The top of the form is Hunter’s home address information. He did indeed live at the time with Joe Biden on Barley Hill Rd. in Wilmington, Delaware.
BUT, the second part of that form describes something else entirely, unrelated to Hunter’s living arrangements.
Hunter Biden owned a business called Owasco, P.C. A search for that business reveals a business address of 1010 Wisconsin Avenue Nw, Washington, DC 20007:

Going to Google.com/maps shows that address is a place called Waterfront Center in Georgetown. Here’s a photo of it:
On Google Maps, the building had a sign in the window “For Lease,” by a company called R. B. Properties, Inc.

This is close, but I don’t think correct quite yet.
They are writing out there this morning that this was “quarterly” rent for and office at House of Sweden. But the form states “monthly” rent for one thing, and the Owasco business address was in Riverfront Center.
We’ll see who’s correct in time, I guess.
I suspect you’re correct, but it will take some time and hinting before this whole wild goose chase – started by Hunter Biden’s lies and misrepresentations – is solved.
Thankfully people are now trying to make sense of the whole thing – and there is focus on the money.

In my research of the distant past, I might literally have ONE document from which to draw information about an individual. Just one, from an entire lifetime. So you can bet I mine every scrap of data out of it.

I am convinced that the business address at Riverfront Center is correct, based on the fact that Rosemont Seneca is in the same building. In the House of Sweden email about ending Biden’s lease, his email address is hbiden@rosemontseneca.com, even.

Comparing these two documents, it appears possible that the House of Sweden deposit is the amount of money Hunter used on the application as a “monthly” rent. The dates would fit.
Of course, if he terminated his House of Sweden lease in Dec. 2017 as stated, he is lying on the background check. What I suspect is, the $49,910 amount was “close” to the rent Biden was paying on the Riverfront Center office, and he wrote that down instead of the “actual” rent.

For some reason, Hunter didn’t want to give his current apartment complex (I assume he was renting somewhere), so he used his COMPANY with its hefty rent. And he could always say it was a mistake.

There are multiple residential addresses associated with Owasco. The rents for the addresses, found on Zillow, are high, $6000-$8000 a month, but nowhere NEAR $49,000.
Hunter was either mistaken, or inflating himself, when he filled out this form. I go with lying.
I think this web is tangled, with Hunter lying, maybe inadvertently, about the amount of monthly rent he was actually paying. I think he used the lease refund amount on the background check, but was paying rent close to that amount on Riverfront Center.

This was NOT an application for a new commercial rent. It was an application for a new residential apartment complex.
What Hunter did was to try to MISLEAD and ENTICE them by filling out the form badly.
The bottom part is supposed to be your CURRENT APARTMENT COMPANY.
That’s why the information requested is all different from the top section, which catches mailing address, etc.
The bottom part wants the APARTMENT company name, phone number, email, and move in/out dates, as well as your current RENT at your APARTMENT COMPLEX (which most applicants will be in). This is just renter research.
What Hunter did was filled in his commercial property, instead of saying “I’m living with my parents” by leaving the bottom part blank. He’s just bragging up his commercial assets in a section that one would normally keep blank.
Sleazy. That’s what it is. Biden SLEAZE.

This jives with my theories about this, too. I think he was just “filling in the blanks” with numbers he had in his head. His office rent at Riverfront was probably similar to the amount of the lease security deposit, and he just used that number.

See, we’re correct. Rosemont-Seneca is in the Riverfront Center. Hunter ran Owasco out of Rosemont-Seneca, using the same business address. And that is the rent he paid. The website for the leasing company confirms it. My research is sound. I’m standing by it.
