Things changed for her when she was working in a small office building and all her co-workers were vaxxed (at work, college) at the same time.
Yikes! Yeah, this could be complex. Wondering if she needs iron, but that needs to be under a doctor’s care. Iron supplements can be dangerous. I’m recovering from anemia right now. I used natural dietary iron and it worked great.
I’m sure there’s an iron issue because of the female stuff and because she doesn’t eat much meat after getting food poisoning a few years ago from a steak at a wedding. She does eat burgers and says she feels better when she eats them. I’m trying to convince her to have some bloodwork done to see where things are at.
She needs iron. I believe when I had it, my body was cannibalizing iron from the reproductive system. Like I said, an extra burger a day, and it took a few weeks, but I recovered. And, I’m really too old for this, but I’m back to being a teenager. Again.
Iron test is how much is circulating in your system at present. Ferritin test is how much is in storage. If you don’t get enough daily and there’s too little in storage, that can be a YUGE PROBLEM!!

I don’t eat much beef either, and spinach, kale, and malto meal don’t always cut it so I have to supplement daily.
Things like thyroid meds, antacids, and coffee can hinder iron absorption too. Iron haz rules. Many are unknown. Docs can only tell if you’re low or high. But the range is vast and noone knows the optimal value. 😵🥴😭
Ok just saw this. So ferritin is iron. She is a big coffee drinker so that’s not helping. Her diet is also limited.
NO COFFEE is NOT helping. Coffee is the WORST she could be doing at this point. When I worked in donor services at the Red Cross (one of the best things they do), any time someone’s blood came back anemic, the first thing told to the donor was cut was the caffeitne. I figured out coffee was washing out my B12.
I meant coffee is not helping. Please, have her consider switching to tea.

Serrapeptase targets female scar tissue related issues. Did you see the video I posted comparing the protyolytic enzymes? Natto is for scar tissue and vascular issues. Lumbrokinase targets cardiovascular and is exponentially stronger than the other 2.

Sorry about your mom, I know what a challenge it is dealing w/the elderly. They can be stuck in their ways and very fearful of change. What helped me heal after a bout with the bad bug (we hadn’t heard of COVID when I had it) was an extra serving of red meat every day. Just a plain beef burger did the trick.

This supplement has real powerful ingredients. Be sure she doesn’t increase the dose over what they recommend. She may even want to halve the dose to feel better. If she needs more nattokinase, it should probably be a separate supplement.
The nattokinase is a blood thinner – she needs to be sure medical people know, particularly before any operation, or if she’s already on blood thinners or aspirin. But that can be very helpful. I think this may be a very good thing for her.
She needs to be careful on the green tea extract, too – it’s easy to take too much, resulting in hepatotoxicity, which can be very serious, especially in the case of multi-component supplements (it can even lead to transplantation!)

The problem with multi-component supplements is that people don’t remember all the things that are in them, so they can combine with both more of the same supplement, or other ones, to cause problems. The liver has to deal with all of the drugs at once.
I personally find green tea itself very safe, because when you take too much, it becomes obvious in a gradual way. Green tea is very strong stuff! If I take too much, I know it.
Great advice. I am working with her to coordinate supplements, a daily vitamin and the spike detox so she doesn’t get too much of this or that. I’m thinking she needs a few months to see where things stand.
I bought her a new multi with ECGC in it to try and simplify the routine, but it might be too much with the spike detox ECGC too. Thanks for mentioning that. She has no aptitude for this and just wants me to tell her what to take.
Knowing what I know about her female issues, I’m hoping the natto helps calm things down there. It’s also hormonal, her food sensitivities have become severe, hair loss, odd neurological symptoms. I think the only reason she continues to function as well as she does is because she’s 32.

Ferritin is iron stores. If you’re not taking in enough iron daily then body pulls it from ferritin. If not enough in storage, you become anemic and all kinds of sick. Gets worse without replenishment. I had mini strokes, went temporarily blind twice, slurred words, whole host of other problems, close to death when I discovered(yes me, I discovered, not my Doc), thought it was my thyroid medicine not working for 4 years, had no clue my body wasn’t getting oxygen. I am an expert now and my own iron Doc.
She’s got 120 days of the Now to finish. They’re OK, have a few extras.

If she does need iron (based on blood tests), I like the iron bisglycinate. It costs a bit more but does not have the terrible side effects like the other versions. Zahler’s brand has Vitamin C which aids iron absorption, plus a few other goodies.

Yep, my thyroid numbers have always been perfect too. The medicine was in my blood and always reported good on blood tests. But I had no metabolism and still had all the low thyroid symptoms. That’s why I was so sure it was thyroid meds not working. With no ferritin and low iron, my organs, tissues, and cells weren’t getting enough oxygen to function properly. All docs should be taught to check ferritin on their thyroid patients. I’ve done a lot of research., very few are aware. Usually anemia is a result of blood loss.
Another thing that eats up iron/ferritin stores is sweating. Athletes get anemia due to this. For 6 years I worked at the church maintaining flowerbeds for a 5 acre property. I also had multiple above ground vegetable gardens. I’d work long days several times/wk out there sweating profusely. Taking thyroid meds at wrong time, coffee, antacids, lots of sweat, at Church, who knew that could kill you?
A hint of how important it is comes from noting its ubiquity. It’s the reason blood is red and feces are brown — you see evidence of iron in your body every day.
Iron can be a tricky thing to get the correct percentage. Sometimes it has to be “tailored” to the individual. The FDA for females over age 51 (or for after the menopause) is 8mg a day. Depending on blood test results, other types of anemia present, etc., that might need to be adjusted a little upwards (not downwards).
As much as I’d like to have an all in one for convenience, I still prefer to have the individual supplements in lower doses. I like to be able to titrate up/down everything as needed. Just started year 5 of daily logs, keeping track of what/how much I take helps me quickly diagnose any issues that arise and allows me to find my optimum levels.

Dandelion root is one of my favorite spring tonics. It cleans your liver and to some extent, your kidneys. Milk thistle is also a great tonic for this.
I grow holy basil, also known as tulsi. It is an adaptogen herb. It enables the body to adapt to stress. I love it, it tastes fantastic.
Chlorophyl also sounds promising against the white mutant globs in the blood. If that and natto can dissolve those, then dandelion and others can flush the residue out. Qtree jab cures for sale? We can do this! 😉

MRC Business said that it had uncovered at least “54 major figures in journalism and activist media who are connected to Soros-funded organizations.” The list includes CNN’s chief international anchor Christiane Amanpour, NBC News anchor Lester Holt, and Cesar Conde, the NBCUniversal News Group chairman, who oversees the outlets NBC News, MSNBC, and CNBC.
Many of the 54 individuals play prominent roles in institutions funded by Soros. For instance, Amanpour is a senior adviser at the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ), which received $2.75 million from the mogul between 2018 and 2020, while Holt is listed as a board member in the same organization. Conde is a trustee at the Aspen Institute, which received over $1 million from the billionaire between 2016 and 2020.
According to MRC, in total Soros has funneled over $32 billion into his organizations in a bid “to spread his radical ‘open society’ agenda on abortion, Marxist economics, anti-Americanism, defunding the police, environmental extremism and LGBT fanaticism.” These efforts have paid off, allowing him to “help indoctrinate millions with his views on a day-to-day basis”, the group claims.
MRC has previously claimed that Soros has financial ties to at least 253 media organizations globally, funding them through his non-profit groups and enabling him to reach viewers and listeners in virtually every corner of the world.
Commenting on the report, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova noted on Thursday that such revelations could be compared to a “nuclear bombshell.” Should it be proven that the leading US media outlets “received money for adjusting their coverage, all US democracy could be wrapped up in their Constitution and thrown out into the garbage heap of history,” she said. I also made sure we started stocking supplements and getting bananas and OJ to help increase her potassium which is critical to helping the heart regulate.
Yes: Almost any virus can trigger these life-threatening heart issues. Yes, most of the time, we are blissfully unaware of this dangerous reality.

Echinacea for colds and flus
Holy basil/tulsi for immune health
Dandelion root for liver health
Mint for stomach ailments
Calendula for making infused oil for abrasions, cuts, skin health
All of the above are very easy to grow.

The FDA is in possession of EVERY actual data report from Pfizer-BioNTech regarding the company’s “testing” on their mRNA “vaccines” since the summer of 2020.
The FDA KNOWS that these “vaccines” are badly-developed and NEVER went through an ENTIRE clinical trial period (from start to finish of the clinical trials, then the time needed for data analysis, then the time needed for final reports to be submitted).
The FDA has ALREADY authorized one mRNA-based COVID-19 “vaccine”, the “new bivalent booster shot” that was NEVER tested on humans — only on 8 mice, who then ALL caught COVID from exposure to it after getting the “booster shot”; and then the mice were killed (NO FOLLOWUP).
Yours Truly disagrees with “the FDA is out of touch” or “the FDA is in disconnect.” —
the FDA knows EXACTLY what it’s doing, which is to: One, to make sure that Big Pharma remains in control of the FDA; Two, to make sure that COVID-19 is the start of the FDA dictating how We, The People are to live; and, Three, to make sure that population control in the United States (via mRNA-based “vaccines”) from pre-conception to death is made mandatory.

That one deputy, has a pregnant wife and 2 other little ones. They were high school sweethearts, went to college together. She’s devastated, staying with her brother, due in a few months. Tunnel 2 Towers guy was on tv talking about building her a house. Glad to know they’re going to help her. They need to HURRY.
