Monday!
Well, by executive order, during the Trump Administration, Mondays will no longer suck.
At least, that’s what I posted in a Certain Other Treehouse the Monday before inauguration day.
So this special MONDAYS DON’T SUCK WHEN DONALD TRUMP IS IN THE WHITE HOUSE open topic thread is dedicated to your thoughts on this, a Monday which certainly looks like the opening to a week that the Opposition will rue. (And don’t we just love that!)

As always, you can say what you want, comment on what other people said, enjoy the company of Adorable Deplorables (and if you ARE one of the Adorable Deplorables, maybe someone can post some Zinke on Horseback pictures for you–nothing’s too good for you ladies).
BUT: Keep it civil. Rules much like the Old Treehouse, except of course Q discussion is not only allowed but encouraged.
Also look here for other hazards: https://wqth.wordpress.com/2019/01/01/dear-maga-open-topic-20190101/
And a couple of others, thanks to Wheatie (plus one I thought prudent to add):
- No food fights.
- No running with scissors.
- If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.
- No shooting at the nuclear warheads.

OK, I’m going to write a short editorial. Maybe I should hold it until my first comment but I’m going to throw caution to the wind.
These last three days had some very significant developments.
We’ve had the most fun with Acosta making an utter fool of himself, making the President’s point for him, and seemingly oblivious to what he did. He’s even got people on his own side upset with him; it’s obvious to them what he did. He’s the Big L Loser for the past three days.
And of course the Dems are showing signs of cracking on the wall. Maybe not Nasty Piglosi, but many of the rank and file. Keep the pressure on. I’ve already called my RINO senator and asked him what party he’s in. Maybe Piglosi will be the Big L Loser soon.
But to me that pales in significance next to the President’s remarks on Jeanine Pirro’s show. “People are going to be exposed that nobody ever thought possible.”
[I don’t know, but we’ve been imagining a lot of people, high, high up in the Opposition getting exposed, and fitted for hemp neckties upon being duly tried and convicted. But leave that aside for now.]
This to me is the strongest indication I’ve seen from official sources (it don’t get much more official than this!) that Q is on the mark. That is not a “proof” by any means, but it’s strong evidence that PDJT and Q are on the same page.
And isn’t that more important than knowing who Q is, at this point? Q doesn’t have to be the President, or someone close to him, though he/she certainly could be. Q just has to be on the same page, in accord with the President, and that makes whatever he has to say important.
So yes, I have confidence. I said, again sometime before the inauguration, we’d have tough times that would test us coming up. I think we went over a hump these last six months or so; the Eeyores’ complaints were not without some justification. But whether it’s the worst hump we’ll see in these four–eight!–years is of course yet to be seen, but I think we’ll have reason to be in pretty good spirits for the next few months, at least. Even Marica might not be so morose.
I love the part about the women and children going as well. They knew about purifying the gene pool even way back then.
Daniel is filled with Prophesy……. I never really looked as this story in this way before….. but maybe….
Very nice photo Steve!
I used to live for weekends spent in places like that.
I think I’m going to try to showcase flyover country for my next few turns.
Love the 1945 Half Dollar. Very artistic legs on that eagle.
Of all the eagles on US coins, that’s probably my favorite.
Steve, I like your idea very much! America the Beautiful 🇺🇸
I was driving across Western Kansas last year, and it dawned on me, I had an epiphany. This land was a barren waste 150 years ago, and our country is so great we have managed to turn it into productive land, so productive that it feeds 100 people or more for everyone who works it. And this goes on for hundreds of miles; it’s not just some nominal patch in the middle of nowhere.
How great is our country that it can do this!
Amen to that. I love reading about the early homesteaders, ranchers & farmers. Gosh my Dad’s family of twelve siblings grew up on a tenant farm, and they all worked the land.
The prairies, plains and grasslands have an understated beauty that cannot be appreciated without spending time there to know its winds, soil, birds and grazers. Many sing of “amber waves of grain” without ever seeing the ocean-like movement the wind brings to the prairie.
Night night 😊
Alison, also like thinking about the early pioneers and homesteaders. By the way, some of my family ran the county poor farm, which has an interesting history.
Nicely done, Steve, and thanks again for stepping up!
Here are some beautiful photos of Nebraska. I have spoken before, I believe, about my deep ties to Nebraska and the land. Both my birth and adopted families settled Norfolk as farmers in 1866. My brother still owns the old Heritage Farm homesteaded by our great-great-grandfather. I cannot imagine living out my life anywhere else. Even during the 30+ years I spent in NOVA, I always knew someday…..someday…..I would return home and, in fact, did so in 2009. Short of winning Publisher’s Clearing House, I doubt if I will ever leave for any length of time again.
http://www.journeyoflight.com/photo-gallery/nebraska
I’ve driven Nebraska (well, from I-76 east) and Kansas both on the interstates, and they definitely routed I-80 much more scenically.
Great idea, Steve.
“Ryan, some things in here don’t react well to bullets.”
Actually I think the line came from Broken Arrow, but point made!
ain’t it cool?
yup, Broken Arrow
And as I think about it, I’d be more worried (if I were Ryan) about the bullets perforating the rocket fuel tanks than I would about the bullet somehow setting off the nukes themselves.
THIS. Most dumb events in a nuke will not create a nuclear explosion.
Especially the plutonium warheads, which have to be set off Just Right.
One of the significant challenges of the Manhattan Project was getting separate high explosive charges to go off exactly simultenously, to compress that plutonium sphere to greater than normal density–the only way to make it go critical. (Not like the U-235 warhead which was so darn simple they didn’t bother with a test detonation.)
I’ve never read deeply enough on this historical topic, but I’m wondering how exactly they tested spherical explosive compression to make sure they had it figured precisely. It’s a brilliant idea to begin with, and I’m sure the story on that insight itself is fascinating, but it seems like a practical nightmare. They HAD to test it deeply with other means. I’m thinking perhaps those tests were highly classified. I’ve never read anything about them. Such testing would make a great practical roadblock to proliferation, and also a great red flag OF proliferation.
LOL! Now you’ve got me sidetracked!!!
Later…….
OMG – The answers are AMAZING!!!!
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Explosive_lens
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RaLa_Experiment
I recall seeing a Manhattan Project miniseries where they were basically packing explosives around a pipe. If the pipe came out of the explosion as a solid, reasonably straight rod of metal they figured they had it right.
Might be totally fictionalized.
Could be, but I do imagine that both in the initial stages and at points where they were testing things like electronics, an analogy test which could be conducted cheaply and without radioactivity would be awesome. THAT sounds like a great test, TBH. Maybe go light on the explosives to focus on timing and lensing.
If one truly understands explosive crushing of objects and is doing it perfectly, then one would be able to achieve exactly the task you mention. Similar but non-identical tasks performed correctly which SURROUND a theoretical can dramatically increase confidence in the desired theoretical. Also, cylinders seem like a natural test precursor to spheres, particularly noting the way they penciled the cores into the spheres before the RaLa tests, which would be almost the same as loading cylindrical tests during various steps toward RaLa.
Writers may have chosen that segment of the actual tests as the most easily understandable, even if less important overall.
I’m just guessing, but heck – it sounds like a good plan.
I could see it as an early phase of the project, with the RaLa part coming later. It’d have been pointless to jump directly into RaLa with stuff pulled out of the ACME crate that Wiley Coyote never picked up from the post office because he’d died in a previous mishap.
Although it is Hollywood, and their scientific accuracy is very low, I don’t think they intended to suggest that a bullet would set off a nuke 😉 Mostly the vague “bad things will happen” for suspense and comedic effect.
Yeah, Hollywood made no mistake there, but people read certain things into it.
Exactly. To me the dialogue is optimal – those who know will likely snicker and/or go “OMG – let’s catalog all the bad things that actually CAN take place on a sub with weapons – maybe not as bad as a plane, but yeah, be careful.” and for those who don’t, there will be edge-of-seat nuclear fears. WIN-WIN. 😀
I do think that movie is one of the best/most faithful Hollywood adaptations of a novel I’ve seen. There’s one sequence of events in the novel that got cut in the film, but the harm was minor.
ALL [original] Clancy books are superior in every way to any of the movies … just sayin’ … 😉
Oh, and Sum of All Fears was the worst of the Clancy movie adaptations.
I’ve yet to see a movie adaptation that was as good as what it adapted (though Lord of the Rings came close–even with the changes that purists hate).
The most abominable adaptation I’ve yet seen was Starship Troopers. I think it was produced by Mad Magazine’s parodyists.
Maybe a bullet breaching the skin/shell of a sub would cause it to implode?
From Steve’s editorial: “And of course the Dems are showing signs of cracking on the wall.”
This has been fascinating to me because the Dems were always the party that stood in solidarity. Now we also have Ocasio-Cortez sniping at her colleagues and even Pelosi on climate change, and Dems breaking with leadership on the wall. How will Pelosi and Schumer save face when they have categorically stated they will not budge? If Pelosi ends up giving in or compromising, how can she be an effective leader going forward?
That’s just it.
When forced to bend, they will break.
I recall hearing somewhere that the metal iridium is so brittle, a long stick of it will break under it’s own (quite considerable) weight rather than bend. Though it’s so rare I doubt anyone has ever tried the experiment. I have seen (on video) people try to flex sheet iridium like you might flex a piece of 16 gauge sheet steel or aluminum, and be unable to do so.
If you can’t bend, you’ll eventually break.
Guys–I saw something today that a Congressman (w) was a crack in the literal wall!! Regarding the shutdown.
1st Break in the Dem Coalition! I will see if I can find…
Marica17? Your age, no doubt!
That could be an ouch!! 😉 However–You do Know what the 17th letter of the Alphabet..HA!
I knew as soon as I wrote that I’d get in trouble; I meant apparent age, as in you look 17.
LOL!!! Still an ouch! you shoulda seen me at 17!!! However–I am going with compliment…Cuz that’s funny!!!
Well maybe you didn’t look properly 17 until you were twenty five…last week.
LOLOL! Crazy!!!
OMG – that is GREAT! Saved to the meme cannon powder room!
Oh, yeah, that would be hard to beat!
Maybe if it were the Lincoln Memorial instead of McDonalds?
I like MacDonalds. It speaks to the Heartland and regular folks in a way the Lincoln Memorial (as revered as it is) would not.
Yeah, I myself am of two minds on my own suggestion–which is why I wrote “maybe.”
On the other hand I understand the bastards give money to anti gun groups. I hope that’s fake news, but if it isn’t…
Add in a married man and woman praying at a table too.
..and make it a Chick-fil-a restaurant…..if we wanted to gear it more to us
In-n-Out Burger, Culver’s, Chick fil-A (where I can actually eat an entree)
All are American to the core. And they don’t have that funky coating on the fries.
Love it! And a coin! Nice job! 😎
(takes bow)
Of course you probably recognize that as the reverse of the coin you’ve sometimes used for an “In God We Trust” graphic. (Not the same individual coin, obviously; yours has battle scars.)
Incidentally my coin pics are all off of Wikipedia.
The obverse on those is beautiful, too – very much like the Mercury dimes I loved as a kid!
http://i.ebayimg.com/images/i/222199998398-0-1/s-l1000.jpg
That obverse has been adapted for the silver eagle, today. Which means that for less than 20 bucks one can own that design, fully struck up which it basically NEVER is on the half dollars. I’ve looked in vain for one where the left hand is completely there, even down to the knuckle on the first finger.
Kevin McCarthy is a swamp critter, dont be fooled. He is trying to control the gop in CA through putting forward his peeps for state party control. This is a big part of the reason I didnt want the house minority and majority controlled by CA, and Im born n raised here! Im ready for a very yuge takedown of all the CA commies, but since we are stuck with McCarthy, we DONT have to go along with his swamp designs of CA.
Right On Daily Special Update Part 1: Get to Know the Players Trying to Take Over the CAGOP (aka the Swamp)
2019 Elections, Jessica Patterson, Kevin McCarthy Add comments
Jan132019
When you got Jessica Patterson’s announcement, the intention was to inspire a reaction of all the endorsements leading you to believe she is a near-lock to win. (Uh, no… basic math shows that is untrue)
Others asked me how some conservative stalwarts like Senator Shannon Grove could be on the list. It is simple – Grove is from Kern County. You can’t run for anything in Kern County without the blessing of Kevin McCarthy. In the case of Grove, her Chief of Staff is Kathy Abernathy, wife of the Late Mark Abernathy who ran all of Kevin McCarthy’s election campaigns.
As you read RightonDaily.com you will learn that EVERYONE has entanglements and the oligarchy of controlled failure is very small. Knowledge is power and I intend to lay out 21 years of experience educating those of you that care about restoring the power of the “little guy” about what and who you are up against.
McTrailblazers
Jessica Patterson touts her work with California Trailblazers as one of her primary qualifications to be elected Chair of the CAGOP. A quick trip to the website reveals the power behind Trailblazers.
A check of the California Secretary of State’s Website reveals a list of donors. You will recognize the names of several people endorsing Jessica Patterson. You will also recognize the names of Chevron, the Dental Pac, the Realtor’s Pac, PG&E, SOCAL Edison and others – all have funded independent expenditures attacking Conservatives in favor of moderates that are willing to “cut deals” on things like Cap and Trade or massive tax hikes.
Vincent Fong, Shannon Grove, Jim Nielsen and Frank Bigelow are clearly displayed on the donor report. Charles T Munger Jr as well. Note that the New Majority is on the Report for well over $50,000 in the 2017-2018 cycle alone. (More on them soon).
While I do not know how large Mrs. Patterson’s salary is, (It appears to be $12,000 a month) what is clear are the donors paying for it. This is not illegal, nor am I accusing anyone of breaking the law – what I am saying however, is that the list of endorsements Mrs. Patterson is touting ring quite hollow as they are all interconnected and beholden to each other. It is not an indicator of independent support. Secondly, there is no way Mrs. Patterson could claim to be independent of any of this – which should concern anyone that wants a CAGOP Chair that will balance grassroots, donors and elections.
It is quite clear that the swamp is fighting back against the grassroots that have been shoved out of the decision making of the California Republican Party. Jessica Patterson is the ultimate insider.
Coming up in the next installment – get to know more of the puppet masters trying to control the outcome of the 2019 CAGOP Organizing Convention.
P.S. Take a look at the 2015-2016 report. The same donors + about $400K from Mr. Munger.

I love the half dollar, too!
The value of Q, to me, is how “his” presence has gotten so many enthusiastically paying attention. I am not the least bit vested in whether he is legitimate or a hoax. It cannot be a successful hoax when it has drawn so many to pay attention! And-d-d-d it has brought so many of us here together.
I truly believe God has heard our prayers for the last 3 years. Heck, I turned back to God during the last three years! I bet I am far from the only Christian whose lapsed faith has been reborn through this journey. If that isn’t proof of His Holy Spirit guiding our nation, I don’t know what is. Of course that doesn’t mean we can count on a timeline or certain outcomes. It DOES mean that our prayers are working.
When we get impatient or think we are ‘losing’, we just need to remind ourselves what our lives would be like right now if Hillary had won. Always remember that. There is nothing that compares to the relief of knowing we broke her.
I thought that the election of Obola would later be looked on as the date the United States fell, much like the accession of a German (barbarian) overlord, Odoacer, to the throne of the Roman Empire (in the west) is now considered the fall of the Roman empire (AD 476). The state known as “Rome” didn’t cease to exist, but in hindsight that was The End. Just like that, putting that Anti-American seemed to me to be The End.
How wrong I was, and how GLAD I am to have been wrong about that!!
Obama’s election have been the date the US fell if anyone other than VSGPDJT had won the presidency because we would not have been able to stop the onslaught. There is no one else who would have withstood the fire like President Trump has.
Agreed. Without Trump…I would have been right.
AND GOD! After O 2nd win.. Seriously MAROSE–But Helped start a prayer group that grew and grew…And HE Heard us! POTUS!! He will continue–as Long as we keep crying out from the desert! and continue to have Faith!!!
Great Post Steve!! LOVE Pic from the heartland!! Coins are super-interesting!!!
2 Chronicles 7:14
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
Real Men will admit when they (we) are wrong. 🙂
(Thank God it isn’t too often)
/Ducks for cover/
Brings to mind the story of Jonah…… How mad he was at God for NOT destroying Nineveh…
(After Nineveh had repented)
I don’t think DC will repent…. (Until AFTER their destruction)
I love coins, but I have always really enjoyed coin jewelry. I have a sacagawea pendant and my grandmothers old half dollar pendant somewhere. I like those mercury dimes too. Its the mythology and the wings.
http://www.schaefdesigns.com/images/products/turquoise/mercury_dime_turquoise_n_layer.jpg
http://i.ebayimg.com/images/i/300938632367-0-1/s-l1000.jpg
Mercury dimes are an absolute classic, and I may change my avatar to that someday. I wasn’t too thrilled with the Wikipedia photograph of it though.
The Wikipedia peace dollar photograph is downright awful.
This is why I love ddg.gg for coin image searches – they seem to have really great coin image collection and return algorithms overall. Some arrangements of search terms seem to bring back almost endless pages of images.
Gil!! Sacagawea!! Are you more than 1/1024% American Indian by any chance ? 😉
He’s got more native American in him than Fauxcahontas.
Of course, so does my pet bearded dragon!
Another reminder of : WHY I DO NOT EVEN LIKE ( SMIDGEON) JUSTINE OF CANADA!
Only thing I like about this Douche is his Indian Dance (LOL) If someone wants to post…I laugh EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Actually i am. In totality, classic heinz 57. I will never do a dna test, but definitely far higher than fauxcahontas!
I figured FOR SURE!!! ANd BTW– Love your posts!!!
Ty…
Hmm, maybe you could dog Fauxcahontas’ heels during the campaign if she gets the nomination.
Since we are talkin eagles n injuns-
Great thread Steve! I love the picture you chose and I love the positivity that came from you! Awesome job👍😊
Over the years, I had an interesting observation about people who consider themselves liberal.
Virtually without exception, I have never heard of someone who started as politically conservative and become politically liberal.
In fact, there are plenty of stories of people who were politically liberal who over time moved right, including a number of books by conservative media personalities that tell their story. Even the NeoCons described themselves as “liberal mugged by reality”. Many conservatives I’ve spoken with can tell a story of how they moved from a liberal to a conservative political outlook.
So what about the few stories where a former conservative became more politically liberal? They seemed to follow a pattern. First 9/11 happened and they felt the need to support the President and defend the nation. In some cases this meant joining the military. They were caught up in the soberness of the moment followed by the emotional crest of patriotism. But a funny thing happened, as the war drug on they became increasingly cynical of the war on terror and of the policies of the Bush administration, to the point of leaving the Republican party altogether.
My observations:
* In this narrative, conservative bona fides are very much suspect. In these stories it was never clear that any conservative positions were actually held.
* This was not an intellectually grounded conservatism, but rather an emotivism.
* When the emotivism changed, they reverted to the liberal position, not on the basis of superior reasons, but on the basis of emotions, particularly cynicism.
I have tried in vain to find an account of a conservative conversion to political liberalism which tells their story in a manner that provides reasons or more than an emotive fickleness as to the reason for their conversion. This includes just blog posts or articles via Google or other search engines – conversion stories showing liberal to conservative thinking are easy to find, but conversion stories showing conservative to liberal are relatively rare, and rarer still are any with any substance.
The simple answer of course is that they don’t exist. While that may be true, it seems highly unlikely to me that given the shear population of the United States that statistically speaking there are virtually none of the memoirs that do a reasonable job of showing a shift left.
This remains one of those baffling conundrums of American political life: How can there be so many political liberals, but so few conversions?
While the statistical data is lacking, my deductive reasoning provides a compelling explanation:
* Political liberals (including the more radical left) today hold their positions not on the basis of facts, reason, or experience, but by virtue solely of their own emotions and passions. This leads me to a very uncomfortable conclusion that I would like to escape but have not been able to: Political liberalism is rooted in emotional immaturity, anti-intellectualism, and inexperience.
* Political conservatives are diverse. Certainly there are the emotionally immature, the anti-intellectual, and the inexperienced in the ranks of political conservatives. But remarkably the reverse is also true: It is easy to find conservatives who embody the virtues of emotional maturity, intellectual wisdom, and the raw grit of life experience that inform their political vision.
* The reason there are no compelling conversion stories of conservatives becoming more liberal is because conservatism’s fact base does not lend itself to an emotional conversion experience, and because the facts aren’t in favor of political liberalism there is not an opportunity for an intellectual conversion experience.
* The reason there is an abundance of conversion stories of liberals or leftists becoming conservative (or libertarian, to be fair) is because in these stories some common factors arise: Our hero gains experience that causes him to abandon old beliefs, or he matures emotionally out of older feelings (for example, getting married and having children), or of course he experiences the intellectual conversion experience.
All of this to say: I am still on the lookout for the counterpoint to the above.
Specifically, I’m still on the lookout for a conservative become liberal conversion story, that is has some meaningful explanation as to what motivated the shift left.
But sadly, it seems like such an animal simply does not exist.
Probably NOT meaningful, or even the same phenomenon, but we’ve all seen politicians move leftward once elected. “Joe Bleaux has ‘grown in office’ types of things.
How much of that is because the guy lied to get elected, and how much that is a genuine shift in attitude as he gets cocooned by the government, is another thing.
Rationally based? Probably not, so your (quite excellent) main point stands.
If Joe Bleaux moved left after being elected……
Joe was always from the left.
Looking at you Mitt…
Only way for a SEVERE Conservative can be elected in Mass…..
Not really being a Conservative at all.
Very well stated!
“Virtually without exception, I have never heard of someone who started as politically conservative and become politically liberal.”
David Brock comes to mind. But the truth is one never knows about ‘conservative commentators.’ There are all those Never Trumpers as well. It is hard to justify labeling them as conservatives.
If I am recalling accurately I remember a story where one Hillary Rodham was a campaign worker on the Goldwater presidential run but that story may be apocryphal.
We could just label them Closet Queens.
Hence the old saying?…
if you’re not liberal when your young, you don’t have a heart.
If you’re not Conservative when you grow up, you don’t have a BRAIN!
Someone else was thinking about this today Michael,

THIS!
Glad you editorialized right off the bat Steve. Good one. Thanks.
“MONDAYS DON’T SUCK WHEN DONALD TRUMP IS IN THE WHITE HOUSE”
________
Haaa…I love it, Steve!
Love your editorial too. Nicely done.
Excellent choice on the picture…what a wonderful view.
The Rockies are a national treasure, aren’t they.
There are so many beautiful things to see in the mountains.
One of the things that struck me, were the beaver ponds where the busy little guys created stair-stepped ponds down the slopes.
Just amazing.
Darn it, I have no idea what Jeff Bozo has done, other than sext and send dirty pics to his GF and split from his wife of 25 years. But PDJT is all over it.
I’ll have to go see if I can dig something up on what Bezos has been doing. I hope it is something really naughty like selling us out to the Chinese and we can prove it so HE can go cool his heels at Gitmo along with the others on my constantly expanding list.
https://twitter.com/MrWyattEarpLA/status/1084645282992799744
The Dems have gone bat guano crazy over our VSG calling Bezos “Jeff Bozo”.
Haaaa…it’s been trending on twitter.
Snake Plissken is right — Jeff Bozo has been branded.
Jeff Bozo is a predator who has killed millions of jobs in this country, by putting companies both large and small out of business.
He pays his warehouse workers so little…that they qualify for govt assistance, such as food stamps.
Bozo’s Amazon enjoys an extremely low postage rate from the US Postal Service, for their shipping.
Amazon has turned this into a marketing ploy, with their “free shipping” mantra.
So us taxpayers are subsidizing Bozo’s Amazon.
And Bozo is making billions.
Yes. I hate Amazon with a passion. I liked Amazon a lot and gradually grew disenchanted and then rapidly began to loathe it.
They were a local start up so I’ve been following them since the early days. I despise Bozo’s business practices and avoid Amazon at all costs.
In the list of his sins, Wheatie, you can include he has now successfully ripped off New York City by locating their for gazillions of dollars in corporate welfare. I’d say poor NYC, but…they keep electing Comrade de Blasio, so there’s that.
About 4yrs ago, I was ready to buy a computer cable on Amazon for $16.99.
Out of curiosity, I looked up the actual supplier website, and found the cable for $15.29 (with free shipping).
Amazon is just the portal and the delivery system. They get a commission on every sale, in every corner of our economy. AND the delivery system is subsidized by our tax dollars.
I quit using it that day and never went back.
I’ve heard fewer complaints about Ebay but that is definitely a caveat emptor site with some sellers.
EBAY charges LESS commission. Amazon is expensive for the sellers, especially low volume and new sellers.
Do you know what PDJT means in this tweet about Bozo getting taken down by a competitor?
That “competitor” that he was referring to, was the National Inquirer.
The National Inquirer did a piece on Bozo about his affair and upcoming divorce.
The leftist media has been largely covering for Bozo…and haven’t been doing any in-depth reportage on it.
It is especially delicious that our VSG Potus referred to the National Inquirer as a “competitor”…since WaPo and their ilk, have their elitist noses in the air and do not consider the Inquirer on their ‘level’.
Hah.
Ah, so THAT’s it! I did hear something about the National Enquirer and Bozo. Oh gosh, that is hilarious! As you say, for our VSG to refer to the Enquirer as a competitor of WaPo probably really chaps their elitist hides! Brilliant!
Yes!
And not only did our VSG put the Bozo Blog on the same level as the Nat Inquirer…he declared that they weren’t as good!
😆
I love this man.
I’ve never liked that brash Noo Yawk style, but I tell you what. After 8 years of Bush never fighting back and 8 years of BO scolding and lecturing and scheming against us I have built up a fair head of rage and I ADORE how PDJT fights back every time. Hard. Not just some wimpy diplospeak, PDJT hits them with both barrels.
Sure, it took some getting used to. But I cherish feeling like this guy is protecting us, standing up for us, cares about us. It means the world.
I believe PDJT is also personal friends with the founder/owner of the Enquirer, no?
https://dailycaller.com/2016/03/25/trump-national-enquirer-ceo-have-been-friends-for-years/
should have refreshed before I got that coffee…sorry!
Finally found an article on it:
https://www.mediaite.com/donald-trump/trump-unleashes-on-jeff-bozo-for-ownership-of-washington-post-says-national-enquirer-reporting-is-far-more-accurate/
‘ … CNN reported on the investigation that resulted in a blaring headline on the Enquirer’s cover about the cheating photos that allegedly ended Bezos’ marriage:
“The Enquirer said it had been investigating Bezos for four months, tracking the Amazon CEO “across five states and 40,000 miles.” The tabloid said it had evidence that Bezos has been “whisking his mistress off to exotic destinations on his $65 million private jet.”
The Enquirer and other outlets identified the woman as Lauren Sanchez, a former anchor for Fox’s local station in Los Angeles.”‘
“…since WaPo and their ilk, have their elitist noses in the air…”
wheatietoo, not so sure that “in the air” is where the “WaPo and their ilk” have their noses, but that’s just me!! 🙂
it’s early here and I am not properly caffeinated, but didn’t The National Enquirer leak the story of Bozo’s divorce first–before anybody else knew?
Thanks Pat, I think you are right. Heh, heh, heh!!!
Sure ain’t no Henry Ford
Really nice meme.
That picture of Bob Menendez needs to be plastered all over New Jersey.
Militarized? Really? Oh yes, please! I want gun turrets and drones and machine guns and RPGs and helicopters and the guns boats wheatie was talking about. I want it all! Seriously, this is the first I heard him mention militarizing the border, and what a fabulous idea it is.
i believe that’s the only way to ensure illegals know we mean business. the border patrol, God bless them one and all, are not prepared for the military assaults the cartels can unleash. We need a strong show of force.
I LOVE the gun boats too!!
You know Pat, I think the border should have been militarized after 9/11. I was so shocked that it seemed to continue on, business as usual, with a few little improvements here and there. I couldn’t believe it at the time, and I kept wondering when are they going to fix it? Obviously terrorists can and will cross there. But there was nothing.
Bush. *Spit* He obviously didn’t give a darn about us.
IKR? hell, walls should have been built north and south after 9/11! what, terrorists can’t sneak into Canada and therefore sneak in from the north?
I admit the southern border gets the most attention, but with Treaudont up there allowing and welcoming anybody, we gotta get smart on that border too imo.
Is this the president’s way of saying to the DS, kids, I’m serious. This is war. You thought you could hamstring me. Not even.
Democrats who killed Bush’s ‘virtual fence’ now back ‘technological wall’ at border
“The Department of Homeland Security spent seven years and more than $1 billion trying to create a wall of technology at the border — or, as President George W. Bush called it, a “virtual fence.” It was a bust.
Now the idea has returned as the main ante for congressional Democrats in the border security spending fight. Opposed to President Trump’s physical barriers, they say drones, sensors and other electronics are all the tools needed — a “technological wall,” in the words of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, California Democrat.
The Obama administration in 2011 pulled the plug on the Bush-era Secure Border Initiative Network, or SBINet, which was envisioned as an integrated system of radar, sensors and video cameras along the entire U.S.-Mexico border.
Democrats at the time cheered the decision to cancel the contract with Boeing for the long-troubled program…”

And yet Bush has been all hugs & kisses with HusseinO and Moochelle.
You’d think that Dubya would’ve been outraged at how O did things to destroy this country.
But noooo.
They’re best buddies.
It’s apparent now, that GWB doesn’t care about us and never did.
I know what you mean.
It still shocks me just a tiny bit, but I began to catch a clue when GHWB started slobbering all over sex offender Clinton and treating him like a son and W was all “yuk yuk my brother from another mother.” Nope, no way. How do you overlook what the Clintons did? You don’t, not if you care about us.
Just goes to show, doesn’t it?
Yes it does, Syl…and it has been disgusting to behold.
For me it was when Bush and Clinton were telling us to help Haiti, and GW said, “Don’t send blankets and water, just send your cash.”
I was pretty shocked when President Trump came out against the Bush dynasty in the primary race, but I got over it quickly.
Wow…anything but brick and mortar (or steel and concrete…)
Wonder what their real issue is.
(Actually I don’t wonder in the slightest.)
Ya right! a “Virtual” wall …
with Drones and sensors…..
Why? to WATCH them come in?
I prefer Trumps VIRTUOUS wall….
Concrete or Steel….. I care not which.
Even a steel/concrete wall is ultimately a tool to help people on the ground catch people crossing illegally. A physical barrier will deter many (‘uh, no way I can get over THAT”) and slow down others (“If I bring a bunch of gear I can get over it”) long enough for the Border Patrol to get there and arrest them. But therein lies the human factor. Our response to the guy who gets over is to half give him what he wants instead of either using lots of force to keep him out, or tossing him back over the wall so he can try again.
No barrier can be better than our willingness to back it up with on-the spot enforcement.
But many are far worse, and cause us to spread our human resources thinly.
That’s why the shutdown. To get the laws fixed!
“GORDON, Wisconsin – When Jayme Closs showed up at their doorstep, the Kasinskas family sprung into action, taking two steps before most anything else. They called 911. And they grabbed their firearms, in case the kidnapped teen’s abductor was in pursuit.
Kristin Kasiskas told Fox News that she and her husband immediately recognized the 13-year-old Wisconsin girl whose October kidnapping captivated the nation when a neighbor, Jeanne Nutter, frantically knocked on their door at 4 p.m. on Thursday.
“When our neighbor Jeanne came in with Jayme, she said: ‘Get a gun. We don’t know if he’s after us,’” Kasinskas said. “So we were armed and ready in case this person showed up….”

So beautiful.
When snow piles up like that on branches…it means that there was no wind.
When we get snow here, it’s often coming down sideways.
But occasionally we get a snowfall where it piles up like that…and it is sort of magical the way that the landscape is transformed into this quiet, soft-looking wonderland.
One morning after a night of howling wind and snow, we awoke to find the windows on one side of the house completely whited-out from huge drifts from the sideways snow.
I imagine for PDJT living in Manhattan the snow was a vastly different experience. He lived in a high rise and when he went out it would be onto the sidewalks that had been cleared. And city snow is dirty.
But looking out his windows at the lawns and the trees must have been a real pleasure because it looked so gorgeous. I’m glad he took some joy in it.
Plus snow absorbs sound, so it gets really really quiet (at least it does here). And the way the ice crystals sparkle like jewels is stunning…
Snow always makes me happy.
Me too, LadyP.
I’m okay with it for the first few times of the season…then I’m over it…lol
but our driveway is a half mile long–incredibly steep with a hair pin turn midway–so a lot of snow makes me a shut in.
Here’s the diary of someone who was enchanted at the thought of all that wonderful, fluffy snow 🙂
Diary of a Snow Shoveler
(H/T Jim Johnson, http://www.funny2.com/snow.htm )
December 9: We woke to a beautiful blanket of crystal white snow covering every inch of the landscape. What a fantastic sight! Can there be a more lovely place in the whole world? Moving here was the best idea I’ve ever had. I shoveled snow for the first time in years and felt like a boy again. I did both our driveway and the sidewalks. This afternoon the snowplow came along and covered up the sidewalks and closed in the driveway, so I got to shovel again! What a perfect life.
December 12: The sun has melted all our lovely snow. Such a disappointment. My neighbor tells me not to worry, we’ll definitely have a white Christmas. No snow on Christmas would be awful! Bob says we’ll have so much snow by the end of winter, that I’ll never want to see snow again. l don’t think that’s possible. Bob is such a nice man – I’m glad he’s our neighbor.
December 14: Snow, lovely snow! 8″ last night. The temperature dropped to -20. The cold makes everything sparkle so. The wind took my breath away, but I warmed up by shoveling the driveway and sidewalks. This is the life! The snowplow came back this afternoon and buried everything again. l didn’t realize I would have to do quite this much shoveling, but I’ll certainly get back in shape this way. I wish l wouldn’t huff and puff so.
December 15: 20 inches forecast. Sold my van and bought a 4×4 Blazer. Bought snow tires for the wife’s car and 2 extra shovels. Stocked the freezer. The wife wants a wood stove in case the electricity goes out. I think that’s silly. We aren’t in Alaska, after all.
December 16: Ice storm this morning. Fell on my butt on the ice in the driveway putting down salt. Hurt like hell. The wife laughed for an hour, which I think was very cruel.
December 17: Still way below freezing. Roads are too icy to go anywhere. Electricity was off for 5 hours. I had to pile the blankets on to stay warm. Nothing to do but stare at the wife and try not to irritate her. Guess I should’ve bought a wood stove, but won’t admit it to her. God I hate it when she’s right. I can’t believe I’m freezing to death in my own living room.
December 20: Electricity’s back on, but had another 14″ of stupid snow last night. More shoveling. Took all day. That stupid snowplow came by twice. Tried to find a neighbor kid to shovel, but they said they’re too busy playing hockey. I think they’re lying. Called the only hardware store around to see about buying a snow blower and they’re out. Might have another shipment in March. I think they’re lying. Bob says I have to shovel or the city will have it done and bill me. I think he’s lying.
December 22: Bob was right about a white Christmas because 13 more inches of the white stuff fell today, and it’s so cold it probably won’t melt till August. Took me 45 minutes to get all dressed up to go out to shovel and then I had to use the restroom. By the time I got undressed, went and dressed again. I was too tired to shovel. Tried to hire Bob who has a plow on his truck for the rest of the winter; but he says he’s too busy. I think the jerk is lying.
December 23: Only 2″ of snow today. And it warmed up to 0. The wife wanted me to decorate the front of the house this morning. What is she, nuts? Why didn’t she tell me to do that a month ago? She says she did, but I think she’s lying.
December 24: 6″ today. Snow packed so hard by snowplow, l broke the shovel. Thought I was having a heart attack. If I ever catch the jerk who drives that snowplow, I’ll drag him through the snow by his hair. I know he hides around the corner and waits for me to finish shoveling and then he comes down the street at about 100 miles an hour and throws snow all over where I’ve just been! Tonight the wife wanted me to sing Christmas carols with her and open our presents, but I was busy watching for that stupid snowplow.
December 25: Merry Christmas. 20 more inches of the !=3D@x@!x!x1 slop tonight. Snowed in. The idea of shoveling makes my blood boil. God I hate the snow! Then the snowplow driver came by asking for a donation and I hit him over the head with my shovel. The wife says I have a bad attitude. I think she’s an idiot. If I have to watch “It’s a Wonderful Life” one more time, I’m going to kill her.
December 26: Still snowed in. Why the hell did I ever move here? It was all HER idea. She’s really getting on my nerves.
December 27: Temperature dropped to -30 and the pipes froze.
December 28: Warmed up to above -50. Still snowed in. THAT WOMAN is driving me crazy!!!!!
December 29: 10 more inches. Bob says I have to shovel the roof or it could cave in. That’s the silliest thing I ever heard. How dumb does he think I am?
December 30: Roof caved in. The snow plow driver is suing me for a million dollars. The wife went home to her mother. 9″ predicted.
December 31: Set fire to what’s left of the house. No more shoveling.
January 8: I feel so good. I just love those little white pills they keep giving me. Why am I tied to the bed?
Want some? We’ve got 8 inches that isn’t melting. Maybe later this week. Then we’re supposed to get ice.
Yes, I’d like some. You might be wear my friend JadedByPolitics lives, Northern Virginia. They got 8″. I’m in Tidewater, we either get rain or cold, but rarely at the same time.
Nope. Mid-Mississippi River valley on the island, more or less, surrounded by big rivers known as STL. Some of the rural school districts are still closed today even though we dug out over the weekend.
Ha! I was just about to post my own version of that titled “We are moving to Arizona!” Speaking of dirty jokes….
“It ain’t easy being a dick”
I’ve got a head I can’t think with, an eye I can’t see out of, I have to hang around with two nuts all the time, my closest neighbor is an asshole…..worst of all, my owner beats me all the time and my best friend is a pussy! And now cause of AIDS, I have to wear this rubber suit and throw up all over myself!!!
And a few quickies:
What do you see when the Pillsbury dough boy bends over? Doughnuts
What do you get when you put 50 lesbians and 50 politicians together? 100 people who don’t do dick.
Why do men want to marry virgins? Because they can’t stand criticism.
Why is it so hard for women to find men that are sensitive, caring and good-looking? Because those men already have boyfriends.
What’s the difference between a new husband and a new dog? After a year, the dog is still excited to see you.
What makes men chase women they have no intention of marrying? The same urge that makes dogs chase cars they have no intention of driving.
Why does Mike Tyson cry during sex? Mace will do that to you.
Why do men find it difficult to make eye contact? Breasts don’t have eyes.
And….what’s the difference between a southern fairy tale and a northern fairy tale? The northern fairy tale begins with, “Once upon a time…..” and the southern fairy tale version starts, “Y’all ain’t gonna believe this shit.”
Cheers!
Two lesbians are gonna race 2 Homo guys……
Who will win?
Of course it is the lesbians…..
they will get to the finish line lickety split…..
While the two guys are busy packing their shit!
As soon as wolfie sees this, you’re in big trouble. 🙂
Yeah, no – I think he will enjoy it!
I got about three inches, in drifts (same storm system). Very little melting, and I managed to briefly get my car stuck getting out of the garage yesterday (first day I decided to not use the 4WD truck). I managed to get out of the “stuck” by putting my left leg out the door and pushing (it was that close) which of course meant that leg got covered in slop. But it’s mostly still here.
let me clarify, the three inches was the average; I had a considerable drift right in front of my garage door.
I know a lot of people who simply take the height of the drift in front of their house, divide by two and claim that was the snowfall. But the drifting wasn’t too extreme this time (we generally get deep drifts in a few places and bare ground almost everywhere else), and the ground where it DIDN’T drift was uniformly 2-3 inches deep.
Gee you must live here..
Bringing attention to the Dems in Puerto Rico. Excellent.
The DoD highlights the Air Force’s 2nd Audio Visual Squadron:
.
Which suggests that there is a “1st” AV Squadron, as well.
Heh.
It makes sense, though, that the DoD would have it’s own film crews…for making recruiting films and such.
This is a cool video…but they need to clean up the blurriness:
Pretty sure there is a reason for the blurriness, just sayin’ … 🙂
i almost didn’t watch the 6 minutes of pain video–thought it was the Chuck and Nancy rebuttal speech…
gotta love Marines though!
CFT measures your mental (attitudinal) toughness as well, it looks like!
This is…interesting:
.
Since it is an Army article, written for the Army, it covers the changes that will affect servicemen/servicewomen.
But I found this part particularly interesting:
“Regarding misconduct that occurred prior to Jan. 1, the changes to the punitive articles are not retroactive, Root* said. However, some of the procedural changes will apply to cases that were not referred to trial before Jan. 1.”
(Emphasis mine.)
*Root = Col. Sara Root, chief of the Army’s Military Justice Legislation Training Team.
Could this explain the delay in proceeding with some of those sealed Indictments?
I hope so.
Let’s hope we see some movement on those…soon.
I looked at some of this stuff and it is difficult reading for non-lawyers. I believe the changes were designed to provide procedural rules to address the SCt’s concerns regarding the ability of a US citizen to challenge the designation as an enemy combatant in front of a military tribunal. More specifically, I think the changes were intended to address the following holding from Hamdi v. Rumsfeld:
“We hold that although Congress authorized the detention of combatants in the narrow circumstances alleged here, due process demands that a citizen held in the United States as an enemy combatant be given a meaningful opportunity to contest the factual basis for that detention before a neutral decisionmaker.”
I think that is exactly why.
`Don’t know if this was posted yesterday, but found it via Unseen_unseen who is a good one to follow on Twitter. Has sensible outlook about how things are going for POTUS/us. Positive.
thanks LP…that’s an interesting theory…
I’m pretty open to anything that makes sense and favors POTUS WINNING BIGLY, along with the bad guys being exposed to the point of “Shock and Dismay” for their side.
Judge Jeanine’s recent interview with POTUS indicates that there is a lot going on behind the scenes, and the breadcrumb drop looks like it has resumed. Didn’t POTUS say something about “unexpected names”? 🙂
Yes he did mention names we hadn’t thought of, or something like that. I thought he was pretty upbeat in tone in that interview, but I also thought it was important that he let loose a few little tidbits (very Q-like) that I’m sure were meant to reassure us that things are cooking.
Exactly! Q/Trump (IMO) know they are up on the high wire. Deplorables are just human beings, too, suffering all the anxieties of uncertainty.
“People are going to be surprised” is not a Doolittle Raid, but it is wonderful to hear those words from VSG!
It was a shot in the arm, and I’ll take it!
Thanks for posting. I’m going to have to give that some real deep thought. The notion of RR as a white hat is hard to swallow, but I’m going to give it some real consideration. It was an interesting thread and I appreciate your providing it for us.
I’m with you on RR, and probably the same, even skeptical on numerous names involved. But, since nothing has been confirmed either way, and my personal belief that POTUS knew a great deal, along with knowing what he needed to know during the past 1-2 years, gives me optimism that we might be surprised ourselves about how this plays out. Some things are black or white, and some things are gray.
I remember the photo of Guiliani and Rosenstein at one of the White House events, they were very friendly – it’s one of those captured moments we don’t forget. Still ponder on. Similar to the way we think about watching Lindsey Graham with a jaundiced eye smoozing up to Huma Abedin at McCain’s funeral. That gave off entirely different vibes.
Mysteries are my favorite reads, and I’m looking forward to reading the final chapter. POTUS mustn’t disappoint us!
I’m trying to keep an open mind, not just about RR but some others as well. I know how things appear to me, but I also know that PDJT knows more than I do, so I have to think there is a method in this madness.
And, as you pointed out, at least the theory had a happy ending!
Lady– I read this yesterday.. His thread from 2 years ago still holds up…
Cheer up!!
oops–you read it too! lol!!!
Plus VSG has said some very sincere, genuinely nice things about RR. They did not sound like the “political” praise he gives some folks, but more like when he called General Flynn a good man when he fired Flynn.
It’s going to be a while before the whole truth on this comes out, if ever. I suspect McCabe was known to several people to be the ringleader of whatever was being run in the FBI regardless of who was director, and he had to be exposed before taking him out. There’s multiple shades of gray on several hats. Who’s wearing which one…other than McCabe, for sure, we still don’t know on most of them.
One thing we can be sure of, but won’t be able to prove, unless everything is revealed, is that Obama and Hillary Clinton were in on the entire effort to take out candidate Trump, and then President Trump.
Eventually, I think THAT will be made clear. The cast of characters helping, running interference, collecting evidence, turning state’s witness, etc., we won’t know until the papers are archived if then.
I think that Brennan C_A is behind it ALL
Brennan is not that smart. His handlers, OTOH, is another story.
Don’t underestimate Brennan…..
But I DO agree 100% about his “Handlers”…
Be it the Rothchilds (Bankers)…
or even SATAN himself.
BTW, correction on unseen’s twitter handle, I left out the 1. It should be unseen1_unseen. Good person to follow.
don’t know if this has been posted…but it seems interesting

Kurt Schlichter discusses the potential of a new Supreme Court vacancy. He makes some good points. Also, I didn’t watch Chris Wallace Sunday but I guess he interviewed Lindsey Graham who is the new Chair of the Judicial Committee in the Senate. It sounds as though Chris Wallace was suggesting that PDJT should nominate a libtard because RBG is a libtard. I just groaned when I read that. Of course the Communists will be demanding that, of COURSE they will. (But I don’t think it will do them any good.)

So could the many connected and informed people who have passed on to me the rumors that her condition is much worse than is being let on. Remember that an ailing Justice Rehnquist assured us in a statement that he intended on returning to the Court soon, and that seven weeks later he was being buried. Our hopes and prayers for her health aside – and many conservatives are offering them even as they would love her to retire – my money is still on a 2019 fight to replace her…

iirc, the number of justices can be fluid—a president can increase the number of justices if he wants–they still have to be confirmed by the Senate–but if a Dem President (heaven forbid we have another one of those!) can increase the number to 13 or 14 to get the liberal majority again…scary.
It seems like FDR tried that, IIRC, and it didn’t work out but I don’t remember the details. It may have been something as simple as the Senate refusing to confirm them, I don’t know. What I can dimly recall is it created a bit of a stink and a backlash and didn’t happen.
But it is a horrible thought, and nothing absolutely nothing is beyond the Commies.
if they regained the control of the WH and the Senate, I could see it as their only option if POTUS gets to nominate 1-2 more judges…
My fervent hope is that by then we will have so thoroughly kicked the Commies tails that they will go hunker down and lick their wounds and be out of our hair for a generation or two.
mine too!
Naah, they’d be back in less than ten years.
Look at what happened under and after Reagan.
FDR tried to stack the court, because many of his laws (proposed by his progressive/commie/fascist ‘Brain Trust’ advisors) were deemed unconstitutional.
This act back fired and he backed of, however as a compromise most of his so-called ‘New Deal’ went unchallenged afterwards.
As I understand it, FDR tried to pack the court, the Senate balked…but the court’s attitude changed suddenly, and much of the New Deal was left alone after that. He broke them.
Jaw dropping!!
I was working in one of the bedrooms this weekend and had the tv on in the background. It was the ION network and an old rerun of NCIS Los Angeles (nothing good on during the weekend).
And a commercial came on……….
For the FBI……………
NO KIDDING, they are recruiting and running commercials.
Think they have a PR problem?
Daughn!! They are running radio spots on a country station I listen to for FBI …AND…CIA!! Not even kidding!! I kept meaning to tell you all that! Been running these ads for a few weeks!!
Speaking of a PR problem, when in the heck are the Dems due back from Puerto Rico?
And, besides Menendez on the beach, do we have more pics of Dems basking in luxury while ‘federal workers suffer without a paycheck’?
wouldn’t this make an awesome public service message? show the “protest” by those federal workers who want to go back to work, then POTUS in the White House ready to make a deal and then the Dems kicking back on the beach having a great time…
Can you imagine if they were Republicans and not Democrats?
yup–we’d be seeing it on every newscast–the cruelty of the Repubs–the hysteria would be out of control!
Enjoyed your post Steve! Informative and entertaining. Good combo.

i love the face on POTUS in this one.

Harvard Law Prof Jack Goldsmith hopes NYT “bombshell” that Trump opponents cheered on Friday isn’t true because if it is, he worries it means the FBI would be in deep trouble for what looks like a serious violation of our Constitution. Interesting read: https://t.co/VL1sX3XmiS
— Mollie (@MZHemingway) January 14, 2019
Interesting article…the author soft pedals it though. One of the main points–POTUS alone (Constitutionally) determines what is a national security risk and the FBI had no right to open an investigation into whether or not he posed a national security risk without informing him about it…
Finally found the tweet (Presidential thread):
Agreed, the NYT is trying to white wash the motivations of the very serious allegations of sedition & treason the FBI and others were involved in.
Last week, we read about the Dem-affiliated organisations who swung the special election in Alabama in 2017 (Roy Moore) and suppressed GOP 2018 turnout.
Both firms have ties to the Senate Intelligence Committee — and one specifically to Mark Warner:
From The Daily Caller article:
https://dailycaller.com/2019/01/10/fusion-gps-russia-false-flag/
TDIP’s founder:
‘Daniel J. Jones, was previously a staffer for Democrats on SSCI. He was also in contact in early 2017 with Virginia Sen. Mark Warner, the Democratic vice chairman of SSCI. As part of TDIP’s own Trump-Russia investigation, the group hired Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele, the author of the anti-Trump dossier.
‘The extent of Warner’s contacts with Jones remain unclear.’

Welcome to the 1 %.
What is most fascinating about this drop is the notion that these famous incidents may well have been hits. Given some of the people involved, it all was about the central banks as I know a number of people who died on the Titanic were against it.
Also makes me wonder if any deaths were “faked” (to assume new identities).
That’s a darn good question. I’ve seen rumors that more than one sensationalized death was just this – and more than one I can believe given the celebrity culture that has to be wearing being in a fishbowl all the time.
Body doubles, back then?
Oh, I’m sure. I think some plastic surgeons were much more skilled then as well, and could do reconstruction and not make it look unnatural like some work I’ve seen.
Tropical Trump speaks the truth about the Brazilian education system, which is just like those in Western countries — all about sexual orientation and nothing about the 3 Rs:
Mass overdose of fentanyl in California:
We are the demand for the drugs. Until that stops, this will always be a problem. I have no idea how to stop the demand.
No US restriction on age of child brides from overseas. Wow:
This can be a cover for child trafficking.
Muslims rent/sell their daughters as temporary brides….and maybe sell their sons as well.
There is much s3xual evil amongst Islamists.
Exactly.

I saw this article this morning and thought, hmmmm…
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2019/01/james-baker-the-leaker-of-the-latest-trump-as-russian-agent-but-why/
he works for that ben rhodes group. these people are all criminals.
the dumbing of the masses continues.
i am sick today and had a transistor radio on and found a talk station and i fell asleep and woke up and rush was on. he is worse for the cause than i can imagine even though he pretends well.
Mark Penn is more MAGA than Clinton these days.
Hope you feel better very soon, andrew.
‘he works for that ben rhodes group.’
Apologies. I guess you mean James Baker.
Get well soon.
If you follow that story with the link to the NY Times story, (https://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/11/us/politics/fbi-trump-russia-inquiry.html#commentsContainer “F.B.I. Opened Inquiry Into Whether Trump Was Secretly Working on Behalf of Russia” ) read that and then go to the comments you can see the liberal tears starting to fall. Reality is closing in on them even as they try to remain invested in the lie.
Well spotted, para59r.
You ventured where we dared to tread. Thank you.
The least likely suspects …
That said, look at how easily Jim Hoft lays out the whole story. It is complicated, so he has one sentence per paragraph. Would that SD copied the same doggone model. Seriously.
I wonder if Jim Hoft did this deliberately — step by step, sentence by sentence — as a way of making PDJT’s base understand universally what is going on.
Well done, Jim. <3 the article.
Harry Reid endorses Mitt for prez:
https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/01/11/harry-reid-endorses-mitt-romney-for-2020-republican-nominee-for-president/
‘“I think that he would be a great foil against Trump, and I think that Republicans may even allow him to be nominated to be the Republican nominee,” Reid said. “That would be good for the country.”
‘The former Democratic Senate Leader praised Romney in a recent interview with Nevada radio station KNPR.’
because we always allow Democrats to choose our Republican candidates…wth is he smoking?
Mormons both.
Anything to oppose PDJT.
……. because no Trump supporter would vote for Mitt and the Dems would win the Presidency.
Duh.
TRUE.
Ain’t it great that Harry Reid has so much energy when last week’s photo from somewhere showed him dying of cancer.
The truth behind the shutdown:
https://twitter.com/Mike_Beacham/status/1084650329445224455
This morning, Morgan Ortega, Fox Biz pundit, related a conversation she had with several Dem Reps on the Hill. She said, Pelosi would really like it if the shutdown extends for two federal paychecks – so TRUMP would feel the pain.
Federal workers, it seems, are convenient pawns for Pelosi.
Oddly enough, as a side plot (or ‘blot’, as I misspelled whilst typing this) this ends up as DEMS vs DEMS (public sector, with andrew of our number excepted).
News:
Raj Shah has left his White House job to work for private company.
President Trump rejected Sen. Graham’s suggestion:
and…
i totally agree with POTUS here–he can save Congress’s bacon here by declaring the national emergency–but that lets them off easy! Congress needs to man up and get something meaningful done for the American citizens! They don’t want to tackle the tough decisions–that’s too hard for them–they want POTUS to do it.
I’ve noticed that although POTUS is goal oriented and a doer–he has incredible patience as well. If he feels this is a Congress responsibility he will play the waiting game.
That’s appropriate strategy…when most of the country supports your position.
Which in this case, happens to be true.
the saddest part here is that cpngress does not care one tiny ounce for the american people.
so if he declares SoE then he loses and gets sued and then when the evil globalists take back power they will in turn use tht same power to hurt us more.
and if he does not declare then the evil globalists just sit on their vibrating rubber prostetics (which they like to do anyway) and wait it put.
the american people – and i am talking REAL americans are the ones being waged war against.
President Trump offered to open the government if Pelosi would negotiate on border security. Pelosi said, “No”
There we are.
And I’m glad she did, too…otherwise they’d probably have come to an agreement and she’d have reneged.
thanks…tears are streaming down my face—oh my
Only six-pack there is in the fridge…
China sentences drug smugglers to death. Oh, and he’s a Canadian….. who smuggled in 222 kilos of meth.
https://news.cgtn.com/news/3d3d774d3045444d32457a6333566d54/share_p.html
The death sentence seems to be the most preferred sentence in China.
And yet…it is the US that gets slammed for even having the death sentence for murderers.
We don’t hear China being criticized for this on the world stage, not like they criticize the US.
On the subject of ‘drug smuggling’…that Fentanyl that is being smuggled into the US, is from China!
How much is China facilitating this?
China obviously knows how corrosive it is, to have illegal drugs being smuggled into their country.
I cannot help but wonder if the ChiComs view this as another way to perform sneak attacks on the US.
We supposedly have the highest incarceration rate in the world. Assuming that’s actually true (and that’s a big if), it might be because China simply shoots people instead of incarcerating them.
Yep, exactly.
The ChiComs know that incarcerating people is messy and expensive.
So they take the easy way, since they don’t value life or human rights.
The US tries to accommodate human rights…and yet gets criticized for it.
Other countries are hypocrites about this, because they love all those cheap Chinese products…so they don’t criticize the ChiComs.
Remember the 2016 Trump campaign axiom, ‘Let Trump Be Trump’?
This is pure TRUMP:
Good Morning, and Wolf, a Glorious photo of some Eden you posted up top, Do you know where that was taken?Thankyou!
It wasn’t wolf, it was me, and that’s supposed to be Rocky Mountain National Park (according to the site I “borrowed” it from).
Oh! Absolutely stunning regardless! Thank you SteveinCO, it was the first thing I saw this morning and set the tone for my day 🙂

not surprised. these people are not foolish or dumb. they know what they are doing.
Pat, not meaning to be antagonistic — and I **really** like what you post — but is there a reason, despite kindly meant instructions within the past few days, that you seem unable to post a link to a tweet?
I ask simply because I do not know anything about you apart from some great comments.
However, one of us **always** seems to have to find the actual links for you.
Incidentally, finding the Twitter links helps others here re-tweet to others.
To clarify: finding — and posting — the Twitter links.
The links are the important things.
And one of the BIG BIG BIG reasons the deep state wants the border as open as possible:
Massive haul of meth, cocaine, heroin seized at US-Mexico bridge
https://www.foxnews.com/us/massive-narcotics-haul-seized-at-us-mexico-bridge?fbclid=IwAR1Ts_MAo5zrNo1kYQhiJHVYmJqDpQ6-U7DkVog6CS74VcosChFo2aVz718
From the article:
A drug bust at the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas earlier this week exposed nearly $7 million worth of narcotics at a cargo facility.
Border agents at the Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge cargo facility were alerted to a commercial shipment of stone blocks on Monday. Officers with drug-sniffing dogs discovered packages of narcotics hidden within the shipment.
The bridge crosses the Rio Grande, connecting Texas with Mexico.
Officials said they seized 35 packages believed to be methamphetamine weighing 320 pounds, seven packages believed to be cocaine weighing almost 40 pounds and two packages believed to be heroin weighing around seven pounds.
The total street value is estimated at $6,998,000, border officials said.
The drugs and the trailer they were in were turned over to U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the case is being investigated by Homeland Security Investigations agents.
AOC and 30 Freshman Radical Dems are driving Pelosi’s position in the Dem shutdown.
Pelosi has thus emasculated Schumer’s authority.
How about we cut out Schumer and Pelosi and let Trump negotiate directly with the real decision makers, AOC and the freshman Dems?
I would buy tickets to see it.
we can, AFTER AOC comes home from Puerto Rico—she was one of the ones to go–on the taxpayer dime of course…
You’re kidding me?
Was Sandy Cortez really in Puerto Rico?
yep…citizen free press had the list…hope the link works

Thanks for the list, Pat — greatly appreciated!
Put them on the “no-fly” list….
They ARE a danger to the USA, after all…
I read somewhere that US citizens weren’t allowed to travel to Pakistan at that time. If true, Obama was traveling under foreign passport, possibly Indonesian, and was NOT a US citizen.
A downstream Jihad Watch piece was posted on this, but really, this is interesting when it comes to the House Foreign Affairs Committee dropping terrorism investigations in favor of investigating VSG:
https://www.dailywire.com/news/42091/keeping-america-safe-dems-want-replace-hank-berrien
“Asked what he planned to investigate, Engel replied that one issue will be what Trump agreed to when he met privately with Russian President Vladimir Putin last year. He commented, “It’s been many months since Helsinki, and we still don’t know what Putin and Trump talked about.” Additionally, Engel named “the business interests of the President” and how Trump’s financial dealings have “affected what he’s done in foreign policy.””
There’s that meeting with Putin again. The Dems and the MSM are really not happy that the meeting contents have been held so close to the vest.
Very, very interesting, IMO.
Yes. And they want to investigate the Kashoggi affair, Syrian pull out and any other thing they can to actively subvert US foreign policy while deliberately not looking at terrorist activity. How convenient for them.
Are you sitting down? John Kasich officially left the Governor’s mansion today, and he has officially signed with a talent agency.
Talent?
For what?
Look for him to turn into some sort of talking head.
I always considered him a (something)head, but the word I elided is NOT “talking.”

Yep, from 2016:

He had a lame show on a cable network after he left the house and before he became a governor
what did he do on his show? host with guests or more like stand up commedian?
I’ll take weird hand gestures for 1000, Alex…
I didn’t realize mail carriers had agents. The world is changing.
Bwwhahaha, good one, Spab.
That was his Dad…… still funny though
He was a contributor on FOX after he left the House and he guest hosted for people. He was actually pretty good. Then. Believe me, in my home we have discussed many times WHAT HAPPENED? The guy used to be welcome in my home, he had decent views on things, seemed personable, etc. And he became a complete jerk. I bet he ends up with CNNMSNBC happily tearing down PDJT.

TOP TRENDING on TWITTER!! The Master does it again!!
Read this!! WOW ! 80% of Federal employees do NOTHING!!! Great read all the way around…
Yep, just saw this during lunch and gave it a good read. One thing in the article that jumped off the page to me was this very particular wording:
“On an average day roughly 15 percent of the employees around me are exceptional patriots serving their country.”
Does this sound like anyone we know? 🙂
Red–Qwel!!!! Final Couple of paragraphs made me grin from ear to ear. I initially thought this shutdown would be short and get the Dems to break–
But this is about way more than that!! Woohoo!
RedLeg, who do you think it is?
Absolutely no idea.
If you were to force me to SWAG, I’d say either LTG Flynn or one of his guys, or one of ADM Roger’s guys. Very close guys! From the very beginning.
But, that’s just me!
PS: Who’s carrying the football again? Askin’ for a friend …
Great article! Loved this part:
“But President Trump can end this abuse. Senior officials can reprioritize during an extended shutdown, focus on valuable results and weed out the saboteurs. We do not want most employees to return, because we are working better without them … President Trump has created more jobs in the private sector than the furloughed federal workforce. Now that we are shut down, not only are we identifying and eliminating much of the sabotage and waste, but we are finally working on the president’s agenda.”
Thanks Linda!! Didnt have time to do pull quotes! Reading that again…WOW!!!
“The message to federal supervisors is clear. Maintain the status quo, or face allegations. Many federal employees truly believe that doing tasks more efficiently and cutting out waste, by closing troubled programs instead of expanding them, “is morally wrong,” as one cried to me.”
Or face having your specific line item eliminated the next time the budget is reviewed by new eyes who don’t know what’s going on.
FOLLOW THE MONEY
“But we have to keep the uniformed officers paid, which is an emergency. Ideally continue a resolution to pay the essential employees only, if they are truly working on national security. Furloughed employees should find other work, never return and not be paid.”
I think it depends on the furloughed employee, and their function. Food inspectors have been furloughed. Part of their compensation is paid by fees and dues paid to the FDA by food producers. I don’t know about y’all, but that sounds like a conflict of interest to me. This is one place, specifically seafood coming in from non US waters, that needs oversight. Contaminated seafood and the food poisoning that results from it is no joke.
I have a source in poultry that served in a reverse capacity for a while working to keep OSHA and the feds out of the building through clean practices. That threat of being shutdown by a governing authority has to be there to keep food production clean, and to keep the big boys from cutting corners that will make people sick. Food is not like the amusement park industry that self regulates with safety features to keep from being regulated by the government (it’s not fun if people die). “Rider error” is not applicable to food consumption.
Some judicious carving on the federal workforce is better than just let them all go. Some things do need attention from neutral inspections where conflict of interest is not in play.
Marica, I had a thought over the weekend that the longer the shutdown last the looser the lips will get and people we don’t even know are a problem will out themselves….
Never thought of that…Judy—Like a few have said–Our Stable Genius knows how to milk every action for the BEST outcome!! I don’t see the govt shutdown ending without a bunch of winnamins for us!!!
Wow, what a read!
Daily Caller publishes an op-ed by a Senior Trump Admin Official. They know the identity of this person but it is published anonymously.
He/she is advocating for a LONG shutdown and a reorganization of the bureaucracy.

That’s disgusting, but I do get it. Doesn’t make it right.
Of course it is NOT RIGHT …
It’s an explanation of their evil preferences…
no money for the WALL,
but 80 Bn for foreign aid for abortions
many of the ‘Republican’ uniparty were purged…
they chose to exit rather than face consequences of their crimes
Many uniparty members remain, labeled ‘DIMs’…
and they will push the Cabal/DS’s agenda…
We must expose them… share info w/ friends and family
🙂 My friends and family who will actually be influenced by this report already know. The rest refuse to hear the arguments from ‘lil ole me. It’s going to take their go to sources reporting on it for anything to change.
Didn’t Wolf say that this adrenochrome story can’t be right due to the ease of creating the substance without needing to commit hideous murders that probably only give the demons a rush?
I missed this ttt– My understanding is the abortion industry continues to supply the adreochrome–SO they are still hideous murders.
PhoenixR, thanks for posting this. People need to know. I had posed that question some time ago and just recently had my suspicions confirmed.

Anybody on Twitter willing to ask this guy for referrals to competitors?
People are going to have to let their keyboards do the walking and not just expect to get everything from one place. Because there is no one place, other than Amazon.
I do most of my online shopping on eBay. I very rarely use amazon. I’ve gotten grat deals on ebay and never have a problem with anything I’ve bought. Just a suggestion.😊
Correction: great🙄
Jet.com is ok but limited in several things. It is the closest amazon type company.
There was an alternative to Amazon called ‘Jet.com’…and then Walmart bought the company.
Walmart is now a viable alternative to Amazon.
They are actually working very hard to take a bite out of Amazon.
There are smaller alternatives, of course, especially for the specialty items that Walmart may not carry.
But for a lot of products…Walmart can accommodate you.
Walmart’s shipping costs are awful unless you are willing to keep adding things to equal enough costs to get the free shipping. Even without amazon prime, the shipping is less, no minimum. They need to quit being so greedy and fix that. They also, at least the last time I looked, don’t have free returns for those who can’t return the items to the store themselves. I am no fan of Walmart, but if they are going to compete and get my business they are going to have to improve.
In my experience, Amazon has good customer service and pricing. It makes shopping so much easier in certain cases. If we are to stop buying from there, it would be nice if someone opened a viable alternative.
Amazon offers so many services (none of which I subscribe to) and seems to be everywhere. During a recent shopping trip, I was asked at the checkout counter if I had Amazon Prime. There would have been a discount on some items if I had had it.
I could be wrong, but I doubt that enough people would stop using Amazon to make a difference in their bottom line unless there were a comparable alternative.
I tend to agree.
On the other hand, if government is subsidizing them in any way (e.g., breaks on shipping), that needs to stop.
They are, and it does indeed need to stop.
Large numbers of people went without sugar in England to protest the slave trade.
If your WHY is big enough, your behavior will fall in line.
I got along rather well in ye olden days before Amazon, and I manage to muddle through without it now.
For a few brief golden years it was a nice online bookstore resource when I couldn’t find an obscure book at the bookstore. But of course now there aren’t bookstores. Now there aren’t books. There are online downloadable “books.”
Online shopping has its conveniences, and its downsides. I hate the hassle of shopping at WalMart so I tend to use their online shopping. I love Chewy so buy a lot from them.
But I don’t miss Amazon at all. It even gives me pleasure to know I am denying Jeff Bozo my small slice of the pie.
Truly obscure out-of-print books can be found on abebooks.com

Secret Service, “It’s $1.75, Sir”
That’s great, that’s great!
Can you imagine Hillary doing that??
He’s such a hoot!! Love our President! 💕
Love it that a chief executive takes the time to be worried about gas prices.
He knows that the gas price is something that will suck up a lot of peoples’ entire disposable income if it goes up, not to mention the ripple effect it has on shipping costs, etc.
And he does care about those effects, because they affect MAGA. (Where the first A stands for both “America” and “Americans”)
Oh, yeah. I get that. Even on Friday, when I was on fumes, my gas bill was less than $30. It helps, especially with a dog that suddenly has vet bills out the whazzoo.
i hope your dog gets better!!!
Diabetic and he’s 11. And that was the most serious of the issues at this annual. There’s several other things, two are chronic, one is curable. Ours are a large toy breed (misnomer as they behave like any other sort of dog), and this guy is big even for the breed. After five days on insulin, he’s much more like himself.
i can sympathize with him on the insulin–unfortunately it can make humans gain weight–it did to me–even though i was watching my diet and exercising daily. so doc let me try a newer med—I shed 30 pounds in a year without altering my diet or exercise routine…I feel better…hope your dog does too!
Thanks. Glad you were able to lose weight. He’s doing okay. The biggest thing is his tear production is non-existent which is not out of the ordinary for canines period, and his eyes got infected, so his vision is not what it was. We’re waiting for that to recover which it seems to be. Poor guy. He came to live here because of separation anxiety as it was. Now this. I’m just hoping this gets straightened out before the rest of the household returns from warmer climes in the spring.
Yes.
My car requires 86 octane…which at this altitude means I have to burn midgrade. It was hovering around three dollars a gallon for a long time, but yesterday it was 2.29.
This is the lowest gasoline has been for a long time, but it was lower right after Obola got elected (the depth of the “great recession”), dropping down to something like $1.69.
I remember that. Had a different vehicle then with a smaller engine. This is a plain old Detroit V6 that gets regular.
at first glance I misread your comment as my CAT requires 86 octane…lol…
And a quart of oil once a month. 😉
Well, fortunately I don’t have to worry about THAT–but I did with my old car. No surprise, as it had 400,000 miles on it.
Back in the day, when I was MUCH younger, the ‘rents had a station wagon with an 8-cylander. Anyway, the thing leaked transmission fluid constantly. My mother always blamed it on a bleeding victim somewhere until the seals were changed. That car had 136K on it, I think, when it was traded in, and the entire exhaust system fell off of it when Dad pulled into the dealer to trade it in. There’s a LOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGG story behind that that involves rust, a Campbell’s soup can and a 500 mile run from north of Boston to south of Washington on I-95 pulling a trailer one August Sunday.
And on a different note, my sister owns a couple of very large dogs; when you said “dogs” and “fumes” in the same sentence I had an entirely different association come to mind…
[snort] Our last pooch was a yellow lab. That remark resembles her. If ever there was a dog that bypassed the rainbow bridge and went to doggie Heaven, she was it. Over 12 years and still miss her.
POTUS has two major priorities at the moment…
The Wall and the next SC confirmation…
what about all those walls surrounding prisons? suppose those are immoral too…
They’re not needed because there’s no crime. Brilliant Genius Jim Acosta sez so.
(Well, actually he didn’t, but he could well have.)
I have a relative whose farm is adjacent to a prison. He’d argue the wall is essential, I’m sure.
Well, it might not be the robust, public, staunch support I’d like to see from the Senate Majority Leader, but it is a good statement. Awfully late to the party, Mitch. Let’s see you step up your game.
so sad…

Thank you, Pat, for the news.
How horrible.
Prayers for Pawel Admowicz and his family.
From the article, the suspect is already known to the authorities:
‘The 27-year-old suspect, who was arrested, is a Gdansk resident with convictions for bank robbery and had spent time in prison. Gdansk city press officer Dariusz Wołodźko said the suspect came onstage shouting, and blamed the mayor and his party for his conviction and imprisonment.’

Well good.
I DON’T object to a country putting their flag there; that’s a sign of sympathy, a “we stand with you.”
I object to the “Religion of Peace” putting its main profession of faith there, the Shahadah–which is a way of marking “their” territory. And that’s what Saudi Arabia put on their flag.
Can’t the Islamists do what my male dog does to mark territory and just urinate on it…. Oh, wait. They have nothing to do with dogs.
It’s time for a Crusade, a true Pilgrimage to rid whatever Holy Sites the Islamists are squatting on of the creatures. That’s what it took for the first Crusade, which was the only one that was really a success.
that’s great news–but what becomes of it? do they return it or pay to store it somewhere?
I believe it’s part of a traveling art exhibit that was temporarily placed there.
The candy sculptures in Cannes seem to be there permanently.
The same ones are there year after year. (No Saudi ones, BTW.)

The Epoch Times is serializing a translation from the Chinese of a new book, How the Specter of Communism Is Ruling Our World, by the editorial team of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party.
“Communism and its various mutations are now found around the world. While China and Cuba publicly proclaim themselves to be led by communist regimes, even the United States—the leader of the free world—has fallen prey to attacks by the evil specter, not to mention Europe, which embraces socialism, and Africa and Latin America, which are enveloped in communist influence. This is the startling reality humankind now faces: The evil specter’s conspiracy to destroy humankind has almost succeeded.”
Yes, we are. 🙂

I think Laura is extremely smart, brave woman… praying for her.
This is just delicious!
No catch… it’s being RT’d
Go Laura !
Ditto that sentiment…
Well, we’ve compared/contrasted no border wall with walls around peoples’ private property a lot lately. Looks like Laura has found a way to highlight it by action.
Though she’s courting a trespassing charge.
I think that is the point…
If one cannot be charged with trespassing when entering the US illegally,
how can one be charged when entering a SPECIFIC property?
She’s testing their interpretation of boundary laws…
She’s making them look foolish.
We have joked about Nan and cryin’ Chuck opening their homes to illegals, to those seeking asylum.
California promotes sanctuary.
These politicians need to put their ‘property’ where their mouths are…
Good on Laura…maybe she should increase the number of illegals under the ‘tent’ she is pitching…
Anybody got a pulse on this guy? Not sure he’s legit–This THread might go down as “too good to check”…
Sorry if he has been discussed before…
One hopes.
But there’s simply no evidence given.
Exactly…Just didn’t know if other Twitter peeps could give him credence…
Personally, I don’t recall ever hearing of the guy…but it’s possible I’ve seen his stuff over on the old tree a hundred times; so much stuff gets retweeted nowadays and it blurs together.
I recognize the name.
He has been gaining popularity recently, amongst conservative/ pro-Trump circles.
As far as his report, he claims ‘sources’ –
his profile cites ‘classified’
As for his veracity? One is free to believe what one chooses to believe.
Dubya established that military tribunals may be closed to the public…
here’s link to just one article: https://www.thenation.com/article/justice-cant-be-done-secret/
Frankly, anyone can say what he has said… I don’t know why though. If it IS true, why would he blab it online?
For attention/clicks, like he’s getting from us.
thanks Phoenix–It seemed a wishful thinking thread–But his name looked familiar…
My two cents: Rubini’s claims are a guess, but not even an “educated guess,” as he says. His tweet was posted today at Citizen Free Press as evidence of Q followers being crazy and Q being detrimental to conservativism. Rubini has no evidence and gives ammunition to those who want to criticize Q followers. All this does is raise false hope in the gullible and make anyone who even casually reads Q look bad.
Hmmm–Bad Judas Goats!!! Thanks!! I tend to agree TT! Didnt realize that…I was curious! Hope no one thought I BELIEVED this guy…
Well, we have NO doubt you WANTED it to be true, if that helps!
ya got me there!!! 😉 But..Can ya blame me?
Blame you? Hell NO!!
That’s my suspicion as well. This guy is coming out of nowhere, trying to sound knowledgeable, and doing a rectal database extraction.
In short, he comes across to me as a bullshitter.
snort! Rectal database indeed!
Some one on voat has been putting his work up. Here’s one Bruce Ohr spilling his guts from about 24hrs ago.
. Sounds too good to be true, and some of the voat comments knock the guy as being a phony. Nothing I’ve seen has surfaced elsewhere. Going with phony, but well researched now.
My spidey senses are on alert. More questions, no answers??
https://dailycaller.com/2019/01/14/brian-kolfage-gofundme-questions/
you can take this any waty you want – but gofundme is a giant and complete scam. i would never trust anyone or any campaign on there. and this guy seemed sketchy from the beginning for one, but i cannot vouch for my feelings. but i do know gofundme is a place where all the sketchy shit goes down.
What is interesting about the Vatican is that it is a country. So that means that the wall around Vatican City is a border wall.
(I believe the city is actually more land than what is within the wall but originally the wall was its border)
I just have a general question about the shutdown. Do you think it was part of our president’s plan? That is, for the purposes of eliminating unnecessary government spending….
I have no idea, to be honest.
But I think Trump is an opportunist. He doesn’t have a grand plan so much as a grand goal. This is a good thing because other people have a way of monkeywrenching detailed plans.
But he can spot an opportunity to make lemonade out of lemons; and perhaps he’s thinking this is a good chance to get rid of some deadwood.
What he said. ^^^ 8- ]
Absolutely! He is the so excellent at seizing an opportunity and he handles it so well you think he has planned it all out in advance.
Our VSG Lion PDJT has a style. He makes every moment useful in whatever way works best IN THE MOMENT. At this time, he is maximizing the benefits to MAGA caused by a shutdown.
if memory serves me (and it does less frequently these days 😉 ),
POTUS tasked Mick Mulvaney with reorganization… looking at elimination of some agencies, merging of others; this was about a year ago, when Mick wore another hat
POTUS said when he signed the Omnibus bill that it was the last one he would sign, that he wanted a “Budget”
He is refusing to sign any CR that does not cover border security and disaster funding…
Plan?
who is to say…
I’ll not clever enough to see his future actions… I’m content to watch them in present time.
NB: For what little it’s worth, supposedly the polls are turning against PDJT on this. Which is fine unless too many people in DC take it seriously and his support in Congress ends up buckling to the point where his veto gets overridden.
Hmmm….Steve, I read or heard earlier today that his polls are rising…
I meant his stand on this particular issue, not him overall, and it’s supposedly a recent change.
Of course, it’s probably phony anyway, which is why I said for what its worth and supposedly.
boomercat
But That is as clear as mud!😁
If you have MAGA deficiency it affects your brain chemistry, causing a cognitive failure that impairs understanding.
I for one hope so. When I lived in Old Town Alexandria years ago I always heard D.C. was recession proof due to the abundance of jobs. I found this online quote from 2008 and wonder how they feel now.
“The DC region has the federal government. We don’t have to worry about mega-billion corporations going belly up in a recession. We don’t have to worry about the federal government moving out of town for cheaper labor in China and India. We don’t have to worry about housing prices crashing like 40-50 percent in some places such as California, Nevada and Florida.
Compared to Chicago, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Denver, Seattle, and Cleveland…the job market in DC is incredibly resilient.
The federal government will continue to be the MAIN engine of growth in the region. Whether you are a federal worker collecting a paycheck, a contractor looking for federal $$$$$ in defense or homeland security, or a lobbyist searching for subsidies on behalf of a corporate client; the economy hums along nicely.”
Can you tell us that quote was attributed to?
It was an online group forum back in 2008 and someone had posed the question of DC being recession proof. The quote was another person replying with their own personal opinion. Members were not identified per se but listed their own “sobriquets”. Such as I do here. 😉
I looked up your name just a week or two ago!! VERY CLEVER!! You Mensa? 😉
🤣😂
Some of the federal agencies may be moved from the D.C. area… after all, there is NO reason for many of them to be in D.C. not with communication being what it is today.
Mick Mulvaney and POTUS has touched on this.
FBI in particular, does not need a centralized location in D.C. It could be relocated in America’s heartland instead.
Moving a lot of these agencies OUT of DC area and scattering them would eliminate a good bit of the concentrated lobbying…
Frankly, I look for this to happen.
So do I and think it is best idea ever!
Q drop January 19 (last year).

Congress-critter is inviting HEZBOLLAH to private dinners?
Trojan Horse in palin sight! Disgusting…

I wish Palin was in sight. 🙂
Trump/Palin 2020.
Palin/??? 2024.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Why not? They’ve spent decades snowing the American public, it’s time they got snowed themselves.
I see what ya did there!!
I figured people would get my drift.
dang it! Missed an obvious one!! LOL!

Our Man in DC – President Donald J Trump is safely back home in the White House from New Orleans!
Just because my childhood was abnormal…..
Look folks, soybeans and horseradish SMELL when in the field and in storage. That doesn’t mean either is bad or wrong. (been there, done that both with grain storage and grinding) You have to live through it as one of my parents and a lot of relatives will say.
American farmers need the support. When y’all see “support local” in the stores, please help out. NOthing is better than local, fresh produce, dairy and the like.
I love our local farmers market on Saturdays. Best sweet potatoes, chard, carrots, jams, jellies, honey, etc.
RUH ROH !!!
Just checking to see if I can post. I was wondering where you all went. 😀
Looks like my first comment is still in moderation. Will it ever come out?
Dumping moderated comments now!!! 😉
Gunner was home for the day, helping husband with a slate project, and told me about his new roommate.
He’s an eco-vegan-fascist-nazi, who is homophobic and anti-semitic. He has a Discord chat being monitored by Homeland Security. Gunner said, he’s about two shades away from being a full blown domestic terrorist. In other words, he believes in killing ‘you’ to save a plant or animal.
Coincidentally, he was kicked out of ROTC, in ONE WEEK.
Good thing, eh?
Gunner says he is about 5’10”, 130lbs dripping wet, pimply-faced loser, who is a basement dweller and smokes weed. He has a 2.5GPA but insists he ‘knows it all’.
This is a kid who has lovely successful parents in Florida. He does not come from a broken home. He just spent a year in Japan, learning the language.
He’s so radical, he’s so confused, he’s adopted the furthest wing ideology of BOTH parties.
Who does that?
BUT
He insists he is a libertarian because he wants the government to leave him alone. He wants to live in northern Finland in the “stillness of the forest”.
Gunner laughs. We have the only Menorah in 30 miles, a treasured gift from Auschwitz survivors, which we light every year…. as Presbyterians. Gunner’s guardian, executor of our wills, my lifelong closest friend, is gay. Gunner is the Mech engineer, with a 3.45GPA, ROTC, 6’2″, 195lbs, who does not drink or smoke (anything) as his choice, not mine.
Gunner is conservative but not oppressive about his views.
And Gunner LOVES to debate……. for sport, like a cat toying with a mouse before the kill.
Things are not going well. Gunner has tried to get the kid out of the house, coffee and a bagel, to look at people who are smiling on the street. Gunner says, “It’s a great time to be alive”, whereas the other kid is ready for Armageddon or willing to cause Armageddon.
What causes this? Is it social media syndrome? Do we have a name for this disease? What’s the cure?
Some people are so broken they need to start with plants and work up to petting dogs at the local animal shelter before they will be ready to join the human race. I am dead serious. Their right orbital prefrontal cortex doesn’t have the right programming for relationships.
I don’t want to be an alarmist, but any chance of Gunner getting a new roomate?
I’ve just come from reading Wolfie’s article on MK, and even before that someone like you’re describing would raise some red flags for me.
His parents own the nice townhouse where Gunner has been renting for 2yrs. He’s already signed in for another semester.
Absolutely with ya Sylvia… Dang– Daughn We all need to pray for Gunner!! seriously…
Cure? Other than an Outward Bound program in the national parks where this person learns to survive in the wild….
IDK.
Sometimes too much in the way of parents giving everything is just as much a detriment as giving nothing. This person needs a survival challenge. Just , MHO.
Gunner sent me this video.
Have a giggle!
Carnivorous Channel! lol!! Thanks for sharing!! Tell Gunner we thank him for his service!
That was so hilarious. I felt like sending it to my vegan lesbian friend in Portland. Except she has no sense of humor, so sadly I refrained. But I am still giggling.
Bwwaahhahaa, here’s the one on gluten phobes.
Umm, I’m gluten free due to what is most likely an intolerance. Because of the operatic voice I refuse to allow the scopes down my throat to be sure. I’, just living without it.
Legit gluten intolerance is one thing, but the gluten nazis are insane and make everyone else’s life difficult.
I’m sorry about that, but the hybrid of wheat that is used now should scare everyone. WAY too much glue in the stuff.
My brand new Daughter-in -law is gluten free.. She is good about not wanting us do Special for her–I still do–However, I have found that Gluten free pasta is a no brainer–but gluten free bread sucks…
Ancient wheat has made a come-back. Einkorn. I’ve made some incredible buttermilk pancakes with it and pie crusts. Lower gluten means learnng to work with it make take a little study. But there is a Jovial youtube channel with lots of great tips. Modern hybridized wheat can be a problem for those with autoimmune conditions as the lectins can trigger a generalized immune reaction.
T*3 Thank you!! “Modern hybridized wheat can be a problem for those with autoimmune conditions as the lectins can trigger a generalized immune reaction.”
If I can memorize this sentence–even tho I do not actually understand it 😉 I could make HUGE/YUGE stides in my Momma/daughter relationship!! Hugs
This is parents likely allowing the kid to do ejatever he eants as long as he doesnt make trouble for them. He probably looked for attention 5 ways to Sunday and never got what he needed from them. So he has adopted every crazy radical idea as his bc it makes him feel secure, it’s who he has become without guidance. It may be too late.
Or he could be just your ordinary nutjob waiting for the early 20s schizophrenia to fully kick in.
Gunner could get out if he wants. The guy is unstable atm, using drugs, and if hes anti x y or z and making threats, he cant be forced to stay in the rental.
Not really sure Gunner wants to leave. I might be saying this the wrong way but I believe Gunner thinks he can help the kid.
He views many of his generation as confused politically and lacking in humility.
One of you guys had a good idea, a dog might be helpful.
This could be those not wanting to know anything about “Q” or actually any of us on a given day of overwhelm…but it’s funny, anyway!
Exactly JUDY!!

I totally love this ALL AMERICAN reception!!! IT not only highlights The shutdown! But shows POTUS generosity and HUMOR!!
THIS GVT SHUTDOWN has so many facets….Our VSG is using to his/OUR advantage!!! LOVE HIM!!
PDJT’s address at the centenary of the American Farm Bureau:
Recap from OT (related thread):
‘Troublemaker10 says:
January 14, 2019 at 2:15 pm
‘Speech in progress and it is getting great reception. Talking a lot about illegal immigration, the wall, drug problem, need for reform, etc.
Huge applause when he said we need immigrants, but they need to come here legally. He also said he wants to improve process where farm migrants can cone legally for seasonal work on farms.’
Yea, this comment got me to thinking about other comments [OT] and it reminded me:
How true.
Don Jr retweeted this article–He’s right! It’s sad..
Brian Cates has a great thread…
sorry for lack of thread unroll–but its a great read!!

So, now we know the partial Shutdown will continue until SOTU address…
DIMs probably think this will harm POTUS… well, they’re wrong. It will show Americans how little Dims care.
Oh yeah Phoenix!! THis shutdown is areal thing…THere’s a PLAN for sure–and it’s a trap!! LOLOLOL!!
