- 2 oz Pennsylvania rye. We happened to use Wigle Whiskey Phil’s Shadow, which is finished in maple syrup barrels for 16 months. Another Pennsylvania rye you should consider trying is Dad’s Hat. Either will make a fantastic buck.
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice. If you want to be less scientific, then simply use 1/2 of a lime.
- 6 oz ginger beer. We used Fever Tree, but Gosling’s is also a good option.
Step 1: Fill a copper mug with ice. (If you don’t have copper mugs, then any mug or decent sized glass will do.)
Step 2: Squeeze 1/2 lime into the mug.
Step 3: Add 2 oz rye.
Step 4: Top with 6 oz of ginger beer.
Step 5: Stir gently.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!

Incidentally, the “Buchart” narrator butchered the Butchart story. Robert Butchart essentially had a monopoly on the production of Portland cement for all of Canada. A lady who raised ponies in a nearby county, worked at an animal shelter. She was there after hours and over heard a meeting between local officials and high up members of a drug cartel. NEW: The mystery surrounding the three frozen Kansas City Chiefs fans seems to have been solved after host Jordan Willis checks himself into rehab.
Willis, who was referred to as “the chemist” by friends, claims he was asleep for nearly 2 days as family members tried contacting him as his friends froze to death in his backyard.
Willis was known for whipping up drug cocktails according to a cousin of one of the victims.
“He immediately checked himself into rehab after vacating his home and putting his things into storage,” a source said to Fox News.
Now it has been revealed that toxic drugs were discovered in the toxicology reports of Willis’ three friends.
Experts claim that the men may have passed out in the backyard due to the drugs and then froze to death while knocked out.
Police arrived at Willis’ home after one of the bodies was discovered by a fiancée of one of the Chiefs fans.
Willis came out of the house in underwear and a wine glass.
He was cuffed but then released after he told officers he had been sleeping most of the time and didn’t get the frantic calls.
This man should be in prison, not rehab.

The answer is a new email address and return to Twitter from a computer, not a phone, so that you don’t have to give them a phone number.
What happened is this. Musk ordered Twitter to let people back in at the same time that he made the employees stop censoring. The internal feds have pushed back by going along with SOME of the reduction in censorship, but they have really, really resisted reinstating people. Only some people got reinstated.
The only way back, now that they have stalled this long on reinstatement, is to get a new email, then come back and enjoy the reduced censorship.
Part of the reason they don’t reinstate people is the sheer number of bots in the suspended accounts. The number of new bots being created is also staggering. The number of old bots dwarfs the number of old accounts of real people who got suspended. Except for some famous accounts, Twitter is simply waiting for people to get new email addresses and come back as new accounts.

I have low blood sugar. Sugar will, within an hour, put me to sleep due to the drop in blood sugar caused by too much insulin. Even a small glass of orange juice will cause that problem. I find that Basmati rice cooked then refrigerated gives me no problem. I usually combine it with herbs, butter & Coconut oil, sauteed onions, mushrooms and cut up meat.
For a treat I will go with a 50/50 blend of brown basmati rice and Lundberg Wild Blend of whole grain black, brown, red, and wild rice (EXPENSIVE) since they are both cooked for 45 min.

OH, and I made a connection. (Role of Red Meat) I think the vitamin B 12 in beef is what was missing in Hubby’s diet and why adding hamburger helped so much.
Pills often do not actually get the vitamin INTO the body.
I agree about the pills.
One strategy I use for taking vitamins is to take them with some of a food source for them. For example, when I take vitamin C, I take it with strawberries. My theory is that the vitamin will absorb better if it is with a natural food source for it. I have no scientific evidence for this theory 🙂

6. Brad, you can speak from experience too. Utube has a sophisticated algorithm to recognize violence. Specifically acts of violence. For instance if we showed a street fight or even 2 people yelling at each other, gun going off, bomb…, Utube would recognize it immediately, restrict the vid and the vid would not be easily findible. You would have to know about the video. BRAD: Esp now, it is on steroids! If you post something, it flags it and pops a notice within an hour.
7. ZAK: In my mind, leaving it on for 6 hrs means there was some level of intention that the vid was found and got around.

I have a question about this Freemason business.
How is it that the Founding Fathers were Freemasons and they aren’t laid bare as devil worshipping bad guys. Weren’t the Crusaders Freemasons? When did it become associated with the occult?
Freemasons really didn’t come into being until the 18th century. There’s been some conflation lumping the Knights Templar, which were disbanded forcibly by royalty in the 14th century, and freemasons. The Knights Templar story has been horribly abused over the years. The real truth is nothing close to what is said about them.
As for being involved in the occult, I don’t know that most freemasons are, but the whole concept is contrary to Christianity.
Aren’t some of the symbols from Freemasons the same as found supposedly from Knights Templar?
My view is that secret societies have used symbols from Egyptians, myths, etc along with their own. Maybe the 18th century society wasn’t as evolved in their Christianity to view things as satanic ? You are skipping ahead from the point of the founding fathers to current day. Just like in every long established secret society (cult), it evolved and turned darker with the assistance of the cabal of the mid to late 1800s.
There are many Christians who are members of freemasonry who have not progressed high enough to understand and/or witness the embracing of evil. Most stay at 3rd degree or lower to just take advantage of the local lodge activities. Some of our founding fathers were deists and that belief can slide into freemasonry rather smoothly. He did not want them to be there, she did it anyway. She was eat up with it all. My upbringing with her was torture. Seances, astrology, idiotic beliefs and just an overall disdain for humanity. I had to remove my father from their home in his last three months of life as he was dying of cancer. She threatened to kill him and pushed him down in the hallway. He finished those few months with us, surrounded in love and praise God, reaffirmed his faith in Jesus before he passed.
I’m glad your father turned away and reaffirmed his faith and that you were able to provide him with loving surroundings at the end of his life. And I’m sorry about your mother. I have attended several Masonic funerals. I am not impressed with what I consider their smug attitude of secrecy and the elderly men with pot bellies wearing aprons. Of course, there is a lot more involved than how they look, but on a superficial level, they look weak and unwarrior-like, IMO. On the other hand, I know that the men in question would have helped others in a heartbeat if needed.

There is a type of therapy called Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for it.
The therapy is very intense, and it usually better performed in an in-patient setting. Because borderlines are so manipulative, therapists in direct contact with them also have therapists for themselves, who ensure that the proper patient/counselor relationship is being maintained. The person in treatment is given 24-hour-a-day access to a therapist for short sessions as necessary to address immediate problems, group sessions, and multiple therapists for one-on-one sessions.
There is some evidence that this kind of therapy can be helpful, but it is my considered opinion that borderline personality disorder is akin to alcoholism, in that it is never cured, and can and will raise its ugly head at any given opportunity.
Also, I have seen programs claiming to meet the standards of DBT that do not. For a borderline, this kind of thing is worse than nothing, because it hones their skills for manipulating their environment.
