALL the bad people, the ones we should avoid like the plague, gravitate to that party of perverts. It’s the place to go when you are evil, because you are accepted there.

Nailed it. I had to let go a friend who was queer. Not because he was queer but because he chose to get “married” and plaster his pic and an article on the pages of the Seattle Times. He chose the notoriety or adoration [or whatever] of a dead end lifestyle over quiet friendships [I wasn’t the only one]. He knew my beliefs and how strongly opposed I was to political queers and public displays of perversions. In spite of that I remained his friend and stood by him in his life tests.
That wasn’t enough. Our friendship might have survived his ‘marriage’ if it had been just some quiet ceremony in a courtroom.
But he chose ‘fame’ of a sort. 
It’s just too bad. But there is a sick need that draws them to evil. I just don’t get it.

My husband used to play worship music at another church & the worship leader was very gifted in the Spirit. He was married with kids but dealing with a private struggle. Eventually he let people know that he was/wanted to be a “woman”. He ultimately left his family & that church to attend a church that was more accepting of his lifestyle choices; now he dresses as a woman, grew his hair out, & even uses a female name. He still does worship at that “non-judgemental” church but has pretty much cut himself off from anyone who can speak truth to him, very disturbingly tragic

A couple of days ago, my sister sent me a photo of herself, her husband, and their two adult sons. Of course, they’re all fully jabbed and “boosted” — most likely, each one of them has at least 4, perhaps 5, injections in their bodies.
The older son looks at least 10 years more than his age of 36 years.
The younger son, age 33, looks like a tired man of 60 years old.
Both sons have gone completely bald. I mean, total bare head bald.

OK, so I have a plan.
I tried to call Wally World to find out if installation was free. Their auto department didn’t pick up. So I called them again to ask the operator when their auto department worked tomorrow, and they didn’t pick up. So, then, I called the online order phone number to see if I did an online order if they’d bring it out to my idling car…..and…..they didn’t pick up.
So the plan is that I’m going to use my plug-in charger to charge the battery in the car for an hour, then use the same device to jump it. While I’m waiting for it to charge, I’ll assemble a tool kit for changing the battery and actually get my cellphone off the charger. Then drive to Wally World and drive by auto center to see what they charge for a battery flip….and probably end up going to park somewhere nice, turn off car, get basket, go in and purchase 24F-sized battery, and change it in their parking lot. (I don’t expect that they’ll be working).
Hopefully the car starts at that point. If it does, drive home and congratulate myself on a job well done.
If not, see what I can drum up there in the parking lot — a friendly fellow shopper? Their auto guys? A friend who lives nearby (but who may be in Texas)?
Note that this does NOT include turning the old battery in for the core charge refund. I can do that in a week if things go well.
Look for a friendly shopper. When I needed a jump, and was on the phone with the Couch Commando to come do it, some guy was walking across the parking lot and offered, but I didn’t have cables with me. One set disappeared over the years, so the extra set is hanging in the garage.
I have a set in the car, and I’ve been that “friendly shopper”, so I don’t have to fight karma.
I leave my cables at home.

The Fiancee woke up in a much better mood today, so I just got back from getting a battery (and household supplies) from Wally World using her car. It’s drizzling at the moment but supposed to dry out this afternoon, so I’ll install it then. She also unexpectedly got the day off.
Turns out that Wally World would have swapped the battery for free if I’d taken my car. BFD. I’m at home with my tool carts and it shouldn’t be too involved.
One of the household things was a 5-ream case of computer paper. One thing about getting the battery first is that the computer paper seemed light by comparison.
I changed the battery. Last one was from 2020, so the timing is about right. I then took it on an extensive drive to get it “settled in”. Had to reset the clock and the anti-theft code on the radio.
The big test will be trying to start the car tomorrow.
Things I needed beyond the obvious 10mm deep socket wrench — flashlight for re-hooking the hold-downs, and gloves for lifting the old battery out (has no handle).
I have one that’s analogous to the CTX brand (not sure if they’re over there) and a few times in winter when I haven’t driven much, I’d pull the battery and charge it overnight. Worked like a champ. The device could charge quickly then taper off and float, as needed, and even could (so they say) recover very ill batteries. Well worth a try.
(Also keeping the top clean and the poles greased goes a long way … BTDTGTTS… even Vaseline will do)…..
After the air filter
I owned a car where unlatching all of the latches over the air filter was a cast iron b*tch. There simply wasn’t enough room between it and something else to slip one’s fingers in. It was possible to unlatch, but not re-latch.
I saw a vid the other day of someone who bought a used VW Toureg and wanted to have it checked out, seems it had an oil leak…
For almost everything, the engine had to be pulled… no wonder that car’s all but disappeared…
(I think there was a Pontiac that was like that… #8 sparkplug or something meant “pull the engine”)…..
There was a van where you had to jack the vehicle up and pull a wheel off to change one of the spark plugs.
