I’m glad Dad brought that up because I was thinking the paragraph mentioning sword smithing was in error when referring to “iron sharpens iron”. That’s what we do to each other, knocking those rough edges off to get a sharper, cleaner cut when it’s time to speak those words of Truth in Love. That ready blade may swiftly & even deeply cut but it won’t leave a jagged wound & once the offence is removed (cancer, splinter, boil/cyst needing draining, etc.) the wound can more quickly & cleanly be closed & heal.

1) I spent some time speaking with county elections officials in AZ, OH, and WI.
2) You have to work backward from the date of the EARLY/ABSENTEE ballots being mailed out.
3) Once those go out (around Oct. 7 in most counties—who send them out), ANY change is impossible.

That makes it seem that if JB were removed from office due to incapacitation, Harris would become president. But I think “removal” is defined as this:

Removal of a president from office happens when he is both impeached and convicted of the crimes listed in that section. So I don’t think “removal” refers to incapacitation, especially in light of what the Twenty-fifth Amendment says (below).

That says that if it were decided that JB could not fulfill his duties, Harris would be acting president, not president.
I’ve heard it said that Harris could fulfill both roles, acting president and VP, at the same time. I haven’t researched that to get clarification.
Back to the Twenty-fifth Amendment, Section 1:
These are the scenarios under which the VP ascends to the office of the president.
• removal of the president – occurs by both impeachment in the House and conviction in the Senate
• death of the president
• resignation of the president
So I don’t see a scenario where JB can be “25th-ed” to make Harris the president. Yes, he can be taken out of the scene, but “25th-ing” him would not remove him from office, in my understanding. It would just make Harris the acting president.

I don’t think there is a provision for the acting president to take over for the president and become president . I think they just serve out the term and elections proceed normally. The acting president can run for office if they wish.

Will know for sure when the toxicology report comes back. The other two died suddenly, 60’s aged. Med exam reports pending. Last week news stories were done on two formerly healthy, sitting, local county sheriffs who are going through chemo at the same time for pancreatic cancer.
Not one will have the jab associated with it in the exams/certificates.

Going to attend funeral for HS classmate this weekend. Found out a few days ago he passed. Evidently he wasn’t feeling well, and went to the Doctors and they couldn’t find anything, a couple weeks later he returns. This time they find a spot on his lungs, lung cancer.
Can’t do anything for him, send him home and he dies two weeks later at 67.
I am going to try and find out if he took the jab.

Sydney Weston was on SkyWest Flight 5121 traveling with her family on their way to Chicago from Joplin, Missouri on Thursday when she fell ill. The plane was diverted to Peoria, Illinois after she suddenly became unresponsive.

There was another lawsuit filed before the eight. It was for a writ of mandamus to force the governor to order driver licensing dept to stop registering people to vote without checking for citizenship [required by our state constitution].
The Supreme Court commissioner dismissed [NOT denied] the petition. The atty gen then filed a motion to declare the entire action frivolous and a different commissioner agreed, ordering both the client and the atty to pay sanctions.
Five months after both refused to pay [why is a long story], the AG filed a grievance against the attorney’s license with the state bar assn. That has now gone through several steps that exist to give the illusion of due process.
A suit that failed isn’t enough; the attorney and the non-profit must be bankrupted and in the case of the attorney prevented from ever working as an attorney again.
This is what they are doing to John Eastman and dozens of other Trump attorneys, not to mention attorneys who work for less well known clients. That is how dangerous we are to the thieving machine. The main lesson is that fighting back after the enemy throws the first punch is not good enough. We must strike first and put them on the defensive.
Otherwise we will lose, for certain. All those illegal aliens that are being given papers to sign in order to be released into the US could easily be signing up to vote without being aware or knowing it’s a crime.
Swamp the Steal is a great policy/strategy but it needs heavy artillery tactics to give it any chance of success. We need attorneys to start suing NOW.

The only way I can see is to cross check the voter rolls with jury rolls or forms that require a SSA number but they don’t have one. Icebergs often have steep sides, very slick, and tend to have vertical sides next to the water. That, plus the ship went past the iceberg by some distance.
It’s basically ice climbing. Not easy.
Another, flatter berg might have been useful, perhaps using a gang plank to let people get on it, but that operation would require power and dexterity, difficult even if undamaged, and was surely beyond the capabilities of the crew, who couldn’t even handle lowering lifeboats smartly.

One of the hints was walking past a formalwear place, which had zoot suits, pastel cummerbunds, and purple tuxedos.
It was a very peculiar experience. There was no hostility — or maybe I was too naive to notice any — but I felt distinctly out-of-place. When I got to the Macy’s men’s department, the ladies there were very pleasant and helpful, although I got the feeling they might have been doing LMAOs after I left……then, again, I frequently have that effect in other stores.

Since it opened on Jan. 5, 1969, the Arby’s had just one owner, Marilyn Leviton, who is now 91 years old.
Leviton told KTLA 5 News -located less than a block from the restaurant- that she had been struggling to stay open for years.
“Truth is, I think it was the pandemic that did us in. I really feel we would have closed during the pandemic [if it weren’t] for the federal loans,” she said.
Other factors, Leviton said, included California’s recent law boosting the minimum wage for fast food workers from $16 to $20 an hour and equipment upgrades required by Arby’s corporate headquarters.
“I’m awfully sorry that it came to this. I think we did a good job for 55 years,” said Leviton.
