Dear KMAG: 20210621 Joe Biden Didn’t Win ❀ Open Topic

Joe Biden didn’t win. This is our Real President:

This Stormwatch Monday Open Thread is VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA/KAG/KMAG world (with KMAG being a bit of both).

Yes, it’s Monday…again.

But it’s okay! We’ll get through it.

Free Speech is practiced here at the Q Tree. But please keep it civil. We’re on the same side here so let’s not engage in friendly fire.

If you find yourself in a slap fight, we ask that you take it outside to The U Tree…which is also a good place to report any technical difficulties, if you’re unable to report them here.

Please also consider the Important Guidelines, outlined here. Let’s not give the odious Internet Censors a reason to shut down this precious haven that Wolf has created for us.

Please pray for our real President, the one who actually won the election:

For your listening enjoyment, I offer this from Phil Rey Gibbons, titled ‘Northmen’:

And this from Patrick Rundblad, titled ‘Mission Infinity’:

Our beloved country is under Occupation by hostile forces.

We can give in to despair…or we can be defiant and fight back in any way that we can.

Joe Biden didn’t win.

I will keep saying Joe Biden didn’t win until we get His Fraudulency out of our White House.

Wheatie’s Word of the Day:

spate

Spate is a noun which means…a sudden rush, flood or outpouring; a large number of similar things or events appearing or occurring in quick succession. It is often followed by ‘of’…as in, a spate of.

The Urban Dictionary lists some newer usages of spate: 1) Spate can be an alternative term to sex. 2) Spate also means to play a prank on someone. 3) You can also Spate yourself, by accidentally causing grief to yourself after performing an act. 4) Spate can be used as a curse word.

Used in a sentence:

The good patriots who love this country are getting fed up with the spate of lawlessness and constitutional violations that are flowing from the Demoncrats in power.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

The diamonds must be returned.

All phony “law” which stands in the way of the most basic and true righteousness is TRASH, and those who adhere to it are going to FALL WITH IT.

#####

From a thread Michael alerted us to yesterday – highly relevant.

cthulhu

I also think “vitiates everything” covers what it needs to.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Please convince DOJ of this! It could vastly improve their customer service!

cthulhu

Just as a weird footnote — what if there is a Judicial Commission on Undoing the Fraud that lasts until 1/21/23, after which a new Legislature can affirm (or not) all previous actions (except bills which require Presidential signature)?

There’s no solid, documented way forward. This is a whiteboard thought for brainstorming.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Now if only we had some government agency or agencies which were sworn to uphold basic truth, justice, and the American way.

cthulhu

I’m going to bring this forward from yesterday’s thread — I tried to put it right before the deadline, then went and fiddled with it.

***********************************

An interesting article regarding “Force on Force training”. Essentially, they set up a scenario and arm anyone supposed to be armed with paintball guns. They videotape the hell out of it and do a big “after action” analysis.

So, one example given was a “convenience store” with several clerks and customers. An armed man busts in to rob the place. Clerk #1 is pinned behind the counter.

Clerk #2 sees what is happening from the back of the store and skedaddles out the back door. “Congrats — you passed the simulation.”

Clerk #3 draws his pistol, panics, and starts shooting everyone in the store — customers, other clerks….the last person he shoots is the perp.

https://www.shootingillustrated.com/articles/2021/6/18/the-importance-of-force-on-force-training

TheseTruths

The implications of this are that armed lay people are likely to panic and shoot innocents?

RF121

Training, training, training. If you do not practice, train in real world scenarios, then when the real deal happens you are most likely to react poorly. The training helps to calm the panic and fear that can set in during crisis situations, fear for your life events etc. Even then it is not always enough.

TheseTruths

Absolutely.

kalbokalbs

…armed lay people are likely to panic and shoot innocents?

^^^ D-Rats AND gun control FREAKS commonly parrot ^^^ thought.

Training is of course important.

BUT, when was the last tie we read about a good guy pulling his weapon and engaging a bad guy, only to hurt an innocent?

  • Yea. Me too. Can’t recall the good guy accidentally shooting an innocent.
  • EASY to recall “well trained” cops shooting an innocent, by ACCIDENT. Shit happens. Not excusing the cops or crapping on them.
  • “Training is NOT a panacea for a “good” shoot.

We do read about good guys intervening AND stopping a bad guy.

Last edited 3 years ago by kalbokalbs
RF121

A good shoot is also at the mercy of the jurisdiction you are in. For big liberal cities the DA’s are not going to hesitate to prosecute the “good guy”.

kalbokalbs

^^^ True. ^^^

This is WHY, many armed folks in my circles will NOT engage unless they are sure they in the “Right” and mindful of the jurisdiction they are in.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

AMEN. Know your ground to stand it or retreat from it properly

RF121

My CCW instructor said to have some rules for yourself. When will you, won’t you engage. For him, only if his life or families was in immediate danger. Otherwise, not getting involved as the consequences could be too big. Fully agree.

kalbokalbs

Yup. Agree. Same thought process.

Although, not ruling out getting involved in certain scenarios. Won’t know until the unfortunate circumstance presents itself.

para59r

Jury Nullification. Keep spreading the word!

RF121

In Denver, not taking my chances with that one.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Excellent point about the REALITY of the situation. We do NOT see a rash of actual good guys shooting innocents. In fact, cannot think of the last time.

The closest thing I can think of was the old CC who was attacked by a young thug outside a store and responded (arguably) “too late”. That was a good while ago. If the thug had been white, the old guy might have even been judged legitimately fearful for his life, although my reading from witness testimony was that he did not fulfill duty to escape, and that once the thug turned away, the victim was outside his right to fire back. He had the right to draw to defend himself from further attack, but he had duty to NOT FIRE at a “fleeing” unarmed felon, even in a “standing ground” context (even though I believe it was actually “duty to retreat”).

Nevertheless, bottom line, I’m seeing a bit of hyperbole to sell training.

Yes, training is good, but paintball results are a bit misleading here, because in reality most err on the side of not pulling the trigger.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Oh, I love that!

cthulhu

I’m liking this one.

A Glimpse into Southwestern Seminary’s Dark Side: Will Ed Litton Do the Right Thing and Clean Up the Swamp in Fort Worth?
http://bobbylopez.me/2021/06/a-glimpse-into-southwestern-seminarys-dark-side-will-ed-litton-do-the-right-thing-and-clean-up-the-swamp-in-fort-worth/

There’s a foul stench over Fort Worth and it is coming from the Southern Baptist Convention’s richest seminary — Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, an institution cushioned by a generous endowment (largest of the SBC’s six institutions) assembled from, among other things, Texas’ devout oil and gas industry executives.

A touching post appeared on Facebook yesterday morning by a woman named Tiffany Eustice. The title of her story is “Why getting kicked out of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is the best thing that ever happened to me.”

Since my own experience with that seminary could go by that title as well, the post piqued my natural interest. Ms. Eustice found herself bullied on campus and noted that others were being mistreated based on their race and gender. She went to campus officials and they distorted her situation to blame her for it. They rummaged around using social media spies, apparently, and found a Facebook post that she had posted, which they could blow out of proportion into a disciplinary matter. This is the trademark tactic of Adam Greenway’s Southwestern: surveil, find dirt on people, no matter how big or small the person’s influence is, and when they challenge Greenway’s minions, blackmail them into submission.

I went through that. So petty was the work of Greenway’s spies that at one point Randy Stinson, the former provost brought by Greenway who later had to resign due to a years-long drug abuse problem, called me to his office to claim that three of my colleagues were uncomfortable with a Facebook comment I posted. That comment questioned the importance of a four-year liberal arts degree. That supposedly “made three of your colleagues very uncomfortable.” Anything they can use and turn into a disciplinary case, they will, if they want to shut you up. So I could see exactly what Tiffany Eustice was talking about. Here is an excerpt from her piece:

I have seen male seminary students pursuing their “calling” from God, actively take advantage of, manipulate, lie about, threaten and harass women, including myself. So, what did I do? I went to higher ups about it. What did they do? Nothing. When male and female students started slandering me, calling me a hoe, calling me crazy, calling me a stalker, calling me anything they could to protect their reputation, what did the school do? Nothing. In fact, they called me the bully. They folded their hands. They smiled and chastised me. When male students broke the code of conduct, trying to go into ministry with porn addictions or lying problems or anger issues what did they do? Nothing. When I made a mistake on social media, and a joke was taken seriously when it was meant to do no harm what did they do? Immediately kick me out and tell me to keep quiet about it. I was coerced into signing a voluntary withdrawal paper but was told if I didn’t sign I would be escorted out of the building by police. Veryyy voluntary right? I was forced to sign a document saying I hoaxed a suicide, which is a lie (if you want more information about the social media post, I will be happy to message you about its contents). One unintentional mistake that I made cost me my education at seminary. A mistake I cried hard over. But, threats and lies and manipulations and violations of conduct were ignored on the part of male students.

My heart sinks as I read this. These people engaged in the same abusive tactics as my managers. Obviously, they did not want her to make a case out of the misconduct of students on campus because that would cast doubts on Greenway’s aptitudes as a president. To silence her, they went on a fishing expedition and found the best nugget they could. Had they not found the Facebook post Ms. Eustice mentions, I am certain they would have dug up anything and claimed someone anonymously complained to them about it.

. . . MORE . . .

. . . if Litton does not act immediately upon the accounts provided by Ms. Eustice–and remember that more will come from Ms. Eustice’s friend [. . .]–then we will have to conclude that Greenway and Litton made a dirty deal with each other. Litton has to call for the trustees and administrators of Southwestern to be removed. An independent committee, without political ties to Litton and Greenway’s camp, must convene to search for replacements for these. And that has to be placed under the power of a truly independent committee being watched by the public. Anything less than that looks like a quid pro quo.

Meanwhile, in the middle of all this there is a young woman who needs our help. Please set aside political beliefs and rally to her cause.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

What’s the TL;DR on the “hoaxed suicide”? Did she make a joke or something?

michaelh

More to come out on that I’m afraid.

I don’t know her age, but she’s in her early 20s. She’s releasing facts on her Facebook account as recollections, not necessarily in a journalistic fashion.

These creeps M.O. is to make young people seem like they are crazy.

Gaslighting and crazy-making.

They love to bury young people in administrative processes that go one interminably, where the students have no rights and no advocate (ie LAWYER) who can put a stop to the shenanigans. That’s why we’ve got all those Title IX abuses.

Grandmaintexas

Spiritual and religious abuse is among the most devastating.

Many Christians have drunk deeply at the well of worldliness. The state of Christendom shows it.

That is so infuriating. I hope everyone in that situation remembers who got their insulin costs down.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

So get this – they said they needed recombinant organisms so they could make recombinant human insulin cheap as hell years ago – and then now for some reason it’s super-expensive, while they make us take needless gene therapy vaccines instead of safer recombinant spike protein vaccines (still dangerous but less so).

Something is very weird about all of this.

Elizabeth Carter

In 1971, my husband age 31 and my daughter age 14 both became diabetic. They were both drinking a lot of Coca Cola at that time. I think that may have caused it.
My husband had excellent insurance for the family then. Insulin and Insulin syringes were very inexpensive and did not require a prescription. They were given a prescription so the medical insurance would pay for it.
They were both diagnosed by a doctor and were in the hospital to have the dosage set.
Insulin was considered necessary to their survival and that is why it was so inexpensive back then. The doctors never told us that.
They are both dead now from diabetic complications. The only reason the medical scientists did the “improved” insulins was so they could be patented and overcharge for them.
There was never any improvement in the treatment that I could see. He died at age 59 and she died at age 33. They both suffered a lot over the years. They had “good medical care”, if there is such a thing. They both ended up on dialysis and had amputations.
The diabetic diet is an abomination. KETO might have really helped them but doctors never mentioned that at all and still resist that possibility because healthy people are not good sources of income to the medical field.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Very sorry to hear that history. And that reminds me of one more cost of the “future without animals” – the only source of insulin will be the recombinant stuff that is now so expensive.

Trump really showed us some bad stuff here. The mafia takeover of medicine is not pretty.

Elizabeth Carter

In the fifties the medical profession was not well paid. The wife of the owner of a company I worked for explained that she was taking down the minutes of a meeting of doctors she worked for where they decided how to turn 1 medical visit into 5.

  1. gather information and take a couple of tests
  2. go over test results and examine the patient
  3. treat the patient – prescribe medicines
  4. follow up on treatment – more tests
  5. follow up in several months

Later they started doing a lot of referrals to specialists.

The reason the medical profession resisted Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin was because they were inexpensive and had to be redone as “new” drugs that they could patent and sell at a high price.

Concerned Virginian

Elizabeth Carter
I’m so sorry that you lost your husband and your child. You did all you could to make sure they had the care they needed to have.
Things have come to a pretty pass with the merry-go-round of exams – tests – drugs – follow ups – more exams – more tests – more drugs.
And — NO disrespect to them — a lot of the “hands-on” and information-gathering is now performed by RN’s, NP’s, and PA’s. It’s to the point that the actual MD does what seems like a “sign-off exam” on the patient and OK’s the prescriptions.

Grandmaintexas

How terrible for your husband and daughter, and you.

I agree about the diabetic diet. I got a couple cookbooks for my mom, as she had developed diabetes.

For the life of me I couldn’t see much difference from a regular cookbook. Carbs seemed just as present.

Once I saw that I tried to get her to stop eating potatoes and rice and pasta. But her doctor assured her she could eat those, just pass on dessert.

It was maddening.

cthulhu

Nutrition “science” has been such a raft of misinformation for so long that the people responsible have long since escaped accountability in this world. I can only hope that they are getting full measure of what they deserve in the next.

Grandma, I worked a few years ago in a feed store here in town. I didn’t know much about ranching, but I learned.

If you want fat beef with nice marbling, you feed cows GRAIN.

It was a revelation to me! Why would you feed humans grain if you wanted them to be slim and healthy? But grain is at the top of the food pyramid.

Meat, veggies and fruit is the way to eat. And healthy fats, like avocado and olive oil.

“They” know this, they just don’t want US to know.

Grandmaintexas

I think they have genetically modified grains to make us and cows fat.

When we eat animals that have eaten GMO grain their whole life, we are in essence eating what they ate, too.

Our chickens, their eggs, pork, dairy items, etc.

The problem of obesity is not going to get fixed just by not eating grains.

GMO corn and soy is everywhere.

Wheat has been purposely mutated through chemical and radiation means, and God only knows what that is doing to us.

We were not a fat nation until just recently.

Grandmaintexas

Do we know for certain that grass-fed beef is not raised on pasture sprayed with Grazon, a persistent weed killer?

It’s a rabbit hole…

Aubergine

I agree. I think high-fructose corn syrup is responsible for a lot of that.

I eat grain, just in a proportion not represented by the food pyramid. I eat pretty much everything, except I avoid processed food and anything that comes “pre-made.” And I avoid the corn syrup like the plague.

singingsoul1

I agree.

singingsoul1

For milling I buy non GMO grains.
Things changed in the seventies. I remember people were not supposed to eat egg yokes or butter and whole milk but no mentioning about coke and sugar and energy drinks became the in thing.
My husbands mother took it as her religion became high blood pressure and in the end had a heat attack.
My kids ate the way I did never changend to skin milk or margarin or eggs without the yokes.
My kids changed when they got married. Their spouses have dreadful eating habits. Nothing will change until they get sick.

singingsoul1

I think it is also what type of grains.
In Europe people eat breads and potatoes when I grew up and people were slim. They did not go much out for dinner and we did not eat pizza or spaghetti and a lot of other sugary foods.
One thing I noticed right away when I came here how over sugar desserts were worthy of gagging.
The icing is dreadful on cakes who eats that stuff and we indoctrinate our kids to it.
It is in my opinion much more than grains or breads. To much of one thing is not good.
Lots of overcooked vegetables are not good and meats in limits, grains in limits. In the sixties I made fresh raw vegetable juices for the family. We made our own peanut butter.
My husband was the only one in the family who was addicted to breads and sweets. He grew up in a bakers household. He was known eating a loaf of bread drinking a gallon of milk as snack was normal. He thought he get away with it since he had a 32 waist. He never gained weight but became a diabetic.

The diabetic cook books are junk. Going to the diaticians are not worth it. They do the garb exchange.
It takes a good support system and will power to move into the right direction what to eat and what not too.

Valerie Curren

So very sorry that you & your family experienced such horrors. May the Lord be with you in His comfort & grace…

My husband became a diabetic 30 years ago. Yes he drank coke and liked all the junk lots of bread all his life and pasta.

After he was diagnosed he changed his life. Not quit the way I liked it but got off the meds the doctor put him on. Now at almost 79 he eats the way I like it 🙂 Believe me it was a struggle until I told him he has permission to kill himself with food. Overnight he came to realize he wanted to live.
No sodas no junk foods still eats bread but the way I bake it and mill it. He keeps it to one slice a day.
He keeps his reading down and eats nothing with sugar .
In the end it is all about diet. He appreciates real food. Yes it is work in the kitchen for me but also rewarding. I make sauerkraut in small batches and always have 1 glass white sauerkraut and one red sauerkraut in the fridge.

All the same it would be nice to, erm, electronically “influence” the devices and get them to return to the mothership post-haste. There’s enough cr@p flying and floating around as it is.

As soon as the “porch thieves” figure out how to capture drones, Bøzøs, et. al. will have second thoughts about using drones…

Same thing with (many) robots. We don’t have enough jobs to go around as it is (especially with Bye, Done as Resident); no need to eliminate even more jobs.

For things like welding car bodies and pipe, etc., robots are the way to go, simply due to safety, size, and strength issues… but we’ve been doing that already for years.

(And just think what “Marvin, the paranoid android” would do to that industry)…

New Video Explains The Deep State’s LONG Range Plan To Destroy America (rumble.com)

para59r

Yep Excellent. This should be reposted, hopefully an author will give it some focus, if not a few reposts will certainly be advised. Very educational, not boring and rather dramatic, taking you from the origin of the Frankford School and their subsequent emigration to the United States as the vid then continues to take you through it’s growth and flourishment here as it develops into all the lefty things we’ve come to despise. Not things we haven’t covered here before, but a very well packaged presentation worthy of our time.

Needs a connection or bridge to the political and business world, mostly WEF, to complete the picture so elegantly shown as that is somewhat the answer to the question that he leaves you at the end of the vid.

Can someone help me out?

What’s the take on why DOL hates “gig workers” and wants to torpedo the “gig economy”?

Is it just to boost their Union friends?

Is there more going on?

Or is Union payback a big enough reason on its own?

https://www.morningbrew.com/daily/stories/2021/04/29/key-performance-indicators-april-30

Quote: “We are looking at it but in a lot of cases gig workers should be classified as employees…in some cases they are treated respectfully and in some cases they are not and I think it has to be consistent across the board.”

Labor Secretary Marty Walsh told Reuters his department will scrutinize gig economy companies’ controversial relationships with the workers who make them tick. Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, and Grubhub shares all fell after Walsh’s comments were published.

Wheatie, gig workers have to pay all of it because they are self-employed. So the same amount of taxes go to Uncle Sam, it’s just who pays it is different. So there is no tax revenue lost.

cthulhu

The FICA tax (Social Security) is about 7.5% from the employer and 7.5% withheld from the employee….but the employer gets to deduct his half off of his own taxes. The self-employment tax (same thing without an identified employer) is about 11% instead of 15% to reflect that same “one tax lowers the other” dynamic.

Linda

Thanks. I stand corrected. I just remember it seemed like a lot when I had to pay it.

Tonawanda

Just a guess. Gig workers and small business workers put some or all income off the books. Again just guessing, millions of people survive on untaxed income, and many small businesses stay in business based on untaxed income/payments.

Leftists hate off the books work, what normal people call survival and getting by.

Part of me thinks that the China virus lunacy was aimed at people who are off the books, and thus traitors to the State.

And how many off the books people did not get the absurdly large and continuous unemployment benefits?

cthulhu

It’s a bunch of the “other costs” besides payroll taxes — things like unemployment, more payoff to the healthcare scam, payoff to the insurance scam, stupid wage/hour laws, behavior that doesn’t need regulators meddling in it….

Not that unions are getting outcompeted six ways from Sunday….

Elizabeth Carter

Gig workers are independent contractors. TPTB want to control everyone. They want to decide who gets to work, where and when. They care nothing at all about workers. They only care about power.

Deplorable Patriot

This is partially why so many of us are gig workers.

Deplorable Patriot

Gig workers, most of the time, are not members of a union. In some industries, that’s counter productive. And there really is no reason to be considered an employee even if a gig worker makes more than $499 from any one source. That’s the threshold to have to pay taxes (if it can be proven).

Gig workers are somewhat under the radar in labor. We work irregular hours, and set our own course. Frequently, there are multiple gigs and jobs getting the job done. Why we are despised…don’t know.

Aubergine

They hate them because they are mostly “under the table” workers, paid in cash, which they don’t report to the IRS and pay taxes on.

If you do a job for someone who pays you in cash, the government can’t take “their” share.

kalbokalbs

Yup. Many local contractors doing work for me, I’ll commonly offer to pay “cash” for a discount. Win-Win. Yea, I am like that.

The contractor and I need the money more than the government needs it. Government at all levels wastes tax revenue.

New VIP Schlichter —

https://townhall.com/columnists/kurtschlichter/2021/06/18/victorias-secret-2-0-is-going-down-the-tubes-n2591173

Note that townhall uses advanced features of your browser to shield their VIP posts. As Johnny Mnemonic said, “If they think you’re crude, go technical; if they think you’re technical, go crude.” Turns out there is an operating system that makes this particularly easy….

Full opening paragraph:

“I put the shotgun in an Adidas bag and padded it out with four pairs of tennis socks, not my style at all, but that was what I was aiming for: If they think you’re crude, go technical; if they think you’re technical, go crude. I’m a very technical boy. So I decided to get as crude as possible. These days, though, you have to be pretty technical before you can even aspire to crudeness. I’d had to turn both those twelve-gauge shells from brass stock, on the lathe, and then load them myself; I’d had to dig up an old microfiche with instructions for hand-loading cartidges; I’d had to build a lever-action press to seat the primers — all very tricky. But I knew they’d work.”

cthulhu

That was the opening paragraph for Johnny Mnemonic. Sample paragraph from Schlichter —

“Have you noticed their hatred of Melania Trump? She wasn’t a Victoria’s Secret model, but she’s a very beautiful woman in a very traditional way. There was nothing quirky about her. She didn’t look like Kamala Harris’s mutated step-daughter. She was a classic beauty, and they hated that because they can’t be classic beauties. You have to understand that the basis of liberal feminism is to make unloved and unlovable unattractive liberal women the standard rather than the horrible, hideous exception. They want you to be as miserable as they are.”

The beauty Melania radiates is effortless. It isn’t only because she’s a pro, and the camera adores her – although that can’t be completely discounted. It’s much more the beautiful soul shining, effortlessly.

In contrast to some leftie with the predictable demeanor and plastic smile, and nothing behind the eyes.

Mostly known way back when. It can be read in so many different ways — their terror as the peril unfolded was tortuous; they were so close to regaining enough control to perhaps change their fate; so many of the safety systems worked to some extent; none could save them from the cascade of malfunctions that ultimately robbed them of survival.

For many of us, seeing a bright open future opening in space, it was a punch in the gut…..that really didn’t heal until Elon first landed his first stage after lift. So much was wrong, so much was bad, so much was dangerous. Until that first stage came down on its legs like God and Robert A. Heinlein intended.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

What I find somewhat encouraging, however, is that they almost survived – that if we learned from it, just enough, then survival from such a failure is not only possible – we could raise the possibility to even EXPECTED. That would be a huge gain for NASA.

There are little glimmers in all sorts of places. The OTHER shuttle disaster, Columbia in 2003, had the shuttle do a successful mission but break apart during reentry. Tragic loss of life, anguish possibly shorter than Challenger….

And little things….

A group of small (one-millimeter or 0.039-inch) adult Caenorhabditis elegans worms, living in petri dishes enclosed in aluminum canisters, survived reentry and impact with the ground and were recovered weeks after the disaster. Alive.

On May 9, 2008, it was reported that data from a disk drive on board Columbia had survived the shuttle accident, and subsequent uncontrolled reentry, and impact in a Texas field — and while part of the 340 MB drive was damaged, 99% of the data was recovered. For those of us who remember the Compaq luggables, with their shock cages for 5M drives, that’s just amazing.

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD

Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.

I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow, that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.

I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.

Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, amen.

Cuomo said NY can reopen because the 70% vaccinated benchmark has been met. So I was looking at the stats for my county and the highest percentage for receiving at least 1 injection was 62%. Some areas are below 20%.

This link has the vaccinated stats at the state level. I am not a numbers person. Can anyone explain how based on the number of vaccinated and percentages listed, the total adds up to over 70%?

We have an odd AC situation (yes, I designed it).

Our house has a distinct east side (that warms in the morning) and west side (that really warms in the afternoon). As such, we use our AC system to just recirculate air constantly, and not just when the heating and cooling is on. This is made reasonably efficient because we have a two-speed air handling unit.

We also have a whole-house air filter, an electrostatic precipitator, which cleans most things out of the air. While I’m somewhat annoyed that it quickly cleans the aromas of the flowering plants I’ve circled the house with, it also cleans out smoke — and did it ever get a workout last year!

To keep this unit from wasting its time (and potentially shorting), we put a garbage filter on the air intake. Something like a MERV 2 (“real filters” are MERV 8, 11, or 13). Disposable, cheap, replace when they get covered-over. Should be about $2 each.

Except they’ve become impossible to find. Factory shortages. COVID.

They’ll sell me plenty of the $5+ MERV 8 filters — they’re all good (and they clog faster). But that’s a different function than what the system was designed for.

I hunted around and got another batch at $2.50, but was thoroughly PO’d in the process.

We’ll have to see if this is another thing that “gets back to normal” or not…..with hopes that I’ll be thousands of miles away when it’s necessary to know.

McCarthy demands COVID intel be declassified, Americans be allowed to sue China | Just The News

House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy demanded Sunday that the House Intelligence Committee’s probe into COVID-19’s origins be declassified and that China’s sovereign immunity be suspended so Americans can have transparency and sue Beijing for reparations for the pandemic’s toll.

“We should lift the sovereign immunity so the 600,000 individuals who died, their families could actually have justice and sue China,” McCarthy told the Fox News show Sunday Night America.

The California Republican called for sweeping measures to punish Beijing and give Americans more transparency into how the pandemic started, including:

  • Relocating the 2022 Winter Olympics from China. “They should not be held in Beijing. If China lied to the rest of the world, why should the world reward them?”
  • Declassifying the House Intelligence Committee’s data on where the virus originated from;
  • Limit the number of visas fo Chinese seeking to visit the United States;
  • Halt all U.S. funding to the World Health Organization for its failure to more aggressively pressure China to come clean about the virus earlier in the process.

ForGodandCountry

Interesting.

What a Karen-esque thing for you to say!

Since you seem to know, what is the Karen-approved age to be in the way of a potential line drive (notwithstanding the loss of velocity at the distance this child is located)?

Do you have a pre-approved chart showing age, distance from the batter’s box, and seat location? Was it approved by MLB? Who derived the numbers, and how?

Lastly….

Can people like you please stop ruining sports for everyone?

I doubt it, but you can try.

Deplorable Patriot

I’ve been accused of being too much of a “mom” on a regular basis. The safety issue is sort of my thing.

Oh, and the Couch Commando was the one who hit the ceiling over that photo moreso than me.

Deplorable Patriot

By saying get the kid out of the way of a line drive? Even a 450 foot one?

I can tell stories about people being hit by line drives. I was in Memphis along the third base line in the outfield and ducked when one was all but aimed at my head. The guy who tried to catch the thing dropped it it stung so badly.

There are players who will not allow their kids to sit outside of the backstop fence.

This isn’t trivial. Same thing with hockey. The warnings are stated before every game.

Love the shirts and all, but, please, people, use some sense.

Young girl hit by foul ball at Houston Astros game has permanent brain injury, lawyer says
https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/mlb/astros/2020/01/08/mlb-girl-hit-foul-ball-astros-has-permanent-brain-injury/2842208001/

The 2-1/2-year-old girl who suffered a fractured skull after being hit by a foul ball during a Houston Astros game at Minute Maid Park in May remains at risk for seizures and has a permanent brain injury, her lawyer said.

The attorney for the family of the girl told the Houston Chronicle that the girl is continuing to take anti-seizure medication.

“She (the child) has an injury to a part of the brain, and it is permanent,” Richard Mithoff told the paper. “She remains subject to seizures and is on medication and will be, perhaps, for the rest of her life. That may or may not be resolved.”

The girl was sitting in her grandfather’s lap on the third-base side during a May 29 game against the Chicago Cubs when a foul ball from Albert Almora struck her in the fourth inning. She was immediately rushed away to receive medical attention. Almora was visibly shaken by the scene.

The incident is one of many that led to most clubs extending protective netting at their ballparks. In December, MLB announced all 30 teams will have more netting in 2020, with seven parks introducing protection that goes foul pole to foul pole.

Deplorable Patriot

Yes.

Mom and I were comparing notes. She actually almost got hit by a home run here in the bleachers a couple years ago, and ended up on TV. It wasn’t one of the slow riding arcs, either.

And then there was the time she was on the first base line when the Browns were playing the Red Sox, and my grandfather made her get under the seats any time Ted Williams came up to bat because he was fouling off pitches right at them.

ForGodandCountry

Actually, being a busy-body gets confused with “being a mom” all too often. And since you mentioned him to excuse yourself, I bet the Couch Commando would agree with me 100%.

“If just one life can be saved…..” is the rational being used to shred our Constitution, in every sort of way.

And you know this, too.

And yet, here you are, making that same argument.

Mind numbing.

Here’s an idea….!

How about everyone who is worried about a line drive….DON’T GO to a baseball game…..and, at the same time, stay out of other people’s choices if/when they do?

I know, I know.

That’s so “yesterday” and “old school”. Sorry. I refuse to play the “life should have zero risks” game that is so wildly popular these days.

150 years, this year, of MLB.

Yes, statistically-speaking this is a very, very trivial issue. But some people are so bored with their lives, and have so much time on their hands, they glom onto what is for THEM an “issue” and feel the need to make it an issue for everyone else.

And then they make excuses for doing it.

(spit)

So sick of it.

Btw, try not to take this too personally. I’m way more sick of all I describe here than this particular “issue” itself. I was going to say all this the last time you went Karen on this topic, but decided not to at the time.

If I was the father of that child in the pic above, I would thank you for your concern for my (not your) child and then tell you to mind your own business…and if you refused, then you obviously wouldn’t mind me poking my nose into your business.

Unless you were a hypocrite, of course.

Ho hum. Carry on.

Deplorable Patriot

Wow. Way to completely twist things.

I’ve actually been known to leave the pool when parents don’t tell their kids not to do back flips off the side because I’m no longer in a position of authority to tell them to do so and I don’t want to be witness to one of them cracking a head open.

You don’t know me at all. And today’s exchange tells me I completely took your measure wrong.

It’s been eye-opening.

ForGodandCountry

Actually, I’ve twisted nothing.

And I was hoping you wouldn’t react this way, but I also knew it was possible, too.

Deplorable Patriot

Yes. You did. All I said was aside from the safety issue.

I never said I would say anything to the parents.

On January 6 in front of the capital, a bunch of people are rallying quite civilly. The police are civil, the citizens are civil. It’s rather remarkable how well everyone is behaved.

And then it would appear that a police officer well behind the police front lines throw two flash bang grenades into the crowd about 30 feet behind the police/civilian barricade.

The flashbangs go off, all hell breaks loose, The crowd surges over the police line where a few seconds earlier there had been warm conversation.

Deplorable Patriot

One of the psychosis running rampant through the population is the notion that life should be 100% safe and that everyone should mind everyone else’s business, unless it’s their own.

It matters not how this psychosis manifests itself in any given individual.

EXCLUSIVE: NNU Campus Ministry students encouraged to take anti-racist classes
A Christian university’s Student Government Association is recommending students take ‘helpful classes’ related to ‘anti-racism.’
The recommendations were part of an ‘anti-racism’ guide in a 2020 email obtained by ‘Campus Reform.’

https://www.campusreform.org/article?id=17662

A Christian university’s Student Government Association is recommending students take “helpful classes” related to “anti-racism.”

The Northwest Nazarene University Student Government Association sent out an email referring students to an anti-racism guide that promoted several social justice courses. This document, sent out in an October 19, 2020, email obtain by Campus Reform, was authored by SGA Campus Ministries.

This anti-racism guide contains a long list of poems, books, videos, and articles on the topic of racism. Many of these resources originate from widely-known proponents of critical race theory, such as Ibram X. Kendi and Robin Di’Angelo.

Among these resources is a list of anti-racist classes to take at NNU. The classes advertised by Student Ministries are Human Diversity, Social Justice and Modern Society, Social Justice and the Christian Tradition, Race, Class, and Gender, Introduction to Cultural Anthropology, and Issues of the Global Church.

. . .

Texas A&M’s massive glossary of social justice terms: ‘Christian Privilege,’ ‘Critical Race Feminism,’ ‘Critical Race Theory’Texas A&M University has a glossary of terms related to race, gender, religion, and other intersectional identities published on its website.Among other terms, the glossary explains several types of racism and branches of Critical Race Theory to its readers.

https://www.campusreform.org/article?id=17626

The Office for Diversity at Texas A&M University maintains a glossary of nearly 117 terms “as a resource for the campus and community.”

The glossary defines “racism” as “the systematic subordination of members of targeted racial groups who have relatively little social power in the United States” — specifically, “Blacks, Latino/as, Native Americans, and Asians.” These individuals are subordinated by “the members of the agent racial group who have relatively more social power” — namely, “Whites.”

Beyond its core definition of racism, the glossary discusses “passive racism,” “active racism,” “systemic racism,” and “institutional racism.”

. . . MORE . . .

Extended navel gazing with an agenda.

Have they tried a simple class in ethics or Biblical values with some real world examples tossed in? Could easily be a chapter long and take one days worth of class time and then they can add a test question or two to the final for the exam, even make it an essay question.

It doesn’t need to be a cottage industry. Please tell the CRT advocates pushing the 1619 BS to get over themselves and Move On! This is getting embarrassing. 🙄

Emeraldstar

AFAIK, the word “racism” was coined in the early 1920’s by Leon Trotsky, one of the highest of those in Vladimir Lenin’s inner circle.

It was used to smear / discredit any and all who opposed the “official” narrative of the Bolshevik Revolution, and contributed mightily to the ensuing mass genocide in Russia.

The phrase “conspiracy theory” was used in the same way, to stifle American voices opposing the “official” narrative of JFK’s a*****ination.

“The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show” is doing its debut broadcast in the 12 Noon – 3PM slot of Rush Limbaugh. Used the same lead-in music that Rush used. Looks like the EIB people decided that Buck Sexton couldn’t carry the time slot by himself. Broadcasting live from Nashville.
Clay Travis starting off. Now Buck Sexton. “Trying to take up the mantle” of Rush Limbaugh — not “replacing” him.
Travis and Sexton doing the “Hi, meet me” thing. .
Travis will be mixing “sports news” with the broadcast.

The “sports news” thing just waters down the news. Didn’t care for it when Rush did it, and certainly will not be interested in it here. It’s hard enough getting these people talking about the stuff that matters most.

Meanwhile Don Bongino has already started in this time slot (12 to 3 EST). He may not be on the regular Rush radio channel you used to listen to but he’s out there and likely in range to your radio.

Visit his home page and use the station finder on the top and learn how to change the channel. Write down the channel that works best for you so you get out of the habit of using that old Rush Channel.

Listening to hour 3 of the first broadcast of the “Travis and Sexton” radio show.
My opinion, after having listened to Rush Limbaugh from 1989-onward: Travis & Sexton sound like “two young guys” trying to fill the shoes of a titan. Don’t think it’s happening.
On the other hand, iHeart Radio just pushed out at least one really good local conservative talk show host, Rose Tennent. She subbed quite a lot for Hannity on his radio show, plus she had her own talk show, “Rose Unplugged”, on 1320WJAS-AM in Pittsburgh. iHeart radio fired her after her show last Friday and put in the Dan Bongino Show as of today.

That’s what I expected. No one can fill Rush’s shoes. I’ve not been impressed with what I’ve heard of Buck Sexton’s own radio program. Dan Bongino, whether you like him or not, is at least dynamic and informed, and he has some good sources from his time in the Secret Service. I’m not saying he should have the slot; just comparing him to the other two. And I agree: nix on the sports.

I wonder sometimes if maybe they can’t help it, by which I mean it seems that the majority of people, certainly the majority of those who are very active on social media (those using it to virtue signal submission to TPTB, not to oppose the insanity), live in an environment where no one criticizes anything, unless it is a ‘socially approved’ target.

Because that would be judgmental toward the ‘home team’, and as the Left demonstrates from time to time by public example, anyone who is judgmental toward the ‘home team’ is banished from the tribe.

This is dangerous, because (obviously) a certain amount of ‘judgment’ is necessary. All men may be created equal, but all ideas are definitely not equal, some ideas are good, and some ideas are bad, and some ideas are dangerous, etc.

And it appears that many people’s ‘identity’ has not much to do with their character, and a lot to do with their ‘identity politics’, all of which more or less redounds to diversity of everything except thought.

So if you are spending most of your time in an environment (e.g., work, home, online social media, recreational activities) around politically-correct people, and you are a politically-correct person yourself (to be a part of the herd, you have to adhere to the herd’s doctrines), and no one in that environment is willing to discern or speak out about ideas that are bad, that’s a recipe for disaster.

If nothing can be criticized or judged for fear of being ostracized (or worse), there is no constraint on conduct or behavior (besides the law, but that’s gone).

The more deviant the behavior, the more attention that behavior receives, and without normal criticism or condemnation, the deviant behavior is glorified and emulated by many others, and becomes that much harder to condemn or criticize.

But the behavior doesn’t have to be deviant, it could just be ill-informed, or the result of professional (state level) propaganda, like all the embarrassing, juvenile ‘social pressure’ to get vaxxed.

For people who are immersed in what amounts to a libertine culture (promoted and propagandized from the top down, by TPTB), and whose personal identity or sense of self-worth is dependent on what their social group thinks of them (basically, an irrationally strong fear of being ostracized, which overrides or even, over time, obliterates personal judgment), then such a person would have blind spots the size of the Grand Canyon.

And would follow the herd of lemmings right over the edge of the Grand Canyon, if that’s where the herd starts to go.

And TPTB want the herd to do exactly that, to go over the cliff.

The manipulation of the herd (via MSM, psy-op, social constructs, social media censorship of any ideas that contradict their preferred narrative, etc.) is of course far more effective if the herd doesn’t realize they’re being manipulated.

And it’s even more effective if the herd, devoid of what used to be normal judgment and moral self-restraint, can publicly display their deviancy (or faith and support of what amounts to the social group’s religious beliefs) as a virtue, signal it to others for approval, and receive instant support and affirmation from all of the ‘others’ in their ‘network’.

An instant ‘high’, like the social equivalent of crack-cocaine.

If you’re immersed in that mess, in that social-political ‘bubble’, then Trump has long ago been defined as “orange man bad”, Leftist government is your Daddy, all your friends agree, and anyone who opposes Big Government Daddy is a Trump supporter, and therefore also bad.

For a long time (25+ years) it has seemed to me that the Left literally defines itself in opposition to anything traditional, patriotic, conservative or Christian.

Pick any issue, and the Left will observe what Conservatives think about it, and then the Left will choose and promote the polar opposite.

From the perspective of someone trapped in that social-political ‘bubble’, the vaccine comes from Big Government Daddy, so it’s good.

Taking the vaccine is just another way to ‘signal’ your opposition to ‘bad people’ like DJT and more importantly, anyone who supports DJT or believes as he does.

And since so many Trump supporters oppose the vaccine, and Trump supporters are ‘bad people’, that just affirms that the vaxx must therefore be good.

Whatever Trump supporters oppose must be ‘good’. You don’t have to think anymore. Just observe what Conservatives do or believe, and then do (or believe) the opposite. It’s easy, thought-free, and their entire ‘social network’ is designed to reinforce that paradigm.

So it’s virtuous to get the jab, to SHOW OFF to your social group that you’re on their team, team Big Daddy Government, and maybe even get a TATTOO to visibly and virtuously shout to the whole world that you’re NOT one of those BAD Trump-type people.

Granted, it’s a very simplistic attempt to understand the insanity.

It’s just the best I can do… 😂🤣😂

Aubergine

Lol. It’s a fine theory. And it’s why I have such a small circle of friends!

I watched a recent interview with Doug Casey, where he articulated something that showed he understands one of the social dynamics we talk about here all the time:

Tom Bodrovics interviews Doug Casey (31:41) “So Doug if you could give anyone advice about what is happening in the West right now, what would some of the ways be that you would suggest people to gain a more accurate understanding of what is happening in the world?

Doug Casey: “Well, turn off the television, um, read books, that’s a good idea actually, um, gee I don’t know, you’ve got to educate yourself, but um, educating yourself can be hard work. It takes concentration, it takes critical thinking, and if you do, you’ll find that you’re often arguing.

I never argue, incidentally. That’s a complete misallocation of time and serves no useful purpose.

I do like to discuss, but when you even try to have a civilized discussion with somebody about these two highly politicized subjects, the deadly virus and climate change, you know tempers rise, and they get angry. It’s like you’re a heretic, uh in the 16th century, or something like that, if you don’t believe what everybody else believes about these things.

But that’s what they should do, but I don’t recommend it, as there’s a path to uh, getting along with your neighbors, in fact you won’t want to associate with your neighbors, because you’ll think they’re stupid, while they think you’re evil and irresponsible for not believing in these two things.”

Horowitz: Merck rejects ivermectin for COVID treatment after getting $1.2 billion gov’t contract for expensive, unproven drug – TheBlaze

For those trying to follow the science and the law, it’s been impossible to ascertain a modicum of consistency in the government’s COVID response. However, when you follow the money, everything officials are doing (as well as what they are not doing) makes perfect sense.

The same government that has the power to use COVID to shut down our lives and our breathing also has the power to determine to which pharmaceutical company it will send billions of taxpayer dollars, a decision that is governed 100% by money and politics, not by sound medicine. We already understand why the vaccine companies have been funding a war against cheap, effective therapeutics such as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, but many have wondered why Merck would oppose a drug that the company itself has made for many years.

On Feb. 4, Merck came out with a shocking statement warning against the use of ivermectin to treat COVID. The statement claimed there was “no scientific basis for a potential therapeutic effect against COVID-19 from pre-clinical studies” and that there was “a concerning lack of safety data in the majority of studies.”

This was quite a bizarre assertion given that 59 studies, including 30 randomized controlled trials, have shown the drug to be extremely effective at all stages of the virus. The statement regarding safety concerns was even more ludicrous given that nearly 4 billion doses of this drug have been dispensed for parasitic ailments, it won the Nobel prize, and it is listed among the WHO’s most essential drugs. There is no logical reason why someone would somehow begin experiencing dangerous side effects if he happens to use ivermectin for COVID instead of for scabies or river blindness.

Nonetheless, Merck’s statement served as a strong blow to the use of ivermectin, because Merck was a large dispenser of this drug. After all, why would the company

Well, now we have an answer. On June 9, Merck announced that it had entered into a procurement agreement. Merck will receive approximately $1.2 billion to supply approximately 1.7 million courses of molnupiravir to the United States government. Molnupiravir is a new drug Merck is currently evaluating in a Phase 3 clinical trials to serve as the wonder drug to treat COVID. The estimated cost of the drug per treatment is $700!

So now we can understand why the company would swap out its own drug that has already been proven safe and effective for something new and experimental. Without the government sending a penny to Merck, I can buy a lifesaving dose of ivermectin for just $26 through GoodRX.

Another unanimous SCOTUS decision, this time against the NCAA.

https://citizenfreepress.com/breaking/supreme-court-eviscerates-ncaa/

In a ruling that could help push changes in college athletics, the Supreme Court on Monday unanimously ruled that the NCAA can’t enforce certain rules limiting the education-related benefits — things like computers and graduate scholarships — that colleges offer athletes.

The high court agreed with a group of former college athletes that NCAA limits on the education-related benefits that colleges can offer athletes who play Division I basketball and football can’t be enforced.

Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote for the court that the NCAA sought “immunity from the normal operation of the antitrust laws,” which the court declined to grant.

My first thought: This is insane. Then it occurred to me that people who aren’t grounded in strong principles can be easily led. Those with Christian religious beliefs know that each person is created by God and that all are equal before Him. Therefore, they know that they should not be feeling shame (except for their own personal sins). Similarly, those grounded in America’s founding principles know that “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights…”

This is why the Left is warring against Christianity and America.

Yep… just look at how much this nation spends on education. Former President Trump on the 2020 presidential election: ‘I have not conceded’
On the possibility of being reinstated as president if the 2020 contest was tainted by fraud, Trump said such a decision would be up to public or possibly politicians.

https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/all-things-trump/former-president-trump-2020-presidential-election-i-have-not

Former President Donald Trump on Monday said that he has not conceded in the 2020 presidential race and that if the election was spoiled by fraud, it would not be his decision to determine whether he should be reinstated as president.

“No, I never admitted defeat,” Trump told Just the News’ “Water Cooler” on Monday during an exclusive interview on Real America’s Voice. “We have a lot of things happening right now. I think that that was an election that was — all you have to do is read the newspapers and see what’s coming out now,” he said, remarking that he has “not conceded.”

Last week during an interview with conservative commentator Sean Hannity Trump had remarked about the 2020 contest that “shockingly, we were supposed to win easily at 64 million votes and we got 75 million votes and we didn’t win, but let’s see what happens on that.

During the “Water Cooler” interview on Monday Trump said that if the election was tainted by fraud any decision on reinstating him as president would fall to the public or possibly to politicians.

“If the election was fraudulent, people are gonna have to make up their own minds. It’s not gonna be up to me. It’s gonna be up to the public. It’s gonna be up to, perhaps politicians. I don’t think there’s ever been a case like this where hundreds of thousands of votes will be found. So we’ll have to see what happens,” Trump stated.

Trump said that he is “disappointed” that former Vice President Mike Pence did not kick some states’ electoral vote counts back to their state legislatures, remarking that if Pence had done so there may have been a different president in office today.

“Well, I’ve always liked Mike and I’m very disappointed that he didn’t send it back to the legislatures. When you have more votes than you have voters in some cases and when you have the kind of things that are, that were known, in many cases they were known then, but they’re certainly getting better and better known now, I was disappointed that he didn’t send it back. I felt he had the right to send it back and he should’ve sent it back. That’s my opinion,” Trump said. “I think you would have found that you might very well have a different president right now had he sent ’em back.”

Fire departments struggle with battery fires in electric cars
JAZZ SHAW Jun 21, 2021 2:31 PM ET

https://hotair.com/jazz-shaw/2021/06/21/fire-departments-struggle-with-battery-fires-in-electric-cars-n398026

. . . all is not well in electric car land. The nation’s firefighters are now banding together in an attempt to develop training for how to handle the resultant fire when one of these Teslas or other electric cars gets into a high-speed crash and bursts into flames. The problem is that despite not having a tank full of gasoline, electric cars burn longer and more fiercely than automobiles with internal combustion engines. That leads to significant challenges and dangers for first responders. One of them who was interviewed for a report on the subject from NBC news described the cars as being like on of those trick birthday candles that you can never blow out.

It’s the kind of blaze that veteran Chief Palmer Buck of The Woodlands Township Fire Department in suburban Houston compared to “a trick birthday candle.”

On April 17, when firefighters responded to a 911 call at around 9:30 p.m., they came upon a Tesla Model S that had crashed, killing two people, and was now on fire. They extinguished it, but then a small flare shot out of the bottom of the charred hulk. Firefighters quickly put out those flames. Not long after, the car reignited for a third time.

“What the heck? How do we make this stop?’” Buck asked his team.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Wolf’s recommendation:

(1) Drag flaming wreck into dumpster or steel shipping container
(2) Close container side door.
(3) Roll container to safe location nearby
(4) Dump SALT into container to cover the wreck
(5) Allow extreme heats of fusion and vaporization of SALT to absorb energy
(6) Allow dumpster and isolation at a distance to keep molten salt from hitting personnel
(7) Sell the shippable wreck for LITHIUM RECOVERY FROM SALT MIX

Cuppa Covfefe

8) Drop (cooled) vehicle from 35,000 feet on

pick one:
Berlin
Brussels
Bill Gates
Anthony Faux-XI
CDC, RKI, other TLAs
UN or EU HQs
Sauros, Schwab, GretaTheGreenhearted,AlGoreTheClimateWhore or other abodes

That should be a start. Maybe send a few back to Musk for “warantee repairs” and “sustainable disposal”…

Your list is relatively close to what they do here.

Lift the car into a dumpster, fill it with water to keep it cool, and wait until it doesn’t re-ignite in order to finish salvaging the remains.

What most people don’t realize is the lithium fires are anaerobic, so just putting water on them (or foam, or whatever) won’t put them out. What the water does do is cool the battery(ies) and halt (or at least slow) the thermal runaway…

The laws of unintended consequences are in full view with e-vehicles.

And Audi has said they will stop production of ALL gasoline- and diesel-powered vehicles…. Get woke, go broke, or go up in smoke…

US Navy’s new $166B submarine fleet is hobbled by faulty parts wearing out DECADES earlier than expected

  • The US Navy’s new $166billion fleet of Virginia-class submarines is seeing a spike in defective parts that should have lasted decades longer
  • This is leading to ‘significant delays’ in submarine maintenance that will stunt its ability to keep up with its workload for the next 25 years
  • When a submarine is missing a part, the Navy typically swaps it between another submarine – degrading parts over time and increasing workloads
  • The Navy has swapped out 1,600 parts since 2013

ChiCom steel?

Deplorable Patriot

That would be my guess.

When GWB made an attempt to rescue the American steel industry, three of us on Free Republic were all but crucified in opining that it was a national defense move. I still believe that and that our adversaries will sabotage us in any way they can including selling us inferior steel.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

Absolutely. Q was IMO absolutely right about ChiComs and defective steel. CCP just uses Chinese business culture to enforce their desires. CCP can hang cheaters, but they just let the cheating of foreigners happen.

Cuppa Covfefe

Yep. The WilliBrown™ erection known as the SF-Oakland Bay Bridge Eastern Span is rife with faulty ChiCom materials (e.g. concrete and rusty rebar), construction methods and tools, testing, foundations, and all manner of other failures or dishonest practices.

I would NEVER drive that span. I’d go north over the GoldenGate Bridge and Highway 4 (IIRC) and down to the East Bay, or down 280 or 101 and over the San Mateo, Dumbarton, or even that traffic nightmare known as Highway 237…

The old span separated one segment of the upper deck; the new one is supposedly self-supporting (never been tested before – now where have I heard that?????) so it could well plunge into the drink unaided…

But at least Willie’s got his name on it. Maybe he should call it the Horizontal Harris Bridge while it’s still *cough* standing…

Yes, when I was in the Air Force, we always had a “Can” plane we could cannibalize parts from that we couldn’t get quickly otherwise. It was usually a plane that had some major problems and backordered parts.

Meet The One Chipmaker The Entire World Is Now Depending On
https://www.nationandstate.com/2021/06/21/meet-the-one-chipmaker-the-entire-world-is-now-depending-on/

There is no doubt about it: Taiwan Semiconductor has emerged as the world’s most important chipmaker. And now, in the midst of a global semiconductor shortage, it is becoming clear exactly how important the company’s dominance has been.
Not only has TSMC made headlines for proposing to expand production into the United States, as we have documented numerous times, but now it is making headlines for how it has become the center of the semiconductor world – and how that can leave the world vulnerable.
TSMC’s chips are in “billion of products”, including iPhones, computers and cars, the Wall Street Journal writes in a new profile of the company. The company has slowly become the world’s 11th most valuable company, with a market cap of about $550 billion. The company reported $17.6 billion in profits last year on revenues of about $45.5 billion. TSMC makes “around 92% of the world’s most sophisticated chips,” the report says.

“Defund the Police” is actually a tax cash-back scheme? Who knew?

Former Obama Appointee Blames Law Enforcement for Crime in New York City: ‘It’s Actually the Fault of Police’
By Rudy TakalaJun 21st, 2021, 2:45 pm

https://www.mediaite.com/news/former-obama-appointee-blames-law-enforcement-for-crime-in-new-york-city-its-actually-the-fault-of-police/

MSNBC contributor and former Obama administration appointee Brittany Packet Cunningham said in a Monday interview she faulted police for rising crime rates in New York City.
“Defunding the police is not just about taking money out of an institution that continues to prove ineffective,” Cunningham said in the interview with MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle. “It’s also about refunding the people. It’s about ensuring the services that people need to ensure safe communities from the ground up are actually being funded and resourced to their full capacity. I think there are a lot of police unions and GOP operatives that would like for us to believe that this recent crime wave has everything to do with the idea of defunding the police.
“Guess what, Stephanie?” Cunningham said. “The police haven’t been defunded. … So this rise in crime is not the fault of the movement. It is actually the fault of the police, and this has been our point all along. Why should we keep funding systems and institutions that keep rendering themselves ineffective?”
Prior to becoming a contributor for MSNBC, Cunningham served as an appointee on former President Barack Obama’s 21st Century Policing Task Force. Her remarks came in the context of a segment on the Tuesday mayoral primary in New York City, where crime is a top issue among the Democratic voters who will decide the next mayor.

ROBERT BAKER

“The police haven’t been defunded. … So this rise in crime is not the fault of the movement. It is actually the fault of the police, and this has been our point all along. Why should we keep funding systems and institutions that keep rendering themselves ineffective?”

Questions a competent journalist might ask:

QUESTION: What movement are you referring to?
QUESTION: Exactly how are the police responsible for the rise in crime?
QUESTION: Why should taxpayers continue to fund a city government that is corrupt, incompetent, and ineffective?

The curious citizen would like to know, Ms Cunningham.

TheseTruths

Good questions. I’d also like to know exactly what “services people need” for safety that money is being taken from police to fund.

It’s also about refunding the people. It’s about ensuring the services that people need to ensure safe communities from the ground up are actually being funded and resourced to their full capacity.

LISTEN: Fauci Lets Slip That Mark Zuckerberg Offered Him ‘Resources & Money’ In Redacted E-Mails.
JUNE 21, 2021 RAHEEM KASSAM AND NATALIE WINTERS

Dr. Anthony Fauci has revealed what Mark Zuckerberg offered him in redacted portions of his recently released emails. The conversation, he admitted, included offers of “resources and money” from the Facebook founder who at the time same was ploughing cash into interfering in the 2020 election on behalf of Democrats.
https://thenationalpulse.com/news/fauci-reveals-what-was-redacted-in-his-zuckerberg-emails/

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) Director divulged further information as pressure ramps up over his recently published emails and the series of stunningly poor and hypocritical political decisions he appears to have taken over the course of the pandemic.
Fauci’s research, and that of his colleagues, has been repeatedly linked to Chinese Communist Party entities including the hostile nation’s military. Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s activities circle the same networks, with the billionaire tech CEO recently funneling money to long-term Fauci colleague Dr. Ralph Baric.
Following The National Pulse’s reporting on these matters, the Facebook-funded “fact checker” Lead Stories began to censor The National Pulse content on social media.
“Resources & Money.”Appearing on the “Sway” podcast published by the New York Times, Fauci revealed what was behind the redactions in his e-mails with Zuckerberg which were released through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
Host Kara Swisher – who has interviewed Zuckerberg and number of times – notes to Fauci:
“…thousands of your emails dating from January to June of 2020 have recently been released by BuzzFeed and the Washington Post that’s giving your critics, particularly on the right, more material to work with. Your redacting of Mark Zuckerberg have added fuel to the fire. Representatives Jim Jordan and James Comer and Senator Marsha Blackburn have alleged that you worked with Facebook to censor speech.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

WOW. It just gets DEEPER.

gil00

Oh here it starts. In the UK.
No period, heavy period and then whar early menopause? Infertility?
The article is rather fluffy…but this is likely just beginning.

Thousands Of Women Report Period Problems Potentially Tied To COVID Jabs

Official data obtained by The UK’s Sunday Times show that the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency – better known as MHRA received 2,734 reports of period problems linked to the AstraZeneca vaccine, 1,158 related to the Pfizer jab, and another 66 linked to the Moderna vaccine as of May 17.

Complaints focused on “heavier than usual” bleeding, and it’s possible that this could have affected many more women who didn’t think to report their issues. The majority of issues were reported by women aged between 30 and 49. ;

Deplorable Patriot

I thought it was just the Pfizer jab. Hmm.

holly

My daughter’s changed after her co-workers all got the Moderna.

Deplorable Patriot

No words.

cthulhu

That’s a well-known phenomenon. Women who spend a lot of time together synchronize periods.

It wasn’t well-documented until the semiconductor industry noted that its production lines staffed by women had QA issues during a certain time every month.

gil00

Now that is true…but add in this, then it’s curious too.

holly

Yes, but in her case it’s not the timing that changed. The whole department – men and women – was injected at the same time, excepting her.

Last edited 3 years ago by holly
holly

To clarify….she was affected by the spike protein from her co-workers. They all use the same bathroom and lunch room.

Deplorable Patriot

This is different. When women live together, it takes MONTHS to sync up like that. My mom, sister and I were all aligned at one point, and it took a while to get there. This was decades ago.

With the jabs, it’s almost immediate, and you skip stages which does not happen when readjusting. You go through them all, but the fertile stage is shortened. Among the jabbed and those who come in contact with them, the uterus just dumps.

holly

Yup. The personal cycle is disrupted. There’s clotting, etc.

Aubergine

You might try lady’s mantle tea. It’s a uterine astringent, and might help.

As always, of course, don’t try a new herbal or any medicine unless someone else is around. ANYONE can have an unexpected allergic reaction to ANYTHING.

Also, not for use if she might be pregnant.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

It’s possible that the mechanism is the same, though, and that we are on the verge of new science. IF the spike protein OR FRAGMENTS are essentially hormonal at oxytocin levels, and that the VLP mRNA vaccines are even more so, then we can look back and say that there is a contact hormonal mechanism operating on pre-COVID synchronization that we were in denial of.

Hormonal synchronization is more likely than pheromonal synchronization, IMO. It just shows that we have been taking the strength of hormonal activities for granted.

Hormonal sync is thus the fullerenes of reproductive biology. We should have seen it many years ago, but we didn’t – we missed it.

gil00

Well it goes straight to the ovaries. If they all end up infertile theyve got no recourse.
I hope that a change in periods is all….

gil00

Likely unreported.

Deplorable Patriot

I’m sure it’s not.

This is all just maddening.

I have a good friend who was diagnosed with ALS this week. She’s deteriorating incredibly rapidly. I hope it’s not from a jab. I really do, but she’s a hospital administrator, so anything is possible. She’s also a faithful conservative Republican.

Given the issues with my SIL who is at one of the BIG, BIG, BIG names hospitals to meet with multiple specialists this week, and any number of other people who are just willfully blind, the feeling of helplessness can be overwhelming.

mollypitcher5

Sorry to hear all that. The helplessness is maddening because so many times we can’t even vent info and anger about the jabs so we’re left wringing our hands in silence

gil00

Als…that autoimmune disease that may not be, once you factor in environment and medications and vaccines. Als is a scary thing.
We are a couple months out from school starting and another month before colds start making the rounds too. Then we may have some interesting situations with healthcare.
I dont want more lockdown bs.
Vaccine injuries are going to get a hard look by then.

Grandmaintexas

My nurse friend told me there is a summer flu going around.

gil00

Yep. We had a final field trip with the other family and the boy had been in mexico…long story short, he brought it back and gave it to us and his family. Mild sore throat and congestion for a week.

Grandmaintexas

She said it was diarrhea and nausea. Could be a range of symptoms.

singingsoul1

I am horrified found out yesterday that my granddaughter got the Jonson &Johnson jab.
She is 18 and her mother said they had no choice if she wants to go to the University. All students have to have the jab. She ask my science son what would be the best for her and he recomendet the Johnson&Johnson since it is only one jab.
I looked it up there are problems with blood clotting. I will not know for 3 weeks if the shot
gave her a clotting problem. I wish I could be angry at my daughter and my son I am just very sad how over educated and foolish they are.
I pray my granddaughter will be alright and all the kids who Universities force to take the jab.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

A scientific revelation I had – something which is really just “common sense”, but which can be made understandable to scientists.

Doing ANYTHING to “reduce vaccine hesitancy” other than making the vaccines themselves less “hesitancy-inducing” is a form of “begging the question”. That is to say, one is assuming an answer (the “proper” level of vaccine hesitancy) that is not only “not proven”, but which is in fact NEVER PROVEN – just continuously observed as the situation is bombarded with evidence and argument.

There is a proper level of vaccine hesitancy – the one that shows up naturally when people are FREE to take a vaccine or hesitate to do so, based on all available information free for them to get, and all people can do is argue honestly over the question. That state is essentially FREE SCIENCE.

SOME VACCINE HESITANCY IS NATURAL AND GOOD – and that amount can range between 0% and 100%. There is, USUALLY, almost no hesitancy for the rabies vaccine, if you have been bitten by an animal with no proof of vaccination or absence of rabies. But there could be great hesitancy for these COVID vaccines, and it’s scientifically justified, without even looking at the evidence.

Hesitancy is a product of the vaccine’s performance and people’s needs.

Thus all these people who have been saying we have to “do something” about hesitancy, other than improving vaccines and allowing robust debate, are BAD SCIENTISTS.

Gates, Fauci, Schiff – they’re all WRONG.

Wolf Moon | Threat to Demonocracy

And note that because of INFORMATION REVERSAL, there must be a very conservative view taken toward what might be “misinformation”. This, too, should not be “pre-judged”.

Cuppa Covfefe

It’s pretty common over here for the ‘leets to declare that they must control the proles by “behaviour modifications” and “incentives to reform” (read: conform).

They think they’re dealing with lab mice/rats (which might be why they don’t feel the need for animal testing), and treat us proles as objects.

Oddly enough, they’re out in force protesting, media-bombing, and otherwise whining when someone treats one of them (e.g. aforementioned glitterati) as an “object”…

The story that I asked the Department of Justice to go after ratings-challenged (without Trump!) Saturday Night Live, and other late-night Losers, is total Fake News. It was fabricated, there were no sources, and yet the Lamestream Media goes with it. I did say, however, that Alec Baldwin has no talent, certainly when it comes to imitating me. The one who had what it took was Darrell Hammond. With all of that being said, however, I do believe that the 100% one-sided shows should be considered an illegal campaign contribution from the Democrat Party, hard to believe I got 75 million votes (the most of any sitting President) despite all of that, together with a very Fraudulent Election. 2024 or before!
