Bad Days
Have you ever had a really bad day? Well, that’s probably kind of a dumb question, the answer being “Of course I have”!
Well then, have you had a number of bad days? Well, again, I think most of us would answer “Duh”! Recently? Well, yeah.
I think we all, some more, some less have bad days. Even really bad days. Maybe even lots of ’em.
Maybe something at work, or at home, or between us and God . . . we’ve had bad days, are having bad days, and will have bad days.
So, what’re we gonna do about that? Just wallow in the situation and let time, the great healer, eventually have its effect?
Well, we don’t have to do that. As Christians, when we are beset with a plague of bad days, we are in a position to look at those days with a perspective that will reduce them to, well, hopefully next to nothing at all.
When we’re having a bad day, it helps to be reminded that God is on our side and that we are one of God’s beloved children, officially adopted into His family.
So if we’re having a bad day today, let’s sit back and remind ourselves of just what our Heavenly Father promises us.
Deuteronomy 31:6: Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.
Psalm 55:22: Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you;
He shall never permit the righteous to be shaken.
Zephaniah 3:17: The Lord your God in your midst, the Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.
1 John 5:4: For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world — our faith.
Romans 8:37-39: Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Well, that’s all good for holding a proper perspective, but the bad days don’t just get logically into our heads, they get deep into us at an emotional level, also.
John 16:33: I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.
John 14:27: I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.
When we get caught up in that “Oh, poor me!” trap, I think the Psalms are the place to go. We’ll have a really difficult time hanging on to our precious little bundle of self pity while and after we read a few of our favorite Psalms. Praise and Thanksgiving Psalms work the best in these situations.

When we stop and think that we praise and thank God for a future eternity of Peace and Joy in His presence, that singular fact has the effect of reducing our transient bad days to just a nit.
Just think of it . . . an eternity of Joy and Peace with God of such a quality that “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”
We won’t let a bad day distract us from God’s blessings. We are loved. We are not alone. God delights in us. We are victorious. In fact, we are more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus. So we will be encouraged and have a good day because “This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”

So, this morning Arbalest and I went up to the BAEM [ http://baemclub.com/ ] meeting in Berkeley. This is a bunch of (mostly older) machinists whose hobby is building reduced-scale internal combustion engines that work. There is a certain amount of overlap.
One of the members, revered by all, is a Master Machinist trained at the Mare Island Naval facility. A running gag for making a part is, “I took a swing at it, but went to plan B — I asked XXXX”. He builds boxes to mount engine models on from scratch — they’re beautiful and gasoline-proof. He built himself an airplane from lumber, flew it around for some years and sold it off. He’s worked on 20-foot ship propellers and carburetor parts measured in thousandths of an inch. He grinds and hardens overhead cams for miniature V-8s. He spent a good part of the meeting trying to interpret miniature V-6 plans written in Swedish, alongside their translation from Google Translate.
But as an aside, he mentioned that all this mask crap would go away November 4th.

Pgroup, absentee ballots HAVE to be associated with your name! How would it be mailed to you, and how would they verify it was you otherwise?
I am hand-delivering my ballot back to the Election Office. The stamped return ENVELOPE they sent me to use if I chose to by mail, has my NAME on it, and a SIGNATURE line I am required to SIGN!
I figure that is their way to check if I voted before voting day, so I can’t vote again at the polls, if I mailed it in. They verify my signature, and then the “secure” envelope inside, which contains my ballot, is then put into the “vault” to be counted “anonymously.” But if my mailman saw a Trump flag or the American flag in my yard, he could discard my ballot, knowing I would be a Trump voter.
And this is in a small town in Montana, of all places. Pretty conservative area. I just don’t think that the scale of the possible CHEATING really registers with people. DENIAL of reality.

It is easy to request a replacement ballot in WA state. DH twice did not receive a ballot and the first time we were “freaking out”, but found out he could PRINT out his own ballot. It seems pretty sketchy. It does have to be signed, but since the ballot involves several pieces of paper, still remains very sketchy. Son lives overseas, and has had to do likewise a few times when he didn’t receive a ballot. Lots of opportunity for fraud if you ask me.
Taking our ballots to ballot box on election day, they have people manning them, handing out the “I voted” stickers. Yeah.

All we have to do is accept the gift. When we do, that incomprehensible Creator provides a part of Himself, the Holy Spirit, to live inside us and guide us throughout the mess we have made of a tiny part of His creation. When we do that to our best of our abilities we bring glory to Him.
So give Him honor and glory today. Bow down before Him and pray that He grant us the will and strength to “go big”, as PDT says, to right wrongs and do of what He has instructed us to do. Then trust Him totally for the result – not matter what it is because it will be in accordance with His will.

If Biden’s now in a “lose – lose” scenario of ANY kind, given that he’s been spinning / “Godfathering” deals for over 4 decades, doesn’t this argue for some kind of mental decline on his part? If he were still that “sharp”, wouldn’t Biden be aware, for example, that Hunter’s laptops were put in for repairs BUT NEVER PICKED UP?
I say — start watching CLOSELY when Ole Joe is walking around / how he uses his hands / if he has to keep holding on to something when he doesn’t need to (like a microphone), etc. These are small but telltale signs that he’s got motor-coordination issues — these are examples of compromised “fine motor skills” that can well be symptoms of cognitive decline issues.
My mom had dementia/Alzheimer’s. I know the tells. Joe ios likely in stage one. Confusion, forgetfulness, losing his way. Stage two turns into ANGER, and even worse forgetfulness, and doing things like hiding keys in the fridge, misplacing money, etc.
Eventually in stage four, the patient simply forgets how to chew, swallow, and even breathe. MOST develop pneumonia and have complications from not properly chewing and swallowing their food.
Biden can be kept “lucid” at this stage via drugs, but the effects will last shorter and shorter time.
Now while I do not put it past Joe to play anything to avoid consequence, He would have to KNOW before hand accountability was coming.

If you have a lab with essentially the tech they use to build HD’s, you can peel it open and read magnetic regions on the platters. What was done to the “trashed” HD was almost certainly less damaging than uncontrolled reentry from space.

For a long time one of the major considerations in my vote has been whether or not the candidate would work to keep us out from underneath the jurisdiction of an international court and international law.
I have thought, and I am fairly convinced that the President and those advisors loyal to him, have considered the possibility that if a Democrat regains the Presidency their way to “lock him up” and go after his family and supporters would be to turn him over to an international court.
They have shown no reluctance to manufacture charges and frame him for them.

While serving as Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Andres oversaw criminal fraud prosecutions and foreign bribery investigations under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.[4][5] Among the prosecutions brought by Andres from this office is that of then billionaire and Antiguan knight Sir Allen Stanford, who was sentenced to 110 years in prison and forced to forfeit billions of dollars in assets in relation to his $8 billion Ponzi scheme.[6]
Andres was the 16th attorney hired by the Special Counsel’s office when appointed by Mueller in August 2017.[6]

Your spreadsheet is an incredible piece of work! Thanks for sharing it. Chalupa/Vereer/Kaptur linkage is part of a large US Ukraine political network and I did touch on it briefly in the posting (see below. ). In regards to Manafort, you are probably right, there is a lot animosity towards him from a number of dossier related individuals, but I deliberately opted to stay away from conjecture regarding motives and actions because they tend to move you into the realm of speculation.

Nice! Here’s what my research revealed and my timeline substantiates:
“On 10/1/2015 Alexandra Chalupa claims she started an investigation on Team Trump but that she had been doing research on Paul Manafort for some period of time before this date”
That’s the very first mention of that term, collusion with Russia. The date she started her research is pretty odd because nothing happened in the news that would have triggered that suspicion. The only notable thing that happened is that Trump announced he was running for office.
Alexandra Chalupa started writing a dossier on Paul Manafort before Manafort was ever even mentioned. She made a prediction that if Trump hires Manafort that it’s proof that Trump is colluding with Russia.
Soon after Trump did start mentioning Manafort’s hiring, Chalupa then became a very hot commodity in the DNC, achieving an almost prophet-like status. Everybody wanted to talk to her then.
Yeah, I’m not buying that she’s got a crystal ball. Did they have a mole on the inside of the Trump campaign?
One of the meetings she had was with Marcy Kaptur (D). Isn’t that a really strange name to be popping up in Operation Russian Collusion? Like, sort of completely out of the blue, right? Or is it?

So they ask Chalupa to continue her investigation. Chalupa gets put onto this committee and is described as having a “very important role.” She’s an ambassador to the Ukraine for the DNC….why is that so important?
One of the things Chalupa did was, Alexandra Chalupa is invited to discuss her research about Paul Manafort with 68 investigative journalists from Ukraine at Library of Congress for Open World Leadership Center, a U.S. congressional agency. Chalupa invites investigative reporter Michael Isikoff to “connect(s) him to the Ukrainians. Guess who funded that little symposium? Why, John Kerry’s State Dept. Guess who hosted it? FactCheck.org. (Which there’s more to that story that I won’t even go into here)
Then Alexandra Chalupa emails DNC that she’ll share sensitive info about Paul Manafort “offline” including “a big Trump component…that will hit in next few weeks (which never happened, at least by Alexandra Chalupa)
In the leaked exchange of emails of that committee, Chalupa starts getting freaked out about having her private Yahoo email account hacked. That really, really freaks out the heads of that committee, so much so that they “fire” Chalupa. Really? You fire people for getting hacked? Why not just move her onto your DNC system of emails? Is it maybe because they need to keep her activities off-site, you know, where a FOIA can’t touch them? Anyway, they fire Chalupa. After four years of working for the DNC, she gets fired, and Chalupa isn’t upset about that not one bit, over something that wasn’t even her fault…….
But what happens on the very day Chalupa is fired? Oh, Christopher Steele is hired. What a coincidence.
And what happens FIVE DAYS after Christopher Steele was hired? Oh, he publishes his first report on his dossier, a report that discusses FIVE YEARS of investigation.
Five days isn’t even enough time for the check to clear, much less conduct five years worth of research.
And what happens to Chalupa after that point? Nothing, not a word. They completely remove her from the picture entirely. My belief is that they couldn’t put her face on Operation Russian Collusion because she connects EVERYBODY together.

It is VERY clear that the Democrats have DESIGNED IN CHEATING.
Pat, I heard something about Pennsylvania voting today that lit up a HUGE lightbulb. I think there is going to be a huge cheat through DUPLICATE VOTES AND AUTOMATIC RESOLUTION TO THE CHEAT BALLOT.
This will FLIP VOTES. It’s an extraordinary scam.
It was on OAN. It was about many thousands of duplicate ballots generated and sent out because people checked a box during the primary to get a mail-out ballot for the general, but then requested one again. That box may have been checked automatically – I know how that lie works from my days designing software – it’s possible to hide a dishonest choice in software using DEFAULTS and VISIBILITY. Dishonest and amoral programmers will not talk back to management on this stuff – that’s why they bring in foreign contractors to code this stuff. Coding itself BIASES decisions and creates the stage for problems.
ANYWAY, Pennsylvania was assuring people that they would resolve this problem with duplicates.
NOW – marry this with what was just caught in TEXAS – where DIVERTED mail-out ballots were being HARVESTED and then PROCESSED in boiler-room operations headed by a top Dem, and the witness was almost assassinated.

If a system is designed poorly, or has exploits, then yes – it happens all the time in other ways. “Hacking is real.”
One of the most important things I learned a LOOOOONG time ago was from a military IT security specialist. He was quite frank – a PHYSICAL option is always more secure against hacking than a digital one. Whether that is a kill switch on a network, or a VOTE by paper, physical is MORE SECURE against fraud, tampering, takeover, impersonation, or whatever.
CONVENIENCE IS THE ENEMY OF SECURITY.
Democrats are intentionally making things insecure – we know this – and one of the first signs that they did it intentionally is that there will be a READY EXPLOIT of some kind which appears to be accidental, but is often “too convenient by half”.
It’s all Mamet principle. Democrats “pretend not to know” at every step, to get things BACKWARDS and justify what they want to do secretly.

AHHH, the KEY. This is NOT in person voting, this is ONLINE voting. used in HEAVY dem area’s in HEAVY dem states, Like OIr, WA, and CA. YES of COURSE an ONLINE vote could be hacked. ONE problem, this is NOT in use widespread, and will have ZERO effect in the SWING STATES, where we have SEEN the efforts FOR this FAIL. I must concur with Wictor. This is DISINFO, or even REAL info USED in a nefarious way to cast DOUBT on Trump when he wins BIG.
ThIS may be their play, use THIS to try to throw the election results into chaos. WON’T work, as obviously this is NOT in wide use, and will likely have little to NO bearing on the election. Most likely Trump is not winning Portland anyway.
The manipulation can occur for ANY voting machine, online OR NOT.
There are exploits that jump “air gaps”, as the various SCADA misadventures of the last few years have proved (could well be some of them in that treasure trove of “tools” that Snowden released). There are other exploits available via USB stick, often used to provide BIOS/UEFI/firmware updates, and, finally, there are “backdoors” where someone knowledgable of various maintenance modes can gain admin/root access and cause all sorts of trouble.
Once you get to Ring 0 (or -1 or -2 as Intel has painfully discovered), all bets are off.

The pattern is to STALL FOR TIME.
The question is who’s call was it for this person to head up the investigation and why.
There’s stalling…and then there’s looking for rat lines and cells within the government.

I paid attention to the flour/sugar offerings on the end caps. They were deep. I’d say 5-6 bags. I found solid pack pumpkin on the bottom shelf in the baking aisle. A dent had been made in it. Same with Milnot moreso than other evaporated milk brands. I had to reach back into the shelf to get it. I got enough for one recipe of pie(s), and may well go back for more since my nephews LOVE pumpkin and they will be here for the holidays.

More info coming. John Paul’s dad…a Vietnam Vet…took the repair order to the FBI in Albuquerque (where dad lives) in September 2019. They took the info. Then 2 months later the FBI in Delaware reached out. That means the info had been passed along.

That level of vitamin C is not terrible, especially in 2 doses – a lot of people take that normally. Some quercetin COMES with vitamin C added – it’s a common supplement, and 1000/500 is a common ratio of C to Q.
50 mg Zn is a lot. A few here take that much – many take more like 25-40 mg. Don’t go over 50, IMO.
Bromelain is a bit like quercetin as a supplement. I have no opinion on its use for COVID.

Ground report from Hilton Head….an island primarily devoted to retirement condos and tourism with a gazillion places to eat…EXCEPT we are having difficulty finding one. Tonight we selected a small place with a very interesting menu selection, as seen in the tourist magazines and online. We decided to go early because of the crowds on the island (parking is awful!). When we arrived, we were the only 2 there, female owner welcomed us and asked if we knew their kitchen was closed since the C19 and currently they only offered burgers.
We regretfully declined the burgers and I asked when she thought she would reopen. She replied the lockdown is killing her business…in addition to the C19 shutdown, she can’t find anyone to work…”they’d all rather take unemployment and go to the beach all day.” Said she only had her sous chef (more $$$than a regular chef) working and they are trying to hang on until the restrictions are lifted.
So, again tonight we ended up having “snack food” outside instead of the good seafood this island features. Being a tourist area, the prices are considerably more (About 1/3 more) than In our town across state and we think many of the young families where we are staying are cooking in instead of going out every night.
Hoping for a “real” dinner tomorrow night! Nachos just don’t cut it!

my only concern about the reports on what is on Biden’s computer is that the reports of child and child + torture, etc., are so awful that if it is just regular drugs, prostitutes and porn it will be viewed as not that bad in comparison to the sensational bar set by the horrific rumors. And yet the rumors are in line with what many Q followers have said all along. Incredible that we’re suddenly competing against 80 million ballots mailed UNREQUESTED to whomever-wherever, UNTRACEABLE on the way back and UNVERIFIABLE when counted in so many states.
We’re going to need powerful COMPARATIVE ALGORITHMS between counties and cities (with comparable demographics) that persuade SCOTUS where there’s ELECTION FRAUD based on large-scale voting deviations between those locales in 2020, and within those locales compared with prior elections.
