First off:
Federal Judge Orders Appointment of Special Master to Oversee Documents from FBI Mar-a-Lago Raid
Within the ruling [pg 9] Judge Cannon outlines the issues at the heart of the legal matter, including the government taking President Trump’s personal medical records which has nothing to do with the nature of the warrant.
“According to the Privilege Review Team’s Report, the seized materials include medical documents, correspondence related to taxes, and accounting information. … The Government also has acknowledged that it seized some “[p]ersonal effects without evidentiary value” and, by its own estimation, upwards of 500 pages of material potentially subject to attorney-client privilege.”
The DOJ was previously questioned in court about justice dept leaks to media creating an unfair and prejudicial bias against President Trump. The DOJ lawyers denied leaking yet admitted the media reports were evidence that someone within the organization was leaking information to the media, thereby creating a framework of public opinion the defendant cannot easily refute. Cannon writes:
“the Court takes into account the undeniably unprecedented nature of the search of a former President’s residence; Plaintiff’s inability to examine the seized materials in formulating his arguments to date; Plaintiff’s stated reliance on the customary cooperation between former and incumbent administrations regarding the ownership and exchange of documents; the power imbalance between the parties; the importance of maintaining institutional trust; and the interest in ensuring the integrity of an orderly process amidst swirling allegations of bias and media leaks.”
And they were ticked off that President Trump went “judge shopping.”

You are not the President of the United States, but a traitor to the republic. Now on national television, under a beautiful night’s sky made to look especially ominous by a dramatic backdrop of red lights, you double down on this treachery and tell the American people that MAGA republicans are domestic terrorists. Artifice!
I write this with the full understanding, that given your speech last night, this letter may land me in the crosshairs of the next DOJ witch-hunt. I go forward anyway because the surrendering of our right and need to speak the truth, is the very point where America ceases to be what it was designed to be.

Many of us shop at Walmart, Kroger, Dollar General, Target, Food Lion, Amazon.com, and many other retailers looking for groceries, clothing, furniture, toys, and other supplies we can use to overthrow the Republic. Occasionally, we stop at Subway, McDonald’s, Burger King, Applebee’s, or any of a thousand other restaurants to meet our contacts in the MAGA hierarchy and get a bite to eat.
My wife and I have been known to attend church once in a while. I never realized that the after-service lunches were natural magnets for domestic extremists. Those Jesus people going on about universal peace and love are just the worst.

So, I got a remote shutter control ($10) for the Fiancee’s camera (Nikon D5200), so I can proceed with Project Defuzz. I also got a camera tripod because I can’t find my old one.
So, I start fiddling around to try to figure out how it works. I had been informed that it worked via BlueTooth — this was not correct. It works via IR, and there are two IR windows on the camera — one in front and one in back. You don’t have to pair it or anything, but you have to have the clicker where the window can see it instead of off to the side.
Turns out, it’s in the menu that you use for timed selfies. I got a Proof of Concept in my “study” holding everything in my hands.
While I was fiddling with it, I noted three things. First, the internal clock was off. The manual even says, “this is not as accurate as the clock on your wall.” I suppose you have to reset it monthly. Second, one of the more common complaints about the camera is that the LCD screen winks out after a (very) few seconds if you’re not fiddling with the controls of the camera — it turns out this delay is programmable. Finally, the camera is running firmware version 1.00…..the current version is 1.03. So I plan on updating this.
Of course, the updating procedures are written for Windows or Mac — neither of which I have available. The windows version has an *.exe file that you run to get a *.bin file that you put in a particular place on a camera-formatted SD card….then you go into a maintenance menu and upload it into the camera. There are several ways to run a *.exe file under Linux, but I thought to take a peek at the Mac instructions.
The Mac method is to mount a *.dmg image like a disk, then copy the *.bin file off of that. The Linux mount command doesn’t much care for *.dmg, but there is a utility dmg2img that can take care of that. Alternatively, if I don’t want to actually mount it, I can just use 7z to decompress it in a random directory and pull the file I want. For once, it looks like dealing with the Mac way will be substantially easier than dealing with the Windows method.
Hiring a professional photographer would be far less stressful.

Dr. Mercola makes the point that the “new COVID-19 plus Omicron BA.4 and Omicron BA.5 booster vaccines” will have, in the Pfizer-BioNTech product at least, the mRNA from three separate strains of the SARS-CoV-2 virus: the original Wuhan strain + Omicron variant BA.4 + Omicron variant BA.5.
He also points out that these “new” products were only tested on mice — and that the FDA authorized the “new” products based on the “safety and efficacy results” of these experiments.
So, let’s say a person who is “fully vaccinated” from the Pfizer-BioNTech “primary series” of BNT162b2 injections already has 60mcg of enhanced mRNA spike protein in their body (30mcg + 30mcg = 60mcg). Nobody knows when, or even if, this amount of enhanced mRNA is cleared by the body. Meanwhile, the enhanced mRNA from the “vaccines” has settled in / is still settled in, various organs of the person’s body — brain, heart, lungs, blood. Meanwhile, the enhanced mRNA has sent out / is still sending out, the pre-programmed signals to the person’s body to make excess amounts of immune system antibodies in reaction to the enhanced mRNA in the spike protein of the “vaccines.” Nobody knows if, or when, the migrating and/or the signalling of the enhanced mRNA from the spike protein in the “vaccines” stops.
So, let’s say the same person (who somehow escaped getting a “breakthrough case” of COVID-19 after “vaccination”) goes and gets the Pfizer-BioNTech original “booster shot.” This means that an additional 30mcg of enhanced mRNA from the spike protein in the original “booster shot” is in the person’s body. That makes a total of 90mcg of accumulated enhanced mRNA spike protein in the person’s body so far. All the other “meanwhile” scenarios above apply regarding the injection of the original “booster shot.”
So, let’s say the same person (who somehow still has escaped getting a “breakthrough case” of COVID-19 AND has somehow escaped any other “vaccine”-induced injury or illness) gets the Pfizer-BioNTech “new COVID-19 + Omicron Ba.4 + Omicron BA.5 booster shot.” This puts another 30mcg (at minimum) of enhanced mRNA created from the spike proteins of the original Wuhan strain + Omicron BA.4 + Omicron BA.5 into the person’s body. This makes a grand total of at least 120mcg of accumulated enhanced mRNA spike protein in the person’s body. Nobody knows the exact makeup of any of the mRNA amounts. Nobody knows if there were any experiments performed separately with the Omicron BA.4 or the Omicron BA.5 spike proteins before they were “mixed into” the “new booster shot” ingredients. And, in addition, there are tromethamine and tromethamine hydrochloride mixed into the “new booster shot” ingredients — to prevent possible metabolic acidosis issues (as in heart problems). All of the above “meanwhile” scenarios apply to the “new booster shot.”
If the person gets the Moderna “new COVID-19 + Omicron bivalent booster shot”, at 50mcg, following the above “primary series plus original booster shot” scenario above, that would make a grand total of at least 140mcg of accumulated enhanced mRNA spike protein in the person’s body.
IMO, any healthcare professional — doctor, PA, NP, pharmacist — who gives either the Pfizer-BioNTech or the Moderna “new COVID-19 + Omicron BA.4 + Omicron BA.5 booster shot” to anybody is willingly going along with medical experimentation on people. IMO, they’re also violating their duty and responsibility to practice medicine for the best interest of the patient.

The language in part C appears to be the official government diktat that things like ivermectin and HCQ aren’t “adequate, approved, or available” alternatives to the Pfizer-BioNTech gene-therapy injections. Also, in note #30, there appears to be language stating that even though COMIRNATY and also the Moderna (SPIKEVAX) injections are available, there may not be “sufficient quantities” for certain populations, so the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine is the one of choice.
The document also FURTHER EXTENDS the EUA for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 “vaccine” (BNT162b2), AND INCLUDES the company’s “new COVID-19 plus Omicron BA.4 and Omicron BA.5 booster shot vaccine.” Yours Truly can find NO language in the document about the “end date” for this NEW EUA EXTENSION.
Page 4 of the document removes BNT162b2 / COMIRNATY for use as a “booster shot” for persons 12 years of age or older, It appears that the ONLY authorized “booster shot” is now the Pfizer-BioNTech “new COVID-19 + Omicron BA.4 + Omicron BA.5 booster shot.”

I don’t know if you are aware of the Kiwi Farms situation or what help you can readily provide, but I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Please read this post in its entirety; I solemnly swear it’s not a waste of time.
KiwiFarms is a free speech forum. The owner, Joshua Moon AKA “Null”, operates his forum the same way you do Gab: if it’s protected speech under US law then it’s fair game for the site. Anything illegal gets routinely called out by forum regulars and promptly nuked by mods.
The MSM lies about KF like they do Gab. Seeing as KF’s culture is centered around laughing at crazy people on all parts of the political spectrum, the speech is often vulgar in nature. That isn’t the real issue, though. The MSM’s *actual* gripe is KF’s nearly obsessive focus on archiving the data to unbiased sites like http://archive.today so nothing can be refuted. Well, that wasn’t too bad….
It took me about 20 minutes to find some way to post that, so it’s not really an even number of hours.
Worked through the Central Valley today, into Sacramento and ended up in Truckee. Temperature peaked at 116 F per my car in Sac and then hit a nice 90 when I got to Truckee up in the mountains.
Large windfarms in the Delta area southwest of Sacramento. Around noon, only about 30% spinning. These are the 2-3 MW sized units so a lot of potential capacity just sitting there looking ugly.
The good news is the A.C in my hotel room is running just fine.

It would be interesting to see how they count wind capacity. If I have 100 MW installed but zero wind, I essentially have zero capacity.
With solar, when it gets this hot the panels actually lose efficiency but they can at least generate something.
According to Amazon, they can evidently generate fire.

I’m really getting the impression that Danchenko is a bit of a victim here, in that – bluntly – Hillary’s people in FIB were simply looking to faux-validate her crap oppo against Trump to put lipstick on the pig, and Danchenko was a useful faux-source to do it.
Drawn into FIB’s frame job against Trump, with a low risk of a backfire, Danchenko never figured that Dodge would actually turn on him as their “get out of jail” card.

All Danchenko has to do is adopt a defense of “they were just using me and we both knew it – they had a shitty case, because Trump is innocent, but I helped them make it look real – they were just going after Trump” for Durham to drop it.
