Angels
Angels fall into two categories: the “unfallen” angels and the fallen angels. Unfallen angels are those who have remained holy throughout their existence and accordingly are called “holy angels.” In Scripture, generally when angels are mentioned, it is the class of holy angels in view. By contrast, the fallen angels are those who have not maintained their holiness.
Holy angels fall into special classes, and certain individuals are named and mentioned. I worked in an IT department of a very, VERY large company which did just that. Hired an Indian as CIO, and over the space of two years, all of support and development were Indian, except for a few of us experts that couldn’t be replaced… some things they don’t teach in India… then they replaced everything with ‘orrible, and IT support went 90 percent to Oracle in India… doubled the support cost (‘orrible ain’t a bargain, after all), while halving (or worse) the quality and timeliness of solutions… let alone user interactions…
How come we Westerners can look after our own like that… all other groups do… one wonders if the saying “the difference between oriental and occidental isn’t accidental” isn’t more than a funny aphorism…..

Sadly, as Aubergine explained, the UVB needed for making vitamin D is almost completely blocked by regular glass windows, and while some UVA gets through, it’s not effective in producing vitamin D. That light, however, still ages things, and thus there is an industry around blocking UVA coming through glass.

Grok did some great research and confirmed this. Standard glass blocks almost all the UVB and then about a quarter of the UVA.
Then, combine that with the fact that short exposure to UVAB (both) and UVB both increase Vitamin D about the same, but short UVA and no UV do nothing, while long exposure to UVA only gives a very small increase in vitamin D.
Thus, short, unfiltered exposure to UVB is the best

I’ve had a change of heart on federal income tax. On the surface, it’s just a way for the government to generate revenue—it has to get its funding from somewhere. But I now see that the method of taxation itself fundamentally alters the relationship between the government and its people.
When the government relies on taxing individual income, it shifts from serving its citizens to exploiting them as a revenue source. This dynamic creates an inherent friction, where the government no longer answers to the people but to the system that extracts from them. And if you look around, it’s clear—whatever our tax dollars are funding, it’s not serving us.
This is what modern economists fail to grasp when they dismiss tariffs, sales taxes, or luxury taxes as harmful. The structure of taxation matters, not just the amount collected. The income tax distorts governance itself—and it needs to go.

Now let’s talk about property tax, too, which is just as bad.
In fact, it’s even worse.
With income tax, you only pay on what one has realized in a year. But with property tax, the govt parasites charge you for an “assessed value” (read: they are taxing you on speculative, UNREALIZED value…which is like taxing you on unrealized gains in your investment portfolio (stocks, bonds, etc)).
And if you don’t pay?
Well, they can foreclose on your home, and when they do they’ll sell it.
It gets even worse.
When they sell it, they are under NO obligation to realize a maximum value at sale…they are only interested in getting what they are owed…so they’ll sell it as fast as they can, and the poor unfortunate who had the govt foreclose on their home can lose hundreds of thousands in equity built up over decades, because the scabs won’t hold out for a good buyer.
All of which begs a question…
If you buy your home, and pay off the note, you own it free and clear, right?
Nope.
The govt still charges you “property tax”, and if you don’t pay, all the above applies.
Meaning, in reality, you don’t ever own your home/property.
The govt does.
Ideally, taxes should be levied based on the benefits gained. For example, a property tax should fund benefits to the property — fire protection, police, land records, etc.
Similarly, a transportation fuel tax should pay for the upkeep of roads.
Once disconnected from benefits, there are no practical limits to abusive taxes and government nonperformance.
Then how do we remove fungibility from money?
I don’t think of it as the government being the owner, but rather the government being the protection racketeer.
There’s a difference? Educate me, ’cause I don’t see it.
It makes them a criminal enterprise rather than conceding they’re the rightful owner of the thing.

The wicked flee when no man pursueth,…. PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. I would never have been able to realize this, had I not listened to the testimony of that survivor of the Liberty. He has all the missing pieces. The biggest realization was how badly they were betrayed from the American side, followed by the details of the attack by the Israelis (which IMO show that the soldiers / sailors were NOT willing to perform the final killing of the survivors that they had (IMO) been ordered to perform at the end.
I know that leaders in war have to make horrible decisions which condemn good men to die, but sending a ship of innocent men unknowingly into “fake enemy fire” which is masking a betrayal ambush – I can’t think of anything lower.

Rubio sounds strong here but he’s actually our weakest link IMO because he won’t try to articulate what he sees Russian’s position as being. It’s not rocket science and we all know what it is but he won’t talk it. I don’t know, maybe there’s some rule on guessing the obvious. Tulsi is not afraid to articulate it. Maybe Rubio should go to Russia and talk or pretend to talk so he can come back and tell the people what Russia’s position is if he needs that kind of political cover to say what we all already know. In the meantime if he really is clueless, perhaps Tulsi should sit down with him and tell him to stop listening to his state department where all the career types have been guzzeling USAID propaganda. Its great that he has the mechanics down but there’s more to be said in this and he’s not there saying it. How hard is it to say that Russia wants a neutral Ukraine and there likely to frown at allowing Ukraine a chance to rearm under the cover of a NATO umbrella?
