Wow! What a comment section in yesterday’s thread on this subject. Love hanging out with smart people, you guys are so good at brainstorming. You can expand a list of options or focus on a few key issues. Likewise, you’re comfortable working at a 30K foot view, or digging into the minutiae. Instinctively, we knew this was a good group, but yesterday’s comment section is proof. Grateful to be among you.
As I’m reading the comments from yesterday, I’m sitting at the desk. It’s cool enough to have the doors open this morning, and the birds are active. Daybreak has begun, and the sky is drifting from a Italian cobalt blue to hot pinks and oranges. It’s a gorgeous fall morning. The house is still but fragrant from the first pot of coffee. I can concentrate. That was when I read Scott467’s comment…..
Scott is one of the best to make us think about the tough questions. Out of all the reasons Dems could be angry, out of all the things we thought about yesterday, what could be the one reason? Instead of expanding the list, Scott sought to narrow the list. That Scott, that fella……. he’s one wise man.
What one thing could tie all of it together? What ‘answer’ could work as a sort of ‘unified field’ theory?

Gosh, I didn’t expect that reply, Scott. We were doing well, making the list longer. Now, we need to trim the list and get down to ONE reason? Encapsulate the whole thing? But Scott hit something. He was right and it frustrated me. I went outside to sweep the side porch, not that it needed it, but the motion of the broom…… somehow……. helps thoughts push through my brain. Am I the only one who does that?
Here’s what I came up with. Of course, like yesterday, there is no right or wrong answer and again, like yesterday………. can’t wait to see the group’s thoughts on this one.

Rather shut down opposition and silence opponents, than take the time to listen and compromise
Rather tax the wealthy, admonish them for their success, then address the problems of a generational welfare state.
It becomes the path of choice for everything – the easy way out
Cover up the corruption rather than expose it — Awan scandal, paying off harassment suits against Congressman with public funds, Diane Feinstein’s Chinese “driver”, the Kavanaugh trial….. and the enormous problems with the Clinton Foundation.
And then it drifts down into culture,
Don’t get promoted? Sue the company for discrimination.
Don’t like your male boss, accuse him of sexual advances.
Don’t check out fast enough in line, can’t afford an item in a dept store = steal it.
Don’t want to take the time to work out problems with your spouse —>>> divorce.

It’s about never learning how to accept failure (Hillary Clinton is a perfect example).
If we cannot accept a failure, we’re stuck. Time stops. We cannot move forward to LEARN from the mistake, and grow, develop into a wise old man, change our tactics, and be a productive member of society.
Again, Hillary is a perfect example of someone who is “stuck”.
When I was young, I worked on a case that I knew would make me successful and wealthy. I was so sure I was going to make a name for myself. Ahhhh, we’re all blind when we’re young. I worked on it for two years, and I did everything right. Every detail of the case was covered. I was so sure I would put the plan in motion, I even shopped for new homes. I knew the house I was going to buy. Suddenly, from left field, a competitor appeared. His plan was not as good, he was not offering nearly what my firm could, but he was older and the law firm was more comfortable with him than me. As I headed into a final meeting, where I feared I would learn the bad news, I called……….. Dad. I needed advice.
My Dad loved me. Surely, he would be empathetic or give me something magical to say or do to save the client. Instead, I got a swift kick in the a$$…. from my own Dad.
Dad was familiar with the case, of course, I talked about it endlessly for two years. Instead, Dad said, paraphrasing, “You’ve lost this one. Accept the beating and move on. You put all your eggs into one basket, and it’s a classic mistake. If you had 10 law firms- medium size, instead of going after the biggest one in the southeast, you wouldn’t be in this position. Yes, all the other guys in the office will make fun of you. This is your comeuppance. It’s going to happen. You failed to bring it home…… “
I was feeling like an old crusty barnacle on the bottom of a boat, whining a little bit (Gosh, I really thought Dad would have something magical. Dad hated it when I whined and he was getting impatient with me) when Dad continued, “…… but here’s the thing….. If you’re not failing, you’re not fu$king doing anything. If you never fail, that means you never tried. You want to be on the field of play, then expect to get fu$king hit. You’ll figure out how to win….. next time. You’re way too stubborn to stay down on the mat for too long…..”
My Dad was a Marine until the day he died and a very successful exec. I was 24 when that conversation happened and in 24yrs, I never heard him curse. Never. Not once. For Dad to drop the F bomb was a big deal. It meant two things. He was serious, and he was treating me like an adult, not a daughter. Mixed blessing. Lose a huge client, but in Daddy’s eyes, I was all grown up. Yeah, grown up enough to fail, …..miserably. And like all daughters seeking their father’s respect, Dad was much more important to me than any client. I was working on that “respect” thing…..but I was getting there.
I took my medicine from the client, and they were kind of surprised by how quickly I walked away. My competitor got a slot on Good Morning America…. and the sight of his face made me irritated for years. Salt in the wound. Yet strangely, I was walking a little taller. Yeah, I could figure it out. There would be many more failures to come. I embraced them and each time, the sting hurt a little less. Each failure taught me more, make me stronger. And no, staying “down on the mat” would have been easier, but was never a comfortable place to be.
Lying about it, selling out, compromising ethics was never an option. Can’t get respect that way….. at least not from my Dad.
Some people are so afraid to fail, they take desperate measures to avoid the pivotal moment of failure. Husbands/wives hide affairs. Politicians hide corruption. Media won’t admit the Russia Hoax. It’s endless.
What if we taught our kids, and our loved ones, failure and disappointment is part of life? What we LEARN from the failure is obviously information we needed to NOT fail the next time. No one escapes failure in their lives. How we deal with our failures, however, does define us. Are we confronters, or are we avoiders…. until we are forced to confront the failure

Not failing, at least publicly, is all about keeping up appearances. In the end, it’s a pride thing.
Failure in and of itself may not be so much a human learning experience as it can be a God moment. Considered from that angle, and perspective on it changes.
Could it be the “respect thing”?

For instance, those who idolize Nancy and want to be like her…… would have to be unethical and cheat.
Those who idolize Mark Zuckerberg, would have to steal the idea from the twins.
Is it a lack of ethics.
Some of the most ethical people I know have a fear of failure. It’s a societal thing, IMO, that this is so. It has to do with competition and keeping up appearances.
“Failure is not an option” belongs in some parts of life, those dealing with life or death where failure is known to happen, but it doesn’t have to be part of things like sports where kid level events are really about learning. Some parents try to make it more than that.
As for the unethical among us, let’s face it, hyper competitive people will try just about anything to get ahead. Think of all the doping scandals. In politics, the unethical have stuffed ballot boxes forever. In the end, it comes down to pride.

If were keeping with why the democracts are so angry theme ,i believe its as simple as this “fear”. Just the thought of prison or even a verdict of death for treason brings about a terrible fear I would imagine. So there fears drives them to extreme lengths to keep what they’ve done hidden.and there fear is so irrational they have gone insane. The Lord gives them that do these things over to insanity,which what we are seeing now.
Sue, you’ve got it. They never thought there would be consequences for their criminal, corrupt, seditious acts, and they will do Absolutely Anything to try to save themselves. They are Guilty as Sin, and they know the consequences could be deadly serious. And I think many of them have never had to face real adult consequences for wrong-doing. Someone has always baled them out and they have simply clawed their way to power.

^^^ Many or most of the guilty bastards have been protected by virtue of their positions in the Federal Government. They never reckoned with accountability actually happening to them. Group think on bad guys part gave them false security. Now they can be proven felons, some traitors…when / if convicted lose their freedom for years, decades or life. Lose financial wealth. Family left with whatever may be left.
Quite sobering thoughts the guilty have been dodging for 3+ years and sleeplessly pondering their bleak future.

I was in one of those meetings some years back (I was paid to attend). The premise was that California utility companies, out of the goodness of their hearts, would provide low cost “energy audits” to identify ways that people’s homes could be more efficient.
Unfortunately for the organizer, I pretty much blew-up the concept. I live in a home that was built in 1955. In 1986, the garage was converted into a family room, a new attached garage was built, and the house was extended to the west by about six feet. Since we purchased the house in 1997, we’ve replaced the blown-in cellulose insulation in the attic with fiberglass, ripped the interior wall on the east side of the house off and put in fiberglass, and put insulation in the crawlspace under the floor.
If you were to have a reader to show how well-insulated the building is, it would read zero for any remaining original 1955 construction, acceptable for any of the 1986 construction, and modern for anything done since 1997. But these items are frequently adjacent to each other. Each room may have walls from three different eras.
If someone tried to “energy audit” my appliances, they’d find that I have been a very naughty boy. I moved our hot water heater into the garage from inside the house — because I prefer to keep pilot-lights out of occupied areas. I installed air conditioning. I replaced our double wall oven with one that requires a dedicated 70A circuit, when our main panel used to be only 100A for the whole house. And I’m clinging to our ancient Kenmore clothes washer even though it uses gallons of water each cycle. And if anyone had a problem with that, they can k*** my a**.

The new rules to be implemented were designed by animal rights activists, and really got the community riled up. There were several public meetings, and the end result wasn’t a lot different from what had originally been proposed. But it was run just like you outlined. Huh. Imagine that.

Gail, interesting you mention 6th grade level. I was taught decades ago that the average Joe Citizen comprehends at the 6th grade level and therefore the vast majority of publication, movies,, TV sitcoms , etc. are presented thusly. In fact, I probably have followed this benchmark the majority of the time on a personal/professional level. You have to know your audience has been my mantra, and although I can probably still throw out those big words with the best of them,..I rarely have the need any more in my current world. ( somewhat like the foreign languages I used to be fairly fluent in…use it or lose it).
I actually see a lot of that in POTUS and how he relates to his audience.
I find that many people actually resent “big words” presentations, unless they happen to be in a big words group! LOL. Have you ever watched an audience’s eye glaze over when they do not relate to the speaker or presentation? I have numerous times.
Sadly, in most cases the speaker is totally oblivious, so enamored with the sound of their own voice and their speech notes, they just plow on.
However, I must agree that my generation of farmers, parents and my peers, would definitely fall into that category mentioned in the Handbook. I grew up in a rural farming community where the vast majority of residents were farmers, and I cannot think of one single farmer that went to college ..probably my parents’ generation didn’t graduate high school. They were the taste the dirt to see what needed to be added types. They were suspicious of the agencies that tried to “educate” them, and they were more likely to trust the Grange for new information. So, yes, the 6th grade approach was probably correct for that time.
Of course, today’s young farmers are another breed…college-educated, everything on computer, not afraid to borrow money (compared to the cash only mentality of “my” farmers), looking always towards the Big Picture and continuous expansion. Sounds as though the USDA needs to catch up to reality.

Satan seeks power. Yesterday I said that power corrupts, and absolute power yadda yadda. I actually think that that old saw is wrong. The corruption comes first, I think. Satan first enters you, and then you are impelled to seek power to serve him. So those that seek power young are to be closely examined.
We had this convo re Trump a while back – that he only put his hand up late in life because of the need to fix America. That is a tell as to his intentions. Same with Washington. He set the standard, as it were.
So if Scott is looking for a one word answer, it is Satan. The tell is Lies, Division, Accusation and the desperate pursuit of Power – hallmarks of the beast. Money at this level of evil is just a tool. Sure, follow the money, but the main tells are more reliable – they are unerring.

I think it all comes down to Power. It’s like a drug and they are all addicted.
The vehicle they rode to power on could be many things, most of them evil. Could be “religion,” i.e. Islam, Luciferianism, or some cult thing we don’t see yet. Could be “family,” a la the Bushes, Kerry’s, Bidens, Pelosis, what have you. Could be they fell into politics because they were just interested when they were young, but over time the power of it all overwhelmed whatever goodness was in them.
It could be, as in the case of someone like John McCain, that when the chips were down, they realized that they were just not up to the challenge, and because they were weak, they just turned all the way to the dark side. I mean, what the hell, you already committed the cardinal sin, right? What’s a few more if you are already doomed?
Political power has created a such hellish vortex in the world that few, once in it, can withstand its siren song. President Trump can; he has God, and he also has had power all his life, so political power is not such a big deal. He is also not a substance abuser, so the “high” doesn’t appeal to him. He fights.
All I can do at this point is fight, too, in whatever way presents itself. Trump is our General, and I am a soldier. It’s war, game on.
Good comments, Aubergine. I think you are correct about good intentions morphing into not being able to resist the many temptations constantly offered. It happens in literally all walks of life…just look at the religious leaders that end their days in disgrace, for example, but started with the very best intentions.
I know a former professional Major League Baseball player, and learned from him how easily they can learn to be “entitled”…go into a restaurant on the road and their very expensive tab is picked up by complete strangers to whom they give a little wave….free golf and sets of clubs wherever they might have a few days, etc, etc. This, of course, doesn’t begin to cover the “groupies”..take your pick, or the drugs, gambling, etc,
Same situation, of course, for entertainers. And, as many of you know I had many years of Miss America Pageant involvement at national level and, believe it or not…there were years where contestants fell right into the power/ entitlement trap. When people tell you over and over how wonderful you are…it’s difficult not to believe it!

I did some study in forgiveness mainly in conjunction with post-abortion healing and abuse issues. From my experience one of the biggest obstacles to forgiveness of one’s self and others is PRIDE.
Many people think either, “my sin is so great, I cannot forgive myself.” Or, their sin against me is unforgivable. Problem here is pride…they are usurping the role of God and telling Him He couldn’t possibly forgive them.
There are or at least were online grad level psychology classes offered at U of Wisconsin in, IIRC, Milwaukee. Excellent textbook and book for clients seeking to forgive. Secular psychology is finally promoting it bigly but Jesus promoted from day one.
The destruction to the unforgiver is immense, and seems to bind the Hand of God in working to heal and purify the transgressor. We need to put the transgressors in His Hands, even though we don’t feel forgiveness toward them.
Forgiveness is not a feeling. It is a purposeful act. Just ask God to forgive the transgressors for us. However we are NOT required to allow them back into our lives.
Pride, one of the capital or deadly sins, and the other capital sins is usually at the core of other sin.
Yesterday Cuppa Cofefe suggested they are CAPITOL sins…excellent and funny observation.

I see people destroy themselves with unforgiveness, and most keep pecking away at others along with the person who needs to be forgiven. They steep in bitterness.
So very true. It poisons everything. I have found, through hard lessons, that forgiveness is really between me and God, and the extent I forgive is the extent I am healed of the pain of the offense. Forgiveness is God’s way of healing us of the wounds of others.

The Dimms are angry because of all of the reasons listed. They are guilty, trying to cover things up, and everything they have tried has failed. The failure feeds the anger and they keep attacking, rinse and repeat, and it has become a vicious cycle for them. Remember early on Q said that all the players had been made the same offer, to get out of politics or …… else. A lot of Republicans bowed out for whatever reason. None of the Dimms did, they figured they could weasel their way out. So, forgiveness was offered, and a lot did not partake of it.
Daughn, your father taught you the Marines’ unofficial motto, improvise, adapt, and overcome. I believe that is a hallmark of America ingenuity. It’s not learning to accept failure, it’s learning to understand what is wrong, how to not make the same mistake again, and how to move forward and overcome. It’s something Trump does all the time. The Dimms only know how to attack. They are terrible at countering, they want to stick to the plan. I think that also plays into why Mattis and Trump differed – Trump consulted the field commanders, and we’ve all heard the story from the Trump rallies. Mattis wanted to stick to the plan. The improvise part comes from our nation’s background of immigration, people settling into the new country. We had a dentist who had been a Marine. My kids used to tell me horror stories because he would not take their whining. He told them to “shell up and be a man” at 10-12-13 when they teeth pulled to alpine for braces.. He was a little kinder to the daughter but she was a gymnast and dancer at the time and took pain well.
Later they admired the good dentist. My best dental work was done by him and I am thankful that his work helped me to keep my teeth.
Correction: not alpine is supposed to apply for braces.

It is not easy to conceive a thought, and then try to express it in a way that others will understand it in the way you hope or intend. NOT easy! 😁
That is (in part) why I often say the same thing several different ways, because I don’t know which ‘key’ will unlock the door to understanding with which individual. Some people will understand best through analogy. Some through logical deduction. Some through allegory or parable. Some will understand best if I pose a series of rhetorical questions which (hopefully) lead to the conclusion I intended or hoped would be reached, so that genuine communication takes place.
And despite my best efforts, I often fail anyway!
But that’s okay, because we discuss a relatively finite series of subjects here (though infinite variations on them), so over time, we have multiple opportunities, and the message eventually (usually) gets through — unlike a one-time exchange (e.g., Disqus platform on Breitbart) where you only have that one shot, because you may not ‘see’ that person again, on a platform as big as Breitbart.
Probably easier on the eyes if I break this into two parts, so I’ll continue in the next post.

Building for the glory of God certainly unites likeminded souls (and hopefully draws others too), but I was trying to figure out a way to begin the discussion of what is at the root of all the corruption that is being exposed day by day, the subject of Daugn’s original inquiry.
I could have just blurted it out, and that would have been a lot shorter, lol!
But I understand that this is not a very uncomfortable subject for many, and not one that many people want to think about. And if they are willing to think about it, how do you best begin that discussion — what pieces do you lay out, and in what order?
There’s no ‘right’ answer, just an attempt to connect enough of the puzzle pieces together, so it can be seen more clearly, more easily, for what it plainly appears to be.
I think it is often helpful to start with some kind of foundation, and work your way toward the object of the subject matter in steps, and referencing known data points along the way, so the ‘picture’ begins to come into focus gradually, if that makes sense.
That kind of approach seems better suited to subjects which, because of their nature, most of us subconsciously (and/or consciously) don’t normally think about.

I’m sure you are better versed than I am, I was completely in the dark about all the pedo-stuff until Q. Since then, once I knew it was something big, I started following links and watching youtube videos promoted or interviewed by a list of Internet personalities, e.g., Tracy Beanz, ‘Potter Expositor’ (haven’t seen it in a long time though, Col. Potter seemed to be losing it for a while…), Wictor, Rex, the ‘You Are Free’ lady ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYuTOagsxlfgVBfOzCjxOPw/videos ), Steve Pieczenik (sp?) (entertaining, but he’s all over the map, I can’t tell if he’s disinfo or psy-op), and of course Q.
Then there are the various articles and blogs explaining the symbols and code words used by pedos, which I first became aware of during pizzagate, and then much more so after Q.
NeonRevolt has done some deep-dives on this subject matter, tracing what essentially amounts to occult/Satanism across cultures and across time as far back as records go. It has been called different things by different cultures, but it always is about the sickest most twisted and perverted pedo stuff, along with ritual child sacrifice.
Whether it is one long chain of evil associated with a distinct belief system transmitted across time or whether it’s something organic / endemic to the worst aspects of human nature which always lead to the same place of depravity when the ‘conditions’ allow it, I don’t know, and nobody seems to know for sure.
In other words, do people in every culture and civilization ‘start it’, and then use ‘religion’ (e.g., Satanism) as a ‘cover’ or justification or power structure to organize a cult / religion around the perversion they are already engaged in? Or is it a real ‘religion’ of Satanism that is transmitted more or less whole and intact across time and across cultures, such that the practices engaged in today are more or less the same as what was done in the 12th century AD, and the 4th century AD, and the 5th century B.C. and on and on back in time.

What direct evidence do we have today for all this pedo stuff?
The Q board has lots of it, and of course human trafficking of children is a global enterprise. Somebody is paying for that ‘service’, and it’s not the kind of thing poor people can afford. It’s also not the kind of thing that can be done on a large scale without government(s) facilitating the process, which mean they are getting a kickback from the profits, and almost certainly indulging themselves in the ‘merchandise’ once they start down that path.
There is Rachel Chandler, the NXVIM (sp?) cult, and Epstein was of course the most notorious ‘catch’, but TPTB let him get rubbed out (how often do you get to use ‘rubbed out’ in 2019?) or his death was faked and he is in witness protection — or worse, he actually escaped. That whole situation is so ‘Keystone Cops’ that it’s almost impossible to believe Epstein is actually dead.

And the amount of secrecy/security required is off the charts, as are the penalties for getting caught.
The ‘product’ is expensive and requires extensive secrecy, yet the client list must be large in order to ‘consume’ such a large quantity of ‘product’, which narrows down the potential clientele considerably. Who has lots and lots of money, access to the halls of power, extensive social circles, and doesn’t associate with ANYBODY outside their own social class?

All of the symbolism, along with emails, photographs, paintings, hand gestures, etc., all point in one direction and implicate the same ‘class’ of wealthy and powerful people who are likewise traveling in the same circles Epstein traveled. And the Clintons. The Clintons are always around, like stink in a latrine on a hot summer day, wherever corruption on a large scale is involved
The white hats should have a lot of information (lists of names, photos, blackmail material, etc.) obtained from Epstein’s property, and there is Huma’s laptop computer. Those are the two biggest troves of hard evidence I am aware of, and presumably is being held secret until arrests and trials happen.
So taken all together, all signs point in the same direction, and no signs point in any other direction (there really are no other credible suspects besides the usual suspects), besides the direction we’re all looking, and have been looking, since it became a bigger part of public awareness.
If the arrests ever start, I think we will have confirmation very soon afterward. Maybe not details regarding specific evidence until trials, but definitely enough to know and confirm our strongest and hardly unfounded suspicions.
The government will have a strong self interest in preventing the perpetrators from portraying themselves as ‘victims’, and the very best way to do that is to make sure the public knows enough to understand what kind of monsters these people really are.

I got kind of sidetracked into the ‘consent’ issue, and the ‘word games’, and then I realized I was going down a rabbit hole that was going to take a long time to circle back to where I was hoping to conclude, lol!
So I abandoned it and tried to get back on track. There is so much to talk about, and so many different angles to pursue, and the nature of it is always complicated if the audience doesn’t already have some background information on the subject matter, so it’s easy to get into the weeds.

Yes, all of those things and others you listed — but are those symptoms, or root causes?
Thinking about the BIG picture, there is evil activity everywhere, growing like bacteria in a Petri dish. Q has discussed what appears to be the ‘whole’ picture, but Q has also said that there are many things which he cannot directly tell us, he can only point us in the right direction, we have to ‘discover’ it organically and connect the dots ourselves.
That frustrates, but there must be at least several reasons for it:
1) it’s training us to put these many puzzle pieces together into a coherent whole
2) it may be unlawful for Q to tell us many things directly because the subject is classified, but apparently the ‘loophole’ is that he can point us in the right direction, interrupt us when we’re on the wrong track and confirm when we’re on the right track, so that we eventually connect the ‘right’ dots more or less on our own (i.e., ‘organically’). It may be a little bit of a ‘cheat’, but so long as no law is being violated, ‘creative assistance’ might be a better term.
3) the third one is more complicated. The ‘big game’ or ‘long game’ being played by the black hats always seems to involve ‘consent’. It’s as if they have ‘rules’, and so long as they technically work within those ‘rules’, they can do whatever they please.
For example, they can plot and deceive in order to enslave us, and that is perfectly fine, SO LONG AS we give them our ‘consent’ to do so. And TRICKING us into giving that ‘consent’ is 100% fair play.
In fact, it often appears to be the #1 rule of the ‘game’.
They have to ‘reveal’ their plans, so they do. How many different times did GHWB give public notice about the “New World Order” and the “Thousand Points of Light”?
They don’t have to spell out specifically what it MEANS, that’s up to US to find out, that’s for us to do our ‘due diligence’, it’s up to us to DIG and figure it out.
No different than with Q, except Q is the black hats’ mortal enemy, and Q is helping US to understand the ‘long game’ that is being played against us.
I believe ‘consent’ is a key concept. According to their ‘rules’, they cannot just implement their will upon us. We have to LET them. Of course, we would never let them if we understood what they are doing, so they have to DECEIVE us, while still playing within their own ‘rules’.
I don’t know the origin of their rules, only that they appear to follow them. And ‘consent’ is an important concept in their ‘game’. Almost as if they don’t want to compel servitude, because it makes them feel even more superior if they can deceive us into serving them willingly, by consent.
If these sound like lawyer’s games, it’s because they are, everything is, and probably always has been. A simple thing like a cop or a judge saying “Do you understand?” doesn’t necessarily mean what we think it means. To the judge (and the cop, whether he knows it or not, but the judge certainly does), “understand” means “stand under”.
So a judge, for example, reads a ‘charge’ (there’s another loaded word with multiple meanings, as nearly all words do, it turns out), and says “Do you understand?”. Well, you heard the words, and your ‘attorney’ (who is an officer of the court, so his highest duty and obligation is to the COURT, and NOT to you, btw… conflict of interest much?), your attorney nods to you, so you, being incapable of representing yourself and presenting yourself as a ward of the court (does that sound like a free man?) say “Yes, I understand”, which means “Yes, I stand under whatever it is you just said, I agree to it, I consent to the charge, and I consent to your jurisdiction over me”. Who knew “understand” could mean so much?
That’s only ONE word. Learning to understand the multiple meanings of common English words used to deceive us constantly in Law is like learning an entire new language.
Rules made by men were first established by kings, but kings had advisors, and those were effectively lawyers. And the king always constructs the rules to his own advantage, and to the disadvantage of his subjects.
The black hats consider themselves to be like kings, and we are their subjects. Some of their subjects love to be ruled over. Even fawning over their ‘royalty’ (a.k.a. the usually inbred descendants of the most brutal thugs who murdered, successfully defrauded or otherwise, by hook or by crook, took the ‘Iron Throne’). Not the sort of people I look up to as a shining example, but that’s me. Americans are a highly resistant strain that just won’t ‘heel’.

From where does this Maxim of the Law originate?
Like so much of the early Law and Common Law, it has its foundation in Scripture. Every good or true thing in Western Civilization seems to eventually lead back to God’s Word, if you dig deep enough. The earliest reference to establish this concept that I am aware of is in Numbers chapter 30. It’s a short chapter and covers this subject with several specific examples.
It has to do with God’s rules regarding the swearing of vows, and the difference between men and women on this subject. This isn’t about ‘equal rights’, I’m just pointing out what I believe to be the origin of this important concept called ‘consent’.
If a man swears an oath or a vow unto the Lord, he will do it or fulfill it. Period. If a daughter who still lives in her father’s house swears a vow to the Lord, and the father hears it or becomes aware of it, God has given the father the authority to disallow the daughter’s vow, i.e., the father can nullify it, and the daughter will be ‘forgiven’ by God (i.e., she will not be required to fulfill the vow and will not be considered ‘guilty’ by God for NOT fulfilling it).
The same ‘rule’ applies to a wife, i.e., the husband can disallow the ‘vow’, and she is off the hook. But in EITHER case, if the father or the husband becomes aware of the daughter or wife’s vows, and KEEPS HIS SILENCE, i.e., he does NOT overrule or disallow the vow, THEN the daughter’s or wife’s vow STANDS, and she will perform her vow to the utmost.
The man’s SILENCE was deemed — by God — as CONSENT.
I am not a lawyer, and I don’t know what the law books say the origin of this concept is, but whatever source or origin they give, the Book of Numbers predates it, and the Maxim of Law referred to by Sir Thomas More (see above) in the early 1500s is perfectly illustrated by Numbers chapter 30 in the Old Testament.

Also found this in my notes from about 5 years ago. This is actually from a 167 page booklet titled “The Right To Travel”, which covers, among other things, that the government cannot lawfully require you to obtain a LICENSE in order to exercise your RIGHTS, one of which is the Right to TRAVEL by whatever mode is common (with car being one of the most common).

On the idea of consent, the legal maxim of law is stated thus;

meaning-The king cannot load a subject with impositions against his consent.

They use all kinds of tricks to deceive us into consent. They use words that have legal meanings (‘vehicle’ as opposed to ‘car’, ‘driving’ as opposed to ‘operating’, etc.). They created an entire framework of legal BS to deceive us into exchanging our Rights for “benefits and privileges”, of which ANY ‘license’ is one.
Rights are given by God and cannot be waived or taken away (inalienable), but ‘benefits and privileges’ are given by government, and can be taken away. They can also be used as LEVERAGE in order to obtain COMPLIANCE by threatening to take away your privileges (e.g., your ‘driver’s license’).
It’s a big and fascinating subject, but the short version is that we absolutely have a RIGHT to travel by car without a ‘driver’s license’ and without ‘license plates’, but you can’t just DO it, you have to understand what you are doing and how to go about it properly, because we’re already IN their twisted system, we were already deceived into ‘consenting’ to their ‘penalties’, so to get out of it, you have to it in a knowledgeable and orderly manner.
And the way to find that information is not easy, and actually doing it without someone (with experience) guiding you, so that you don’t run afoul of their legal traps, is intimidating — which of course it is designed to be, everything about government is designed to be intimidating, government is the applied use of threat and force.
And I’m already getting sidetracked.
1) People drove cars for years, in some states for DECADES, before ‘licenses’ were ever required. So driving a car was established under Common Law in the early 1900s.
2) whatever was lawful under Common Law must likewise be lawful in our current civil law scheme (and ‘scheme’ is truly the kindest word for this authoritarian oppressive mess). When they create their legal schemes and try to force you into compliance (like deceiving you into believing you MUST have a driver’s license, or a marriage license, for that matter), they MUST leave a ‘backdoor’ or ‘loophole’ to do it the OLD way under Common Law, because they cannot legislate to make unlawful that which was lawful under Common Law.
3) If it was lawful under Common Law to drive a car without a license (and it was!), then it is still lawful to do it TODAY, because the corrupt civil law scheme is both inferior to Common Law as a system or body of law (e.g., the Constitution was based on Common Law, and is superior to any legislation, statute, code, etc., which is why legislation, statutes, codes, etc. which violate the Constitution are struck down).
4) but they HIDE what is required in order to drive a car according to Common Law, because they want to force EVERYONE into their revenue-generation and control scheme.
One clue about what is necessary is personal responsibility. Under Common Law personal responsibility is paramount. Our current system is based in IRRESPONSIBILITY.
Most people believe INSURANCE is required, for example. But it’s not. A ‘BOND’ is a lawful substitute for Insurance. Why would someone want a BOND in lieu of insurance? Maybe because you can’t GET insurance without OPTING IN / CONSENTING to their entire legal licensing scheme. You’re going to need a SSN, a Driver’s License and lots of other documents to get insurance.
Another is identification. I don’t know if it is still listed on the government website, but as of a few years ago, there was a list of valid IDs in order to get various documents, e.g., a Passport. The usual included a Birth Certificate, driver’s license, state I.D., etc. All of these are part of the legal scheme/system.
But way down at the bottom of the list was this: Family Bible with name and date of birth inscribed.
Imagine that. If you have a Family Bible with your name and date of birth recorded in it — as nearly EVERY family did for the first 150 years of our nation’s history — that IS still a VALID form of identification for government purposes to this day.
Why? How can that be?
Because it was established LONG AGO under Common Law, because before photographs and birth certificates and state ID’s and all this other legal scheme garbage, your name in the family Bible WAS your proof of identity, maybe assisted by the sworn testimony of witnesses who knew you personally.
And as before, what was lawful under COMMON LAW (including the family Bible as lawful identification) must still be lawful today. They MUST provide a loophole or exemption or whatever you want to call it, to be able to do what was lawful under Common Law, because they CANNOT ‘legislate’ Common Law away.
I get the impression from reading Gail Comb’s posts here over the past year or so that she knows a LOT more about this stuff than I do, and I paid money for several courses on this material back around 2014.

I am very interested to hear what Big T has to say, since he’s one of the good guys who is also a lawyer.
My understanding is that many lawyers won’t know what I am trying to describe unless they have a reason to know, e.g., there would be no reason for a patent attorney to know what I was talking about, because his field of specialty has nothing to do with this subject matter. It’s not something taught in law schools, to my knowledge, it’s not the kind of thing that any law firm is going to specialize in or seek specialized knowledge in, because what ‘market’ is there?
[I think there’s a HUGE market actually, people who would very much like to be ‘free’ from this oppressive legal system and live outside the ‘matrix’ or ‘off the grid’ so-to-speak, but at this point, it is a completely unidentified/unserved market, and if I remember correctly, lawyers are internally conflicted anyway, because is order to argue on behalf of a client asserting his rights outside the fictional ‘legal’ system, a lawyer (officer of the court) is essentially opposing his own profession/system.]
Or Big T may know exactly what I’m talking about, and say it’s just Internet nonsense cooked up by the Sovereignty movement and tax protestors, and the tax protestors always wind up in jail, so their arguments don’t withstand judicial scrutiny, or words to that effect.
The best reaction from Big T (from my perspective) would be that he knows what I’m talking about, and although I’m not expressing it correctly or using the right legal language and I don’t understand the case law or the proper citations, in principle, my understanding is generally ‘not wrong’. That’s probably the best I could hope for, lol!

I don’t think a lawyer could ever say what I am trying to communicate is ‘right’ or ‘correct’ because I don’t have the training or legal education to properly express what I’m trying to say in a way that would satisfy any lawyer. If that makes sense, which it might not.
Judges have to know and understand what I am trying to articulate, so they learn about it sometime between becoming a lawyer and becoming a judge.

in your contracts, then you’ve broken the law and you need to take your punishment like a big boy.
But if we’re talking about statutory regulations, rules, they all require your consent. The police capitalise on the fact that very few of us know our rights. Anything we do know about our rights, we either read in the papers, or we heard from it from our friends or our parents. We were certainly never taught about them in the public-fool system. Generally speaking, the average person in this country and in the United States is a constitutional illiterate who has no idea what his or her rights are, yet they’re constantly complaining about ‘losing their rights: Most people have no idea of the consensual nature of the social contract and bend over backwards to placate officers, or they try to weasel their way out of the officer’s grasp when they should be acting like the masters they are and asserting their rights as equals before the law.

What does that mean?
I think it means that Q has given us more of the pieces of the puzzle than we realize, and this was by design, and one of the ways which Q can refer back to some earlier Q post to show that a current event was already revealed to us, we just did not understand it until it came to pass.
Q haters scoff at that kind of thing, but it’s not really different than John Solomon teasing something on Hannity that his sources have told him, but he is not allowed to reveal it until some event takes place, or some permission is given, etc. Q haters seem to want to characterize Q as ‘mystic’, that we think Q has a ‘crystal ball’, but that’s because they don’t take the time to actually read the Q board and understand what they’re talking about.
There’s nothing ‘mystical’ about it, Q just has access to information that is not public (yet), no different than the way DJT gives hints and clues sometimes which later come to pass or make sense. It’s not ‘mystical’, he KNOWS what’s coming, because he has access to information the public does not yet have.
Q has covered a LOT of stuff in his 3,570 posts (so far). Lots of it is about various forms of corruption, tactics, strategy, history, clues to this that and the other, ‘markers’, confirmations, redirections, encouragements, etc.
But a LOT of it focuses on some REALLY dark subject matter.

Yes, but that won’t matter soon, I think, because the evidence is going to make the case for us.
To the extent we can clue others in to what is going on I suppose that is great, but I don’t think we’re expected to make the case to those who are still asleep or not ready to know. The truth will be evident and undeniable, once it goes public.
I suspect the real purpose behind Q educating us (all of us who pay attention to Q) on this particular subject (and others) was so that there was a baseline of knowledge and understanding ‘out there’, so EVERYONE wasn’t shocked.
I’m confident they have plenty of psychological studies showing how much of a given population needs to be aware of something before something shocking is revealed, in order to cushion the ‘blow’ and have a certain percentage of the population easing any hysterics by those who didn’t know.
And I’m sure Q knows exactly how many individual ‘page views’ there are on the various Q boards, and metrics on mentions via FB, youtube, etc., to the point they must have a very good idea just how many people are ‘aware’, and whether they have reached their ‘target population awareness point’ or ‘tipping point’ yet.
For example, when the news finally breaks, if your coworker comes to you the next morning and says “Can you believe what they’re saying, this is insane, it just can’t be true, there’s just no way” or something along those lines, you (or I, or any of us) can respond calmly and confidently, saying:
“Yes, I know all about it, I’ve been following it in the news online for 3 years now. Fake News / MSM NEVER talks about it, so a lot of people have been purposely misled. What would you like to know?”
That’s going to change the entire dynamic, repeated millions of times, one-on-one, all across America and across the world. People who KNOW, helping those who did not know.
And just the realization that friends and coworkers and family members KNOW what is going on (and we are not freaking out over it) is going to be reassuring for most of those who didn’t know.
It’s like we’ve been prepped to conduct basic ‘comfort & counseling’ in the field, without even realizing it.
When it happens, I think everybody will be just fine. The shock will dissipate quickly, because millions of of are already aware, calm, and have answers and links and explanations ready to go. 👍

There is something more to it than just greed, pride, power…. almost like fear of being exposed has led to derangement and loss of composure, they have lost their damn minds like they lost their souls.
What ever it is, I hope that it ends soon. Yes, that is definitely a ‘tell’. Their actions and reactions are so far over the top that they draw attention or recognition that there must be something much MUCH bigger then what we can currently ‘see’.
There have always been people who have lost careers and gone to prison for all kinds of serious offenses. They probably did some desperate things too before they were caught, but this is like Theater of the Absurd, and it’s not just one or even a few people behaving bizarrely, it’s practically EVERYBODY on every outlet of MSM.

They CAN’T get off without being eaten.
One other thing about the EVIL Left ‘leaders’ They are cowards and con-artists. They are empty shells whose sense of self-worth is dependent on their ability to get one over on people AND have the same people adore them. They feel smarter, more entiled and empowered as a result. So what happens when they have that illusion stripped away along with all their money and power. They LOSE their sense of self since they are just hollow shells. They have to FACE who they truly are and it is UGLY.
People on this board when handed adversity, dig in and deal with it. Many of these people do not have that ability. We can see that in Hillary as she comes up with excuse after excuse as to WHY she lost, never ever considering SHE and her personality and criminality were the reason.
Failure is NEVER their fault it is ALWAYS someone elses.
