Man under investigation in fatal shooting after pro-Trump rally allegedly took loaded gun to earlier Portland protest
A 48-year-old man who was accused of carrying a loaded gun at an earlier downtown Portland protest is under investigation in the fatal shooting Saturday night of a right-wing demonstrator after a pro-Trump rally.
Michael Forest Reinoehl calls himself an anti-fascist and has posted videos and photos of demonstrations he attended since late June, accompanied by the hashtags #blacklivesmatter, #anewnation and #breonnataylor.
Sources familiar with the case but not authorized to speak said police are investigating Reinoehl. A family member also identified him as a man captured in photos and video seen leaving the shooting scene shortly before 9 p.m. Saturday.
Aaron Danielson, a supporter of the conservative group Patriot Prayer, was shot in the chest and died in the street. It was soon after most cars in a caravan of supporters of President Donald Trump had left the city’s downtown streets.
Reinoehl’s posts indicate he attended many protests in Portland that began three months ago after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis under the knee of a police officer.
On July 5 at one of the demonstrations, Reinoehl was cited at 2:10 a.m. in the 700 block of Southwest Main Street on allegations of possessing a loaded gun in a public place, resisting arrest and interfering with police
He was given a date to appear in court later that month, but the allegations were dropped on July 30 with a “no complaint,” according to court records. The documents don’t indicate why prosecutors decided not to pursue the accusations. Reinoehl spent no time behind bars.
Brent Weisberg, a spokesman for Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt, said the office is still reviewing that July case involving Reinoehl.
Reinoehl’s 36-year-old sister said she was awakened just before 8 a.m. Sunday by a threatening phone call from someone who told her that “our whole family was in danger unless we turned him over.”
“That’s how I found out,” that her brother was allegedly involved, she told The Oregonian/OregonLive.
She called Sandy police to report the threat, she said. Once she looked online and saw screenshots of her brother’s photo, she said she called Portland detectives.
“We reached out to police and confirmed that we recognized Michael in the screenshots,” she said. She asked that her name not be used because of the threats.
Michael Reinoehl has been estranged from the family – including her, their parents and a younger brother – for at least three years, his sister said.

Luciferase is a calculated over-claim – a shiny object. Ignore it to see the real danger, which could even be in the FIRST-GEN vaccine, if the microarray can be made fine enough to create a large enough number of possibilities for effective marking.

However, please note that my theory of a stealthy shift to “surface-printed vaccine delivery because PRINTING” is NOT part of his statement, nor is it part of this lady’s video – it’s totally mine.
The whole thing about luciferase is a bit of a discred landmine, too. You will note my carefully vague wording on that. I am intimately familiar with some of the technology in that field, because it was coming into fruition when I was a student. That’s why it triggered the thought of DETECTION and READING, even though I doubt that there is any particular relevance to the problem here – I’m not reacting to the “loaded name” – I’m reacting to familiarity with the technology of light-based quantification of things, and that led me to instantly see that “surface array vaccination” has little to do with better vaccination (other than perhaps overcoming fear of injection in a minority of patients), but it has a lot to do with surface printing per se.
The roll-out tech is unlikely to be obvious in this respect – they have to get people used to “surface injection” first. THEN they don’t even need permission to begin doing invisible marking. Indeed, it could even be a BYPRODUCT of the tech, which is truly ingenious. Any delivery agent which is a UV dye in principle can leave a black-light tattoo. Modulate that, and you get a code. Very ingenious, and clearly intentional, IMO, since surface vaccination is typically a negative RE vaccination per se.
Probably a bit too deep for most to see, since this is really more about emergent technology and tech forecasting – which is why I’m also commenting on her errors in the context of Drexler’s early and high-level correct but technically mistaken forecasting on nanotech.
A beautiful example of technology BYPASSING the People’s vote on where things should go, by hiding downstream intents and/or legitimately unseen side-effects, but since we here don’t generally have external context, we don’t realize that to some, “unseen” simply isn’t there.

Have you noticed that the Democrats and media have been in panic mode over the past few days? It’s so bad that they’re actually dragging Biden out of the basement for a “surprise visit” today to battleground Pennsylvania. POTUS has been roasting them over it all day, along with their sagging poll numbers. So what happened? Why the sudden change in campaign strategy? Yes, we all know that their platform and candidate have been politically suicidal for the past year, but that didn’t stop them until this week. What specifically triggered the panic?
My theory is that they were confident they had the election secured for themselves…until a few days ago. What I think happened is that they need the polling numbers to be within a certain margin in order for their election rigging to work. I suspect it’s something like the candidates need to be polling within a very small percentage of each other in order to ensure that there are enough counterfeit votes available to win the state. The Kenosha riot must have blown the polling numbers out of the margins. Now they’re not so confident they can rig Pennsylvania for Joe, so they’re scrambling to get him over there ASAP. Now they realize they might actually have to campaign, but their candidate and platform are a total mess and mail-in voting starts in only two weeks. No wonder they’re panicking worse than at any point this year.

How to fix the House of Reprehensibles:
This assumes that we gain a solid majority (at least as solid as the Dem majority is today) and the gain is largely solidly Deplorable freshmen reps.
The problem is, you cannot get choice committee assignments, etc. without raising money for the GOP and otherwise sucking up to the GOP leadership–as the system currently works. So basically the new group needs to demand a change in this, even being willing to refuse to vote for the GOP candidate for speaker of the house if they don’t get it.
Look at what AOC did to her party as a freshman.
If what we all hope proves true, amd the GOP retakes the House while holding onto the Senate, then POTUS is going to get the credit for it. That means he gets a TON of political capital. RINOs will be squeezed from the top (Trump) and from below (Freedom Caucus + Trump freshman).
Add in that Trump knows the SPECIFICS of corruption on the part of the RINOs, along with an AG looking to re-establish the rule of law and it’s EQUAL application to all, and THAT means POTUS has some serious leverage. We’re gonna need some sacrificial GOP lambs to prove Barr isn’t being a partisan hack, and no RINO is going to want to be that lamb.
We are going to see a LOT of old GOP pols who are, seemingly all of a sudden, going to want to play ball with Trump.
Hmm…I am thinking we will need a more permanent fix than that, and that involves modifying the way the House leadership “herds” the party membership. Actual votes will have to happen on such reforms (the house gets to decide how to organize and police itself).
I think we can be 100% certain that POTUS has very specific plans and goals along the lines of what you are thinking….right along with who HE wants in key roles such as committee chairs and assignments.

I think that the Immunity from Lawsuits that vaccine-makers were given, has resulted in horrible consequences.
It was done initially to get Drug Manufacturers to make large quantities of vaccines that were cheap, with virtually no profit for them.

Tenkiller is my favorite area lake here. I have floated the Illinois river several times.
I was there only once. Our family stayed at the campground on the east side of the dam. I fished for rainbow trout in the river below the dam. Had a good time, but got skunked. Longhorn cattle were wandering around by the river. I kept a wary eye on them. I took some photos there, and still have them.
The kayak I used was rented at the campground. I had dreamed for years of paddling one.
It looks like the ChiComs are forwarding the idea of the Three Gorges Dam as a “military target”.

I advocate a complete “boycott” of all Pro Sports: NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL. Stop watching on TV. Stop buying their merchandise. These millionaires are mostly all “Woke”, and so are their billionaire owners.
We do not need any of them, anymore.
If (like me) you still need a sports fix, I say: Go Local! Get involved with American Legion and Connie Mack baseball teams. High School and Pop Warner football, lacrosse, wrestling, etc. Your local college sports, male and female. Your local Rugby club…they play every Saturday, year-round.
We do not need professional athletes to tell us what to think. No more, of their virtual signal BS.

The bottle hit the ground near the officer, releasing a cloud of chlorine gas. The officer coughed, became nauseous and lost consciousness, falling to the ground. He was taken to a local hospital.
The officer suffered serious heart damage and spent months going to medical appointments and missing work. He continues to suffer the effects of the chlorine gas.”

Masks and Staph Infections on the face.
We had a little female goat about the height of a cat. She got a Staph Infection on one ear. We gave her several courses of different antibiotics, kept her in the house (she was litter box trained.) After a year with no improvement we finally took her to Rollins NC Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory. They put her down and did diagnostics. They said she had a SYSTEMIC ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT STAPH INFECTION!!! It had settled in all of her joints. They also could not believe we had manage to keep her alive for over a year (YEA!! FOR GOOD NUTRITION!)
NO WAY am I going to wear a mask!!

If you have kids, either tell the school NO MASK or home school. The chances of a child getting a staph infection from wearing a mask all day is going to be a lot greater than an adult.

Civility had started to disappear long before social media. When I was in high school, about 25 years before any social media was available, one of the Sisters of St. Joseph was complaining to us about the disappearance of civility. The one principal would give lectures on good manners, as they weren’t being taught at home.
I actually think the throw off of civility happened gradually during the 70s. Because of where I grew up and who raised me (us), we learned it. But it had already started to disappear before Reagan took office.

I sort of tie the decline to fashion… we were still wearing hats and gloves here in the 70s… designer jeans started here in early 80s… among my group. I had never owned a pair of jeans before that… only “working girls” wore them… recall how embarrassed I was when a group of us went to Atlanta to pick up one of our friends who was hosting a fashion show there, and we actually wore heels and designer jeans into the building…

In the late 60s we were taught table manners in the dining hall at the dorm. Then we were invaded by the innercity blacks and that was the end of that. Those blacks wanted to oust ALL the whites and make the dorm a ‘Black Sorority’ WITHOUT PAYING FOR A BUILDING as all the other sororities did. I put a stop to it after I caught them viciously bullying my roommate and the elderly dorm mother.
We had some very nice black girls who wanted NOTHING to do with the inner city types some of whom were also white.

My observation is that if you have one or two who WANT to succeed, then they learn. Once you get a group of innercity types they drag EVERYONE down to their level instead of the mixed group raising everyone up to a high level.
I think this is one of the main reasons Dr Martin Luther King was killed and why Black republicans are told ‘They Ain’t Black’ and called nasty names. Our ‘Lord & Masters’ WANT us to STAY as the ‘Great Unwashed’ so we do not challenge them for higher status.

Observe the 48 hour rule which states that a cooling off period for all controversial reporting to not enflame the tensions for ratings. Hold violators ACCOUNTABLE via the inciting or fomenting civil disturbances, especially racial tensions.
Step TEN require ethics classes for ALL journalists. Require disclaimers or recusal from political subjects with obvious conflicts of interest (eliminates political nepotism, EX, Ben and David Rhodes)
There you go, ten steps to eliminate SOME of this garbage, there are probably additions and subtractions, but the BIGGIE is fines, loss of credentials, and loss of platform for excessive violations.

I know this thought will irritate many at first, but once you understand it’s a two-edged sword, it’s easy to face, and people can get used to it, so that we can defend the First Amendment properly.
IMO, Richard Grenell, Brandon Walkaway (j/k), Scott Pressler, Tammy Bruce, and other gay conservatives [all of whom I think are awesome, just for full disclosure] being openly and almost rabidly pro-Trump is a critical dimension in the fact that many sensible moderate Dems now feeling very pro-Trump.
What they’ve done is totally destroyed the idea that “Trump is a Nazi”, or whatever the Pelosicrats were trying to sell.
Short-term vision, this is “good” for a single election. Long-term vision, it inevitably creates a problem where statists can attempt to push on gay Republicans to promote “hate speech” ideas, because gays have been so influenced by the left to think that “hate speech is a crime”.
Even the wonderful Ric Grenell is not immune to this kind of thinking.
The cure? We have to embrace freedom more strongly. Gays are safe in the Republican party because we embrace and defend FREEDOM, and that is their strong fort – NOT speech codes.
Getting to a comfortable and strong party position on this is not only possible – it’s advantageous. Ohio’s “almost happened” (except for Obamanazi Gaystapo sabotage) gay marriage proposal (which I personally considered nearly pitch-perfect on freedom of religion, but still Constitutionally defective because it didn’t correct America’s old mistake of forbidding polygamy, which it could not actually do without SCOTUS doing the correction) shows the truest path forward – the “stable configuration” with maximum freedom.
That gay marriage proposal was fully “log cabin” compatible, meaning acceptable to that wing. It had no taint of “hate speech laws” on it, meaning acceptable to all other conservatives ON THAT POINT. The issue of gay marriage per se, obviously not resolved. But it closed off any possibility of people being forced to endorse the idea by any speech or action. Very obvious why the Obamanazis wanted it dead.
Anyway, just wanting to point all this out, because it’s important to understand. Gays are resisting the anti-Trump gaslighting by the Dems, and that is helping to spread the truth about Trump to moderate Dems. If we’re smart, this whole phenomenon can keep going strongly in a good direction that protects everybody, but AWARENESS is key.

FYI, Grenell is a promoter of “gay” as a political faction needing special treatment at taxpayer expense. Go wander around the Department of State website and see if his gay promotion committee is available for public viewing.

OTOH, I don’t equate Grenell and Manning at all. IMO Grenell was never a security risk. Manning – long before he entered the service. And this is where I think “trans” in the military is problematic, and Trump was right to push against it.
Gays in the military ARE a problem – rapes went up phenomenally due to gays in the military. If we don’t admit that’s a problem, we’re not dealing with reality.
But – setting that aside – trans are orders of magnitude more problematic because they’re almost all highly unstable personalities, whereas many if not most openly admitted gays are “stable enough”.
I don’t think I could support a Grenell presidency without years of commitment AGAINST hate crime laws and FOR religious freedom – which I don’t think he has. But in other political offices, or as an appointee, I think he’s great. Private sector? Sure, he’d be great, but possibly wasted. He’s massively effective at swamp cleanup – I’m sure there will be a market for that for much longer than we hoped! 😀

We have an basically abandoned mall in our town, the only one. Once thriving, the 3 main anchor stores closed and gradually it has become an empty shell, but still in the most viable part of town. Of course, the city went on a search and did find an investor to buy with the concept of building a “new” type of mall that worked successfully in another part of the state. Lots and lots of delays…””finding the right mix” of shops, but eventually concluding malls everywhere are dying they gave up that idea. Good move!
Next “concept” was a mixture of low-rise “ high quality” rental apartments, mixed in with some retail. However, it was geared for young families because somehow the decision-makers think they are the group that need to be promoted…even though there are at least a dozen rental apartments within a short distance.
There is not one rental complex in the town that is for adults only. I wrote to the planning board and mayor suggesting they are missing the boat. The area to be developed has several casual restaurants, movie theater, grocery store and personal service places within a short walking distance from the proposed complex. The parents and children would be gone all day so none of these places would see any uptick in daytime business. but retired adults would be patronizing these places regularly. The nearest elementary school is several miles away so the children would probably not be active in any after school activities.
I suggested serious consideration be given to a nice, adult apartment complex because the town is overlooking this critical segment of the population. I pointed out that the SENIORS are the ones that support the cultural arts, financially and physically. They are the ones that take the Life Long Learning classes, the art classes, attend the lectures at the museum. The seniors are the community volunteers every where you look. Most of the major fund-raisers are run by and supported by seniors donating literally million each year to the charitable agencies. The seniors are the ones that support the fine dining restaurants (one cannot live by McDonald’s and Pizza Hut alone.)
To ignore this segment of the town’s population is the kiss of death, and many of our friends have either left or have their homes for sale in anticipation of moving to other locations that have living arrangements for their needs. Unfortunately, those that make those housing decisions evidently do not respond to logic and follow what the out of town investors want.
So, Singingsoul, I agree with your statement…we SENIORS are still very much needed as valuable asset, not merely to end up in care facilities when we choose not to maintain house and property but there aren’t other choices in many areas.

Many of those co-morbidities are things people can live with for a long time, with treatment. I’d hold the ChiComCrud just as responsible for those deaths as for the “alone” deaths.
After all we can prosecute an attempted assassin for murder if his gunshot turns out to have shortened the victim’s life, 15 years down the road. Didn’t we start calling the Reagan shooter (whom I shall not name) a murderer, when Brady died of complications, years later? (I don’t recall whether he got charged with murder but it was brought up as a possibility.)
The problem is, and you touched on it, we don’t know how many “liveable with” other conditions the ChiComCrud turned into “death right now” because those actually have been mixed in with cases of “other condition killed him but ChiComCrud was found in his blood” (jokingly stereotyped as marking down a skydiver who forgot his parachute as a ChiComCrud death because the big red splat tested positive).
You brought up cancer as an example of something different from ChiComCrud, but even there I’d argue that it actually does have some similarities, because some would could survive it with chemo, etc., don’t because they are weakened by other conditions. So…should cancer still be blamed for those other deaths? Well, yes, and it is. Similarly with smallpox killing more readily when its victims have something else too. (The problem there is that smallpox’s heyday was long before we understood a lot of the comorbidities we see today.)
I know someone who nearly died of the ChiComCrud. Yes, she does have some other condition (I don’t recall what it is, it’s fairly rare/obscure), but she could live a long time with it and expected to, and fortunately, still expects to. Had she died of it, I’d have no hesitation in blaming it on ChiComCrud, and not her other condition.
So we have a number somewhere between 9000 and whatever the reported death toll is (I guess it’s 180,000 since that’s what the left is trying to blame on Trump), who’d still be alive today but for ChiComCrud. That’s the damage China is responsible for. One more way in which China is Asshoe.

We did two birthdays yesterday. They both moved to Sunday afternoon because of the hurricane.
One was a black family in Durham. Very, very nice friendly people LOTS OF BLACK FATHERS and well behaved kids. Granddad and I had lots of conversation and agree we need more Dads in the homes of black families. His grandson, 17 is ALREADY IN COLLEGE aced everything in sight spent several summers at Duke classes for exceptional students. The Grand son wants to be a lawyer. I hope he stays as grounded as his granddad.
2nd family was white. Mom was a small business person. Again very nice people. Both parties had mixed guests AND NO MASKS!!!!
Also we had a lot more kids at each party compared to parties earlier this year and we are getting a lot more calls. I think people are SO OVER the Covid BS.

I watched a small part of the speech on Citizen Free Press. He seemed to deliver it okay, but there is such a disconnect as he comes out wearing a mask, with no audience shown, reading from a teleprompter and taking no questions. There is no reason for excitement and no feeling of connection between the candidate and the people. To me, wearing a mask on the way to the podium just looks like virtue signalling.

Trainer managed to calm but, pony refused to let anyone else ride her – owner was trying to sell her – no luck.
Actually I had three 16h 2″ saddlebreds and a standardbred when I moved south and over a dozen horse drawn vehicles. I sold several of them. I still have five 4-wheeled vehicles and five two wheeled.
I use a 2 wheeled pony cart for the ponies.
I have found training a pony to drive is the best way to end up with a safe kids pony. It means you can put the pony to a cart if it gets too ‘aggressive’ Also with one of my ‘rescue’ ponies, a welsh pony mare with a bad case of Ponytude, we resorted to having her haul logs out of the woods. Calmed her right down. 🙃
Some trainers use a big truck or tractor tire instead but wee needed to clear a path so we used the ‘brat’ to drag the trees we cut down to the burn pile.

With the pony you are talking about s/he remembers being hurt by a child. That can be very difficult to over come. S/he may be best as a cart pony for a small adult or a companion pony for a horse.
I should also say I give most of my new ponies about a year to ‘forget’ We have plenty of room so I can let them veg-out until they are calm before I start doing any real training aside from getting caught easily and being lead calmly. We also teach BACK and STAND before being allowed to eat from the feed bowl. (Establishing dominance.)
Most older ponies have a lot of baggage and are like dealing with an abused person so we always figure we will have to retrain.

Flynn update – here is the order denying the mandamus.
The case goes back to Judge Sullivan.
The opinion ends with these words:
“we expect the District Court to proceed with appropriate dispatch.” 🤔
So, rather than a reprimand of Judge Sullivan – they gave him a reprieve – to sit on his hands for as long as he wants? Or – does this mean – get on with it – And – what happens if he does not ‘get on with it’?
It means a SCIOTUS appeal awaits, and a judicial beatdown of the DC Circuit AND Judge Sullivan. Yes, LET that BS stand, and then we can simply revisit or refuse to dismiss a whole SLEW of charges that were dropped on the Clinton’s and other prominent swamp. Can you say PANDORAS box. That NEVER ends good for the opener.
This is what I believe is the next step, prog – a trip to the Supreme Court – if not – this bought and paid for Judge will stall until after the election. A higher authority needs to read this Judge the riot act – and dismiss him from his job.

By refusing to rule on the motion to dismiss, jedge retains authority & jurisdiction over the case. Thus, his order to the DoJ to turn over Brady material remains in effect. US attorney Jensen has turned over at least two tranches of docs to Sidney Powell (might be more) in compliance with Sullivan’s order.
The instant the case is dismissed, the order expires. And Jensen has no authority to turn over docs to Powell any more. Any additional docs he finds he will turn over to Barr and it’s up to Barr what to do with them.
Sidney is aware of this and took a premature mandamus in order to keep the swamp creatures from realizing that she knows.
It is revealing that the appeals court did not chastise Sullivan nor did it order him to do anything. It would not surprise me if the appeals court judges also know what Sullivan is up to.

Pierce went on, “The rioters got enraged by that. Kyle actually attempted to retreat. He was chased down by attackers that were repeatedly stating that he should be killed. They came at him lightning-fast and attempted to begin striking him and wrestling with this rifle with an intent to kill. He had no choice but to fire his weapon and protect himself.”
Pierce said Rittenhouse would have been killed had his client been unarmed.
Pierce held, “If we take that line of thinking, then the anarchists have won. He has every right to be in the community that he works in. We cannot turn over our cities to people who simply want to burn them to the ground.”

Parents REALLY need to start taking a HARD LOOK at the materials that teachers are teaching.
Get the teachers lesson plans for the year, divvy it up among parents [and grandparents] and take a good hard look.
We did it with Obamacare and with the Food Unsafe Modernization act. Parents should care enough to do the same for their kids or grandkids.

If I digest all of these correctly, the guy was a career “government service” hack who was YET ANOTHER OBAMA EMBED in the DOJ.
I also suspect AG Barr discovered that Wiegmann was a “back-channel conduit” of RESISTANCE coordinated efforts to hamper / obstruct DOJ and POTUS in every way possible to surveil, infiltrate, arrest, and otherwise stop the activities of BLM / Antifa.
And I ALSO suspect that the removal of Wiegmann is NOT unconnected with POTUS’ decisions to employ Federal law enforcement officers to STOP the PAID thugs and TAKE OUT THE TRASH.

Been going to Nebraska each month for work since covid crap started up. So what happened Nebraska? Walked into Scheels and a manager asked me where my mask was. Even offered me one. How kind. Last month, no problem. Month before, masks not even thought of. The more the death rate drops, the worse the rules are getting. Yep, I left.
If you have a few idle minutes. Perhaps review Nebraska’s edict regarding “mandatory” masks. Look for exceptions.
Nevada’s edict has buried in the fine print, masks NOT required:
– Those with medical conditions.
– No documentation required.
– If no mask, a face shield SHOULD be worn. “Should” is a suggestion, recommendation…not directive in nature.
There have been a few idiot businesses that insist on a mask. I leave.
One idiot at Home Depot insisted I wait while she got the OK from a manager. I said, I’ll wait. She walked around the corner, returned in fifteen seconds and said I could enter without a mask.

I have worn a mask twice since this mess started… once to go to the doc, and second time into the hospital for a test. Will have to wear one again Thurs for another test. The min I get into the treatment room I remove the mask. Actually, I wear it below my nose. The staff laugh with me… that’s how they wear theirs, most of the time.

CLACKAMAS, Ore. – The sheriffs of Clackamas and Washington County say they will not send staff to help with protests in Portland after Oregon Governor Kate Brown unveiled a plan to address the violence at protests.
The plan called on several local law enforcement agencies to help, including the sheriff’s offices of Washington and Clackamas counties.
Clackamas Co. Sheriff Craig Roberts said the governor didn’t approach his office before rolling out the plan, intended to address the violence and arson while also protecting free speech.
“Increasing law enforcement resources in Portland will not solve the nightly violence and now, murder,” the sheriff said. “The only way to make Portland safe again, is to support a policy that holds offenders accountable for their destruction and violence.”
Washington County Sheriff Pat Garrett cited several risks that led to the decision, including “the lack of political support for public safety, the uncertain legal landscape, the current volatility combined with intense scrutiny on use of force.”
