Someone will be with you shortly, and there is no reason to have to press one for English.
Free speech, and the open exchange and hashing out of ideas is not only allowed, but encouraged. If we all don’t use it, we’re going to lose it. A little incivility goes a long way, though. Please, avoid the following if you can help it.
With all luck the Marquess of Queensberry rules will not be needed.
There are a few rules here in the branches of the Q Tree. Our host, Wolfm00n, outlined them in a post on New Years Day. Please, review these rules at least as often as you change the battery in the smoke detector…or at least as often as you are supposed to.

- If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

This seems to be St. Paul’s version of “take the red pill, dude.” Don’t be blind to what is going on around you and oblivious to the dangers of the world and the darkness of the evil that seeks to destroy us all mind body and soul.

Funny thing about scuba people.
I used to dive a LOT, had my own tanks, etc. Loved it.
Small community, people know each other, lot of word of mouth recommendations, lot of former military.

The police this am, its just a bad accident, move along, they didnt have air in the tanks, it was mixed(Chluthu said std is air). They were trapped by the fire(no fire extinguishers, no warning). Stinks to me, even if the escape routes were narrow.

I had my own tanks. If refilling onboard, it’s done in a corner of the deck, away from everyone. These were seasoned divers.
One crew member was asleep, female, the gf of one guy who escaped. Youd think he wouldve fought to get to her. No comments AT ALL coming from them except what was relayed by the grape escape.

No better indicator that the destruction of our great Country is The Goal.
Among others from the SF Bay Area and Santa Cruz (the city), there was a High School Physics teacher from Fremont CA who died, along with his wife and son (this was reported in the newletter named “Patch”, a local online service). So there are at least three innocent victims from this tragedy.
The fact that the ship became engulfed so quickly is odd, as is the fact that NO ONE other than the crew escaped. It’s hard not to suspect either criminal incompetence, or malfeasance of the highest (really, lowest) order.
I don’t have a link but I read that 4 passengers had been found deceased, drowned.
At least 4 escaped the fire..it seems odd really to me that they drowned, all 4 of them. There hasn’t been any reports that these 4 were badly burned and that contributed to their deaths but I guess they may have had smoke inhalation problems that kept them from being able to survive in the water

Heard those things also. Plus heard the boat had an escape hatch in addition to the entrance below deck. Both were blocked. Not said by what but one can assume fire which means what the fire was on both ends of the boat? Or a physical block, just as unlikely unless done on purpose.
Also video below deck of ship berths show poster size safety signs at each bunk. Something your definitely going to look at when you climb into your bunk not to mention each would of shown the location of fire extinguishers and a boat that size would of likely had more than one, likely several, question then would be if they were filled which they should of been unless these or previous passengers had a fire extinguisher war below deck.

Not so fast. I posted a correction from the Catholic perspective a few things. That’s not all, but this is a fight that does little good without a lot of agape and caritas to go with it.
I was going to let the post slide, but I cannot let this go:

Catholics have always been free to own and read Scripture. This is a blatant untruth that has been passed down for hundreds of years. And it is not going away any time soon, it seems.
In order to preserve the integrity of Scripture itself from the time St. Jerome actually translated the Vulgate (there is only one regardless of what Anthony Wile thinks) from the Greek and Hebrew in the early 5th century following the Councils of Carthage that determined what books were of Divine nature (397, A.D., presided over by one St. Augustine of Hippo), the copies of the original were hand written in the monasteries. That’s one of the things the monks did, sit all day and copy Scripture. The books were written on velum, which was amazingly expensive – which is why only the wealthy laity owned them, and why the parishes chained them to the ambo. This is also why church goods are – even now – kept under lock and key. They are VALUABLE as they are made of, or at least lined with, precious metals.
With the invention of cotton rag paper, and the Gutenberg press, Gutenberg started printing copies of THE VULGATE, the official Bible of the Catholic Church. This made it affordable for more than just the super wealthy to own them, and suddenly traditional interpretation passed down from the Apostles was chucked for man’s own opinions. Previously, Bible stories were put on frescoes and in stained glass so that the peasants could have access. When Martin Luther put a face to the revolt that had been brewing for at least two hundred years after St. Thomas Aquinas introduced a different thought process in theology thanks to a whisper campaign and a few greedy monarchs, a lot of the great art that served the peasants – who were illiterate – was destroyed.
There’s a lot of things that get repeated about Catholicism that simply is not true. This is one of them. Martin Luther was a tool. He claimed victory, but if you read the transcripts from the Vatican when he was examined, he basically took his toys and went home when he was not able to answer questions.
Oh, and BTW, of his 95 complaints, over half of them were already under discussion in the Vatican, and St. Peters Basilica was not but on the backs and money of peasants, but what we would call today major gifts. That building project is the basis of modern fundraising. The records still exist.

Our neighbors when I was a very little girl were Catholic and sent their girls to a Catholic school. It was back when everything was in Latin.
I only remember it because I was completely shocked. Dad had studied to be a minister (Greek, Latin, Hebrew) so the bible was part of our family and the thought that my two friends were not allowed to read it really puzzled me. (It could have been just that particular area of the USA and only for kids.)
I was also shocked that the girls did not think we were Christian and thought we were completely ignorant of the Bible and Jesus. Major shocks on both sides when Mom helped them with their religious homework that day!
I’m merely interested in correcting the facts of history. The rest, that’s something else entirely.

The problem comes in that so many lies were told about Catholics, Church teaching and history over the years, and they get get repeated until they become “fact.” And it’s the same stuff over and over again.
Constantine was not the first pope. St. Peter was. Constantine was a Roman Emperor who legalized the Church, gave us the Lateran property (which is still the seat of the Archdiocese of Rome), and was such a believer that he did not receive any sacraments until an hour before he died to ensure his salvation.
The Council of Trent, which ended in 1563, did not yield a new Church, but was put together to correct the heresies that were running around.
I’ve heard so many things that just aren’t true. “Catholics don’t read the Bible”…ever been to Mass? Every bit of it comes from the Bible. That’s what opened the door for some of the more famous converts who went to Mass one day to prove that we don’t use the Bible. We just use Scripture differently. There is no more precious story to us than the Prodigal Son. Psalms, songs, are put to music, etc.
I’ve even heard Catholics aren’t Christian. Who do these people think is hanging on the Cross?
I will not put down anyone’s faith. There are very sincere people out there who genuinely love Christ and Scripture. Great. But, some of what is believed by others is considered heresy in the Catholic Church, and has been since before the canon of the Bible was closed. It’s that simple. Please, just allow the record to be corrected.

There is not a person alive who knows for sure – what happened – to Benedict – this is the first I have heard anything that ties these people to something nefarious – at the time – what did I know – my Catholic friends were befuddled – but accepted what they were told – the more I learned about Francis – the more horrified I felt – how could this happen – but, we all kept quiet so as not to be disrespectful – and we prayed.

Long ago I learned not to take ANYTHING at face value and that the honor and respect we give people wearing a collar and veil is pretty much unearned. Yes, priests can give absolution and transubstantiate, but they are just as human as anyone else, and just as likely to be cliquish and into creature comforts.

See, back in the 1960s, when the teaching orders all modernized, and are now largely gone, the big time pruning happened. Gradually, other pieces and parts that were and are diseased are either falling off or being pruned. This is a good thing.
What is happening that Podesta and his ilk can only stop if the papacy is in their hands, is the dissolving of the orders that are faithful to tradition (Dominicans, some Carmelites, eastern Benedictans, a few others) and suppressing the actual voices of true Catholicism including lay press. In Catholic media that is not America Magazine (that one is Jesuit), CNS or National Catholic Reporter, there is a lot of consternation over Francis and his maneuvers. Unfortunately for what’s left of the St. Gallen group, and their financiers, the people who remain in the Church aren’t as bamboozled as they think we are.

Help! Have noticed a recent upsurge in a previously non-existent literary device, but I cannot figure it out. Brian Cates (whom I respect and admire) frequently inserts [checks card] into his commentary. I noticed other people (maybe influenced by Brian) have started doing this.
Does anybody know what the point of [checks card] is? What is the effect on the reader supposed to be? To me it is just puzzling.

Brian, and a few other conservatives connect with that – difficult to explain, but they’re basically saying, “Yes, checked previous list on this stuff, checked previous talking points, checks previous discussion on this subject”… and here we are again.

I don’t remember the exact term, but it’s a form of rhetorical forgetfulness. Appearing to forget something for rhetorical effect, usually something obvious that draws the audience to in to interject and help, or to give the appearance of being spontaneous. Often ironic or sarcastic.

While we live on earth, Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. However, as our days here draw to a close, and especially at the end of time, He takes His seat as Judge and prepares to reward believers for the good things they did in His name.
I think there is a widespread misconception that God the Father will be our judge. But John 5:22 says, “For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son.” Jesus has been given the right to judge our thoughts and actions.
Christ is an impartial judge. He is not influenced by what others think or say; rather, He determines what is right and good based on His honorable, just standard, which He gives us in His Word. We’ll be stripped of our worthless works—the actions and words we used for selfish ambition or vain conceit. All that will remain are the worthwhile things we thought, said, and did to honor God. These are the valuable parts of our life, for which we will be rewarded.
Reward is the whole point of placing believers before the judgment seat of Jesus Christ. Shame and guilt over past sin and mistaken motivation have no place there (Rom. 8:1). Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Our loving Savior is eager to show us our heavenly treasure.
Christ will expose the real you at the judgment seat by casting away the worthless things you’ve done. What remains will be a man or woman who endeavored to please the Lord. Let us determine to be powerful reflections of our Savior.

So if you’re starting to see where the “assumed necessity” of this “transhuman” stuff arises – well, there you go. It’s becoming clear to me that the biggest treasure / danger in the 1947 skyfall wasn’t the laser / particle beam / whatever – it was the headband.

The “global delegitimization” and targeting of our choice of President is the core issue here. I do think they made the right choice on upgrading, but their old theology is certainly a nice analog of what it’s like to deal with the COMPLEXITY of higher / lesser and lesser / higher spiritual / worldly powers. So pulling it out of the trash as a kind of comparative plaintext, to go along with the OT as a primary document, makes sense (although one must be careful – VERY). It’s also a handy knock-knock-on-the-noggin stick when people start saying “b-b-b-but that’s just the B-B-B-Bible – you’re just sayin’ that stuff becuz it’s Christian!” Well, maybe certain truths are more pervasive than we thought. And we can admit that AND logic still allows us to pick RIGHTER and BETTER, and lets us accept that TRUTH is independent of who says it, and THAT is part of why God is God and we’re not.

I’m still with the RR support group because he’s right about getting a case into court – only with the evidence solid enough to believe one can get a conviction. Yes, I believe laws were broken, and they have evidence, but they have to make sure they have all the evidence to make it as tight as possible. Letting Comey off (for now) on the leaking, was small potatoes compared to the big stuff, like conspiracy to interfere in federal elections, plant false evidence, entrap a presidential candidate, and then to take down a sitting president.

I agree with what you said, but I don’t like those “grounds for prosecution.” According to that, there has to have been a federal offense (check ✔︎), and prosecution should commence UNLESS the prosecution “would serve no substantial federal interest.” That sounds like a completely subjective judgment call to me.
And #3 says the prosecution should commence “unless there exists an adequate non-criminal alternative to prosecution,” which sounds like slaps on the wrist like firing, losing a pension, etc. I hope I’m mistaken about that.
I know this, though: If people like Comey are proven to have not only violated the law but also been involved in affecting our elections and then taking down our president, and he gets “an adequate non-criminal alternative to prosecution,” there will be riots in the streets and the Republican Party will lose all the ground it has gained. It could even affect the 2020 election for Pres. Trump. Justice had better be served.

Ahead of its official Frankfurt Auto show debut, Lamborghini has revealed the Sian, the Italian supercar maker’s first hybrid vehicle.
Sian means flash of lightning in the Sant’Agata automaker’s Bolognese Italian dialect — an apt name for a car that’s also the company’s most powerful creation.
The Sian’s heart is the same 6.5-liter V12 engine used in the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ with an added twist — electricity.
The new Lamborghini employs a 48-volt mild-hybrid system to add 34 electric horsepower into the mix, bringing the total to 819 horsepower. Those numbers also turn the new Sian into the most powerful production Lamborghini ever, beating the 770 horsepower SVJ.
Nothing wrong with that, IMO. It’s another example of private industry using R & D to make technological improvements to their product line.
Acura’s latest generation NSX model has been a hybrid for a couple of years now. And it works perfectly. My next door neighbor has one. Extremely fast and flawless handling. He actually races it at Portland International Raceway.

Umm, in some places that has actually happened in Catholic schools. If they are concealed, they cannot be seen, of course, but the late Fr. The 4 functions of Q
We are coming to the end of summer, with the Labor Day holiday weekend now in the past. The evenings will grow darker and cooler, people will return indoors, and the TV screen will regain their attention. The collective consciousness will turn back to the business of government — and criminal justice.
Senator Graham has made a formal request to Attorney General Barr for him to declassify the material related to the illegal spying on the Trump administration. This Spygate scandal is finally going to hit the public realm, exposing the corrupt alliance between the DNC, a compromised justice system, and the crooked mass media.
This sets up a cascade of revelations of high-level criminality — together with further media complicity to cover it up. This collusion includes both the mass published media, as well as social media platforms. YouTube, Facebook and Twitter masquerade as neutral communications services, but are really illegal gatekeepers of information.
This denouement to the scandal was long anticipated: a collapse of credibility of the media institutions that are meant to support the free flow of information and hold power to account. It is a crisis of trust the like of which has never been encountered before.
This is where the Q operation comes in: we have had nearly two years of preparation for this moment. Citizen journalists and alternative media are already taking up the mantle of reliable and truthful sources, overtaking the discredited corporate mass media in both audience size and engagement.
I was recently asked to summarise “what is Q?”, and came up with four core functions that this military intelligence program implements for these extraordinary times.
1. Q is a multi-year process to disclose secret illegal government activity
There are over 3500 “drops” by Q to date, but the core tale of corruption is told in the first 100. Anybody can go read them in an hour or so. The very uncomfortable truth is that the US Government has long been beholden to an institutionalised system of transnational crime, that has also hijacked many other countries.
Q gave open source researchers a framework in which to “dig” for data on this system of criminality. The belief that Hillary Clinton — essentially a puppet of that system — could not lose the 2016 election had made them careless, and left an extensive public evidence trail. The result is a vast trove of vetted data collated by anonymous citizens working in collaboration worldwide.
To say that what has been uncovered is disturbing is to miss the point: not only are many “conspiracy theories” true, they are interlinked as part of a single plan to destroy freedom and bring on global totalitarian rule. Your worst nightmares of betrayal and genocide were being actively implemented — by those who had sworn to serve you.
Specifically, Obama was not a legitimate President, and every part of his legacy will be dismantled. He is the greatest political fraud ever perpetrated, and that is against some stuff competition from his predecessors. Hillary Clinton was meant to be a continuation of that fraud to its destructive conclusion. The corporate media have known this all along, and exposure of the plot will destroy them.
At the heart of this psychopathic system of criminal power is the multi-generational abuse of children, tied to an ancient sex and death cult. Government by occult forces seems like science fiction, but it turns out to be the world we live in. Understanding this ugly reality is the key to ending the evil that it perpetuates.
2. Q is a prophylactic against civil war and vigilante activity
The last two years have seen a nonstop battle between the mainstream and alternative media for “narrative supremacy”. It has involved the mass media pushing the Russiagate hoax, which now lies broken and exposed as a fabricated and paid-for lie.
The mass media had to attempt to unseat President Trump in order to preserve themselves. Whilst the attempted coup it represents is very serious, in many ways this has proven to be a distraction. The public has been kept engaged — and dare I say even entertained — with this drama, whilst the painstaking process of cleaning up the justice system has quietly taken place in the background.
Q has given activists for justice a focus that they otherwise would have lacked. Q has offered an angry public hope — grounded in practical progress — of a peaceful outcome using the lawful system of civilian and military justice. For the real challenge is not arraigning the traitors, but doing so in a way that doesn’t cause society to collapse.
As the treason of many trusted politicians, business leaders, and military personnel is now revealed, there is an established Q movement with a track record of peaceful investigation of the truth, rather than vigilante activity seeking revenge. The collapse of trust in the mass media — who covered for these crimes — will not leave a vacuum for troublemakers to occupy.
The Q drops demonstrate that what is unfolding is all part of a managed process of justice that has been thought through with military precision. It gives ordinary people awakening to the nightmare confidence in the plan for resolution, and a good reason to reject those who would wish to cause harm by inciting violence or insurrection.
3. Q is a training program in discernment and logical thinking
Decades of media brainwashing and social conditioning have led much of the public to mistrust their own judgement, and to disbelieve the evidence of their own eyes and ears. The weaponisation of mass media against the very citizens it was meant to protect creates deep social division and mutual distrust.
Propaganda has been packaged as journalism, and the skill of distinguishing these is not offered in schools. Quite the opposite is true: public education has become indoctrination. Criminals have taught people to shut down rational inquiry on hearing the term “conspiracy theory”, and hence ignore their crimes, based on the threat of being ridiculed and socially ostracised.
Q is like a grand bootcamp for digital soldiers, who have to learn to deal with this complex and contentious information landscape. The Q drops frequently use the Socratic method, encouraging learning via asking questions, rather than providing packaged answers. Q incites people to think for themselves — rather than telling people what to think — and to use logic rather than emotion.
Q has helped us to understand what kinds of data we can rely on in a data environment filled with disinformation, and what we should be wary of. We have had to become more judicious in our selection of valid sources, and more discerning about future dates and events that may or may not transpire. Q has validated our trust in evidence and reason over purported authority.
Two years of the building of this “Q Army” has created a mass movement of people who question everything they are told, taking nothing at face value. We have learned to expand our thinking, and are open to new possibilities that would previously have been dismissed as too “out there”. For the truth really is stranger than fiction — by far.
4. Q is an information weapon against institutionalised crime and corrupted media
The corporate media is the most powerful weapon of the criminal “deep state” that is right now being removed from power. The media’s deceit has captured the souls of many of our compatriots into a web of lies and hatred. To counter this, Q has created a formidable foe to take on the “fake news”, as digital soldiers dissect every falsehood in real time, 24×7.
In the coming battle, the corrupt mass media will attempt to spin everything to their advantage — no matter how indefensible. They have already been working hard to get ahead of the story, setting up doubts about video evidence as being “deep fakes”; suggesting that paedophilia is a sexual preference rather than a serious crime; and even attempting to normalise cannibalism. (The word “pedovore” is one I wish I hadn’t had reason to encounter.)
Ultimately the public are going to have to decide who is telling the truth: is the mass media offering journalism or propaganda? Can it be really true that they are just one coordinated narrative under so many seemingly independent brands? How could such an unethical system of mind control ever be possible in a modern technological age?
The Q operation has been set up with the ultimate catch-22 for a corrupt corporate media, proving conclusively that it is pure propaganda, and not legitimate journalism. How so? The identity of Q is deliberately opaque. Q is not a “formal” program of the US government or military. Yet Q offers hundreds of data points that demonstrate Q is indeed linked to the Trump administration.
Any ordinary person can seek these out and validate them. They are beyond compelling. Meanwhile, the corporate media writes endless hit pieces on Q denouncing everything Q offers as “debunked conspiracy theory”. They write ad hominem attacks on those who think for themselves and reject the media’s false narrative.
Yet these “journalists” never do the most basic investigative activity of asking President Trump whether Q is legitimate, and if he is connected to it. This “Q question” turns Q into the most powerful (and paradoxical) information weapon in history: the credibility of the entire mass media is on the line, and every day they fail to ask it more people come to realise they are not in the business of journalism.
The mass media’s refusal to ask this simple question constantly destroys their credibility, with no action or effort required by the forces of truth. As Spygate and other scandals unfold, the outrage of the public at the complicity of the media will grow, and demands for the “Q question” to be asked will become irresistible.
At that point, the corrupt corporate media will have triggered their own demise: every assertion of Q they dispute will necessitate public proof. An avalanche of disclosure will cascade down and bury them. Every previous hit piece they wrote on Q will act as an epitaph — and a warning to those who might consider such organised lies in future.

Wondering what happened on the other page (one back from this). I was about 5/6ths down where Lady P posted at about 1100AM and then the next post was by Thesetruths but I could not get any farther. 7 attempts and I could not get farther than that before my browser would crash each time at the same place. A few posts above Lady P Wolf was going off on Comey, not sure if it was that but my browser will not let me get there past Thesetruths post, in fact cut me off in the middle of it.
Any ideas? or Was something posted someone thinks I shouldn’t see? I use the Vivaldi browser and though I’ve had a few crashes before never one here and never like that in the same spot every time.

I havent seen storm chasers….watching the Tenaja fire right now, finding chasers on it.
Molly, you could check out Reed Timmer…he’s a storm chaser who was in Florida on Monday.
He’s probably moved up the coast by now, to where the action is.
While the DemComs were pontificating about ClimateCrapshow…this was happening (not sure when this was actually happening because they’re all in overcoats..but…anyhoo)
